最近勁多朋友都話呢間牛大人好好味又好抵食 難得放假就同男朋友去試下!除了有肉類可任點任食外,呢度仲有大量火鍋配料可以自己任拎,仲要大部份係台灣直送,例如鴨血、手打花枝漿、鹽酥雞、蛋餃等,可以一解大家既旅行隱!牛大人紅燒牛骨鍋係原汁原味既牛骨鍋,一上枱就香到我地口水直流,原來係由牛腿同牛肋骨慢燉而成,鍋面見到好多肉桂枝、紅棗、八角、香葉等,勁真材實料,牛味濃郁又香甜,而且唔會太油。安格斯一口牛肉粒肉質鮮嫩, 油脂分佈平均,油花密度高,牛味濃郁,正。澳洲頂級M9和牛牛丸係台灣製造既牛丸,用澳洲M9級數和牛作為原材料,個樣望落同普通牛丸一樣,但食落完之後唔同,一咬落去,油脂同肉汁湧出,味道濃厚,估唔到食牛丸都可以食到滿口脂香。和牛M5 牛肩卷牛肩卷姐係牛既後頸 ,油花分布更均勻,肉味濃郁,肉質軟冧,脂肪甘香。手切封門柳封門柳姐係牛橫隔膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,所以好罕有!油花少但肉質都腍,肉味好重。安格斯牛小排牛小排肉質結實,口感很鮮美唔肥膩。水蓮見到香港好少見既台灣水蓮菜,點可以唔嗌!食落纖維感好高,質感係菠菜同韮菜花之間,吸哂湯底,好正。好鐘意呢度有好多自家製茶飲,可以係個飲品櫃度自己拎,我最鐘意就係洛神花茶,清新消膩。…Read More

經過過呢間舖頭好多次,一直心掛掛想去試。今晚男朋友話掛住日本,想食靚和牛,就入去試下啦。Niku niku作為一間高級和牛餐廳, 無論入面定出面既裝修都好有格調,枱同枱之間有充足嘅空間,坐得好舒服。店員專業而且服務周到,好鍾意佢地會主動幫手烤肉,而且對於各種唔同既肉都非常有認識,會燒到恰如其分既生熟度。感受到餐廳非常重視質素。材料方面,舖頭提供既頂級和牛(除咗內臟)都係刺身級別, 由老闆係日本親自挑選再真空打包番香港。廚藝方面,餐廳五年黎都係同一師傅主理,令到餐廳食物質素可以更加穩定。每個座位都有一早預備好既三款醬汁,分別係燒肉豉油、麵豉醬同柚子豉油,味道唔錯...但基本上都冇機會用到,因為餐廳提供既肉本身已經好夠味!另外想讚一讚,呢度提供既茶非常香,亦都有解膩作用。海膽和牛 $150上面既北海道海膽望落新鮮飽滿,入口即溶,味香甘甜,而且份量滿瀉,A5和牛刺身好香肉味,一啖放入口係雙重嘅滿足。和牛西冷薄切配蛋汁 $499薄切和牛甘香肥美,口感軟腍豐腴,咸咸甜甜既Sukiyaki 汁為其增加風味,沾上濃郁既日本無菌蛋蛋汁,層次又再昇華。雜錦內臟盛盒$200牛舌每次食燒肉都一定會叫牛舌,但呢度既牛舌同其他地方嘅好唔同,原來高級牛舌係可以咁柔軟多汁!真係好感謝店員為我地將佢燒到啱啱好。橫隔膜脂肪唔多但口感鮮嫩得黎帶咬勁,牛味非常濃郁,食落似肉多過似內臟。牛腸呢款係香港比較少見,但原來係日本人食燒肉是既最愛!望落油脂量非常多,但經店員專業地為我地燒過之後,唔少油脂已經滴落,食落冇想像中咁油膩,反而帶獨特既嚼勁,而且完全無腥味。和牛拖羅蓋飯 $175食過好多次生牛肉,但第一次食完全冇筋既生牛肉!和牛油脂分布平均,入口柔潤油香,真係有d似食緊肥美既頂級拖羅刺身咁,配上蛋汁同美味嘅白飯,呢份蓋飯非常令人難忘。和牛尾湯面 $165最後就係呢碗好多人推介嘅湯麵。望落平平無奇,嗅落香噴噴,先呷一啖湯色清澈既湯頭,發現超級濃郁!店員話呢個湯底係用和牛尾同牛骨熬左四至五個鐘,飲得出每一啖都係精華。湯頭鮮甜,牛香濃郁,口感清爽唔油膩。麵底口感清爽彈牙又掛湯,份量比想像中多既牛尾同少少附送既牛筋腩肉質軟稔,雖然湯的香味已經蓋過肉味本身,但成份牛肉湯麵質素非常高,而且份量比想像中多,我地兩個人每人都分到一碗半!…Read More

