好耐無食過特別嘢,所以有機會就揾d新野試下其實呢個炸牛扒都開左一排,係電視都見過幾次佢特別在炸完個牛扒,仲可以自己係個鐵板度燒下再食,真係有得玩又有得食牛扒有3個級可以揀,不過最平都要188,呢晚就食最平既安格斯牛。我覺得都係一般,雖然我明一分錢 一分貨,但係呢個安格斯的確有d普通還好係佢預備左6個調味俾你,有岩鹽,wasabi, 柚子胡椒,燒汁,蜜糖芥末,同柚子汁。我個人覺得岩鹽同wasabi,係最好味。圓碌碌個舊係龍蝦薯仔沙律,都幾好食,係少左d温泉蛋,你鍾意點食都得,在撈飯,就咁食,點牛扒,煎蛋都得,佢個鐵板唔黐底架。麵豉湯就有d太咸,咸到飲唔哂整體我覺得係gimmick多d,都唔差,但係又唔係好驚喜…Read More

今晚同朋友試下呢間中菜,都算幾抵食。3個人都係300幾找數,不過又唔好咁開心住~名館都算係個啲新派中菜,花款都幾多,味道都唔錯嘅,不過每碟嘅份量就唔算好多,兩三個人食就幾好嘅,可以試多幾樣,不過多啲人就麻麻啦呢餐就食咗 瑤柱冬菇肉鬆蒸飯,金銀蒜蒸娃娃菜,椒鹽魷魚鬚,咖喱手撕餅,黑椒蔥爆安格斯牛柳粒。最好食嘅係個蒸飯同手撕餅,蒸飯嘅份量係一人份,不過如果唔係食好多飯,兩三個人分嚟食都ok,入面唔係得白飯,有加咗啲類似小米嘅嘢,個蒸飯好夠汁,唔太鹹。咖喱手撕餅,就係得咖喱汁同啲餅,餅都有好多塊,完全啱晒鍾意撈汁嘅人,個咖喱汁仲要幾唔錯。魷魚鬚份量超多,就算兩三個人食,食完都會有啲漏,不過點埋咖哩汁又幾好食喎至於個牛柳粒,味道係幾好,好有鑊氣,不過牛柳粒就太少喇,成碟都好似係得10 多粒,燈籠椒得3片,其他全部都係蔥,真係蔥多過肉,唔抵食。講咁多,其實最嚇人嘅係呢度嘅衞生囉,竟然比我哋見到有小強,仲要我哋叫人消滅佢,講真出去食廚房有曱甴,唔可以話預咗,不過有又真係唔出其,但係無理由要俾客人見到囉我諗我都未必會再去幫襯…Read More

星期五,我去揾食嘅時候就好激氣囉話說我去咗利東街個頭,咁諗住一個人食少少嘢頂下肚,陣間同人食飯,見到餃餃餃子,諗住都幾好啦雖然佢有最低消費(其實我好憎啲鋪頭有最低消費),不過都算,諗住食幾隻餃子,順便試下呢間過江龍。剛好過咗6點,最低消費50蚊,門口個牌係好似冇寫加一前。所以我就諗住叫一碟32蚊嘅餃子,加杯16蚊嘅嘢飲,加埋一剛好過50點知個店員就話,要50蚊係加一前,咁我問佢,我真係食唔到咁多,點算,反正差兩蚊,不如你照收我多兩蚊,我都唔介意俾,點知佢都話唔得,佢話一係轉外賣,吓!?間舖有一半都係空嘅,我比你收多我兩蚊,你仲要趕我出街食,算!我真係冇辦法再叫多啲,唯有走人講真如果出面係排晒長龍,我食唔夠50,得冇問題我走,但係家下你有一半都係空嘅,而我又肯比多啲,重要我一個人嚟,基本上食完就走,行過方便都得掛,難道你要我浪費食物…Read More

