Airside開左之後去食dinner誤打誤撞入左呢間鋪,完全估唔到咁好食所以第一次食無認真影相記錄,最後我未夠一星期又encore🥹重點係兩次同唔同朋友去食都話好好食!所以決定認真出post介紹🫢然後去到岩岩打緊食評搵多啲資料先知原來係北海道過江龍仲要拎埋米芝蓮車胎人美食推介🥶但香港得2間仲要睇op係好小人知!佢地店主打既牛叫「未來牛」,黎自北海道自家農場有機飼養,由日本和牛同荷蘭牛配種而成,全天然無打針同加抗生素嫁👍🏻✨未來牛他他‼️必食 $98我係一個好鍾意食生牛肉他他既人,因為要好新鮮既牛先可以生食做他他,而且每間店既醃料口味都唔同,呢間我可以話係目前我食過最好食既!而且睇到價錢我眼都突埋😂唔過百食到咁既質素,仲要我唔係太鍾意食洋蔥,但佢既洋蔥係甜既,配埋食成件事昇華左,真係好正❤️✨未來牛燒肉盛5 $349我兩次食都係叫呢個set,我覺得兩個人食岩岩好,因為仲要散叫其他野,成盤野都好好食,最鍾意一定係上後腰脊肉蓋,佢係唯一一個醃左,同埋燒完沾蛋食既款,真係好食到覺得幸福個隻,而且配飯一流🤤✨肉眼 $238 西冷 $218(120g)兩款我都食過,我個人鍾意西冷多啲,如果食得哂叫哂兩款其實都好抵,散叫必叫款🫢✨吉列A4和牛三文治 $189(圓方店限定) 我係為左呢個先會第2次食選擇去圓方,但完全唔值(好誠實),首先無特別好食,第二似食緊普通吉列牛,之前出去食和牛三文治無吉列係好食好多好多,呢個老實講有啲似便利店貨色🫠✨厚切鹽燒牛舌 $138我好鍾意食鹽燒牛舌,但大家可以唔洗點,因為我食過第間好食好多但個到只需$38-58😂呢到貴一倍又唔覺有咩特別好食,留quota食其他啦大家~✨白飯 $23燒肉配白飯是常識吧,而且一定要配佐賀米,軟綿又入口即溶既口感絕對可以索哂肉汁之餘又融為一體💰兩次都係同一個大食量男人去食,兩人食到飽人均消費$4~500,絕對係我既encore list‼️#自費分享 …Read More

朋友訂了這家中菜館跟我慶祝生日,一定要提前預訂!!由月頭等到月中最後月尾才吃到🥲本來覺得就是一家普通中菜館,沒想到讓我這冷滿意😍✨勾魂叉 $188/5件(必點)本來看到這個價錢只有5件我呆了想說不要點,但朋友來過說一定要吃所以就點了,一上菜嚇死人🫠絕對是我吃過最厚最大件的叉燒‼️店員會即場塗抹自家特調的「陳皮南乳百花蜜醬」,再用火槍輕燒表層,一邊燒一邊流口水🤤吃之前滾一遍旁邊的脆米再吃,店員說愈吃愈有米的意思😂吃下去肥瘦適中,軟熟程度是肉絲分離,表層還有剛燒完的淡淡焦香,好吃到我粗口都出來了,真的是我目前吃過最好吃的叉燒✨陳皮豆豉鮑魚煲 $368/4隻這個也是朋友推介的,一開蓋已經香氣迎面撲來,鮑魚真的很大一隻,很厚肉而且彈牙爽口,非常入味讓人停不下來🥹✨椒鹽鮮魷 $168這個是因為餐廳已經沒甚麼海鮮,而且很久沒吃所以才點的,沒想到這麼有驚喜🤦🏻‍♀️炸粉很薄,薄到會見到半透明裡面鮮魷那種,而且炸粉味道不會很重,鮮魷新鮮juicy又好吃,不會乾乾柴柴的,味道很突出!