竺扶朋友話灣仔有間新派燒味店幾好味,個老闆當年28歲就做左酒店總廚,仲拎過法國藍帶美食會會員勳章,好似好勁咁!今日難得經過,就斬料返屋企加餸,試一試啦。外面望落同平時嘅燒味舖一樣,但一入舖頭,就見到成排獎盃,牆上仲有幾有趣又中西合璧既卡通,最cute係連店員既制服都配合埋,成間舖頭嘅風格非常突出。重口味人士如我首先當然要叫份肥叉多汁啦!個樣勁靚,見到都好想即刻食😆原來佢既叉燒係用波蘭黑毛豬脢頭肉整,所以肉味濃郁又滿口脂香,仲有醃得好入味既蜜糖香。我最鐘意佢火喉控制得非常好,肉質保持到鬆軟之餘,仲有我最鍾意嘅焦香燶邊,好惹味😍 好耐冇喺酒店或者高級中菜廳外食到咁滿意嘅叉燒,呢個價錢,呢個質素,可以上神枱....我比滿分!豉油雞店員話呢度既豉油雞係用本地雞按古法製作架,當然要試一試。首先,冇諗過半隻雞豉油雞份量都會咁多架,望住外皮油亮,顏色均勻既豉油雞,忍唔住即刻起筷!一啖咬落去,肉質有彈性,口感嫩滑。豉油底帶有少少玫瑰味,提升左層次。店員仲好細心咁俾咗薑蓉我地,雖然佢地既豉油雞已經好夠味,但拎d 薑蓉黎送飯又係一流。鹵水豬腳仔聽講呢款唔係日日有,難得撞正有買當然要試吓!一打開個蓋就聞到好香嘅滷水味,望落睇唔出佢有幾軟腍,但咬落真係滿口骨膠原!最怕就係出面有d豬手豬腳炆得唔夠淋會超級難食,呢間絕對唔會,食得出係心機之作。總括而言呢間燒味舖真係超級有水準,價錢又非常合理,哥哥仔又細心,非常肯定我會再返去食!…Read More

難得有機會逃離爸媽二人世界一下,男朋友建議不如翻兜早幾個月去過既Bingo & Cook。呢個weekday晚上竟然全場爆滿,等位都要等三十分鐘,估唔到咁耐無黎呢度依然人氣旺盛,怪唔之得限時1.5hours就要交枱。幾鐘意呢度既裝修,特別係lip口牆上既壁畫,真係好有韓國feel。⁣⁣⁣生菜包肉好掛住上次係韓國食過既生菜包肉,見到呢度有,當然要食!白切肉唔會太肥膩,配上生菜、泡菜、青紅椒同醃蘿蔔等,包埋一齊外爽內嫩,沾上帶有香濃麻油味既韓國烤肉醬,真係忍唔住大嗌:好香好好味!鐘意生菜包肉既其中一個原因係菜肉比例岩岩好,唔會咁易滯。韓式原味無骨烤雞怕肥既我無叫炸雞,反而叫左韓式原味無骨烤雞。估唔到呢份烤雞會咁好味,雞肉 juicy嫩滑,烤雞外皮香脆又惹味,上面仲有一層薄薄既芝士,非常邪惡!配上甜辣醬同韓式醤油,令呢份烤雞昇華到另一個層次。總括黎講,呢度食物大大份又好味,性價比好高,價錢唔貴,地點又係鬧市中央好方便,好值得encore!…Read More

