我在香港長大,之後在LA住了一段長時間,幾年前回到香港後有機會品嘗到香港各式各樣的美食,慢慢對各國菜式有了深入的認識,也喜歡嘗試不同的餐廳感受到不同等級的食物質素及服務,Openrice也成為我對嘗試新餐廳前一個很好的參考平台,所以我也想對這網站作出一些貢獻。

不滿意的一餐

看了Open Rice一些好嘅食評所以去試下,以前無去過呢座大厦食嘢所以無乜特别祈望。同另一朋友約了7點我早了5分鐘到,星期日來計算係少人,入到間餐廰覺得有D唔多干淨嘅味,又好似有D煙味,所以感覺已經不太良好,再睇下餐牌價錢係一線日本餐廰嘅價錢,雞泡鱼干要$95,一般中上日本餐廰都係收$60-70呢D價位,魚生,D清酒都都好貴,以呢個場算係意料之外。明友到後,點了以下:清酒 (360ml)芥末八爪魚(小碟前菜)海溾 (前菜-類似海草物體)魚生 (牝丹蝦,油甘魚及带子)炸𧐢 (5隻)苦瓜炒豬肉淸酒選了一隻味道較淡,無乜點。試咗芥末八爪魚一淡,我同明友都覺得唔多新鲜嘅味道,所以同侍應講,之後佢話經理試過無問題,但如果果我吔想的話可以退咗佢,我哋當然話退啦。海溾我都係第一次食,基本上無乜味,只係食個口感,幾特别。魚生算新鲜,中上之作!炸𧐢一般,炸粉比較硬,𧐢內也比較干,唔算好。苦瓜炒豬肉賣點是冲澠苦瓜,之前在冲澠食過呢度菜,所以有祈望,估計這店用滚水煮完苦瓜再炒,苦瓜煮過時了,所以没有脆口感,很失敗。埋單$1,150,其實無乜食咗D乜,應該唔會再嚟。…Read More

五月份已經32度,但忽然好想食火鍋,唸起火鍋本色,上openrice先知之前銅鑼灣店已搬到現址,訂咗位7:30pm,預咗新店唔會太多人,果然上到嚟只有一枱人,新店有8,9張枱加一間VIP房,裝修不錯。點咗皮蛋莞茜湯底,加上脆鯇魚片、鱔片、䒦士腸、蟹柳、蝦滑、墨魚滑、炸魚皮、聖子及皇帝菜。皮蛋莞茜湯底足料及較清淡,很適合配海鲜。所有食材都很新鮮,份量也颇足,唯獨炸魚皮第一次上嗰碟很硬咬唔開,之後換咗另一碟很脆很新鮮,新店在食材及服務方便令人滿意,下次會再來,希望可以保持水凖。…Read More

有一段時間無嚟過金不換,之前一次大概三個月前在黄埔店食過,知道銅鑼灣店從利舞臺廣場6樓搬咗上7樓,所以嚟試下。餐廰整體裝修及擺設是比較西式,空間也比較多,餐枱之間也有充裕嘅空間,感覺舒適。我們二人點了芒果汁(2),炸蝦餅,蠔油香菇炒竹芯,泰式炒金邊粉,本來想點生蝦刺身,點知waitress話在午餐時已賣晒,有D失望。我每次嚟必點嘅係芒果汁,用鲜芒果加小量嘅冰洨碎,䬪落有很香芒果味,鍾意芒果嘅朋友必點。蠔油香菇炒竹芯好似係一様新的菜式,我從未食過竹芯,雖然呢碟餸唔多似正宗泰國菜,所以決定試下,總體感覺一般,味道很淡,竹芯很爽口但無乜味,這道菜很健康,適合素食人士。炸蝦餅仍保持水準,首先是量很足,一碟有4個像Donut般大的蝦餅,蝦味很重,香口彈牙,必食之選。通常食泰菜都會點咖喱配白飯,今天選食Pad Thai,這店用的配料包括芽菜,豆乾,蛋及九菜,花生碎放在旁邊,我最初以為會有蝦,但估計錯誤。金邊粉炒得有鑊氣,味道也適中,但有點不正宗,這道菜一般是生芽菜放在旁邊,不會與金邊粉一齊炒,可能是遷就很多香港人唔食生芽菜嘅原因。總體感覺很好,服務也周到,會再嚟。…Read More

It is my girlfriend's treat and she let me pick one of the 2 restaurants she chose.  I ended up picking this place.We had reservation at 8pm and got there on time.  The server took us to a table with half couch.  The tables are quite close to each so we could clearly hear what people said next table.We first ordered some drinks.  I had a bottled beer and my girlfriend had a Margarita.  The focus of the menu was the chef special.  They also offered burgers, steak, pasta and other seafood items but we just ordered from the chef's special.The place was fairly dark to a point I think it was overdone.  I could barely see some of the ingredients in my plate.They served the bread right after we ordered drinks.  The bread was fairly good with butter.We ordered 2 green salads to start and for main courses, we had seafood languini and whole seabass.My girlfriend had the seabass.  The fish was very fresh and juicy.  For people don't like the fish taste, you should not order this.  Other than some herbs and salt, there was nothing extra added to the fish.  It is all about tasting the original fish taste.I had the seafood languini.  The seafood came with prawn (1), scallop (1), pan fried seabass (1), mussel (6-7).  The scallop was really fresh but there was only one piece.  For the other seafood, it was average.  One of the mussels went bad and ruined my overall comment on this dish.  Nothing was special about the sauce.  The languini was overcooked and too soft.  Overall service was average.  We had to ask twice to order and twice to get the check.  …Read More

星期六6點幾同女友唸食乜,唸到乾杯打嚟訂位,我地7點半準時到達,我地坐低先點咗Asahi同Peach Cider,佢地主打串燒也有海鲜,比一般日式居酒屋選擇為多。睇完點餐紙,我地點咗如下:燒聖子燒生蠔燒雞翼燒煙肉車厘茄燒雞軟骨焗番薯燒金菇首先嚟嘅聖子,聖子幾大隻,上面有好多蒜蓉,燒嘅時間也剛剛好,食出聖子鲜味,值得推介。接着上嘅係海鲜捧何謂海鲜捧,係用蝦膠制再加入切碎嘅鱿魚,食到鱿魚嘅爽及蝦膠中嘅鮮味,值得推介。之後上嘅燒雞翼,燒煙肉車厘茄同燒雞軟骨有水準但唔係太突出,中上水準。期待嘅生蠔到了,我哋order咗6隻,做法同聖子差唔多,放蒜蓉在蠔上面燒,食到蠔嘅鮮味,但其中一隻唔多新鲜,所以扣咗分。焗番薯用芝士焗,溶咗嘅䒦士同番薯味道好㚒,值得推介。燒金菇上面太多黑椒,淨係食到黑椒味,可以不試!我地全晚飲咗6杯酒,食燒物飲酒理所當然,此店越夜越多人,氣氛很好,以後會再去!…Read More
