今日難得放假,同朋友去完大館玩,見夠鐘食lunch就行左去附近嘅h code ’品’諗住食餐好嘅。當日天氣都非常炎熱,店員好快手係我哋坐低一刻已經幫我哋準備咗2杯冰水降一降暑氣,幾貼心。由於疫情關係,餐廳都準備左酒精搓手液,毛巾同紙巾俾我哋清潔雙手同放口罩。個人涼返之後先發現佢哋有好多種類嘅酒做decor , 原來佢哋平時夜晚係食wine pairing 嘅菜式,不過當日食lunch就有bento menu ,於是就叫左品味海蝦炒手打魚麵 同 原隻鮑魚花膠撈飯。佢哋每個便當餐都會附送一款茶,經過店員嘅介紹,我哋選擇左白茶同綠茶,另外仲加左$25要左個燉湯。白茶係用左雲南2019年月光白芽茶葉,聞落味道唔係太突出,第一泡茶係相對柔和,越飲就會越有陣木香味,頗有層次感。至於朋友嘅綠茶係採用四川嘅香片,一沖出嚟就已經有陣陣嘅茉莉香,飲落清香而不澀。店員為左避免茶葉因浸泡得太耐而變苦澀,每次只會沖一杯茶嘅份量。我係飲得比較多水嘅人,原本好驚尷尬,要係咁麻煩店員加水,但係店員都相當細心,會留意我哋幾時飲完,預早少少幫我哋沖定浸定茶葉,等我哋唔洗尷尬叫加水。要加分!當日嘅燉湯係准山海底椰鮑魚湯,味道有啲似螺頭,但係比螺頭再多陣鮮甜味,非常濃郁,而且好夠熱,亦唔覺湯有落味精,湯中都有2片鮑魚,無欺場。原隻鮑魚花膠撈飯嘅便當set 有四隻細鮑魚,同少量嘅花膠做主菜,配上炒得幾有火氣同蛋香嘅炒飯,撈入濃稠嘅鮑汁,味道唔花巧,已經幾好食。另外佢亦有蒜蓉菜芯,炸蝦球,滷水豆腐同紅酒芝麻醬浸蟲草花。菜芯唔算老,脆卜卜嘅炸蒜增加左配菜嘅口感。炸蝦球內裏嘅蝦滑爽口有彈性,外面先鋪上藜麥再油炸,非常香口惹味。滷水豆腐非常之入味,花椒八角嘅香味尤其突出,可惜個人對太大嘅香料味有啲抗拒,唔算太鐘意食。紅酒芝麻醬蟲草花一如既往彈牙,醬汁方面有驚喜,一入口先係麻醬味香濃,慢慢咀嚼就有陣淡淡紅酒嘅味,香而不澀。估唔至2者都幾夾。至於朋友叫嘅’品’味海蝦炒手打魚麵都頗有鑊氣,海蝦肉質緊實,有黑椒調味。可惜手打魚麵嘅麵質係偏林嘅鯪魚肉質地,唔夠爽口彈牙,有啲失望。總括而然,雖然餐廳位置有啲偏遠,不過無論係食物,環境同服務質素都相當唔錯。價格以中環午餐黎講都係中上價錢。久唔久食一次好野獎勵吓辛苦工作嘅自己。…Read More

