叫了豚肉生薑燒定食，$88沒有加一，價錢可以接受。豚味道肉還可以，沙律醬超鹹，最大問題乃是：湯是室溫的，豚肉微暖，問有冇水供應，收銀員態度冷漠地回答這裏不供應！這是 K11 Musea 的美食廣場，本來裝修燈光座椅也很好，應該算是高級美食廣場，但可惜地方卻很污糟，檯面沒有人整理清潔，地下到處都是食物沒有人清理，這樣令整個環境大打折扣！如非必要，不會再來這裏幫襯！凡此種種，令人連相片也沒有心機拍攝，大家看看吧！…Read More

One of my favorites is dumpling.  They offered a vase variety of ShanDong dumplings with or without noodles, 1 or 2 kinds in a dish.  They were tasty.  ShanDong style side dishes are also provided.  I ordered a dish of black mushrooms but to my surprise, it included peanut and cucumber.  Quite spicy which you need to take care.  They also offered 2 types of chili sauce.  Small restaurant which you don't want to stay for a long time, especially approaching peak hours.…Read More

A very nice Italian restaurant near the seafront.  Decoration and setup are simple but warming.  Coupled with good sea view they serve high quality food with good service.  Conveniently located inside the Arts Center it offers an upscale dining experience before your arts appreciation activity.The AUS Angus Rib Eye was impressively tasty with the just right rawness.  The Wagyu Beef Carpaccio reminded me of the taste I got in Europe.  Only difference was the white beef sauce which was rare instead of abundantly spreaded all over the beef.…Read More

鴻星海鮮酒家，集團經營，分店眾多，是索價不低的酒家，但質素與服務，確實不成正比。因為接近工作地點的緣故，所以都有機會來這裏飲茶吃午飯。瑤柱蛋白蝦仁炒飯，用上毫無味道、半透明的劣質蝦仁，之前曾經向經理表達及反映意見，但從來沒有改善！大集團，索價不低，竟然用上如此材料，真的想像不到！通常多油，無論是青菜或炒麵，皆很肥膩，因為使用很多食油！請他們沖香片茶，竟然來了普洱茶，第一次叫他們更換，再來的竟然還是普洱茶！是否有人亂放茶葉，又或者有人不懂看茶葉的種類，這個真的不得而知！埋單時要手寫單據，應承了竟然一去不回，完全忘記了！服務質素，可以透過培訓來提昇；食物質素，反映管理層的胸襟；凡此種種，若管理層皆不在意，結果便要大家看看了！…Read More