有陣時就係咁,有好多嘢想食,但係到你諗食咩嘅時候,就諗唔起。The Salted Pig 就係其中一間我想過食,但係又會唔記得咗佢嘅漏網之魚。不過唔知係唔係期望過高,又好似唔係我想像之中咁其實係好食嘅,不過又唔係好好好好食咁囉我要咗一個snack platter 同佢哋嘅招牌suckling pigplatter 大部分嘅嘢都好食,特別係薯條,夠粗又香脆。scotted egg 又係正嘅,要整得好都唔易,因為烚完又要炸,重要保持到個溏心,真係唔容易。炸雞翼同炸骨就一般般,雞翼嘅炸皮有啲heavy,炸排骨就炸到好乾,可能我無送啤酒,如果同啤酒一切食應該會好味啲~suckling pig,啲肉好juicy好嫩,個皮非常之脆,但係又唔太硬,果然係招牌菜。不過唔知係唔係真係乳豬,所以啲肉有少少豬騷味,我唔知呢啲叫唔叫好,不過就未必係人人鍾意。呢度嘅份量都幾多架,2個人去食可能有啲多同叫唔到好多嘢,呢度都係適合4,5個人去多啲~…Read More

琴晚去咗一間我好鍾意嘅餐廳 - Miso去係因為要告別將credit card,會少咗機會食,所以點都要食多次。呢度真係唔知食過幾多次,不過食幾多次都仲會好鍾意食,因為呢度有兩樣嘢真係好好好好好食第一樣係 鐵板炒飯第二樣係 焗椰子布甸呢度嘅鐵板炒飯,無論係海膽炒飯,鵝肝炒飯,定係蒜片牛肉粒炒飯都係咁好食,基於我一晚真係無可能一次過食晒三個炒飯,所以就淨係食咗海膽炒飯同牛肉粒炒飯,然後就另外叫一件鐵板燒鵝肝~~~呢度嘅炒飯非常之高質素,飯係炒到粒粒分明,非常乾身,又唔油,真係好正~~~~雖然兩個炒飯睇落好似差唔多樣,但係佢哋嘅香味真係唔同,各有特色,海膽炒飯味道比較輕,唔會蓋過海膽味,至於牛肉炒飯味道就香濃好多,好香蒜味同黑椒味,真係好惹味。燒牛脷串-唔算特別好食,不過都好食嘅,但係一啲串燒屋可能會仲好食,我始終覺得呢度係燒得唔夠乾。鐵板燒銀雪魚,魚皮非常之香脆,魚非常之滑 同非常之juicy。不過個青豆蓉就無以前咁好食。呢度嘅甜品又係無得彈,今次經過慎重考慮之下,揀咗抹茶奶凍,同我嘅最愛焗椰子布甸。抹茶奶凍,好食,不過食完70%抹茶雪糕嘅我,我覺得抹茶味好似唔算好濃,不過都好有味,個紅豆cream好好味,如果多啲仲好椰子布甸,根本無得彈,我仲要好堅持咁食晒啲椰子肉,要食晒啲椰子肉係需要好強嘅意志係咁挖,真係需要唔少手力。布甸好creamy, 好香,加埋椰肉真係好好味,仲有紅豆雪糕啊~~~~諗起都想食即刻再食=P點解~~點解將credit card要收咁高年費…Read More