鬧市中嘅寧靜高水準餐廳

同朋友啱啱喺中央圖書館溫完書,諗住去食餐好嘅補一補腦, 上OpenRice 見到tipsy bar and restaurant 嘅環境幾靜,又幾多好評就諗住去試吓。由於tipsy係樓上餐廳,入口都幾隱蔽。唔係見到OpenRice有佢嘅登記,都唔知原來嗰度上面係有餐廳嘅。餐廳有分室內同室外,室內環境樓底頗高具空間感,室外係個露台,欄杆上掛滿燈泡,同室內嘅環境比較,更有情調,可惜我去嗰日室外己經坐滿,如果嚟慶祝,book室外位會更有氣氛。當日叫左個small plate 同main, 分別係Angus beef cube teriyaki 同sea urchin pasta with flying fish roe and fennel foam.Angus beef cube 上枱前遠遠已經傳來燒汁嘅香味, 雖然話係cube但係一啲都唔細粒。牛肉粒入口首先飄出一陣炭燒,咬落去會有肉汁同燒汁充斥着成個口腔。肉質唔係入口即溶,而係有少少咬口,但係唔會好韌。切開會見到好靚嘅粉紅色,無論係賣相定味道都好出色。至於sea urchin pasta賣相一樣好精緻,本身麻麻地海膽,因為驚佢好腥,點知食落又唔錯,面頭嘅海膽有少少清甜同鮮味,唔係好食海膽嘅我都接受到。不過意粉個汁就真係好濃海膽味,我會話係重到有少少腥,食完會覺得成個嘴唇都被海膽醬包住,的確係足料嘅。總括嚟講,餐廳嘅食物水準同環境都唔錯,係值得再去嘅餐廳。…Read More

中環中價值位泰菜

同朋友係中環行街,行到cotton on 附近見攰想食d野就入左Cafe Siam 到食泰國菜。我地order左小食拼盤,冬蔭公蝦湯,招牌炒大蝦同芒果糯米飯外加杯青檸碟豆花梳打水。每枱食客都會贈送一籃蝦片,香脆可口,係等待食物嘅到黎之前,可安撫餓到打鼓嘅肚皮。小食拼盤一共有四款,分別是荷香葉雞、豬肉串燒、炸蝦餅和炸春卷。荷香葉雞剛吃的時候外面感覺有點乾,但裡面卻挺嫩滑,味道更是濃濃的,讓整個口腔充滿著香茅胡椒的味道。豬肉串也做得不錯,豬肉被切成薄片燒烤,外脆內嫰,不會燒得過火,配合花生沙嗲醬,令豬肉串更好吃。炸物炸的時間也剛好, 即使經過一番拍攝和寒暄,食物仍是熱熱的,十分香口,不過蝦餅稍嫌偏咸,口感亦不算爽口。它們都分別有特色醬蘸著吃,蝦餅就是配上甜酸醬,而春卷就配了一個酸梅醬。冬蔭公蝦湯辣味唔算好重,但係食落會令食道又麻又暖,非常暖胃。香茅南薑等嘅香料亦十分足,鍾意重口味嘅朋友會非常滿足。最重要係平時飲開冬蔭公嘅蝦通常都煲到霉霉爛爛,但係Cafe Siam 冬蔭公嘅蝦依然爽口,而且仲係入味嘅。至於招牌炒大蝦係先上左薄薄一層炸粉攞去炸,鎖住大蝦嘅水份,然後再用左黑胡椒,lemongrass 等香料爆香,令濃烈惹味嘅菜式增添左淡淡清新嘅氣味。飲品方面我們點了一個青檸蝶豆花蘇打,顏色紫紫的,很適合打卡。這個蘇打味道非常清新,一點都不甜,感覺是沒有下糖的,很適合怕甜的朋友。要完汁滿結束一餐當然要食埋甜品啦,芒果糯米飯味道不過不失,勝左夠多椰汁。整體黎講食物質素唔錯,係中環地段黎計CP值都算唔錯。…Read More

豬瘟都無阻我試出名嘅豬扒店

一路都有聽開炊豕店嘅豬扒飯好好食,噚日終於得閒約埋朋友去試吓啦。大約六點鐘到就唔洗排隊,不過都已經有幾多人食緊。我同朋友分別叫左秘制豬扒飯(咖喱汁)同話梅花雕豬手撈幼麵,另外再叫左個椒鹽魷魚鬚。秘制豬扒飯名符其實好食,大大塊豬扒沾上薄薄嘅炸漿,食起黎熱辣辣脆卜卜,豬扒本身亦嫩滑多汁。咖喱汁重椰香味得黎唔會太辣,配上有黏性但粒粒分明嘅米飯,真係會想再食一次。至於豬手麵份量亦唔細,一碗麵都有5-6舊豬手,豬手炆得好入味,夾埋甜甜地嘅話梅汁撈麵,整體唔錯,不過花雕味就唔係好突出。食到最後亦有少少膩嘅感覺。椒鹽魷魚鬚嘅椒鹽味唔重,不過勝在唔算好咸,魷魚都算幾脆,配埋喼汁都叫香脆可口,有啲似酒樓會食到嘅味道。總括黎講,豬扒飯好食,價錢係銅鑼灣地段算係相宜,係會再同friend 黎食多次嘅地方。…Read More

