朋友想韓式人氣雞煲,訂了七點半枱。準時到達餐廳,但還要等好一段時間才可以入坐。訂咗枱都仲要同其他人搭枱,而且限時1.5小時要還枱,實在感覺不太良好。 心想或者好好食所以客似雲來,還是滿有期待。韓式雞煲要小辣顏色很象樣,但食落咩味都無芝士一口餃子餃子太林,同芝士一樣一pat pat,唔知自己食緊啲咪。紫菜卷欠缺紫菜既香味,非常一般。麵,麻麻部隊鍋,size 同料都一啲都唔部隊,又無韓國鍋哪種惹味。準時1.5小時可以還枱,因為呢間野無咩值得留戀。…Read More

百無聊賴由金鐘哪邊的皇后大道東逛到灣仔,沿途發現有很多新的餐廳,走到最尾看見舊灣仔街市的ovo cafe,就像走進去來一個輕盈午餐。餐廳間花店側邊,佈置非常綠化清新。原來食的也很green呢。有好幾款素食set lunch: 意粉,沙律,餡餅配咖啡或者湯。係counter落order拿號碼牌等服務員拿給你。南瓜山葵番茄意粉。南瓜很容,不算太甜,喜歡清淡的朋友應該會喜歡。咖啡唔知係咪因為都係organic,同樣也是偏淡。可能因為午市關係意粉還未到侍應就先給我咖啡。未吃飽飯咖啡便已經涼了…Read More

小店搬了之後就沒有再幫襯過了,總是怕出了名之後品質水準會有變。到百德新街找我星期六的午餐,碰到了burger room。裝修的style 跟舊址一樣,雖然地方大了,但認識這店的人亦都多了,還是要排隊的。還好等了不夠15分鐘就有位了。差不多三點,侍應哥哥提我們combo優惠快到時,得找緊時間。combo 係burger +$28 就可以配條和熱咖啡或雪櫃入面的飲品或house blend tea。烤大菇芝士牛肉漢堡 ($105)。烤大磨菇好香好juicy; 想反牛肉就略為乾身。條我本人比較喜歡脆卜卜香口的,這個林身的麻麻喜歡。吉列大蝦蛋漢堡 ($90)。蝦雖然唔係好大隻但都算爽口。洋蔥圈($38)和hose blend iced peach tea。幾好味。因為人太多的關係罷,burger 等了很久才有,跟以前的味道分別有大,感覺還是以前的burger room。Tips: 發現過左combo 時間進廳的客人馬上少了很多,唔想等位既朋友可以選擇晚一點的時間過來。…Read More

三五知己忽然之間興之所至想約食晚飯。銅鑼灣唔使訂枱又想坐得舒服d,就諗到Sky bar; 知道呢間餐廳有做開團購的最初有少少猶豫 ,不過見環境尚算清靜就不妨一試啦。生蠔叫左三款非常一般不算太鮮太肥和太鮮。香草牛油焗野菌,好香芝士同牛油味。香草蒜蓉包,熱辣辣厚厚既蒜蓉醬非常惹味。雞翼配炸薯條,正常。期間限定的佐賀牛, 半成熟, 非常香口,肥美, 好正!煎帶子黑松露海鮮意大利飯帶子煎完都唔太乾,意大利飯唔會太硬,而且非常入味,不錯。焗豬肋骨伴燒烤汁,好多時燒肋骨外層都係會乾爭爭,但呢個焗豬肋骨就好軟熟,可林,有肉汁。焗肉丸,同樣唔會乾爭爭肉唔太鹹又芝士既香味。熱梳乎厘半雲呢拿雪糕,ok。甜梨金寶,焗金黃色脆卜卜。雖然唔會好酸,只可惜食唔到梨既味道。餐廳入邊有大電視,飛鏢機又有桌球,如果睇波飲酒都應該幾好玩。…Read More

我既興趣除左食其次就係發呆,找個環境寫意的地方給我腦袋一個優質小休一向喜歡Coffee Academics 的setting; 啡木色的裝潢但店內又不會太陰沉黑暗。這間店幾次經過都不太多人,門口有露天座位,但這裡沒什麼風景而且對住沙塵撲撲的車路,還是找個室內位置。裡面有吧枱,亦有供人用餐的high chair;點了一個Latte, 同cinnamon churros with coffee icecream我對cinnamon churros情有獨鍾,香脆可口而且帶有甜甜的肉桂香。雪糕軟滑配上espresso 的香濃苦澀,我都溶化了。雖然睇得出哪是炸而不是焗的但熱辣辣既還是很好吃的。不知不覺在這裡呆坐了一個小時;一杯咖啡一個點甜品不單只可以滿足口腹, 還可以放慢一下腦根,為自己叉一下電.…Read More

