韓國餐廳一向都係香港人至愛,今次嚟到朗豪坊新開嘅Bingo and Cook, 淨係睇裝修擺設已經充滿誠意,絕對有置身首爾之中。再睇睇餐牌,韓國地道小食都包羅萬有,立即先點兩杯韓式凍飲,同埋小食先。凍蜜桃茶同埋青提子碳酸水都非常清新,果味香濃,帶有微微甜味,仲可以開胃醒神;而炸蝦紫菜包飯都即叫即做,金黃香脆嘅大蝦肉身飽滿,連埋紫菜同埋其他配料,感覺豐盛。接連兩個主菜都同樣出色﹐韓國名物生菜包肉震撼登場,五花豬腩肉密鋪喺碟上,肉質包滿,加埋韓國配料及醬汁,放入清新嘅生菜之中,滿足感爆燈。而壓軸就有呢個吸睛搶眼海鮮蔘雞鍋,淨係上檯都要兩個爐預熱,可見份量有幾十足!原隻蔘雞放喺中間,鮑魚、原隻魷魚、蟹、青口、扇貝、蜆肉共冶一爐,試問個湯底仲點會唔吸引?店員仲非常之友善好客,會主動幫手處理食材,呢點更加要加分。…Read More
