樓面忙到落唔到單,舉手就叫我等等,結果一等再等,攞份menu叫左2次,落單叫左3次,結果隔離枱遲過我地黎,索性大聲叫話要咩要咩,就直接幫佢地落單先。然後我個羊肉麵勁耐都未到,就見廚房係咁密密出外賣,我就問個樓面,我話個羊肉麵咁耐會唔會漏左單。佢就話整緊架啦。你係都講句話我幫你同廚房跟跟。我見佢完全無同廚房溝通,我再直接行去廚房度問佢地我個羊肉麵係咪漏左,佢地都認,問我邊張枱即刻幫我整。你唔識做樓面就唔好自己落手落腳做啦,你又做唔黎,手忙腳亂,有時又好似hang機咁唔知自己要做乜,何必令到自己辛苦,客人又辛苦?講番野食。個雞軟骨真係大絕!想咬崩我隻牙。好多硬骨(自己睇圖)。兩個麵都好普通。有時想支持小店,咁你小店都要爭氣啲先得架...…Read More

本身book左6點半,我地一行6人早左到6點3就入座。個男經理7點3就過黎俾張單我地叫我地埋單。我地當時仲有野未食完,我心諗,成餐飯2000幾蚊,我好似去左百幾蚊啲cafe咁,入座1個鐘就攞張單黎??連問我地要唔要甜品都無,真係可笑。定係我地食得快就要拿拿聲交枱?我地隔離枱早過我地到,到我地走嗰陣仲喺度食緊蟹,嗰啲就唔見佢趕人走喎。到左7點35分嗰位經理再善意提醒我地話佢地8點仲有下一枱客喎,嘩,我真係唔好意思啊阻住你做生意。大嗱嗱25分鐘。如果我係啲cheap 客,book左6點半,我6點40先黎嘅話,唔知係咪我食半個鍾就叫我埋單呢?野食方面,脆皮雞係好食嘅,其他都正常發揮。除左白切羊羔完全無味,一丁點羊味都無,唔知食緊乜。陳皮牛肉餅皮略厚略乾。我地仲叫左個醃篤鮮,當然佢地咁趕時間又點會成煲野攞上黎俾你影相啊。正常呢啲價位餐廳分完湯之後,循例都會講聲啲湯已經分曬喇,或者如果仲有啲配料喺度,都會問下需唔需要幫客人用碟裝起。結果,梗係無啦,我地就見到係仲有唔少配料喺個煲度(唔係放喺我地枱,無得自己黎)。又或者有時啲餐廳係會見到客人飲到差唔多,再問下有無邊個想加啲湯/配料,咁當然都唔會有啦呢度。又係嗰位經理啊,出其不意之下就成煲拎番入廚房。就食物而言已經完全唔值得再訪,再加上咁嘅價錢配上咁嘅服務,我真係祝你好運 。…Read More

好多年無食,上次食大概5年前,當時已經覺得無再之前喺紅磡食咁好。當時覺得比較好嘅係鰻魚班戟同玉子。玉子就keep到水準嘅,班戟就差左,主要係因為班戟片比較乾。仙鳳趾蠔新鮮嘅,但係成隻蠔啪落口之後我諗住飲殼上面啲蠔汁,通常會有生蠔分泌番出黎嘅海水味,點知係純水味黎,代表沖洗上未夠專業。至於卷物,其實以前呢間卷物做得算唔錯,但係其實好睇師傅。叫左牛油果軟殼蟹卷同帶子鵝肝卷,味道配搭上係唔錯嘅同以前一樣。但係個飯量比例做得唔好,太多飯,而且捏得較實。切成4份時大小不一,兩份都有同樣情況,有一件甚至厚到從背面睇唔到啲內餡,認真誇張。火炙左口魚邊油香豐富,飯量略少,而且都有同樣有捏得過實嘅問題。溫泉蛋天婦羅純gimmick野,要讚嘅係呢個真係唔易整嘅,但真係說不上係一樣好食嘅野。紫蘇沙鎚魚海膽天婦羅係唔會錯嘅一個配搭,雖然食過某啲串揚店覺得更好食,但都算係可以喺度一試嘅,唔多地方有。牛舌正正常常。甘鯛一夜干,某少部位有啲梅。腐皮餃子,可以一試,係好食啲嘅腐皮卷(酒樓嗰啲,再加埋送嘅芝麻糕,感覺真係似去左飲茶)服務就...一晚兩次將我地嘅食物放錯在喺兩張唔同嘅客人嘅枱上面,先發現唔岩再俾番我地。唔知以為我去左茶記。而且其中一個師傅掂完個menu,我特登留意啲細節野,了解下啲師傅嘅衛生意識,好想知佢放低menu之後會唔會洗手,結果係無洗嘅直接就去用手握壽司。本menu有幾乾淨就見仁見智啦,但你要知,佢地係連wasabi都係就咁用手好似搓泥膠咁拎出黎,對手嘅衛生程度係需要特別注意。anyway,呢個價位太多更好嘅選擇喇,無論食物質素上定係服務。應該就未必會再revisit了。…Read More

