天氣轉冷,老婆鐘意食壽司刺身,我又想食熱辣辣野,係旺角兜左個圈….食咩好啦,宜家好多都舖食嘅野差唔多咁,由於要老婆想法優先,所以簡左壽司放題,因為半年前黎過呢度,覺得正常唔差,所以同老婆大人提議番去神戶屋,難得老婆無ban我!7點幾係兆萬估唔到咁少人,以前都叫排住隊等電梯上去樓上果幾間食肆食野,家下直行直入,位都唔洗等,坐好點餐,由於刺身優先原則,老婆自己叫,雖然呢度係食刺身放題,其實佢都有打邊爐啊!想食熱食嘅我就叫左一堆熱食加邊爐。開頭上檯嘅牛肉都係唔差,食完仲可以係出面自己拎,但應該係唔同款牛肉,仲有少少丸類,菜等,湯底係壽喜燒,一路滾一路食非常夠味,仲有其他小食好似小龍蝦,一口牛(食落唔硬剛剛好),炒烏冬都唔係整定,我估都係即叫即做,未叫有鑊氣,但以一間食刺身嘅店黎講都算係咁,係個人參雞湯失色左啲,上到檯我都唔知係咩😂!最後食埋甜品豆腐花,雪糕雪條,就咁用左2個鐘就走嚕。…Read More

係我印象神戶屋都開左好多年,對上一次黎應該都有6年前,係兆萬差唔多層層都有刺身放題的競爭下都仲生存到,都有番咁上下底氣,以前黎呢度都係同朋友夜晚聚會,今次就一家大細星期日中午時份黎食,估唔到上到黎無咩人,好多位,雖然位同位唔係闊,但都放得落BB椅,坐低第一時間都係掃code叫野食,款式其實算係咁,種類生到熟,任你淥嘅打邊爐都有,而刺身拼盤都一定係每檯客嘅頭盤,邊度都係每次都一定整得靚靚出餐,呢度都唔例外,三文魚 鮑魚 魚蝦蟹 仲有乾冰煙霧效果,點影點拍都靚,三文魚貨一定係新鮮嘢,其他凍貨刺身都唔係差,反而熱食有驚喜,因為刺身都係拎貨返,熱食要加都睇廚房手勢,好似個牛舌咁,咁鬼厚,未食前都怕咬唔開,點知咁厚都燒得幾好食軟淋淋😋,而其他炸物都唔係差,炸鮮奶都係唔錯選擇,其次蒸扇貝都係合格貨色,無蒸過頭(急凍貨蒸唔好好易成舊扇貝橡膠咁),說到尾就甜品時間,雪糕/雪條,好多韓式雪條簡架,同叫左個燒菠蘿🍍,最驚喜都係呢一樣,唔知係咪客人唔多嘅關係,師父成個菠蘿燒出黎好鬼靚!燒到菠蘿面都少少焦糖化,最好食都係呢樣,咁就一餐了!…Read More

請咗上午假陪我老婆大人睇醫生,睇完10點幾,問我有咩地方去,見臨近聖誕節不如行花墟睇下花,由旺中沿路走去花園街,就係路經嘅時候見到呢間老餅家,我對傳統既食物一直都大興趣,由佢門面,舖內裝修格局更顯得舊有味道,不同產品的價錢向貼在舖頭兩邊,幫襯既都係50歲左右人士,身為80後忽然我都覺得自己好後生😅,顧客圍繞都係買牛耳、紅豆燒餅、光酥餅.....,經過一輪視察,最後買咗$20/5個紅豆燒餅、$20/4個嚤囉酥。紅豆燒餅:買紅豆燒餅係睇落似最熱熱熱賣嘅食品,事實就真係👍下午返到公司食左一件燒餅,而燒餅本身有厚度同軟身,燒餅皮上亦有烤過嘅芝麻,故燒餅亦有一絲絲嘅芝麻香味,食落口除咗好香口嘅芝麻濃香,再咬深點燒餅皮夾雜紅豆蓉嘅清甜卻中和左芝麻嘅濃味,相得益彰,難怪成為此舖大熱!嚤囉酥:好老實聽就聽得多食就未食過,外層咬落似光酥餅味道,內層餡料都是清清甜甜的味道。下次希望可以試埋香蕉糕同牛耳等等食物👍…Read More

