星期五放工,想約朋友見下面、食餐飯,放鬆一下。今日到這間新式酒吧,是走潮式風格,於香港的確少見。店內相當寛闊,而且還播著輕音樂,與朋友在此相聚,相當愜意。我地點咗個二人餐,成Set超豐富,有冷熱盤、老火湯、主食,仲要做緊優惠$388,好抵食。芥未雞腳筋平時前菜多數係食海蜇,但今次係雞腳,好特別嘗試。而且芥未辣辣地,相當開胃。威士忌酒香鵝肝必食推介!鵝肝好多時都係香煎,但今次冷盤,令鵝肝少了一份油膩感。而且鵝肝用了威士忌烹調,兩者味道相互協調,非常美味。潮式凍魚魚質很結實,配上豆板醬汁,別有一番風味。招牌白鹵水海鮮一個拼盤有四款海鮮,分別是大頭蝦、蟶子、鮑魚、象拔蚌,餐廳用白鹵方式制作,能保留海鮮的原味,不用搭配醬料也鮮味十足!經典潮鹵拼盤講到潮式菜,又豈能無鹵水呢?這有雞腎、鵝、豬頸肉、豆腐、豬耳,每款食物也有少量,可以多試幾款。脆皮炸鴿上枱時還是熱辣辣!外脆內在肉質保持多汁鮮嫩!蛋白瑤柱炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,而且用料相當豐富,每啖都食都蛋白及瑤柱。加上,炒飯絕不油膩,多吃幾口不會膩。上湯娃娃菜明爐老火湯…Read More

假日當然要找個舒適地方,與朋友相聚及享受一下美食,叉叉電。朋友推介這餐廳,於是在今天中午特意來試試。未上主食,店家會先沙律、小菜及蒸蛋,讓我們先墊墊肚子。蒸蛋非常香滑,直頭是入口即滑入喉嚨的感覺 而雞肉菇前菜的味道較濃,剛好與清淡的沙律作平衡。鹿兒島和牛(A4)肉眼排定食吃完頭盤後,主角終於出場。賣相相當吸引!和牛烹調成近八成熟,咬開中間為嫩粉紅。入口充滿油脂,而且牛味十足單吃不加醬料已經非常美味。而店家也為和牛配上三種不同醬料,為每口和牛也帶來不同的感覺!主角和牛出色,但配菜也毫不遜色。薯泥弄得非常細滑,入口不會有顆粒,非常幼滑。水木弁當(每日限售十個)店家上菜,令我有點驚艷。定食賣相十分精緻,其總共分為三層。每開一層都好像打開了寶盒般,充滿驚喜。首層是天婦羅及魚生,天婦羅總共有四款,分別是炸蝦、炸菇、炸南瓜片及炸番薯片。天婦羅炸粉外層很薄,入口不會太厚粉第二層是鱈魚,用上了甜麵豉醃,入口帶上甜味,而魚肉嫩滑Juicy,非常對口味,令人吃不停口。最後一層為粒粒魚生飯,配上上兩層的餸菜一同吃,很有飽足感。抺茶布甸吃完主食,當然要以甜品作結。這抺茶布甸非常出色,質地偏水潤,甜度很適中,很有抺茶味!除了食物出色外,環境更非常舒適,空間感很足,不會有擁逼的感覺,可以很舒適與朋友吃飯相聚。…Read More

之前心血來潮想食西餐,就Book咗觀塘嘅Deer Kitchen。未試其美食,先感受到店家細心嘅裝飾,由門面都餐廳入面都充面聖誕氣氛。一坐底,待應先上餐包,俾我哋填填個肚先。餐包非常軟熟,帶有微溫,伴黑醋上。晚上有Set Dinner提供,包前菜、餐湯、主食、飲品。我哋揀咗「慢煮紐西蘭牛柳 伴香煎砵酒鵝肝」。前菜係水果藜麥沙律,酸酸地既沙律汁配上蘋果,非常開胃。而餐湯係薯仔湯,味道偏清淡。主角牛柳及鵝肝,還加上紫薯作配菜。紫薯帶有自然香甜味道,而廚師並無將紫薯壓得太蓉,反而有少少紫薯粒,更有口感。另外,放在牛柳底既蔬菜吸曬牛柳汁,都相當美味。而鵝肝,油脂十足,入口即融,但外層略嫌煎得不夠香脆。主角牛柳,切開中間為粉紅色,烹調時間掌握得宜,外表相當吸引。除此之外,我地仲柯打咗個「蜆肉白酒汁扁意粉」,可以選擇加辣與否。蜆肉夠鮮味,意粉唔會煮太腍身。我仲加咗啲Tabasco,為意粉加添風味。Deer Kitchen仲有特色飲食,有酒精同非酒精。我哋分別點咗芒果香橙沙冰,及意大利朱古力。仲好有心思整咗個好靚圖案添。…Read More

平時想簡簡單單食餐飯,但唔想太頹,拉麵喺我既不二之選。見到點餐紙上面有海蝦拉麵,而且配龍蝦湯㡳,喺出面比較少見既組合,所以我就嗌咗呢款。而且抵讚既喺,呢到加味蛋喺免費架!的確大方!我仲追加咗叉燒同紫菜作配料。落咗柯打之後,師博即馬上製作。唔洗十幾分鐘就食得,相當快手。食拉麵前,先試湯底是常識吧!個湯底望落都極濃,質地似稀少少既忌廉湯。顏色喺橙橙地色,望落都好吸引。麵條好掛汁,所以入口好夠味。味蛋喺溏心蛋,亦相當吸引。至於主角海蝦,店家好細心,剝咗蝦中間既殻,食起上嚟就更加方便。不過我就嫌個蝦老咗少少,入口唔夠彈牙。而塊叉燒就無平時果啲咁厚身,相對薄,火炙味唔重。但就喺半肥瘦,肥瘦都均勻。塊紫菜勁大塊,沉落湯到,索曬啲汁,都咪話唔正。另外,友人點咗香煎鰻魚拉麵,同樣喺龍蝦湯㡳。呢個配搭都幾特別,平時好少見。鰻魚喺上菜前,見到師博輕微煎香過,入口帶有微熱既,加埋啲鰻魚汁,無得輸呀。淨喺食拉麵就唔夠喉既,食埋小食先叫完滿嘛。呢個雞翼好夠味,入口甜甜地,而且都叫大隻,入口多肉地,有肉汁,都唔錯架。…Read More