城中最愛西班牙餐廳

臨近聖誕又係同朋友聚會嘅好時間!今次double dating嚟到我係城中其中一間最愛嘅餐廳La Paloma,貪佢食物質素有保證,環境又舒服唔擠擁,chill chill地幾適合傾計,加上餐廳設計氣氛唔錯,色彩斑斕幾適合節日黎聚會黎架!-Red sangria嚟到西班牙餐廳,當然要一人一杯Sangria!Sangria係西班牙傳統飲品,主要用紅酒、白蘭地、水果等製成,La Paloma非常細心提供有酒精版本同無酒精版本嘅Sangria,我哋當然要在最傳統嘅以紅酒作base既版本,一飲落口即刻感覺到 果甜鮮香,望一望杯中豐富嘅水果,睇得出餐廳真係有花時間同心機將水果浸於紅酒,唔係呃人㗎。整體黎講容易入口,又非常解渴,就算係唔係成日飲酒嘅女仔都一定會鍾意。-Chorizo $98西班牙最出名就係豬肉,個個都知佢地既火腿舉世聞名,但其實佢地既肉腸都一樣咁正架! 其中紅噹噹既Chorizo就係西班牙最具代表性的肉腸,佢既鮮紅色係黎自紅甜椒 paprika,咸香帶辣。呢度就有新鮮的Chorizo食,我每次黎都一實會食架,經sherry wine火焰處理過嘅Chorizo油香滿溢,伴碟嘅細細塊吐司仲可以沾番碗底既油食,真係邪惡得黎又好吸引!-Ceviche de vieiras y coco 138日本刺身級既帶子肉身富彈性,,味道鮮甜,酸香的芒果醬令呢道菜更鮮甜開胃,配上香甜醇滑既coconut dressing,帶有東南亞風味,整體清爽不膩。-Sardinillas $60係咁有情調既餐廳竟然食橄欖油浸沙甸魚?價錢當然絕對比平時士多買嘅沙甸魚貴,但味道亦完全係值回票價。唔講唔知,原來我地由細食到大既油浸罐頭沙甸魚係黎自西班牙架。呢道bb 沙甸魚質感油潤幼滑 ,味道鹹中帶鮮,配上番茄冷湯 Salmorejo同黑橄欖,有好好既balance。-Bacon con queso $28 per piece細細粒既air-baguette是鼎鼎大名既西班牙分子料理教父Ferran Adria 既得意之作,到宜家好多Fine dining餐廳都會見到佢嘅出現。薄身空心既air baguettes口感香脆,加上鹹香惹味既煙肉,一咬落去流心既芝士慢慢溢出,叫人食到唔捨得停。-Costillas de cordero $198Romesco 係西班牙加泰隆尼亞地區非常地道既醬料,係用磨碎既烤番茄、烤大蒜、烤麵包、烤乾紅椒,加入磨碎的杏仁、榛果,再加上橄欖油、醋、鹽和胡椒煮成,質地濃稠順口,感覺好似就係紅色微辣版本既pesto咁,惹味又濃郁,基本上配咩都咁好味。 呢度既Lamb short ribs 煮到啱啱好,配上鮮甜既padrón peppers同Romesco醬汁,無唔好味嘅理由。-Fideuà da marisco $388由細到大,天使麵都係我最鍾意食嘅意大利粉品種,估唔到呢度搞搞新意思,用天使麵去代替西班牙海鮮飯中嘅米飯。天使麵配上大蝦、蛤肉、帶子同青口,非常足料,上菜時熱辣辣,嗅到既係濃厚既烤海鮮味,入口時天使麵帶有雙重口感,部份酥脆帶麵香,部份又有彈性得來大有海鮮香味,配上蒜味蛋黃醬,令呢一道菜更昇華,增添左豐潤既口感。-Crema de maracuya con coco y menta $60以透明玻璃樽承住滿滿既香甜濃厚既椰子泡沫,底下係清新既熱情果忌廉,酸甜融合得相當完美,口感輕盈,為呢餐晚飯馬上完美嘅句號。…Read More

