之前看網上評語,說這間餐廳的蛋包飯很好吃,所以專登來試試。餐廳位於銅鑼灣時代廣場9樓,位於在一條大柱的很面,比較隱蔽,花了點時間才能找到。由於明知這兒的蛋包飯很大份,估計自己一個人應該吃不完,怕浪費食物,所以決定外賣,我點了「烤牛肉蛋包飯」。返回公司打開餐盒一看,果然真的很大份!我預先將部份食物留作下午茶再吃,避免浪費。先說說蛋包飯,充滿着濃濃的蛋香味,一切開,少許半熟蛋緩緩流出,但不是其他食評人所說的「傾瀉出來」,估計是因為在帶回公司的路程上,熱力已經將部份雞蛋慢慢地再煮熟一點,變成沒有這麼流心,可能堂食應該會正D!飯是炒過的,微香微甜,十分醒胃!其實精華在於烤牛肉的烤汁,香濃惹味,將炒飯撈上烤汁,好吃到欲罷不能!大部份牛肉都很諗,可惜有少部份柴口!整體上很好吃,兩個人都夠吃!…Read More

10月中在石塘咀附近逛逛的時候曾經經過這間餐廳,覺得好chill,今次再行過,順便試試。整間店舖以灰色為設計主調,配以有意思的英文句子、青翠的植物和木製桌子,非常型格。望着門外的小路,好像在台北文青cafe嘆啡似的。店內有很多大學生打開notebook溫習和做功課,店主很貼心,在牆上設置了很多插蘇,方便他們叉電。望着這些學生,好像看到自己的影子,覺得自己彷彿回到大學生時代,在中午break time時把握時間去石塘咀食lunch!講返這間餐廳,我們一步進這兒,一名店員﹝也可能是店主﹞親切地告訴我們今天的pasta是什麼。其實menu選擇不多,所以我們很快便作出決定了。我們點了南瓜汁帶子意粉,當店員端出來的時間,我們有點驚訝,覺得食物擺得比較求其,份量又好似好少,但估不到不揚的外貌,原來是好好味的!南瓜汁原來是真材實料,每啖都有濃濃的南瓜蓉!意大利麵吸收了香甜的南瓜汁,份外美味!只是帶子比較細粒,如能選擇大大粒的帶子就更完美了!此外,我們點了Deluxe All Day Breakfast。望上去也覺得很普通,沒什麼特別,卻估不到麵包是烘過的,十分香脆!麵包旁邊放了一杯黑黑的Apple Earl Grey Jam,我們以為只是普通的果醬,吃了一口,不得了呀!原來非常好吃!酸酸甜甜的,配以淡淡的Earl Grey,是整碟ADB的精粹和靈魂!其他配菜如香腸和煙肉,都煎得十分香脆惹味,炒蛋也炒得很香滑!這碟ADB殊不簡單,絶對不是粗製濫造的,吃得出是廚師誠意之作!另一驚喜是Earl Grey Flower Tea,飲完有回甘的伯爵茶清香,在口腔內久久不散!這間餐廳已列入我的Pocket List內,我會為它的Apple Earl Grey Jam再來!…Read More

難得放假,當然要捐窿捐啦食好西,今天就去了石塘咀附近的一間cafe hea吓。這間cafe設計簡約,以黑色工業風為主題,是打卡的好地方!我們一坐下來,老闆有禮地招待我們,並細心地介紹今天的菜單,跟連鎖餐廳的機械式運作截然不同!餐牌選擇甚少,但對於有選擇困難症的我們來說,不用揀,算是好事!我們點了兩款食物,二人share食。先吃了Daily Pasta -- 香草蘑菇意粉,意粉軟硬適中,配合香草、蘑菇和露筍,入口清新,最出色是個汁,意粉掛汁,是整碟意粉的精華所在。再來是All Day Breakfast,牛角包是香脆的。蘑菇和香腸不是白烚,而是經過煎炒,有燶邊的。沙律很新鮮,有我們最喜愛的火箭菜。只是炒蛋有少少老,但整體來說,我們吃得出廚師花了不少心思去製作。最值得稱讚的,是座位擺放舒適,店員有禮,價錢也十分親民。餐廳位於小巷內,感覺是城巿中的綠洲,悠然自得。聽說他們的餐牌很神秘,每天都會更換。這間餐廳已列入我的Pocket List內,下次一定再來試試其他菜式!…Read More