同家人的聚餐大多會揀中餐,但從來不會覺得悶同老土,因為香港有很多特色餐廳想試。今次專程來到跑馬地試這間壹玖捌叁。可能跑馬地比較靜,星期六的晚上都沒有坐滿,環境尚算舒適。依家好多餐廳都用tablet點菜, 每款菜都有圖,好方便。咖啡糖心燻蛋 ($68)未食就聞到陣陣煙燻味,但食就比較淡(差不多無味),而且蛋黃不夠糖心。蝦子百花煎釀帶子($198)好大舊蝦膠,好爽彈,對比下,帶子就太薄,而且個芡汁偏咸,食唔到蝦子帶子的鮮味。桂花酒釀炸子雞 ($328)平時食雞唔係醉雞,辣雞就豉油雞,好少有甜既雞。呢個係炸子雞,配一個甜既source; 個 source既味好似平時食桂花酒釀小丸子咁,甜甜地又有桂花的清香,幾新鮮。京果陳醋咕嚕肉 ($128)雖然算不上什麼特色,但我就覺得幾好食。陳醋香而不酸,又不會糊口,非常開胃。咕嚕肉沒骨啖啖肉,個皮好脆但無脆張包住舊肉。樟茶鴨 ($168)有兩面,一面是烤得香脆塗了醬汁的烤鴨,入口酥香鬆化。另一面是上滿了芝麻的蝦蛟。我個人不愛吃一粒粒狀的芝麻但齊體來說很好味。原條龍船豉汁方利球 ($228)方利魚品種有點像多寶魚。魚肉拆來炒球,魚骨和魚鰭原條炸得卜卜脆,魚鰭好似平日炸魚皮咁香脆可口。上湯雲腿浸娃娃菜 ($118)整體來說價錢味道都算合理。…Read More

好想食北京填鴨但大都烤鴨實在難book; 決定取易不取難,先試大都淮揚。餐廳係酒店隔離,環境清淨而且闊落。這裡的佈置好有中國風,但餐桌卻放了紅酒杯,原來它們的drink list 除了茶,汽水,還有紅白酒和 coctail,來一個中西合璧。不過朋友仔俾名叫仙女散花既花茶名吸引了。略欠茶味但有淡淡的花香,都算不錯。天鵝眉毛酥 ($60,3隻)賣相很可愛的蘿蔔絲酥。鵝身分明細緻,看上去一絲一絲,咬落亦很鬆化。蘿蔔絲亦得甜,呑大大隻天鵝都不覺得膩。淮揚灌湯小龍包 ($60,4隻)皮很薄,肉質都很軟身,如果湯再熱一點就更好!淮揚鱔糊 ($198)這個鱔糊不錯,鱔肉爽口,芡汁不會太"傑",還有蒜香味。金絲酥皮蝦 ($238)炸漿有點厚,無咩突別薺菜炒春筍年糕 ($140)(無薺菜又無春筍),但味道還可以。北京填鴨 ($235半隻)鴨身不是太大,鴨皮唔會太薄而且無肥膏黏住,非常香口。除左葱同青瓜,還有哈蜜瓜絲同番石榴絲,多份清新。還有很多特色菜想試,看來要再來一次了。…Read More

週末想找個舒適憇靜既地方食lunch, 可很多時候都會想到大坑。別人大多weekend 食brunch, 貪睡的我通常一起床便是lunch +tea既section。悠悠閒閒地到這人氣cafe 碰一碰運氣,幸運地等了10分鐘左右便有位了。朋友仔order了一個pudding breakfast; 份量對男生可能差少少,基本的蛋腸煙肉牛角酥,賣相同味道都是普普通通。我當然是點了這兒出名的waffle。等了差不多15分鐘,終於有得吃了!看上樣子不錯,味道very good!好脆口而且鬆化,不太甜。 最後來一杯香濃的咖啡,又是很滿足的一天。…Read More

