譚公誕過來睇舞龍舞獅,烈日之下,就快溶化。高潮過去,趕快匿入餐廳醫肚+避暑openrice見到呢間評價不錯,又在附近,快速撞入來。因為餐廳在大街上,巡遊繼續,仍然聽到鑼鼓聲聲。點完餐,等緊,突然聽到鑼鼓聲加大了,原來有獅子入左來啊,見佢入來舞左一陣,跟住係是頭婆面前好乖咁拜,跟住就走左啦,咦,唔見利是嘅,可能唔知幾時已經俾左啦。開心左一陣,上菜啦!摩羅雞飯好多年無食過啦,以前中學成日食,但後來好少見到餐廳有。賣相不錯,黃色嘅炒飯,疊上雞扒,淋上汁,再蓋一個太陽蛋。先撥開雞扒同汁,戳穿嬌嫩欲滴嘅蛋黃,洶湧而出嘅蛋汁用來撈飯最正。雞扒邊緣脆口,但可惜中間無咩味,可能醃得唔夠,而且又雪味。下面重有一舊煙肉,搭救雞扒嘅味道不足。個汁應該係墨西哥汁,咸甜雜陳,都幾夾。個炒飯應該落左黃薑粉,加上提子同炒。炒飯唔會太油膩,淡淡嘅甜味也不會和墨西哥汁衝突。焗豬扒飯終極邪惡之選,但真係太誘人。比大字頭過d好味,有heart得多。舊豬扒大過我塊面啊(我塊面已經好大噶啦),茄汁上面有芝士,焗至少少燶,係最好嘅狀態。豬扒香脆,雖然很大舊,但入曬味,而且食唔出雪味,不會o鞋口,而且沒有炸粉漿住嘴嘅感覺。下次我要點呢個!(係米真係夠膽啊?咁我都係考慮下線)…Read More

是日前往探望朋友的初生嬰兒,途中經過Regal後門,見到附近幾個途人入去呢間拉麵,望下都幾full,應該不錯,回來就一於試下。炎炎夏日,掛住沾麺彈牙的口感,就來個沾麺吧!等了好一陣子才上,比一般沾麺店要慢。湯底:拉麵精華在於湯底,試啖先,咦,比較單薄,不夠濃厚。麵底:麵條不夠凍,體現不出冷熱交融的爽脆彈牙嘅快感。而且分量很小,我都無食飽,回家食左個橙先能入睡。還是三田好,有大中細同價,包食飽。叉燒:是唯一亮點,肉質比較緊緻,看出來這只豬平時有做開運動。溏心蛋:淡而無味,只是一只沒完全煮熟的白蛋,很失望。優點:桌上有電磁爐可以加熱湯底,沾麺湯變凍時候可以加熱。但問題是沾麺麺底不夠凍,好似也不會令湯變凍吧。桌上還有辣味醃菜,很開胃。…Read More
