友人推介了一間高質日本居酒屋,仲有有多款新鮮同罕有既魚生,今次去開旺角附近就順道『拜會』一下! 我地一早已經book好枱,因為店鋪的座位唔多,所以建議大家訂定枱會穩陣!當日去仲有一枱熟客仔食得很盡興,又有美酒伴隨,非常熱鬧!點菜時,店員已經親自過黎為我地介紹當日的新鮮運到的魚生款式同海鮮!見到牆上的黑板寫咗好多陌生的日本魚類名稱,甚至一些罕見的魚生都應有盡有。食物的種類簡直是目不瑕給!串燒…生蠔…天婦羅…鍋物…魚生…蟹… 真係要花點功夫才能下單決定!首先店員送上小碟前菜-好奇的我,吃起來發現有少許魚味,魚乾仔…加酸酸甜甜的醬汁。挺開胃!食完才細問,這款魚叫鮟康魚乾,又長知識了!帆立貝兩件 - @$56赤貝 - @$48先講刺身,呢度帆立貝口感黏黏的,鮮甜香口,又大大粒咁肥美!赤具質地爽脆,入口彈牙!三文魚籽軍艦 - @$44/2岩鹽灸燒左口魚 - @$45/2牛油果手卷 - @$36/6粒魚籽軍艦粒粒魚籽都漲卜卜,爆出黎都特別甜,可見相當新鮮! 鹽燒左口魚就切得薄薄,燒出魚油的香味,有點爽口。牛油果手卷就普普通通,冇咩特別。牛舌 -@$68串燒雞腎 -@$28講到串燒真係造得非常出色! 牛舌夠厚身,牛油香濃燒晒出黎!而串燒雞賢用的是新鮮雞,也爽口彈牙!醃料同醬料非常香口絕配!赤穗蠔 買四送一 @$48問一問友人,覺得好唔好食,佢話『鮮味、肥美、爽口、多汁、厚肉、嫩口』! 再配搭醋香,突出生蠔鮮味!蟹粥就唔冇咩特別,冇蟹味,得蟹棒,跟我預期的不一樣。不過我看見隔離枱的女子吃得很滋味呢!…Read More

難得放假同媽咪出去銅鑼灣行街街,經過皇室堡見到樓下Gu果層開咗間新餐廳,就順道試一試喇!我地大概下晝兩點先入座,不太多人,不用等位。位置挺舒適,因為安排我地坐四人枱。午餐的份量很豐富,包沙律前菜、甜品、飲品一份。媽咪超級喜愛食喇沙,急不及待點了喇沙午餐set來試試,喇沙湯底有濃濃椰香咪,很正宗的,用了兩款麵底,分別有粗麵和幼麵,吃起來米線同豆卜都吸收晒湯的精華,湯底味道剛剛好,不會偏咸。至於肉骨菜,藥膳味挺濃,滋補養身,肉骨又入味、肉質炆得夠嫩,而家份量勁滿,十分抵食,就咁飲的話,味道會偏咸,建議撈飯一齊食,感覺會超贊!嗌多咗個小食,軟殼蟹紙米卷,內裡除咗軟殼蟹仲有三色椒同芒果,芒果很甜,食落去好fresh,蘸上酸酸醬汁,正好幫我地吃飽飽、消消滯。每次食馬拉野都會點拉茶,不過今次呢杯拉茶味道少少澀。反而右邊的Magic Soda有驚喜,好fresh又解渴,味道唔太甜!推薦!…Read More