✨胡椒蘿蔔糕炒肉蟹 $438肉蟹size非常大,蟹蓋是我兩個半拳頭,肉身非常厚肉又鮮甜,重點是胡椒味都入殼了,真的不知道為甚麼可以做到這麼入味,每一口肉都是很夠味的,蘿蔔糕我已經吃不下,我朋友覺得超好吃所以打包回家了,我試了一口,不是我喜歡那種煮法,蘿蔔糕我喜歡煎的哈哈,所以不予置評✨海帶綠豆沙 free最後店員送了兩碗糖水,很足料很好喝😚💕順帶一提,朋友說這間店的午市是喝菜吃點心的非常值得一試,尤其是灌湯餃是很正宗,我已經打算下次來試午市,然後帶家人來多一次晚市!我訂晚上6點時段海鮮都已經所剩無幾超級搶手,所以最好訂位時預留海鮮🦫…Read More

今日久違地去食omakase~🍣因為係報答朋友幫我整眉所以食佢推介既 #佢同我1樣鍾意食omakase所以我係無做任何資料搜集情況下就去左食都小full,最小提早2星期訂~訂枱要留$1000訂金由於過程專心同朋友傾計所以無每樣mark低名同details所以就趁記憶仲係到同大家分享下一啲印象深刻既😆⭐️首先必須講一講我係好小&好怕食魚刺身,除左三文魚外基本唔食,如果去omakase都要講明唔腥先食(因為食過啲omakase都係腥🥺處理得唔好or唔新鮮,有次食到我嘔),今次一樣有講明唔食腥既,師傅都好有信心同我講無問題,然後照上比我,雖然唔係每道都好食到令我深入腦,但真係每道都唔腥,厚肉!有啲仲好爽口,全部都好新鮮🥰所以同我1樣怕腥既都可以放心了~▫️圖2右上角個個魚唔記得叫咩名,超好食,個肉質地有啲似銀鱈魚,食完好想再食多舊😋▫️每次食omakase最期待就係生蠔同海膽,果然無令我失望,呢個生蠔係之前拎過獎,食落爽口厚實又鮮,唔洗任何調味已經相當唔錯!而個海膽係好creamy入口即溶,無野可以挑剔~▫️終於試到傳說中既縞蝦,自問身為超級🦐迷既我,都無食過,真係比較小見🥲但一直聽講好好食,完全估唔到今日會有得食,真係好甜好好食,係佢出現之前,蝦刺身我最鍾意赤蝦,依家完美榮升第1了💕而赤蝦今次都有食到,就唔係刺身咁食了,係即烚之後趁熱即剝殼再即整再趁熱即食,係大隻到除左啲肉好厚之外佢每一層紋都有小小白色膏咁既物體,唔識講總之好好食,覺得仲好食過刺身咁食!▫️個鮑魚係3種鮑魚入面最頂級既黑鮑,我第一次食,以為會硬啲實啲,點知食落勁淋但又有咬口,原來師傅係放入真空袋蒸3粒鍾,等佢逼啲鮑汁出黎再自己吸收返,不停重複先會做到咁入味又咁好口感🥺而且之前成日聽人講日本會處理好鮑魚既內臟食埋,我真係從來唔敢食,今次佢整成醬叫我點埋鮑魚食,我就試下,點知無想像中腥臭同苦,仲幾好食!食完鮑魚仲有粒飯仔比你撈埋啲醬食,我食哂😂▫️最後有2個甜品都好深刻,首先係整成布甸口感既玉子,個口感係似到我問左句‘咁即係係布甸定玉子’🤣係真係玉子黎嫁,雖然無到好好食但成件事好得意!!而個珍珠提子水果撻真係超驚喜,我諗我應該可以食10個,佢最外個層薄到紙咁既我以為係咩紙兜唔食得,點知原來係撻皮可以食的😨超脆!入面會有個餅仔座住啲cream,最頂鋪滿珍珠提子,每一粒都人手剝皮😨o哂嘴,好有心機,成個撻又脆又爆汁好juicy😍#omakase #日料 #探店 #自費分享 …Read More
