最近轉工,壓力好大,收工決定食好d。朋友介紹咗呢間叫 Bochord 嘅餐廳,喺銅鑼灣世貿中心樓上。入到去環境幾特別,裡面有書架、皮梳化,好似暗木色裝修嘅書房,仲可以望到維港夜景,氣氛幾浪漫。仲有現場 live band唱歌🎤,幾 chill。Tasting Menu($1,388 / 位)總體感覺係有誠意、細節幾好,有創意。前菜有Prawn Tartare / 52-Degree Scallop / Sea Urchin,整體都幾新鮮,帶子滑,蝦味濃,海膽唔腥,開胃得嚟幾鮮。之後有 Spanish Blue Crab Claw 同 Ankimo & Lobster,前者脆卜卜,食到絲絲蟹肉,後者貌相精緻,質感滑順,肝醬味好濃郁,入口層次好豐富。Hokkaido Corn Bisque:飲落去好滑,玉米味好清甜;跟住係 French Poultry Trio,三種處理方式,質感各有唔同,幾有驚喜。之後就係 Green Apple Basil Sorbet,做 palate cleanser 啱啱好,清清地唔膩。主菜方面Spanish Paella米飯夠乾身吸晒味,底部仲有少少鍋巴,魚肉亦鮮甜,好食,另一款係 Charcoal-Grilled Dutch Veal Rack,肉質軟熟,唔韌,外面燒得香但唔乾,個 portion 都唔細。甜品方面,Matcha Tiramisu,苦味 balance 得好,唔甜膩,造型亦幾靚…Read More