温書食甜品一流

之前上網見到香港郵意唔單止有好多postcard同手工藝賣,仲有好多靚靚甜品食,所以就忍唔住叫埋朋友一齊去邊食野邊温書。 由於近排挑戰自己唔飲甜野,所以淨係叫左2個主食同2個甜品。(甜品唔同甜嘅飲品架😆)買野食嗰陣可以見到店員準備甜品。主食叫左All day breakfast。佢嘅份量幾大份。雞肉腸好有香草味,亦有肉汁。煙肉有3條,係經炸過嘅,食落脆卜卜。菇就用牛油炒過,但係味道唔重。車厘茄多汁鮮甜。沙律菜配搭黑醋汁,酸甜醒胃。牛角包有驚喜,陣陣牛油味,又外脆內軟,非常好食。可惜係滑蛋炒得比較老,無左嫩滑感。至於另一主菜白酒香辣蜆肉意粉,驟眼一睇有6隻蜆,食落都無沙嘅。而麵方面有少少白酒嘅苦澀味,但係食食吓又會覺得幾辣,感覺幾得意。唯意粉整體上比較油膩,食完有滿嘴油嘅感覺。終於到我最期待嘅甜品啦,叫左豆腐蜂蜜芝士蛋糕同火星。前者都幾大件,豆腐芝士同海綿蛋糕相隔,豆腐芝士食落感覺似mousse ,味道清新重豆味,而蛋糕香甜綿密。再加上honey comb 做點綴,令味道提升左層次。火星亦即係黑朱古力包住荔枝玫瑰紅莓嘅布甸。外層嘅黑朱古力球體就個人而言覺得同入面唔係幾夾,外面係濃郁嘅可可味,但係入面嘅荔枝玫瑰布甸屬於refreshing同清甜類,清新嘅感覺就俾掩蓋左。但係荔枝玫瑰布甸本身加左酸酸甜甜嘅紅莓醬,有味蕾刺激得黎又唔會太搶。不過將朱古力同布甸分開食,兩者都幾好味。而且甜品外貌吸引,打卡一流。其實只要買一杯野飲就可以係到坐成日,環境又靜,温書唔錯。不過食完野之後要記得跟指示將托盤同碗碟放係收集處。總括嚟講,餐廳嘅食物唔錯,甜品亦好有新意,下次會再去試埋其他甜品同飲品。…Read More

好耐都無見到中學同學因為大家都超忙又臨近sem尾,即使無時間都想見個面,所以就去朋友佢屋企樓下food court食野。我同佢都好鍾意食拉麵,咁啱見到有誠拉麵店,於是就諗住食個快嘅。我同朋友分別叫左黑特豚骨拉麵同赤豚骨拉麵再加左份餃子。黑特豚骨拉麵非常足料,有3塊紫菜,木耳,一隻蛋,3塊叉燒同葱。上枱嗰陣啲蒜香味好濃郁,食落麵質偏軟身,湯底唔算重蒜味,帶一股油香,但係有少少偏咸。叉燒屬於半肥半瘦,有咬口得黎唔會太肥膩,而玉子都有流心,唔會過熟。至於赤拉麵,朋友形容唔算好辣,如果係追求辣嘅朋友可能會失望,不過湯底味道都幾濃郁,搭配叉燒紫菜等材料,70幾蚊嘅價錢算係唔錯架。餃子皮夠薄得黎都仲有啲咬口,幾欣賞隻隻餃子嘅低部都煎得金黃香脆,加上醋同餃子豉油,味道唔錯。整體黎講,店內職員友善,上菜速度快,食物味道唔錯,價格都相宜,係food courts 入面算係唔錯嘅餐廳。…Read More