最近睇咗一個電視節目 阿美利堅無肉飯堂 ,呢個節目主要係講素食,環保etc...所以就令到我對於素食產生咗啲好奇嘞。其實我都知而家嘅素食真係好多元化,令我最好奇當然係素肉,所以反正琴日係星期一,一於就嚟個green monday啦。我都係第一次去一間全素嘅餐廳,menu選擇都幾多,其實好多嘢都好想試。因為好想食素肉,所以都有特登揀嚟食。結果就揀咗 curry enchantment,spice entice,free the fish 同 mighty volcano。curry enchantment係炸意大利飯球 配咖哩醬。飯球有啲煙靭,而且香脆,配埋咖喱汁同日式酸薑,成件事味道好豐富。日式酸薑配咖喱呢個配搭好特別亦都好夾,令到成件事refresh咗好多,唔會覺得炸嘢加咖喱會好漏。咖喱好好味,而且好香,又唔辣,好食!spice entice 係印度咖哩素牛肉手抓餅 配雞心豆、薯仔及青豆 配鮮乳酪醬。其實印度嘢都幾好食,呢個嘅味道唔太濃,唔算好『印度』,應該所有人都會接受到,我就覺得好好食,最重要就係要記得加乳酪醬食,呢個乳酪醬,雖然好普通,但係完全係呢個菜嘅靈魂,冇咗佢味道會差好多。另一樣我覺得特別好嘅就係個手抓餅,係非常之酥脆,而且一啲都唔油,食完係唔會有罪惡感,真係冇諗過冇用豬油嘅酥餅都可以咁酥脆,咁flaky。至於我最想試嘅素肉,其實都幾好食,唔講其實又真係唔會覺自己係食緊素肉,都真係幾surprise.free the fish 係炸素魚柳、粟米餅 配忌廉燴白豆秋葵。呢個菜我覺得個粟米餅(polenta) 係好食過個魚柳嘅。魚柳個感覺比較似麥樂雞,加比較乾嘅魚塊,質感就係好似一件比較實同乾嘅fish finger,味道都ok。至於個polenta, 真係好好食,質感好似明太子,悠悠啲似比較實淨嘅scramble egg,加埋少少coconut cream,真係又香又軟棉棉,好正架。最後到甜品 mighty volcano 朱古力慕斯焗火焰雪山,甜品係幾正常嘅,唔算太甜,不過個朱古力莫絲就真係唔係幾似莫絲囉,硬到似雪糕多啲,不過都好食嘅。我第一次嘅素菜餐就係咁嘞,都幾好食,有機會都會再食~…Read More

早兩日去咗食 craftsteak 既 Wednesday Streakout. 368蚊就可以有unlimited steak 同 side,唔算好平,不過都物有所值既,因為可以一次過食到幾種唔同既cut。牛肉既質素都ok。餐前有麵包同沙律,麵包熱辣辣,幾好食。沙律我就覺得個shrimp cocktail 好食d,個味道豐富d。至於主角牛扒,就有5種,buffet style 所以係自己出去攞既。所有既牛扒大概煮到Medium Rare,如果想食熟d係可以叫大廚再煎煎,不過要留意,因為牛扒係已經切開咗,所以再煎牛扒係會乾少少。我自己食完就覺得佢地既 Canadian tenderloin 同Hanger steak係最好食。加埋hot radish 同French mustard 真係好好味。其實係仲有3個唔同既牛扒汁,好味,不過我自己覺得食埋就有d漏。我自己都係鍾意簡單既調味。…Read More

啱啱呢個weekend 就去咗又一城睇Tsum Disney Tsum Tsum。影完相就緊係要醫肚,所以就去咗Simply Life,因為夠早就唔使排隊。星期六嘅brunch 有好多選擇架,今次就食咗fish & chips同 Salmon & Scramble Egg Bagel 。呢個餐仲有湯或者沙律揀,同coffee or tea。我就揀咗磨菇湯,同ice tea 嘞。我幾鍾意呢度個ice tea,通常ice tea 都會係檸檬茶,但係呢度就用咗橙去代替檸檬,非常鍾意呢個配搭,因為飲ice tea我一定會走甜,用咗橙就算走甜,都仲會有橙嘅天然甜味,令到杯茶好好味,今次真係學到嘢~蘑菇湯,好足料,好多菇粒粒,菇味好濃郁,非常ok。Fish & chips, 都幾好架,非常之大份,兩大條差唔多手臂咁長嘅炸魚,好抵食!炸魚炸得好香脆乾身,無話油笠笠,炸皮唔算薄,不過都ok,入面仍然juicy,唔錯唔錯。佢哋嘅薯條好好食,又香又脆又乾身,好味!不過奇怪嘅係,呢個fish & chips 竟然冇跟tartar sauce,要問先至有,點解可以無跟,呢樣嘢都算係fish & chip嘅靈魂嚟架嘛~salmon bagel,我覺得相對好似無咁抵食,雖然睇落份量好似細啲,不過食完都好飽嘅。初初見到以為真係得個兩小片煙三文魚,但係其實仲有好多係啲蛋下面。個蛋炒得好靚,好滑,仲要有蛋汁,蛋汁加包係永遠都好食架!最鐘意就係啲三文魚同啲蛋撈埋一齊,食食下啲蛋,就有少少煙三文魚嘅鹹味爆出嚟,令到呢個滑滑嘅蛋嘅味又立體啲,總之就好食喇。cream cheese加燒番茄,又係另一個食bagel好配搭,令到呢一個bagel,變咗兩食。快樂嘅星期六就係咁簡單~…Read More

