兩星期前已經在Chope預訂好今日的下午茶.相信因為係weekday所以容易預訂. 未入座已經在外面狂影相因為餐廳是一個Blue Box實在太特別了. 我哋被編排到餐廳最入面好似VIP Room嘅位置. 個人覺得出面玻璃房嘅感覺好唔同. 房入面大約有六張二人枱同一張六人枱比較清靜連個Menu都美輪美奐😍點了2人tea set. 另加$20 選Tiffany Blend Tea. 第一層係甜點. 今年選了在Pierre慶祝好友生日. 疫請雖稍為放緩但文華酒店防疫措施非常到位, 是晚在Pierre吃飯大家吃得很安心又開心. 7道菜晚餐, 份量精準. 憑著多年追⭐️經驗, 這裏不會像其他星級餐廳吃完前面的course已吃不下甜品或Petit Four. 有細意品嚐甜品的空間, 所以很覺得很完滿. Taiwanese style sponge cakes has been popular in HK since last year. Having tried other brands sponge cake, this is the third time tasting this one in Wanchai. There are 4 choices and so far I tried two.1. 黑糖Black sugar - quite sweet and it’s not as spongy as other brands 2. 流心芝士Cheese - very soft and spongy it’s exactly the TW style I expected. There is one cheese layer inside and they distribute the cheese randomly. Best to consume the same day but microwave a bit the next day the cake is still very tasty.Don’t be off put by the queue outside. There are 3 staff in the shop and the work flow is very quick. Unless the flavour you want is not available, you will then have to wait until the cake comes out from the oven. You get a cake box only if you buy full portion (2 square pieces). Compared to last time I came here for dinner in July 2018. The service and food quality has improved significantly. The servers are much more attentive. The restaurant was full and busy for Sat lunchtime and we booked for 12:45 online. Felt a bit of a rush and we were the last few tables to leave for lunch and the servers were running around to set up for afternoon tea sessions. For the food itself seems not much into improvement on the plating. French toast for dessert is excellent. Need 20 mins preparation time so order it while having main course. After placing order at the cashier, you will be given an order buzzer One you found a seat (or table). Place the buzzer on the sticker on the table. Then the server will bring the food to you once its ready. Fuss free! Staff are polite and quick. Ordered teriyaki chicken with scramble egg on rice. The portion is very big.