打完風後,悶了數天,很想出來走走,順便去買最喜愛的bagels。講起 bagels,當然要來這間以比高聞名的麵包店。由於這間麵包店主打無添加麵包和甜品,麵包不能放得太耐,所以我每次買都量力而為,估計要吃幾多才買幾多。上次吃過原味bagel,外表脹卜卜的,質感紮實,口感煙韌 ,同時又夠軟熟,一個字「正」!今次就試試其他口味,買了「金鑽鳳梨比高」和「宇治納言比高」。「金鑽鳳梨比高」的麵包有茶香味,內有鳳梨粒,酸酸甜甜的,我覺得選用甜一點的鳳梨會比較好吃。「宇治納言比高」採用了上小山園抹茶粉,抹茶味都算濃郁,最特別是餡料,原本以為只有紅豆,綠茶配紅豆是最佳拍擋,一定不會中伏,估不到原來仲有麻糬,軟糯Q彈,配合埋綠茶紅豆,簡直是無敵!在收銀處附近見到有蛋糕仔,我特別喜歡類似黑糖的蛋糕,所以便順手買了「黃糖無花果蛋糕」。這件蛋糕果然是一大驚喜!蛋糕又香濃又軟熟,選用黃糖,不太甜,感覺上很健康,最估不到的是原來黃糖味和無花果非常夾,可惜吃了幾口便吃完了,還想encore呢!…Read More

今早去完旺角和中環的鏡仔pop-up store朝聖,下午便來灣仔這間餐廳食好西醫肚。先讚賞一下他們的排隊制度,店員叫我們先留低電話,有位時便會SMS我們,讓我們不用在餐廳門口這麼狹窄的行人路上排隊,並可以好好利用時間在附近逛街和血拼!我們坐低後,由於見已經下午兩點,想點輕食,怕太飽,吃不下晚餐,所以點了「Roasted Mushroom Toast」,點知原來都幾大份,有兩隻半熟蛋、很多蘑菇和兩塊麥包,早知就點一份兩個人吃啦!味道方面,蘑菇很香,麥包也很麥,雖然知道很健康,但如果轉muffin應該會更好吃。Sourdough Egg Tart葡撻平時起碼要買半打,堂食可以散叫,我們雖然很飽,但也很想吃,所以點了一件。不得了呀!仍能保持水準,很香蛋味,又香滑又酥脆,無與倫比!…Read More

每次經過堅尼地城這個街角,等交通燈時,必然被這間英國餐廳吸引着,今天不如入去試試吧!餐廳以英倫風為設計主題,以黑色和木色為主調,配以落地大玻璃,在陽光的滲透下,令人覺得份外開朗,並放下腳步,靜靜地品嚐美食。菜單上有很多選擇,令人眼花繚亂。有選擇困難症的我,本來想吃「The Full English Breakfast」,但由於驚份量太大,吃不下,所以最後揀了「Great British Fried Breakfast」。麵包經過烘培,脆卜卜的,不是過諗的。牛油是軟綿綿的,不是雪到死實的。雞蛋炒得嫩滑,份量不太多也不太少,剛剛好。茄汁豆和肉腸竟然是暖和的,不是冷冰冰的,有點驚喜。平時不喜歡吃煙肉的我,最怕是太油太脆的煙肉,覺得很難吃,估不到這兒的煙肉有點厚度,煎過後迫出了油份,但不會煎到乾脆的。這份ADB是水準之上,加上服務員很有禮貌,大大加分!唯美中不足之處的是這份ABD的價錢是$128,卻不包括茶或咖啡,要另外加錢,那就扣了少少分,如果包埋就完美了。下次一定會再來試試其他食物!…Read More

聽說堅尼地有間新麵包店,出名「超多層酥皮」,身為麵包控的我,當然要山長水遠專程來試試。Cinnamon Roll (HK$24)肉桂卷果然名不虛傳,外層鬆脆,內層軟熟,不太甜,有淡淡的玉桂香味,但喜歡玉桂的我卻嫌玉桂味不足,香味不夠強烈,如果再多D濃D會更好吃。Custard Tart (HK$13)布甸部份真心覺得正,超香雞蛋味,不太甜,有點似葡撻和布甸的混合體。酥皮食得出有很多層,本來以為會好鬆化,原來有少少黏性,不會跌晒D碎出來,但食完成手油,對我來說太油了!Hazelnut Unicorn Puff (HK$42)店家宣傳有486層,讓我十分期待!咬一口,以為會十分鬆脆,估不到完全不是這樣,有點似脆皮筒的麵包,但仍是十分好吃,有驚喜!在榛子醬方面,店家絕不手軟,差不多填滿了整個Unicorn Puff,沒有剩下任何虛位,榛子醬質感軟滑,味道濃郁,不太甜,好啱我的口味。但份量實在太大,吃完一個就很飽了。這間麵包店的出品果然堅好味!…Read More