雖然成日去銅鑼灣,但係食黎食去都係嗰幾間,真係有啲悶。所以為左尋覓新野食就上左OpenRice 睇吓啲食評,見到心之食堂幾多好評得黎又唔似係大集團經營,而且又無咩俾social media介紹過,抱住黎尋寶嘅心態上左去百樂中心一試。食飯食左個幾鐘,一路都唔算好多人,環境夠靜,約朋友傾吓謁都唔錯。我同朋友2個人叫左2個主食,2個小食同2個燒物。主食方面,佢嘅原條鰻魚石鍋飯啲鰻魚無欺場,大條得黎無咩骨,而且隔左一段時間都好夠熱,不過就略嫌啲飯唔夠汁同埋無咩飯焦。而香茅豬頸肉湯烏冬份量相對比較細,不過豬頸肉嘅香茅味幾濃,滲左落湯到味道唔錯。豬頸肉就有咬口,而烏冬就偏淋。小食方面叫左心之蛋卷同胡椒豬肚湯浸蜆。心之蛋卷外面熟入面軟滑,一切開有流心嘅芝士,咬落有好多魚子,口感脆卜卜,幾過癮。加埋三文魚碎同埋少少蜆肉,味道幾鮮,不過貴得黎份量偏細。而胡椒豬肚湯浸蜆個湯真係好好飲,相較於啲蜆,我地兩個都爭住想飲啲湯,係開始轉涼嘅季節,飲返啖胡椒濃湯暖胃,醒晨曬。至於蜆就唔係好吸到湯嘅味道,但係勝在無沙。而切碎嘅娃娃菜都好搶手,啲菜浸滿胡椒湯,食落好美味。燒物分別點左心の火焰鐵板牛柳串同埋炸雞皮。牛柳串齋睇已經好吸睛,佢上枱嗰陣,店員為佢淋左酒精,再點上火,熊熊烈火就咁樣燃燒係你面前。原本好驚淋左酒嘅食物會好大陣酒精味,但係神奇嘅係佢竟然無。牛柳串火候啱啱好,食落既有炙燒味,又相當嫩滑。即使係坐底嘅菠蘿,經過火燒後都變得非常香甜多汁。一旁嘅薯角都被烤到熱辣辣。呢個燒物俾到視覺同味覺嘅享受我地。最後嘅炸雞皮一碟有三串,聽落邪惡,但係一啲都唔油膩。雞皮燒得好香脆,即是只係加咗少少嘅鹽,已經變成非常好食嘅左酒小食。落咗檸檬汁又為雞皮添左少少清新嘅感覺。一碟小食兩種食法。總括而言,心之食堂嘅食物質素唔錯,但係嘢食嘅份量偏細,價格亦比較貴。不過久唔久食一次,都係唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

