朋友剛去完意大利,回來已嚷著要吃意大利菜,於是便齊來試試這家餐廳的手工意粉。Burrata Cheese芝士味道偏淡,加了salt & pepper吊味,口感煙韌。整道菜加了橄欖油,更加香口,不過略嫌車厘茄太少。Ravioli雲吞的形狀可愛,入面包了溶了的芝士。鴨肉醃過後沒有蘇味,醬料不會太濃味,與雲吞及Parmasen芝士一起吃則剛剛好。就算一個人吃這道菜亦不覺得膩。Paparadelle先評麵條,新鮮的手造寬麵充滿蛋香,口感煙韌。牛面頰肉醃至口感軟熟,不會痴牙。這道菜配的芝士味道偏淡,跟其他配料取得平衡。但略嫌菜式不夠熱,否則能更突出寬麵的味道。Tiramisu口感來說,中間蛋糕的部分是保持濕潤的,但其他部分有點太creamy,質感可更柔軟。頂部不知怎的加了些糖,甜上加甜,以致無法品嚐咖啡的甘香。…Read More

自從在台東吃過米苔目之後就念念不忘,很喜歡其QQ的口感! 有次路經深水埗看見這家餐廳,想也不用想就決定要試試。米苔目是以粘米粉、地瓜粉及水製成,軟滑可口。這家店是以手工製作,不加任何防腐劑,因此都是新鮮的米食。我則點了一道蕃茄湯底配雲吞的米苔目。湯底有著濃郁的蕃茄肉,粒粒鮮甜。本來是想吃粟米豬肉餃,但已經賣完,下次必定再試。不過醉翁之意不在酒,米苔目才是重點。這裡的也做得很Q很彈牙,滑溜溜的「雪」入口中,吃得非常過癮。唯一不好的就是份量太少。…Read More

有時一式一樣的西餐廳實在令人沉悶,所以還是比較喜歡有點fusion風格的菜式,刺激一下味蕾。朋友很喜歡Feather & Bones,一直嚷著要帶我來,約了很多次終於來到了!這裡的裝潢跟外國的餐廳相若,不但樓底高,而且座位靠近有自然光之處,給人輕鬆愉快的感覺。在這裡度過一個悠閒的下午的確很不錯。Broccolini這是長身的西蘭花,配上紅洋蔥、manchego芝士及mayonnaise,令味道非常豐富。酸甜的紅洋蔥加微辣的mayonnaise,為西蘭花增添了不少趣味。Manchego芝士味與西蘭花亦相當合襯。Eggs benedict有別於普通的Eggs Benedict,這道菜用了sourdough來作麵包底,而且配料是pork belly。蛋汁非常豐富,配起煎過的pork belly,味道很香口。菜式當中亦加入了菠菜,使味道不會太膩。Granola Pot因為想吃yogurt,所以點了此甜品。當中添合了大量nuts,甚是健康之選!…Read More