播緊天與地嗰個年代,天后店成日排曬長龍黎食佢嘅豆腐花。嗰陣嘅質素真係幾唔錯,價錢又合理。自從開左銅鑼灣分店之後,見到價錢越黎越進取,甜品款式越黎越多但原本嘅野就整得越黎越差,所以都好幾年無幫襯過。今日行經旺角,本身係諗住去食另一間出名嘅Kakigori,點知中途發現呢度開多左間甜姨姨,又見到最出嗰張枱叫左個開心果刨冰好似唔錯,就入左去試。點知就中大伏。。。首先開心果cream好漏。開心果酥入面都係開心果cream,食落係植物牛油嗰種漏嘅感覺。開心果醬係ok嘅,但係好少,反而開心果汁就好多,佢側邊仲有得俾你補加。但呢個汁真係不得了,本身食緊個冰都發現有苦澀味,唔肯定喺邊度黎。一試隔離呢個汁,就發現原來就喺佢度黎,但係成個冰最多嘅配料就係呢個澀汁,認真搞唔掂。至於開心果雪糕。。食落係劣質豆腐味雪糕嘅感覺,質感好生硬,而個開心果味完全係靠個開心果醬釣出黎。老實講我個人就鍾意豆腐雪糕嘅,但你寫開心果雪糕我唔expect係咁嘅味囉。然後就到主角 - 冰。不得了,係難食到不得了。開頭有開心果醬傍住嗰啲都還好。但我提過,啲開心果醬就係唔多,去到中段都未到,就已經食到啲冰係淡然無味,淨係得開心果汁嗰陣苦澀味。而且個冰完全係無口感可言,Kakigori應有嘅冰屑感覺係完全俾唔到。你叫呢樣野做開心果綿綿冰啦賣68蚊啦,你呢啲唔係叫Kakigori,只係一個Kakigori shape嘅棉棉冰。仲要出面好多雪花冰、綿綿冰仲好食啲添。。。雖然出面嗰啲好多都係人工味道,但你地呢份$148用「真材實料」整左啲咁難食嘅野出黎,我就寧願俾4,50蚊食人工棉棉冰仲好過。真係非常失望。而且食到中間有一大堆lotus餅,多到根本唔岩比例。再者呢個餅同任何一款配料都無昇華嘅作用,如果將佢整成crumbs效果可能仲好啲添。最後食剩超過一半,錢就已經跌左,無謂要同自己過唔去夾硬食。從未試過難食到要食剩咁折墮。非常唔推薦呢間嘅刨冰。但其他甜品好多都貴到離曬譜:2件芒果班戟70幾蚊,心太軟98蚊,咁嘅價位我唔知佢會俾咩質素,如果都係普通野,仲留唔留得住客人?…Read More

等左10分鐘到左兩杯野飲,仲有2件卷蛋未到。最後等到三十分鐘,由於我一直無催單,我見到店員拎住疑似我地嘅蛋糕,我就俾我個牌佢睇,問佢係咪我地嘅。點知佢話check下先,就拎左去另一張遲我地十幾分鐘先坐低嘅客人度。其實等緊嘅過程中,我周不時都已經望一望嗰啲店員,但係無一個醒水。你諗下一枱坐左咁耐嘅客人,你又放低左餐具,但又咩食物都無,都唔會主動去睇下有無機會漏單。不過呢啲add on野,我都唔會太expect呢類餐廳會做到。講真出一件卷蛋要幾耐啫?結果追完之後一分鐘內已經出到俾我。最好笑嘅係,佢出完一件俾我,仲可以問我有無野爭我。大佬,你唔識自己check番個客點左啲咩蛋糕嘅咩?我話我嗰2件蛋糕半個鐘都未到,你地識得俾得1件我,但係唔知我仲有第2件,仲要黎問我?專業少少好無。燥。講番啲野食。1. 豆の物語:普通到不得了,60蚊得到嘅就係一杯有奶蓋嘅維他奶味飲品2. 炭焙烏龍桂花latte:口感上係有濃茶嗰種感覺,應該落左唔少茶粉。即係成口粉粉嘅嗰種感覺,你幻想下你去壽司鋪倒一堆茶粉再自己加水嘅嗰種感覺。正常黎講咁樣茶味應該會好出,但係可惜嘅係佢真係得好粉嘅感覺,講唔上話有茶香,同時佢加左奶變成latte又無令到成杯野昇華,就係茶香又無乜奶味又無乜,好平淡嘅感覺,算唔上好飲。3. 卷蛋:呢個就唔多作評論,成半個鐘先到已經影響觀感。只可以話抹茶真係算濃,我飲開濃茶嘅人就覺得還好,唔鍾意苦澀嘅人未必會鍾意。焙茶相對上就無咁濃。…Read More