原本想同女朋友食壽司郎,點知情況不似預期,一早爆晒無得食,打開openrice ,睇吓有咩附近餐廳,都唔知係乜嘢情況下就揀咗呢間神燈海鮮酒家,鑒於疫情關係同餐廳位置唔係主街道,人唔多,入到去計埋我都係得兩台客🤔心諗都唔知有冇中伏,坐低後職員詢問飲咩茶,特別地原來佢哋有玄米茶,女士應該喜歡啦!中餐廳例牌茶芥小食都另收費,同時上枱嘅小食同職員講佢都肯取消唔使收錢無怨言👍可能而家我都失緊業啦,見佢嗰個菜單都平均百幾蚊其實都覺得有點貴,最後叫咗價錢較廉宜的魚茄子煲、同比較少見的XO醬爆牛骨髓加碗白飯,冇乜客嘅關係啦餸都好快到,禮貌都做足,餸上到枱其實真係喜出望外,大大份,仲有鑊氣,個魚香茄子煲都仲係啫啫聲,XO醬醬牛骨髓又好香,好似牛骨髓,好難得小菜係配料少過主菜,勁多牛骨髓,好滑嘟嘟,加埋xo醬真係好惹味,到魚香茄子煲,份量都係大,撈飯真係無得輸,又香同惹味,無死鹹,兩個人食完剛剛好,仲估佢唔到原來有份福餅小食送,所以對呢間餐廳都真係喜出望外!值得一試!…Read More

雖然有好高人氣,但今日去食確實食物質素方面有點失望,去完錦田一日遊,女朋友想食日本野所以坐番小巴出元朗市中心,打開Openrice 見魚一好似唔差咪試試,去到魚一當時都爆晒場(5點幾),員工都好繁忙,除咗堂食爆滿,外賣亦都不停有,咁人多等位都好正常,大概等左20分鐘左右先有位,由於等位嘅時候已經揀咗食物所以一坐低就可以落單,咁舖頭係用QR code去自動落單,比較方便,有問題店員都有禮貌回答,最後揀咗泡菜豚肉鍋,壽司(象拔蚌,赤貝,帆立貝),同丼飯(魷魚,帶子和劍魚腩),三樣食品不分次序大約7至10分鐘送到,咁多人嘅情況下出菜速度可以接受,講番食物方面泡菜豚肉鍋 - 除豚肉,還有娃娃菜,金菇及冬菇。湯底似辛辣麵嘅湯包(不過係淡味版本),份量是足夠的,但好奇怪食落口的時候所有味道都唔夾,湯還湯,肉還肉,菜還菜,味道各有各,所以用68再加一的價錢食呢個我覺得麻麻,或許熱食唔係呢間舖頭嘅熱門食物啦!壽司(象拔蚌,赤貝,帆立貝)壽司還比較正常,不過飯團有少許鬆散,象拔蚌赤貝及帆立貝味道都正正常常。丼飯(魷魚,帶子和劍魚腩)係魚一丼飯可以自己配搭,但最少三款刺身,價錢份量都會有所不同,值得讚的是他們的刺身很大方,都大大舊,但味道上,魷魚係我叫咗三個刺身裏邊反而最好的,厚度適中,食落又沒有癡牙的感覺,但其餘兩款刺身確實有點失色,第一次食帶子係冇果種少少海水鹹鮮味道,而劍魚腩他是很厚切,但因為魚嘅質感問題,作為腩位油份不足,太厚變成食落口有啲渣(利申-以前食過油份足既劍魚腩係好順口)或許係呢個落差,所以覺得揀錯魚生好唔抵。…Read More