食飯時間大約6:30,餐廳唔算好多人。中央有個書架,上面放滿唔同嘅board games, 仔細一睇係書架嘅中層原來有兩隻貓咪瞓咗喺度,佢哋好乖好得意,週不時會喺餐廳周圍走,同唔同嘅客人影相同埋討摸。坐低左之後,我哋二話不說即刻點左一個廚師發板,一個茄汁虎蝦意粉同埋一個花之戀三文魚意粉,令外加左$38有多碗湯同埋有杯野飲。當日嘅湯鵝肝菌海鮮湯,而飲品方面就叫左青蘋果綠茶同檸檬柑橘綠茶。廚師發板首先上枱,成幅藝術品咁嘅食物真係好靚好吸引。店員非常友善咁提醒我哋牛油帶子,虎蝦同鵝肝多士要襯熱食,而牛柳粒就可以配上一旁嘅乾蒜片同燒汁一齊食。帶子帶有濃濃嘅牛油香味,肉質唔會過熟,但可能因為要擺碟,即使即刻食,帶子都係唔夠熱。虎蝦嘅味道唔算濃,反而突出左其鮮味,肉質都算爽口彈牙。而牛柳粒真係要一讚。粒粒都非常入味之於有肉嘅煙韌度但係又唔會咬唔開,咁多粒入面無一粒係有筋食唔到嘅,亦同旁邊嘅蒜片味道異常地夾。唯食物嘅温度同帶子一樣,都係擺涼左。此外,平時唔鐘意食鵝肝嘅我,原本諗住唔抱任何期望咬一啖就算。點之雖然佢已經唔熱,但係騷味都唔算好重,算係入得口。週圍亦有一啲蟹柳螺肉煙三文魚作裝飾,沙律菜亦有三種醬料俾你配搭,分別係wasabi豉油,胡麻醬同醋汁。另一個特別嘅地方,就係喺畫板嘅角落頭有兩件焗過嘅杏桃,非常之清甜,而且好淋,味道唔錯。茄汁虎蝦意粉嘅虎蝦相對係廚師發板入面嘅就無咁彈牙,而且麵入面亦只有兩隻虎蝦,$188碟嘅價錢就顯得比較貴。不過Cafe有唔同嘅遊戲比大家玩,$188就當係可以係尖沙咀嘅熱鬧嘅地方揾個寧靜位置俾我哋休閒咁休息,同朋吹吓水玩吓遊戲。至於煙三文魚意粉,煙三文魚正常,份量算多。汁方面佢地係用芝士粉同忌廉汁整成嘅。而意粉味道相對比較惹味,不過廚師係麵入面落左幾多紅椒黃椒等,所以如果唔鍾意椒嘅味道,可能叫其他野食會更合胃口。跟餐嘅牛肝菌海鮮湯朋友話非常之好味,上菜時熱辣辣,份量大,配上長脆嘅麵包條,令湯多左份層次感。湯內有2隻青口,一啲蜆肉同魷魚,非常足料。可惜自己本身對菌類嘅湯唔感興趣。青蘋果綠茶同柑橘檸檬綠茶並唔算太特別,不過飲杯偏甜,下次再再黎嘅話會記得少甜。…Read More

第一次食兆萬嘅放題無想像中咁差

聽人講兆萬嘅放題好劣質,但係行完街真係好肚餓,見價錢唔貴又可以任食,所以就去試一試。星期一嘅1930時段唔算多人,可以坐到幾寬敞嘅卡位,田園風裝修都令人坐得幾舒服。呢到嘅野食種類好多,滿足曬我擦餐飽嘅欲望,我地點左刺身,一口牛,人蔘雞湯,天婦羅,壽司卷。刺身上枱非常之靚,味道亦算新鮮,可以一試。一口牛肉質頗淋,味道都幾入味,可惜多筋。人蔘雞湯係我最鍾意嘅野食之一,首先好少地方放題有得飲,其次雖然佢人蔘味唔算好出,所以亦無咩苦味,雞味濃郁,熱辣辣咁上枱,正。天婦羅就比較失色,唔知係咪放左係枱太耐之後先記起佢,比起脆佢多少少硬嘅感覺。不過佢個香蕉天婦羅好特別,原本以為會伏,點知香蕉炸完出黎又香又甜,仲有脆皮包住,都幾有驚喜。而本身對壽司卷無咩特別興趣嘅我都叫左4款,有芝士蟹柳,和牛,牛油果軟殻蟹同芒果炸蝦。整體味道唔錯,但係我特別鍾意和牛,因為佢味道相對較重,唔會被白飯遮蓋。我同朋友2人去,佢會送和牛壽喜燒,啲肉質的確係嫩滑啲,但係數量就比較少得4塊,其餘嘅都係菜同菇。不過啲菜同菇都吸曬醬油湯嘅甜味,都唔錯嘅。其實放題咁多野食就真係好難樣樣都好食,但係就價錢同普遍食物質素黎睇,神户屋都算係水平以上,而且上菜速度快,職員態度都幾有善,如果甜品種類再多啲就好啦。…Read More