跟朋友慶祝生日, 訂了枱來到tabibito,品嘗有趣的日式tapas;這裡地方很細,只有4-5張台,一眼就見盡了。呢到設計好簡單,俾人感覺舒服,但枱與枱相隔就近了一點。餐牌的選擇不多,分不同的主題,另外店裡有個黑板寫上“是日精選"同推介。生蠔,size 不大也不小,而且好鮮甜。吃了兩隻忍不住又encore!呢個我都唔知叫咩既頭盤,見到隔離枱食得津津有味,我地又學人order;原來這朵花只是食它的根部奶白色果part。本身淡淡的,點個source,幾得意。和牛他他, 牛肉好滑而且有啲嚼口鵝肝帶子加pama ham,味道好濃,有好多種層次,好好味。聖子一入口就有特濃的牛油味,好香 (太好味, 忘了影相)uni tofu, 兩者都係我喜歡的,好滑,味道清新。熱食方面有牛和魚,個人比較喜歡魚,牛的味道略為淡了一點,不是太特別 .每一味菜既賣相都好靚,可見廚師的心思。順帶一提這裡是不收開瓶費,可以帶自己喜歡的酒來慢慢品嚐。…Read More

Sunday Brunch向來到是週末遊閑休息的一個好節目,今個週日來到Sheraton的 oyster and wine bar,一到門口便有reception 姐姐好友善地向你奉上welcome drink (當然是香檳!) 之後便帶你入餐廳就坐。侍應們好詳盡的講解,除了buffet area的食物,還有一個即叫即整既menu,裡面有其他熱食可以選擇,也有幾款熟蠔食品。另外,每位客人都可以order 一個main course,所以呢個係重型Sunday brunch!男主角,生蠔:每次都有5款來自不同國家既生蠔可以揀。法國,澳洲,美國,紐西蘭.... 按時令供應。提議大家第一次試晒5款先,因為有時好食都未必有得encore,當你再出去既時間已經售馨,由另一款生蠔補上。女主角,香檳:D侍應好好只有你飲得慢,一見你無酒就馬上為你斟滿。其實除左香檳,果汁area還有voka,芝士platter 附近亦有甜酒。這裡的甜酒好好味,配以杏甫,以大家不防一試=)冷盤方面有魚生,長腳蟹,雪場蟹,凍蝦,青口,翡翠螺,cold cut...熱食方面貴精不貴多,特別喜歡這上兒的龍蝦湯,龍蝦味很濃,吃得多冷冰冰的生蠔時來一碗,馬上暖一暖。甜品台:其實我係俾塊鵝肝吸引左才點這個,諗住腩肉就共享。好脆的皮,肉質爽彈,連不太好吃豬肉的我都能吞下大半份。 鵝肝就當場不用形容。好嫩,好林,沒有根。 我看上就覺得好大塊,可能男生會覺得剛剛好。最初來的時候都覺得有少少貴,問自己$900 一個brunch 會不會有點奢侈,但這裡的食物,環境,服務還有風景你會覺得消費的不只是一餐飯,是一種讓人relax 的享受。偶爾獎勵自己一次,飲飽食醉,懶洋洋的回家睡一覺,明天又繼續拼搏。…Read More

週末,來到廣有名氣的壽司廣,跟好友嘆個日本料理選了一個壽司定食同一個鍋物set開心share自選16件壽司,選擇都算多,而每款最多只可以order 兩件,所以唔好諗住toro,toro 然後又再toroSize 唔算細,而且味道好新鮮。佢件とろ真係好正,好甜好夠魚油。牛肉鍋不過不失,但因為佢個壽司上了不夠就來牛肉鍋了,加上沒有爐“興”住,所以還未吃很切鍋就涼了。對我來說其實16件壽司2個人share 已經夠飽,建議大家都係先叫左壽司唔夠再追加。…Read More

早前去韓國錯過了的醬油蟹,今天有機會試一試了。呢間小店都算巴閉,不接受電話預約,一係就排隊walk-in,一係就親身到店。朋友仔們好有誠意,12月就訂左位,等到2月終於有得食啦!賣相都幾好,大大隻。其實我對生蟹既印象一般,因為林patpat又無咩味。醬油蟹質感同日本的生蟹差不多,但就爽身好多。除左蟹蓋,蟹身都有幾多膏的。個呀豬媽教我地用D膏同紫菜飯撈埋一齊食;我就比較鍾意分開,更加嘆到D膏既鮮甜,有種飄飄然既感覺。紫菜飯就用泥伴醬油,辣椒,同樣美味。之後就食部隊鍋,味道不錯但份量不算大堆頭另外還點了海鮮餅同醬油蝦,不過不失,沒什麼大驚喜。如果唔洗等咁耐,我都好想再encore!…Read More