有d失望

London House嘅晚餐~終於都食咗啦想嚟食都係因為Gordon Ramsay 呢個名。呢度主要係食英國菜,所以無理由唔試Fish & Chips,另外仲食咗 Truffle popcorn, Potted crab with seaweed toast 同埋 Beef burger 。兩個前菜都唔錯,Truffle popcorn 都幾得意,未見過用爆谷嚟做前菜,基本上係原味爆谷加咗松露粉係上面,望落去會覺得無乜咁特別,不過食落松露味好出,都幾surprise,一班人嚟食佢呢個都幾好,可以一路傾計一路食,又唔太heavy。Potted Crab with seaweed toast, 初初見到個醬,我以為都係只係一個醬,不過原來成杯都係蟹肉,味道非常好,個蟹肉蛋黃醬好creamy,但係又唔太漏,就算就咁食個醬都覺得好好食。至於個多士就一般般,我自己就覺得烘得有少少過咗龍,硬咗少少,或者啲多士薄少少會好啲。我至於主菜,我就覺得個Beef Burger 比較好食。個burger 好 juicy,咬落去啲汁會滴曬出離,麵包都好鬆軟,不過係底果塊包就索咗汁,所以有啲soggy。成個包我就最鐘意個jalapeno mayonnaise,因為佢有少少辣辣哋,所以食落好醒神,攞嚟點薯條都好好味。不過我呢次嘅薯條就麻麻地,比較腍,冇乜脆口嘅感覺,真係有啲失望。薯條嘅失望繼續落去,因為仲有個Fish & Chips。真係有啲可惜,啲著條唔脆,炸魚都係不過不失,我就覺得炸得黑咗少少,不過魚仍然嫩滑同juicy,炸皮厚薄適中,如果啲薯條係脆嘅就更好。成碟我最鐘意嘅就係個mushy peas,因為佢入面加咗basil,加多咗一個味道嘅層次,食落好refreshing。食完我覺得不過不失,價錢算係幾親民,不過質素都真係一般,雖然好有名氣,但係我覺得呢個質素呢個價錢,我食唔到佢有乜咁特別,係好食嘅,不過少咗我覺得佢應該要有嘅執著,我食唔到Gorden Ramsay嘅霸氣,亦都唔覺得呢度好有佢嘅風格不過呢度嘅staff就同佢一樣好有霸氣,一見你少咗人就問你可唔可以拎走張枱,就算我同佢講枱唔係我book嘅,我唔清楚我朋友叫咗幾多個人嚟我唔肯定人數,佢個樣已經唔係幾客氣。 我哋一班人嚟食,就梗係食下傾下,坐低嘅時候,佢又無講低話有限時,我哋個甜品未食完,佢已經收咗,雖然我哋係停咗手,但係我哋個甜品係大家share嘅,係唔係好應該問下我哋食完未呢?問都唔問人哋係唔係食完就收人嘢趕客,我唔覺得呢個係一間有國際名聲嘅餐廳應有嘅服務態度。仲有佢最尾話已經有客係樓下等緊,但係我落到去嘅時候唔覺有人等緊位,其實當時樓上open area 係仲有位,我唔覺得佢好有必要要趕人走。我真係對佢嘅服務好失望…Read More