近排興台式野食,去開荃灣見到有間餐廳門口有飲品corner,入面有位坐可以叫餸食飯,裝修都幾別緻,於是決定係到食個dinner.餐牌上面嘅選擇唔算多,但係睇落款款都好吸引,不過礙於淨係得2人食,所以只係叫左大滷味拼盤+滷蛋,鹽酥雞排蛋炒飯同一個芋圓甜品。首先一讚佢哋上菜速度好快,而且食物都好夠熱,員工嘅態度亦好友善,會逐一同你核對下單食物,擔心漏單會耽誤我哋嘅時間。大滷水拼盤嘅分量真係相當多,有4隻雞翼,牛肚,豆乾同2隻滷蛋。雞翼嘅滷水汁好入味,size亦幾大隻,不過肉質就嫌唔夠嫩滑。而牛肚則係最出色嘅小食,肉質嫩淋得黎又幾有咬口,加上超級入味,正。豆乾質地方面比較硬質,不過味道尚算可以。至於滷蛋,可以見到滷汁已滲入蛋白,同樣入味。碟底有一些煮至淋身嘅花生,配上滷汁吃一流。而鹽酥雞扒蛋炒飯嘅雞扒外層炸得酥脆可口但內裡仍保持肉質鮮嫩多汁。飯底沒有港式酒樓嘅鑊氣,不過炒飯粒粒分明。食落除左蛋香仲多左股油香,但食後碟上都只有少量油,唔會感覺油膩。但係記得要快啲食,如果唔係雞皮就會淋曬架啦。呢餐我地用甜品黑糖芋圓仙草凍2號黎畫上句號。入面有紫米,綠豆,迷你黑糖珍珠,仙草同芋圓。加上少量鮮奶,配捨幾夾,口感豐富,而地瓜圓同芋圓都食得到本身嘅味到同時又煙韌有咬口。每人百令蚊食到捧住個肚走。…Read More

唔經過真係唔知,原來眾多甜品店包圍嘅希雲街後面嘅加路連山,竟然隱藏左間米芝蓮推介嘅Jo拉麵,鍾意食拉麵嘅我梗係唔會錯過啦。我同朋友分別叫左個特制沾麵加叉燒木耳,蒜油豚骨拉麵,一分葱花牛舌同杯氣水。特制沾麵有冷熱選擇,而我就對熱嘅比較感興趣,本以為熱嘅麵會係麵質方面比較失色,點知熱粗麵同樣好有彈性,唔驚整凍湯之餘麵質亦相當有質素。加上粗麵嘅掛湯能力高,配埋味道濃郁嘅木魚豚骨湯,就更加無得彈。叉燒係半肥瘦嘅,瘦嗰邊嘅肉唔會好粗糙,脂肪部分令我見識到咩叫齒頰留香。沾麵有半隻半熟蛋,雖然唔算好流心,但係蛋白入面都好滑。不過沾麵係無木耳嘅,鍾意食嘅就要額外加錢買啦。同埋可惜嘅係湯係無得加熱,要keep到啖啖都夠熱就要食快啲啦。朋友叫嘅蒜香豚骨拉麵味道都唔錯,七分蒜香三分油香。油香並唔單單係麻油,而係會見到一粒粒炒香左嘅芝麻係湯入面。拉麵用嘅係幼麵,麵質相對較淋,叉燒嘅水準穩定,有木耳椰菜等配料。而葱花牛舌就係必定回購嘅美食,牛舌有咬口得黎唔會咬唔開,黑椒嘅辣同鹽嘅咸味調較得合適,淡淡嘅葱香再加上少許嘅檸檬汁令食物更清新同鮮味。可樂其實如果夠凍嘅話到到都一樣,不過如果佢嘅食用水可以加返啲檸檬落去就可以清一清麵嘅濃味,咁就無咁易食膩。…Read More

