平時有經過見到,諗住今晚入嚟試試,我同屋企人點左2碗粉,一個系招牌螺螄粉加鍋燒,扎肉同炸蛋,一碗系豬骨湯大滿貫,2個小食,炸臭豆腐同雞脾菇先講豬骨大滿貫:湯好淡,可以話真係冇落鹽,冇味道,自問唔系食重味道既人,但係真系冇味道,跟住唯有問店主攞鹽啦,7點唔夠,佢同我講冇鹽😂,然後店主攞左一碗佢話唔辣但係有味既油比我哋,時左一下,味道好似公仔麵個調味油,所以我哋唯有唔落啦,邊個都冇興趣食油泡粉吧,好啦,都唔浪費食物,照食啦唯有……跟住招牌螺螄粉,湯底都系淡既,嚴重懷疑系用豬骨湯個湯底,然後直接加螺肉落去,所以個湯完全唔系正宗螺螄粉既味道,因為個湯唔系用螺螄熬出嚟既,跟住酸筍冇乜味道。所以食之無味,棄之可惜。到小食,杏鮑菇我覺得唔錯既,但係個炸爆臭豆腐就好了奇怪,油溫明顯唔夠就放落去炸,全部甩皮又軟,感覺好似食左油泡水煮豆腐咁,當然啦佢完全冇臭豆腐既味道,最多只系一舊豆腐,好啦,唯有麻煩店主幫我翻炸一下啦,從頭到尾雙方都好有禮貌既,點知個廚房就幾分鐘攞翻出嚟,好明顯,油溫都系唔夠啦,浸多次油有咩意義呢?所以堅決退左個豆腐。其實店主態度好好,仲有D米線都唔錯既,不過距離正宗實在十萬八千里,如果想食健康版螺螄粉,唔受得臭但係又想食下既人選擇呢間都ok既…Read More