車仔麵,好多香港市民嘅日常快捷食物,選擇可以好多,不同種類嘅食物,任君選擇,講番喺牛頭角呢間阿太車仔麵,雖然舖裝修似一間日本居酒屋(牆身),不過我坐唔慣佢D高櫈但佢係好港式的,落單都係拎張order紙自己選擇要嘅餸,麵底,湯汁等等,喺眾多嘅選擇入邊,我揀咗鹵水雞翼尖豬紅同韭菜餃配油麵,加配小食炸花枝丸,加埋都$38+$20=$58,不過好多地方都係呢D價錢,最緊要好味道,等左三分鐘左右到碗麵就上菜,係炸花枝丸耐左少少,但係新鮮炸熱辣辣,炸花枝丸上左層炸粉,咬第一口好脆,其後同平時食既差唔多, 加埋佢既酸甜醬配搭一起食味道唔錯!麵既餸每樣幾舊係餃子得兩舊較可惜,  不過餃子好好食, 好香, 豬紅無鬆泡泡一夾無散唔失敗啦, 翼尖入味, 湯頭慶幸唔係死味精湯底,加埋佢檯面的辣醬碗麵即刻惹味好多,值得一嘗。…Read More

蘇杭街,小店林立,茶餐廳、點心店、涼果小吃、西式cafe、日式壽司飯店都有,百花齊放、豐儉由人。二十幾至過百蚊既lunch 都搵到,養活左不少嘴饞既中上環打工仔!是日走到近上環既蘇杭街頭搵野醫肚,路過門口舊舊既裝修,卻用一塊瑩光版作為餐牌,都幾吸睛!餐牌頭二位係金太陽快餐牌永不磨滅既筆跡,分別有唔見光既秘製切雞飯,同金太陽炸雞飯,其他就日日唔同款,以一個中午飯黎講,佢個價錢係接近無得輸的,加埋野飲都唔過三草野,難得啊!我買既時候都下午茶時段,舖內人煙疏落,係櫃檯俾錢叫外賣,要金太陽炸雞飯配中湯,憑票去水吧位自己拎外賣,都幾有8,90年代既快餐feel 。返到寫字樓,打開外賣盒.....一pat 醬就係雞扒上,佢醬就話係蜜味波羅汁,但我食落就似洋蔥茄汁,咁味道又確係甜甜酸酸,拎黎拌飯真係可以接受架;到塊炸雞扒,女仔既手掌咁上下大,咁店員都會斬好一舊舊排好,算係咁,由橫切面睇,炸粉略微厚左D,同埋係炸定既關係,雞係凍既,但因為有醬汁關係,掩蓋左炸粉厚呢個缺點,至於雞肉方面炸得算唔錯,未到好乾,仲有水份,唯香氣欠奉,想要食到脆卜卜咁我諗要等好彩炸起果時喇。食完飯梗係飲湯水通通腸胃啦,當日例湯係青紅蘿蔔豬骨,個炸雞飯雖然一段貨仔,但個湯好正,足料不在話下,仲有南杏等等,味道十足,唔會偏咸,係煲出黎果種感覺,味精唔多覺,但做餐廳點都會落些少。總括呢個價錢食到個飯連湯都算係咁啦,有咩好要求!…Read More