為配合萬聖節,餐廳特意準備了南瓜餐湯,一喝竟然是辣的😅而且味道也頗辣的,不是每個人都吃到。不過,南瓜蓉也很香濃呢!冬陰公蟹肉虎蝦意大利麵 冬陰公味道同意粉是喜出望外的配搭,成功將冬陰公的香料盡情發揮,充滿東南亞風味,微辣的冬陰公成功點綴整個意粉,變得非常惹味開胃,再加上大大隻又新鮮的虎蝦,咬落啖啖肉,甚至連意粉都伴雜著蟹肉的鮮味👏👏👏 慢煮乳豬配薯蓉在一般的西餐廳竟然有乳豬食!我地當然唔放過機會試下中西合壁的滋味,乳豬的外皮燒得脆卜卜,少少燶,有別其他餐廳既燒豬肥肉比例太多,但乳豬的脂肪比例很好,肥瘦適中,肉嫩咬口啱啱好,底下的薯泥都很很軟綿綿口感,仲有柑橘的沙律作配合,咸味與fresh 的搭配作中和。肉眼配香橙沙律最喜歡呢beanswork每道菜都有少量沙律,唔單止吃肉,仲會經常配搭蔬果,吃起來感覺較有營養,又不會食濟,幫助消化。肉眼煎得熟度啱啱好,食落唔會有渣,肉質鮮嫩,而且肉汁保持得出色。沙律的醬汁也是酸酸甜甜很開胃。朱古力超濃😍😍😍正呀,朱古力控必試。餐廳的佈置也很有特色,開放式廚房,裝修是工業風,也是文青打卡的好地方👍👍 另外,見到high tea有很多細緻甜品,下次也來試試吧!👍😍😍…Read More

因為工作太忙關係,太耐冇見老朋友,所以相約聚一聚舊,一行4人簡咗一間近佢哋公司嘅扒房。一進去,氣氛格調都幾好,門口坐咗幾枱外國人,座位很寛敞,食食下發現原來有露天位置仲大,坐出面仲好feel。推薦一下今晚點嘅最喜愛嘅菜式先!美國頂級安格斯肉眼外脆肉嫩嘅口感,6成熟啱啱好!欣賞廚師細心嘅烹調,外面一層煎到脆口,仲有晒網紋,燒到勁靚。肉眼配上少少脂肪,比例好,啖啖濃濃嘅牛香洋溢著口腔,呢塊扒真係夠頂級!生蠔係呢度呢嘅重點推介,呢多嘅生蠔專業又多款選擇,成份menu十幾款簡,真係可以試晒唔同國家嘅鮮蠔!今次waiter就推薦咗兩款比我哋,分別係USA Taylor pacific rock 同 France KYS marine。先講美國果隻,size 有成隻手掌咁大,超級肥美厚肉,味道鮮甜,少海水咸味,群邊爽口。 而France 果隻細隻小小,鮮甜之餘又有少少咸咸嘅海水味,肉質比美國的更爽脆。 食完隻蠔即刻幸福感上升啊~~~ 雜錦海鮮pizza 香濃芝士配海鮮加上薄底,食落唔會太膩,份量細細,一齊食又啱啱好。個千島醬同芝士夾得非常好味!香蒜帶子扁意粉蒜蓉炒意粉到好香,帶子又係煎到外面脆脆的,新鮮冇雪藏味。意粉方面炒得好乾身,唔太油,吃落也不錯。份量正常。要叫其他野食。 挪威三文魚柳煎得好好香嘅魚油,清新配菜減少油膩感覺。厚身啖啖肉,咸咸地調味料,再加點點清新檸檬汁中和!鮮果拿破倫首先,好少地方有得食拿破倫,我係拿破倫愛好者,呢個拿破倫做得好出色同好別緻,先係舖滿兩層嘅雜莓,酸酸甜甜幾消滯,3層酥皮又薄又脆口,要食得好有技巧,食落又唔可以散晒,兩啖就食晒,下次值得再Encore!特濃心太軟裡面嘅流心朱古力夠濃之餘,仲帶點酒味,搭配不錯!食到超滿足,會再來的…Read More

