天氣咁熱,真係好唔想食熱野,刺身飯應該係最好嘅選擇。喺登龍街云云嘅食店,我同朋友相中呢一間。入面環境夠大,幾舒服。然後我哋見到原來呢間係新鋪,八月十五日之前,12點至5點都有七折優惠,星期六日都有架!講返嘢食,對於有選擇困難嘅人來講,揀季節魚廚師發辦就最好啦,乜都唔使諗。碗飯一上枱,我已經流晒口水,超有驚喜!入面有穴子、三文魚籽、日本海膽、劍魚腩、深海池魚、油甘魚腩、吞拿魚腩、三文魚腩同埋敏甲烏賊!所有刺身都好新鮮,肥美得來又不油膩, $278真係超值!加$28仲可以變set,呢個三文魚蟹子沙律已經值回票價!但我更喜歡右下角呢個自家醃製茄子,好鮮甜!配埋支蜜桃梳打gur一gur,大滿足的一天。…Read More

同好朋友食飯當然要去食好西喇,上個月去完日本試Omakase,返到香港依然意猶未盡,於是就揀左鮨蕾。食Omakase好處就係每一碟都係廚師精心揀選既食材同做法,每一次上菜都係驚喜。一入到去見餐廳就見到個落地大玻璃對海既景,體心既侍應仲安排我地望海既位坐。除此之外,你都可以揀坐BAR枱,可以同廚師交流下。我地叫左個楓同堇餐,個名好有詩意,令人好期待。前菜一上,我地已經係心入面嘩嘩聲,真係好似一碟藝術品咁,食材非常新鮮,全部唔係黎自日本就北歐。最欣賞係個紫菜包住白面豉醬,豆香同咸香好帶出其他食材既鮮味。仲有隻蟹仔係食得既,感覺好得意好脆口。再上就係有幾款唔同既刺身,拖羅加海膽簡直係人間最好既享受,入口即融,海膽既鮮味同拖羅既甜味互相輝映。另外伴碟既花係食得既,感覺同味道都好特別,值得試下。哩個生蠔又冇得頂,同朋友SHARE一半都能夠感受到佢既新鮮同甜味,真係好想叫多半打比自己食!之後就到煮物,當造新鮮魚肉捲住BB露筍,仲有一隻來自日本北海道既BB茄子。魚肉既鮮同滑配襯露筍既爽同甘甜,食落好有口感同層次。哩兩碟油甘魚燒物真係不得了,唔但之燒到好香脆,魚既油份走晒出黎,又滑又甜,一D都唔腥。炸物就係天婦羅,D粉漿唔會過厚,食材好新鮮,炸得恰到好處。之後再黎幾款唔同既壽司,侍應好細心介紹食既次序,務求令你既味蕾既享受提升到更高既層次。除左海膽外,我最欣賞就係醃製左5日既拖羅,哩種鮮甜真係好正,肉質亦好特別。貼心既廚師最後送黎一碗熱鮮蜆湯,比我地清一清喉嚨,一解飽膩感。最後靜香甜崗既密瓜為我地哩一餐畫上完美既句號。…Read More

名不虛傳嘅得獎熱店

琴日同同事準備去進修,呢排工作忙爆,而且會好晏先放學,所以我哋就想食餐好嘅先上堂,太子有好多好野食,見到呢間餐廳cafe外邊貼住得獎熱點,我地就入去食,而且我欣賞佢餐廳嘅裝修,簡單又浪漫,風扇古色古香,燈光好柔和。餐廳都好多唔同款式嘅菜可以揀,我哋最後揀咗三款菜式,兩個甜品,因為會進修到好晏。所以我哋兩個人,食左一個飯,一個豬ribs,仲有食海鮮,我地都鐘情嘅帆立貝。我哋嗌左一個好特色嘅BBQ烤焗西班牙黑毛豬肋排,完全係重量級,開頭以為會好難切,但發覺唔需要好大力,都可以好快咁切成一條條,肉質相當有彈性而鮮味,肉同骨排相當分明,一咬就好易能夠將美味嘅肉脫落,加上個BBQ醬配合呢個肋排,簡直係天衣無縫,而且,我好欣賞廚師烤得恰到好處。跟住我哋叫嘅飯係龍蝦汁海鮮燴意大利飯,飯口感非常煙韌,加上龍蝦汁嘅配搭特別充滿海鮮感!而且,飯入邊嘅配菜有唔少硯肉,加上我哋每人可以食到一個青口,對於我哋鍾意食海鮮嘅人黎講,真係覺得好滿足,千祈唔好錯過啊!然後,我最期待嘅煙肉芝士焗帆立貝,一共有四粒,我哋一人可以享用到兩粒,真係非常開心,一來我好鍾意食煙肉同芝士,二來帆立貝有相當嘅鮮味我非常欣賞。最後,好欣賞兩款簡單又美味嘅甜品,包括朱古力心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕,同埋藍莓芝士蛋糕。Cafe嘅雲呢拿雪糕甜味恰到好處,配搭朱古力心太軟一齊食,簡直人間美味。而藍莓芝士蛋糕亦相當唔錯。…Read More

