一心想同朋友去 Morton’s 食牛排,叫左一個 36 Oz Porterhouse Set for 2 ,前菜同 Side Dishes 都正常,薯條仲幾好味添,但主菜塊牛扒竟然係唔新鮮的!!!唔新鮮嘅程度係去到用鼻都聞到塊肉壞左 ,放入口更加有腐肉味,好過份 件 Porterhouse 有一條骨,strip steak 那半邊明顯變壞了,竟然出到廚房門口,廚師無做好 QC,好差!同經理反映,換了一份新的,好少少,但明顯係同一大份的肉都變質了,所以第二塊係同樣有異味的,只係稍為好少少。 已經無心機再要求更換,這樣的食物質素,永遠失掉信心。…Read More

新店開張,日日都見到有人排隊等外賣,以為這間茶店有咩特別,原來係搵客人做佈景板!下午 2:50pm 去買一杯茶,單號碼「179」,當時有 2-3人响店外等候 ;10分鐘後返嚟睇數字牌完全無郁過,心知不妙,原來在我之前有張大外賣單,超過20杯的,號碼「168」。職員只專心做外賣單,完全無理過其他單。結過等了 25分鐘,3:15pm 我向職員投訴先拎到我杯茶!更過份的係,店內堂食的枱櫈坐滿了等到發呆的客人,有張號碼係 「165」,比外賣大單仲早落單,即係佢好可能等左超過 30分鐘 for 一杯嘢飲!如果落單前我知道要等超過 25分鐘的,我一定唔會幫襯!負責落單嗰位職員有責任講清楚前面有好多杯外賣,俾人選擇等 OR 唔等!…Read More

今天特別和父母來到裕民坊看看新商場,在 3/F 平台花園選了這間新開張的菜館,見到招牌有「詠藜園」這個三個字我們都有所期望,還點了招牌菜「擔擔麵」。點了六樣東西,全部都令人失望。肉絲炒麵 - 是新鮮炒出來的,熱焫焫的,但非常非常多油(請看圖)小籠包 - 湯汁沒有應有的小籠包餡料味道,淡而無味生煎包 - 包非常厚,餡料像無味的餃子春卷 - 新鮮炸的,但內裡的疏菜餡料切得太大件,不好吃擔擔麵 - 點了不辣的,湯底花生味淡,太多水份;麵條也沒有特別。清炒河蝦仁 - 廚師用太多梳打粉去醃蝦,令蝦仁過份地爽脆,味道假,而且有被「乸」過籠的味道。我只能說,此水準實在把「詠藜園」三個字拉低了,很失望。唯一值得稱讚的是:服務很好,熱心、有禮!…Read More