最近飲茶興起,四處插旗開舖,捧場客應該不少,難得搵到幾個人肯陪太子飲茶,皆因果幾個都未去過(飲茶),去到門口,一個貨車頭就係門口裝飾,完全唔似飲茶既地方,而前台接待員位,就係一個大油桶,好特別.....店內設計就好似係一個工場入面咁,完全同大部分既酒樓設計差天共地!廚房都係開放式的,乾淨非常!到座位時,已經擺好所有(傢私),碗既設計就如一個小魚缸,好別緻!到睇張點心紙,其實選擇唔係話多,而佢改果啲點心名都好有創意,但可能太有創意,好多都唔知係咩黎。其後上菜速度都算好快,冷盤小食話咁快就到,1.川醬皮蛋-一上到檯心裡嘩一聲,皮蛋整到金魚咁!雖然叫川醬聽落好辣,但食落係酸醋味為主,辣就唔覺,以酸用黎打開胃口既序幕!2.雞絲粉皮-呢道菜既外觀同其它店都大同小異,味道上都係,味道淡淡既粉皮配上濃濃既芝麻醬,手撕既粗雞絲!味道雖唔係突出,麻醬唔係咁香,但因菜式大路,好快就搶購一空!3.三杯醉雞-平時食開既三杯雞都係熱既,但呢個係相反冷食,亦因為係冷既關係令味覺遲鈍、同雞本身無醃製過,只係淋醬汁上去,食落肉並不入味,味道都只食出微微醋味,酒味都唔太覺,香味都欠奉,唔太推薦!4.麻辣燒賣-味道幾盞鬼,小麻小辣,燒賣餡同外邊酒樓食開有唔同,呢個肉感較札實,亦有一種慢慢先麻後辣既感覺,食落感覺好實在!唔會一舊肥肉咁,不錯。5.有色蝦餃-一上檯時睇落平平無奇,睇真D原來蝦餃皮上有陣金色係蝦餃面上,真係整色整水;講番味道先,蝦餃皮做得尚可,未至於厚,而餡用上細號蝦加調味唔差既肥肉混合,一口一粒,食時蝦爽口肉細膩,不錯選擇!6. 睇住流奶 同 一籠八戒 - 呢兩道菜係菜單睇其實唔知係咩野點心,咁唯有食左先講,左面黃色一舊既係流沙包(睇住流奶),係包上點晴後,頓然生色不少!食時都要小心,因為包餡好熱,燙親嘴呀⋯⋯,食落時餡好香好漏,好滑同好肥囉!到右面一籠八戒,幾個造型可愛既豬頭,呢個真係唔咬落去都唔知係咩料,係個豬屁股一咬,原來叉燒包黎架,不過餡料較少,叉燒肉較瘦同乾,味道只算一般貨色。7. 鴿吞鳳梨 -又係一個唔食唔知咩既野,呢個上菜真係用個鳥籠上菜,忽然好似以前茶樓阿叔撚雀咁樣,成個鴿頭一啪,原來呢個係鳳梨酥,鳳梨餡微微清甜,但個皮就不敢恭維⋯⋯或許要為左整個鴿造型,皮整得好厚,令酥度大減⋯食時候變得好粉唔好食⋯,呢個只是影相之選,食就..... 夾埋其實吸晴指數確係爆燈,好唔好食就一般啦⋯⋯但可能成本問題,份量都較細同食唔飽囉⋯⋯…Read More

話說當日外訪粉嶺做運動,運動過後,梗係要補充補充啦,朋友講呢度有間好出名既腸粉,咁就Let's go 啦,朋友搵好位泊好車後,一落車就已經見到條龍仔, 排前些少就會見到佢個大餐牌,難怪咁受街坊歡迎,簡直時光倒流,抗通脹益街坊, 咩野都係$3起,除指定招牌腸粉外,選擇亦只有眼前5款餸簡,開放式既廚房,眼見姐姐熟手既技巧,半分鐘唔洗完成點菜,整好腸粉餸菜就一碟,厲害! 排到我時叫左$3腸粉、魚蛋、燒賣、豬皮!先$12蚊,拎黎醫一醫肚確唔錯!買好後係街邊搵個位食 打開包裝,$12係真係好平,有7粒魚蛋,4粒燒賣,豬皮就4塊,同兩條腸粉;魚蛋就係用上小販隻陳皮魚蛋(最愛食)一口一粒,咬落厚實既感覺由細到大食果啲無唔同(如果加啲咖喱汁仲正),而魚肉燒賣硬硬地唔夠熱,豬皮就白灼即無味,無咩特別,主要味道就要靠混醬撈埋先好食,仲有腸粉唔係話好滑,粉皮較厚。但以呢個價錢食到確係難能可貴。…Read More