之前係中環ifc 見過la famille啲蛋糕好靚,但係嗰陣食完飯食埋甜品實左太飽,所以無買到。直到之前同朋友去做瑜珈,先發現原來銅鑼灣都開左間店,而且仲要有得坐。就入去試吓啦。入面裝修同Ifc 一樣貫徹一貫作風,都係幾精緻,係張紅色地毯有少少格格不入。同ifc唔到,呢到推出左tea set, $158有2件蛋糕同2杯野飲。淨係望住咁多款靚靚蛋糕,已經覺得好開心。我地分別叫左香印青提同桃味蛋糕,飲品就叫左凍嘅日本和茶同春果煎茶。香印青提真係俾到驚艷嘅感覺我,明明用嘅係原味忌廉,但係同青提蛋糕一齊食,係蛋糕入面嘅青提香令到忌廉都帶左淡淡香印味。蛋糕軟熟有空氣感,配上打到好滑嘅忌廉,唔會有好乾嘅感覺,加上切開蛋糕入面都係cream ,份量好足得黎,連唔鍾意食忌廉嘅我都將佢食曬。反而係上面裝飾嘅3粒青提係比較之下就無咩香印嘅味道。而且花同店名牌都係用朱古力做,好食。相較之下,桃蛋糕就顯得比較遜色,雖然蛋糕一樣軟熟,忌廉同樣甜度適中同幼滑,但係蛋糕就無咩桃味。好彩嘅係蛋糕上嘅桃裝飾都算香甜,藍莓亦唔會好酸。蛋糕嘅外觀都好吸睛。至於兩杯凍茶都屬於味道偏淡,對於唔鍾意飲濃茶嘅我都幾合適。我嘅係春果煎茶,聞落有陣陣berries 嘅香味,有輕微甜甜酸酸嘅味道,飲落幾清新清爽,啱啱好可以一解cream 嘅膩。日本和茶都會食到少少茶澀味,不過因為太清,就無辦法要求回甘嘅感覺。當日食完晏就大約1點到去到,食到2點半都無咩人,想係鬧市休息,享受吓清靜環境嘅得黎又有啲賞心悅目嘅甜品食吓嘅話,呢到係唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

朋輩間幾出名嘅甜品店

Via Tokyo 不嬲係朋輩界都好出名嘅甜品,但係一路都無經開希雲街,所以約埋朋友先第一次去食。當日去到嗰陣大約晚上八點,唔洗排隊就有位坐啦。我地叫左一個芒果牛奶雪糕芭菲,一個黑芝麻芭菲同一杯Earl grey。芒果雪糕芭菲用左creamia 嘅雪糕,好香牛奶味之於又好滑好軟身,咁叫得creamia 雪糕又點可以無左嗰白之戀人餅乾造成嘅脆cone呢,係到佢地用左個cone黎做decoration,望住cone入面嘅紋都覺得好賞心悅目。不過建議快d食如果唔係就淋曬架啦。伴碟嘅芒果非常之甜,連埋底嘅芒果同puree 份量亦算多。中間嗰陣嘅士多啤梨啫喱真係起到好大中和嘅作用。因為食食吓雪糕都會”濟” 士多啤梨嘅酸味就啱啱好帶左新嘅刺激俾味蕾,令人醒一醒神。反而吉士味就唔係好出啦。如果大家有興趣嘅話要快啲去食啦,因為呢個係夏日限定。朋友點左黑芝麻芭菲,相比起creamia 嘅雪糕,佢呢款嘅雪糕嘅質地偏厚實。雪糕係舌頭上溶曬之後會感覺到磨到幼細嘅黑芝麻粉,都算幾真材實料。味道亦相當濃郁。配料亦非常豐富,有蜂蜜蛋糕,蕨餅,沾滿焦糖嘅合桃,仲有塊黑芝麻脆餅,甜得黎有少少痴牙。芭菲下層有三粒白玉,煙煙韌韌好有咬口,配埋底層紅豆會更好食,不過整體黎講都算僱甜。伯爵茶就無咩特別,不過食完雪糕飲返杯無糖嘅熱茶都幾爽,清清喉嚨。都算明白via Tokyo 點解咁多人成日去食啦。係唔錯嘅。…Read More
