疫情的限制下,週末放假時,大多留在家中抗疫,避免到人多地方聚集。有見近期的疫情放緩,限聚令放寬,便相約友人到沙田一間日式炙燒丼專門店吃午餐。店內環境寬敞,清潔整齊。店員安排我們到較入位置就坐。翻開餐牌,我選取了照燒雞肉丼,友人則選了豚肉鰻魚雙拼飯,我們還叫了一碟日式煎餃子開心share。等了約10分鐘,店員便把我們order的食物呈上。兩款丼的賣相也很吸引,友人急不及待把鰻魚和豚肉送到口裏。「鰻魚外脆內軟,肉質厚實肥美,加上秘製醬汁,好好味呀!豚肉亦十分軟腍多汁,配白飯一起吃,簡直是絕配!」而我的照燒雞肉丼亦不遑多讓,雞肉外脆內軟,又多汁,配合照燒汁,有畫龍點睛之效。最後上的煎餃子不過不失,餡料豐富,兩個人share,份量剛剛好!…Read More

閑時無聊,總愛獨個兒走到中上環街頭「搵食」,特別一些特色的風味菜式,更是我前往的推動力。今日的主角是「亞參雞飯」,顧名思義它的招牌菜是:雞!飯!坐下翻開餐牌,不經思索便叫了「亞參去骨海南雞飯」。一會兒,海南雞飯送到!表面看來,海南雞飯與平時街外吃的不遑多讓,配的是雞油飯和冬瓜粒雞湯。吃飯前,先呷一口雞湯,濕潤一下口腔。溫熱的清雞湯雞味非常濃郁,有別於坊間的「例湯」感覺,加上一口過後並沒有「渴喉」,味精感不重,有驚喜! 接著便是我最喜愛的雞油飯。香味撲鼻的雞油飯總令我又愛又恨。煙韌的飯粒盡吸雞湯精華,細嚐下還吃到香茅和班蘭葉的味道,層次分明。至於海南雞呢,肉質結實,肉汁豐富,雞味是濃厚的,但相比起雞油飯和清雞湯,還是相對比較有驚喜!…Read More

天氣一轉涼,就很想喝一口暖湯滋潤一下。放工約了友人到粉嶺吃晚飯。朋友介紹下,決定一起「閨家」去,源於那碗湯!餐廳空間位置不是很大,店內人頭湧湧,非常熱鬧。店員親切的笑容和說話語氣,令整店瀰漫着溫馨的氣氛,充滿人情味。坐下翻揭餐牌,最吸引到我的,當然是天天不同的招牌老火靚湯!今日是「花生眉豆煲豬腳」。另一款吸睛的,莫過於無添加防腐劑及添加劑的即製手工麵。手工麵共有三款不同款式,分別是甘筍麵、波菜麵和紫薯麵。餐牌更備注由於是即叫即做,所以等候時間可能會比其他菜式長一點。最後我就叫了一個菠菜麵配菜肉雲吞和一碗花生眉豆煲豬腳湯,而友人則點選了蓮藕餅豬扒飯。不消一會兒, 蓮藕餅豬扒飯先上桌,香噴噴的招牌豬扒,入口鬆化,非常香口!原來是因為每一塊豬扒是人手搥鬆,加入鮮榨果汁及秘製醃料,即叫即煎!另外,蓮藕餅也是外脆內軟,口感層次豐富,粒粒蓮藕與肉餅結合,出色!其後菠菜麵和老火湯也陸續上桌,前者味道清新,麵條口感煙韌;老火湯亦火喉十足,用料更是不計成本,味道清甜,滋潤非常呢!…Read More

適逢星期六假期,前往中環「樂道理髮公司」剪髮過後,與友人決定前往數月來聲明大燥的餐廳 - 「龍門冰室」吃晚飯。雖然只是六時半左右,時間尚早,店外卻已現人龍,人氣絕不遜色於什麼「過江龍」的食店。好不容易終於入座,店內人頭湧湧,每張枱之間的空隙並不多,坐下來也是「膊頭貼膊頭」。儘管這樣,細心看看每位在座的顧客,臉上笑容不乏,暖意彌漫着每一個角落。翻開餐牌,聽聞餐廳裏的美式鐵板套餐略有名氣,二話不說便選取了「爵士西冷扒拼香草腸」,跟餐配薯菜及羅宋湯。友人則選擇了日式香辣肉醬玉子燒套餐,配雞翼和撈丁。我們還點配了一碟西蘭花來彌補一下當「食肉獸」後的內疚感。不消一會兒,菜式陸續送上。西冷牛扒肉質鮮嫩,呈粉紅色狀態,配備大量外脆內軟的波浪粗薯條,倍感滋味。餐湯並不會像平日一般扒房油膩,反而之是呈小清新感覺,喝下一整碗也無罪疚感。至於友人的日本玉子燒套餐,份量大已經不再話下,辣肉醬與玉子味道配合得恰到好處,既不會太辣太咸,亦不會淡而無味。另外配備的魯水雞翼和撈丁也非常出色,前者帶微甜,肉質嫩滑,雞翼控必叫;後者麵底爽口彈牙,不會太腍軟易爛,就是高質!…Read More

不知道何時起,星期六/日放假,總希望可以休息一下,不願長途跋涉出市區消遣。來到吃午飯的時間,當然也是在區內覓食。作為粉麵控,區內的麵店總是引起我注意,今次嘗試的,是鄰近海寶花園的「百味川」。進入餐廳,店內設計簡約,最吸引我的莫過於牆上的字句:出品如生命一樣重要。看來餐廳對出品真的有一份堅持和執著!坐下來翻開餐牌,發現百味川是以吃米線/薯粉/淮山麵為,顧客既可以選擇製法:乾拌麵或湯麵;亦可以自選湯底及配料。除此之外,餐廳精選了幾款signature的配搭供客人選擇,最適合有選擇困難症的顧客呢!跟媽媽想了一會兒,媽媽決定選擇吃百味酸菜魚米線;而我就決定自選蕃茄湯底配扭紋薯粉,配料就選擇:雞肉、娃娃菜、金菇和滷水蛋。飲品方面,我們叫了一杯紅豆涼粉冰和凍檸檬茶(走甜)。不消一會兒,飲品和湯麵都陸續送到。紅豆涼粉冰味道剛剛好,不會過甜亦不會淡而無味,配合消暑涼粉,絕對是夏日首選!檸檬茶茶底紅茶味濃,配合清新檸檬,味道平衡得剛剛好!至於主食方面,酸菜魚米線湯底味道微辣,酸度恰到好處,魚的口感亦非常滑溜,令人忍不住一口接一口!至於蕃茄扭紋薯粉,湯底濃稠,帶陣陣蕃茄香,蕃茄亦令整碗薯粉味道鮮味升級!配料方面亦非常足料,令我非常滿足呢!…Read More