Most Terrible Service Ever Came Across

mediocre food, the beef was unchewable and tough like rock, while the service is the most terrible that I ever came across.the older waiter (we guess this crank is the boss) will STARE AT YOU and intentionally make unpleasant noises if you do something not to his liking:1. he gave us 4 papers to circle our food while we are queueing, meanwhile he didn't mention that we MUST use one paper for each person. for environmental friendly reason we circled all food items on a single paper. Unlike ramen shop, you have to choose different modalities like noodle hardness, oiliness, with scallion or not etc. in that case we understand that it will be much convenient to use one paper for each person. But we just order 4 rices without customization (like double meat portion), and we planed to share the rice so we didn't need to assign which rice to a particular person. And most other restaurants may just ask you for whom the food belongs to, right before they put it on your table. As he was so annoying and insisting, so we just brushed him off by randomly pointing the food to a person when making the order. From his wording we felt like he didn't want us to swap afterwards. When all food was come, he keep staring at our table, seemingly he was ready to blame us when we start swapping the food. That feel was really uncomfortable. My friend swapped with me eventually when another customer was paying the bill and distracting him. After that he continued to stare at us. 2. the position you wanna put your glass of water. we actually don't drink water, and we put the glasses of water in one side instead of in the middle of the 4-ppl table as our usual practice. Then they started muttering how this would obstruct them from putting the food to our table. They put the glasses back in front of every person as their liking. Ridiculous. I asked them to take the water away, then that crank came and took away the glasses irritably and start making noises such as putting the glasses on the kitchen table so loudly like a cynical grounch. No matter what happened, staring at your customers hostilely would be considered as one of the most disrespectful acts to the dining experience. If this control freak is the owner and don't wanna serve your customers, then please hire some nice servers and get back to your home. 顧客服務態度差 撻再好味都冇用

顧客服務態度差 平時都只係睇openrice,但今日忍唔住即刻要寫食評。主要唔係講個撻,之前喺東京都食過2次,味道如何,參考眾多食評已可了解,水準保持得不錯。但撇開味道,一間食店要顧客再回頭,而服務態度至為重要,是令顧客決定會否回頭的主要因素。就如一間普通做街坊生意的茶餐廳為例,餐廳有著一堆老顧客大都不是因為食物很美味 ,而是顧客在享受食物和服務的過程,還有那份人情味。否則openrice都不會有幾個評分,而不只是要求用家評食店食物的分數。說回來,晚上九點半我開始排隊,排到十點左右就到我地,中途有職員問我地要幾多個撻,我地就話「仲問緊人,可唔可以陣間話你知?」果個男職員話「咁我轉頭過番黎」但到我地付款果陣,佢話有印象頭先有人要問下人但佢唔記得左過番去問。佢都有認錯。問題來了,佢地話要我企喺度等。我:……職員:「因為你岩岩(最後一個)講要幾多個撻,所以要再焗」(因為截左龍,職員過去條龍度逐個問要幾多件,等佢地可以焗岩個數)但原來first come first serve已經冇左一回事,我要默默企喺度睇住啲排我後面嘅人買撻,而個原因就係職員嘅錯所以要顧客等。原則問題?公司規定?見住一堆撻係面前,佢地對住果啲冇名嘅撻話果啲撻唔係我地嘅,而我地嘅就變左做最後一round先俾到我地。點解唔可以flexible啲?(我買一打半)你覺得俾左一打半撻我先,排我地後面嘅會對住我地或職員破口大罵:「你做咩俾佢地先?明明係我先同你講要幾多幾多件撻!」用常理諗佢地會唔會係咁?如果係咁,你地嘅做法都係唔合常理。職員係用截龍處(即係隊尾)果度開始問佢地要幾多件撻,照佢地所講,咁隊尾果個人應該可以最先買撻啵?當時嘅情況係:當我問完職員得知可存放4日,我地先打去confirm下係咪total要一打半 (因為我地係睇完煙花即興去排)。如果我地喺同佢講「仲問緊人」果陣同我地講,「如果你宜家唔講要幾多個 ,咁到時就要最尾先有得買撻」,我地即刻就話佢知要一打半啦。最後就等到十點半,最後一個攞撻。無啦啦因為職員嘅疏忽要顧客受罪等多一倍時間,差啲就要問候盧醫生咁問候果位職員。離曬大譜。大家要記住,如果唔即刻答佢要幾多個嘅結果係點,就係佢會遺忘你然後你再慢慢等。說回個撻,撻皮較東京吃到的厚,且看來較細,還是東京吃到的較好吃,而且較平(200yen 未加稅,13蚊左右)。這間BAKE,會喺日本再食。但香港,買一次已經夠我受,俾錢買難受,香港人就係咁幽默。…Read More