終於到了Happy Friday啦!打工一族當然把握時候收工約人食飯輕鬆下、減減壓,我的脾胃一早已經話想食少少意粉同甜品,於是我就搵到呢個以Handmade意粉出名的餐廳! 同好友一齊去試下~Y pasta的餐廳佈置清新田園感覺,裝修好寬敞舒服,氣氛有別一般貴價浪漫的西式餐廳,讓人感覺輕鬆悠閒,有一份自在感老闆娘非常親切,親自走來為我們推介一下蘑菇湯好香濃,夠creamy,蘑菇蓉亦夠足料,淡淡蘑菇質感,沒有味精,不咸,將菇香味自然散發出黎,值得一試。食得出意粉烹調的功夫,飛水時做得很好,意粉口感夠爽口,軟硬適中,意粉同黑松露配合就非常好,意粉又夠入味,有橄欖油,但又不會太油!帶子經過香煎帶金黃色,美美的, 咬一口,肉質好嫩滑爽口。喜出望外的薄餅,餅底薄身焗得超香脆,食到卜卜聲,切片蘑菇配上少少芝士很出色,不會太漏!5寸份量兩個人食岩岩好!我們點了意大利薄餅做甜品,友人聽到有棉花糖已經雙眼發光了,果然無失望,金黃色半溶化的棉花糖夾著香蕉同雪糕,甜而不膩,薄餅的厚度又是最合適,薄薄脆脆的。友人自己一個已經刷了大半個薄餅!利害利害我個人最喜愛的是焦糖燉蛋,份量小小,但滿載著廚師的心機!用匙一穿破表面的脆脆焦糖,內裡是creamy的燉蛋,口感絕對是幼滑奶油與牛奶打出來,同平時食開的燉蛋口感差得遠,原來廚師已經試過用不同牌子的牛奶整,最後特制出最完美的口感同味道,呢一點就足以讓我不得不佩服!最後看到冰櫃裡每日新鮮製造的甜品都好想試,雖然已食太飽了,但還是忍不住要買些甜品給家人食呢!…Read More

朋友住開沙田,佢話比我知有最近有間新開韓國菜好出名,好多人食,於是我地受唔住誘惑,約定要食下!雖然係閒日,但一樣幾Full下,我地8點半去到,咁岩有位,而座位好舒適寬,感覺間餐廳好大間!先來碗紫菜湯同韓國小菜打頭陣,紫菜湯清甜、少少鹹味,而泡菜不太酸,頗辣的!朋友點咗韓國菠蘿冰飲,見到個賣相好正,成大個菠蘿,有埋新鮮菠蘿果肉,菠蘿冰簡直透心涼呀!而我自己就試咗水蜜桃水果冰茶,好好味,我超鍾意飲,有好多生果果肉,口感好Fresh,蜜桃茶味道香香甜甜。我地一坐低已經望到好多待應即場烹調,炒到好香好吸引!我地都跟住嗌咗漢拿山豚肉炒飯試下,韓國待應企係我地面前表現咁,即場逐樣配料落,一邊加辣醬炒,最後都加埋雞蛋,賣相好靚,啱晒我相機食先啦!味道都不錯,炒飯都炒乾身、粒粒分明,仲有有少少飯焦,待應仲好貼心分咗3份比我地!自從睇完來自星星的你,就成日都跟住話食炸雞!因為朋友食唔到辣野,所以我地叫左韓式大蔥蜜糖炸雞,雞肉肉質好嫩滑,炸得又脆,食落清甜的,不油膩!份量就唔會太大舊,食多幾舊都唔怕!泡菜煎餅煎得好薄好香脆、好好焦、食落去仲有泡菜呢!其實我唔明點解要點豉油?食咁多次韓國菜,都好少食野係點豉油。紫菜包粉絲卷炸得香脆金黃,即使我地攤凍咗食落去依然脆口,建議唔好點豉油、試下點辣醬仲好味!3個女仔眨下眼就食咗咁多野,每人都係百幾蚊,都幾抵食!其實仲好多好菜式都未試晒。韓國菜真係好多款式,韓流真係好大誘惑,百試不厭!下次都會再黎試下其他野食既!…Read More