我終於食到梳乎厘班戟啦~雖然 Ufufu Cafe Hong Kong - うふふカフェ香港 係主打食芭菲,不過都有得食梳乎厘班戟啊!我好彩未夠6點就去到,所以都仲有位唔洗等,不過始終係新嘢,雖然未夠6點,但係都坐咗大半,過咗6點都差唔多滿座,所以一係6點前去,一係就要預咗等位啦。因為嚟呢度就係為咗食甜品,所以淨係食咗個厚切煙肉卡邦尼意粉,味道唔錯,醬汁雖然好杰身,但係唔會漏,幾creamy。意粉嘅texture比一般煙靭, 好有咬口,同一般意粉好唔同。其實呢度仲有好多鹹食,真係要去多幾次先食到。到主角啦~我好想食嘅梳乎厘班戟,我叫咗綠茶小倉梳乎厘班戟,班戟差唔多成兩吋厚,真係幾厚架,非常之鬆軟,質感有啲似好light果種海綿蛋糕,綠茶雪糕就甜咗少少,雖然佢都有糖漿俾埋你,不過雪糕咁點,所以都唔駛用糖漿。豆沙餡都甜,不過都幾紅豆。旁邊小丸子好煙靭,但係仍然軟熟,令成個班戟多一種口感。成件事真係幾好食,唔怪之得咁多人去日本要排隊食。另一個主角就係芭菲嘞!呢度嘅芭菲選擇真係多得好緊要@@ 都唔好講話試晒佢哋,我諗淨係齊幾大款,我諗都要嚟幾次。呢個芭菲係比利時朱古力栗蓉芭菲。朱古力質素唔錯,杯入面一面有朱古力芭菲,另一面係栗蓉芭菲,兩邊都好好食,唔太甜,質感好幼滑,而且好綿密,感覺比mousses 綿實,我好鍾意呢種texture。栗蓉都幾香,平時我都唔係特別好栗蓉,不過呢度嘅真係幾好食。不過就係奇怪,點解個底要有兩粒西瓜?真係好想快啲再去食過~~~…Read More