幾日前因為要返BU上堂,同朋友約咗嚟呢度食飯。入到餐廳,發現呢度嘅裝修古色古香,環境都幾舒適,好有歐陸嘅情調。坐低睇Menu,見到好多唔同種類嘅菜式,魚啊雞啊牛啊豬啊乜都有,但係最特別都係佢哋個湯同埋甜品,食勻過全港好多嘅餐廳,都未曾見過咁有特色嘅款式,真係覺得新奇有趣。除咗Menu上嘅菜式之外,店員仲推介左我哋當日嘅精選美食。由於款式真係非常之多,我哋食樣樣都想試,最後都揀咗店員推介嘅其中三樣,再加多幾樣菜,前前後後食咗七碟野,真係大滿足。等我介紹下我哋食咗乜啦:前菜嘅蒜蓉牛油包香脆可口,食落去一啲都唔油膩,同其他餐廳真係好唔同。第二道菜係蒜蓉小白菜。剛剛入餐廳嘅時候,就見到佢哋擺咗啲菜喺門口, 覺得非常之新鮮,於是睇店員嘅推介底下,就叫左呢度蒜蓉小白菜,相當有驚喜。因為比起平日係其他地方嘅炒菜青嫩爽口,而且唔油膩。第三同第四道菜都係海鮮菜,唔係平日常見嘅菜式嚟,就係青島珍珠帶子同埋鮮甜美味嘅海螺。餐廳嘅店員同我地講材料相當新鮮,而且廚師係用特別嘅方法去烹調,所以係佢嘅推介底下我哋都食咗呢兩味餸,特別欣賞帶子用咗蒜蓉去烹調,加上店員建議我哋加少許嘅辣椒醬,簡直美味至極。螺肉肥美,充滿海洋嘅味道,口感彈牙。第五第六道係主菜,分別係美國胡椒肉眼扒同埋焗紐西蘭羊仔鞍。肉眼扒煎到七成熟,肉汁豐富而且充滿香氣,配搭黑椒醬汁同埋薯菜,可謂天衣無縫!至於羊仔鞍,我哋係配飯食嘅,店員介紹我哋配熱芥辣或者薄荷醬,真係冇介紹錯。羊肉完全冇羶味,口感煙韌,搭上醬汁,味道比平時更勝一籌。壓軸好戲係我哋期待已久嘅甜品,我地點左焗杏仁蜜糖多士同埋朱古力軟蕊布甸配雲呢拿雪糕。兩款甜品不約而同地都係整得唔會過甜或者唔會過膩,口感鬆軟,相信一眾甜品愛好者最佳嘅選擇。軟蕊布甸其實就係心太軟,我最欣賞嘅就係佢有好多嘅水果半碟,感覺更加清新。一切開個外層,啲朱古力醬澎湃咁流出嚟,再配埋雪糕一齊食,真係令人心都甜一甜呀。蜜糖多士,我最欣賞就係廚師預先將多士切粒,我哋可以配杏仁同埋提子乾,味道一試難忘,真係超正呀!…Read More

我相信大家都有出街係餐廳打港式邊爐或者係日式餐廳食刺身, 但我相信好少人會試過係同一間餐廳入面同時食刺身又打港式邊爐。今次我和幾位朋友一齊去呢間位於佐敦的「寶哥火鍋味館」。呢度可以揀任食套餐(而且有幾款餐揀)又得, 或者單叫都得。咁一班後生仔梗係想任食架啦, 而且最平個款套餐只係兩舊水有找。不過我地就嘗試下冰火的感覺, 既有刺身, 亦食火鍋。而任食Menu上面的火鍋配料, 都好多選擇, 剩係單單湯底都已經超過10款你揀。頭盤先來的當然係刺身, 份量係一人一件, 都有七款魚生以及一款和牛刺身, 款式絕對唔少。唔好以為係火鍋店食的刺身就唔好食, 呢樣真係有驚喜, 每款刺身都好新鮮, 仲有好特別的佐口魚刺身, 非常爽口。至於和牛刺身, 如果夠膽食, 亦食到好鮮甜, 唔會有「騷」味。飲品方面都係任飲, 幾款汽水唔少得, 亦有啤酒選擇, 最特別就係有一渣渣的酸梅湯同埋竹庶茅根。而我就揀左飲竹庶茅根, 佢唔係買鴻X堂個D倒落去, 而真係似自己煲, 唔會過甜, 非常滋潤, 好適合打邊爐。火鍋方面, 我地都食左唔少野, 以下幾款食物都係我覺得幾出色。手打三色丸, 墨丸、鯪魚丸以及蝦丸, 三款都係彈牙, 有點似蝦膠/墨肉膠咁, 又有鮮味, 我非常喜歡。墨汁丸+牛丸, 我個人認為墨汁丸有驚喜, 爽口彈牙不得止, 仲好有墨魚味道, 大家都見到黑色的丸之餘入面有一粒粒細少的白色粒粒, 就係墨魚肉黎。海鮮拼盤: 一睇見到幾款海鮮啦, 有大蝦、蟶子仔、大蜆、青口以及魚片, 唔洗問, 又係新鮮好味, 特別係大蜆, 完全無沙架。黑栢葉: 好多坊間的火鍋餐廳都只有白色的牛栢葉, 亦有好多人會驚經過漂的栢葉。呢度的黑栢葉既爽口, 又有口感, 抵讚。鮮牛肉: 呢度的肥牛已經唔錯, 但我更愛鮮牛肉, 經過師父特別的俺製, 既淋身又充滿牛味, 一流。…Read More