琴晚特登走咗去大坑,食咗一餐好滿足嘅晚飯。其實 The Pudding Nouveau 嘅門口我都行過幾次架啦,不過唔係要排隊,就係未有甜品waffle食,所以次次都係過門而不入,今次終於可以入到去坐低食。今次都算係大滿足,咖啡,主菜,甜品,全部食晒。呢度嘅咖啡我覺得不過不失,好飲但係又唔算好出色,我飲嗰杯係Flat White,可以飲得到佢哋嘅奶嘅質素係幾好,幾香奶味,而且打奶泡嘅功夫都好好,奶泡非常綿密,真係冇好嘅奶同好嘅功夫係唔會有咁嘅效果。至於咖啡,味道帶少少酸,雖然我個人偏好甘苦多個酸,不過呢個酸又唔係好酸,基本上都唔會抗拒,不過咖啡就唔算特別香,雖然杯咖啡係加咗奶,但係都冇理由奶味強過咖啡香架嘛。另外個杯Latte, 我試咗少少,飲得出比Flat White多啲泡,又多啲奶味,咁就證明佢哋沖咖啡係有啲功夫架,不過其實 Flat white 同 latte 主要都係差面頭嘅泡泡。輪到主菜啦,呢晚就食咗 龍蝦焦糖燉蛋配龍蝦肉燒蘑菇 同 法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫班尼迪克蛋。龍蝦焦糖燉蛋配龍蝦肉燒蘑菇,整體嚟講都好味,不過又唔係好突出。以一個Savory Dish 嚟講個 Creme Brulee 就有啲過甜,主要係因為面頭個個焦糖,我都明白 Creme Brulee 嘅 Signature 就係面頭個塊脆焦糖,但係加埋落去就係甜過頭,如果可以換另一樣又脆又無咁甜嘅 element 放上面去代替直接用火槍燒糖,可能會更好,因為咁樣就可以減少啲砂糖直接掂到個蛋而影響到個燉蛋嘅味道。至於個燉蛋本身係用咗龍蝦汁去做,龍蝦味都好出,個texture 比較似蒸水蛋,如果可以creamy 少少,實少少,就更加似 Creme Brulee 嘞。由於個燉蛋比較甜,所以為咗要balance 反個味道,個龍蝦肉燒蘑菇就比較鹹同濃味,所以龍蝦本身嘅味就唔夠突出,如果就咁食呢個龍蝦肉,你會覺得鹹咗少少。所以最好嘅食法就係將龍蝦肉 同燉蛋 一齊放上多士度食。我好欣賞佢哋起晒啲龍蝦肉,再放返上去,咁食落就無咁 "lei hea" ,而且龍蝦肉嘅份量都唔少,真係放滿晒成隻龍蝦,好足料!另一個主菜 法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫班尼迪克蛋 ,就非常之好食,果然係佢哋一向嘅招牌菜!首先個 poached egg 煮得好好,仍然好 gooey,絕對係 egg benedict 嘅靈魂。 個油浸鴨脾非常之酥脆,最重要係一啲油膩嘅感覺都無,又夠味,又唔會太鹹,真係好好食。加埋佢哋嘅sauce,成件事都balance 得好好,佢哋嘅sauce 比一般嘅 hollandaise sauce 酸得 sharp 少少,就係因為咁食起上嚟會 give you a punch,再加埋啲 salad 同 balsamic vinaigrette,好refreshing,好立體。讚呀!當然仲唔少得就係個窩夫啦,我之前想嚟都係為咗食窩夫。窩夫好鬆軟,外面又有少少脆,但係又唔會𠝹口,真係好怕食到啲𠝹口嘅嘢。個窩夫嘅甜味好subtle,可以好好咁襯托個鴨髀,唔會喧賓奪主,下次再去真係要食下甜品嘅窩夫先~輪到甜品嘞,食咗佢哋嘅 Homemade Tiramisu 同 黑芝麻梳乎厘。Tiramisu 嘅質素好好,個mascarpone cheese cream 同 咖啡酒嘅味道好balance。Cheese Cream 好綿密,咖啡酒好香,成個tiramisu 又唔會太甜,再加埋啲脆脆地嘅蛋糕碎同朱古力碎,成個口感又多咗一個層次。係好食嘅!!!係個tiramisu 上面仲有一球雲尼拿雪糕,呢個雪糕都好味,不過就甜咗少少,我覺得如果轉做 creme fraiche 可能會好少少。個黑芝麻梳乎厘應該係今日嘅驚喜,因為我冇諗過係咁大個,直徑我估有差唔多 10cm 左右,見到咁大個已經好興奮。佢哋嘅梳乎厘手工好好,睇下佢升得咁高就知,而且個texture 又好,好light,功夫絕對到家!個度仲配咗一個黑芝麻anglaise 同黑芝麻雪糕。個黑芝麻anglaise 加埋個梳乎厘一齊食真係好正,芝麻味好出,好濃郁,而且唔會太甜。 個黑芝麻雪糕又好正,唔太甜不特止,黑芝麻味非常濃郁,呢三樣嘢加埋你會覺得好似去咗黑芝麻wonderland。鍾意黑芝麻嘅人,一定要嚟試!唔怪之得呢度成日都排隊啦,又的確係好食嘅,而且份量都好足夠,我覺得如果兩個人嚟食,兩個主菜加一個甜品都會好夠,或者鍾意食甜品嘅,食兩個甜品一個主菜都得!所以我呢晚食咗2個主菜,2個甜品,都真係非常之飽。佢哋啲甜品真係好大份好有誠意,令人好興奮呀~…Read More