難得早放工,經過呢間餐廳發現竟然唔使排隊,即刻同朋友衝左入黎happy hour!坐咗一陣黎到食飯時間人就開始多,不過亦都開始有live band表現,氣氛熱鬧。值得一題呢度嘅侍應都好helpful,見到隔離枱有人生日,佢哋會主動幫手預備生日驚喜,live band仲會好配合咁演奏生日歌,同埋真係感覺到佢哋嘅熱情,同平時嗰啲冷清清然後尷尬地播生日歌好唔同,氹到壽星女好開心。-南瓜湯與香草包(跟餐)首先嚟到嘅係餐湯同餐包。講起餐湯一定會諗起平時嗰d求其製作嘅紅湯白湯好唔同架,但呢度嘅是日餐湯竟然係南瓜湯!一放入口第一個感覺係口感絲滑,濃濃既南瓜香配以輕輕既甜味,仲有淡淡奶油味道,食材比例剛剛好,唔會太甜或者太膩。是日餐包係香草包,一上枱已經聞到香噴噴,配上黑醋同橄欖油,絕對係比想像中嘅餐包好味。-北海道鮮帶子配柚子汁(跟餐)識食一定係食黎自北海道既帶子!入口軟嫩,鮮甜味美,同柚子汁既清新微酸甚為匹配,後者有提鮮嘅作用!-烤德國鹹豬手 $238呢度嘅豬手大大隻,性價比高,極之適合同朋友分享。豬手皮脆肉嫩,外皮脆而不干,帶有入口即溶既肥膏,入面嘅豬肉鹹香惹味,唔會好似某d餐廳咁烤到變乾柴,仲配以酸椰菜幫助消化,食晒成隻都唔會覺得油膩。-烤150天殼飼澳洲黑安格斯肉眼牛扒 (套餐價$288)呢份牛扒選用來自澳洲的穀飼牛,唔講唔知,全球最出名最好味嘅黑格斯牛肉正正就係黎自澳洲,因為當地既天然牧草環境加上獨特既地理優勢,配合舒適既氣候環境,再加上經計算既科學的谷飼營養攝入, 係屠宰前餵飼d牛食相對上能量高既穀物同玉米等糧食,谷飼期既最低標準是100日,呢份有就係經過谷飼150日既成品!雖然成本比較高,但產出既牛真係油花分佈特別多,肉質多汁細嫩、肉香滿溢,烤過後牛扒面層薄薄焦脆,味道濃香,口感柔嫩多汁。 再配以蒜香法國雞油菌、菠菜同松子仁,口感更加豐富,配備嘅紅酒燒汁有助減低油膩感。-grasshopper (happy hour $78, 其他時間$98)發現Menu又唔唔少適合女仔飲嘅cocktail同mocktail,見到竟然有Grasshopper,忍唔住一定要嗌! Grasshopper係一款黎自法國嘅after-dinner drink,由cream、薄荷甜酒同白朱古力甜酒調制而成,可以想像到味道就係好似液體狀嘅甜品咁樣,上枱時口感有d似岩岩融化左既mint chocolate ice cream,隨著溫度升高,綿密泡沫加上逐漸明顯既奶味,令到有飲奶昔既感覺,口感絲滑,加上酒精濃度唔高,味道香甜,啱晒我呢d唔飲太飲得走嘅甜魔!…Read More

聽朋友講大坑一間性價比極高嘅日本料理,晚餐嘅二人前omakase都只係$680,今日趁有空就黎試下。-一坐低店員就為我地奉上枝豆,新鮮既枝豆經過簡單烹調,加上少許鹽巴,帶出枝豆既鮮甜味,好食!-三款前菜,分別係螢光魷魚、日本高糖蕃茄同三文魚軟骨,份量都唔少架-omakase中有三款刺身,今日嘅廚師精選分別係銀鱈魚、油甘魚同深海池魚,每一件都厚實滑嫩,而且好新鮮, 三款刺身都非常高質素。首先食咗深海池魚先,唔講唔知,原來深海池魚同池魚係兩個完全唔同既品種黎!而深海池魚出名清、甜、爽,絕對比普通既池魚更鮮甜,肉質細緻鮮美!呢度既油甘魚一樣高質素,一望落已經見到色澤紋路分布均勻,肉厚肥嫩,魚肉細緻甘甜,油花均勻的散佈於每絲刺身當中,有入口即溶既感覺。銀鱈魚刺身勁唔常見,但其實佢嘅回甘、油份或肉質都絕對能夠媲美吞拿魚。色澤光潤既銀鱈魚,望落泛着油光,入口肉質軟綿, 魚油極為旺盛,呑落去之後仲有餘韻縈繞口腔,感覺上係藍鰭吞拿魚既平價版,叫人非常回味!-接下來黎到手卷,是日精選嘅手卷係蟹肉手卷,非常足料,食到底都仲有蟹肉。-呢度既鴨胸同平時喺街食到嘅鴨胸好唔同,有醃制過嘅感覺。-食完咁多凍嘢,店員為我地奉上花蜆湯暖一暖胃,花蜆既湯汁完美融入高湯中,湯頭非常清爽。-之後係炸物天婦羅,分別有南瓜、番薯、茄子等蔬菜天婦羅,同軟殼蟹天婦羅,炸漿薄身,廚師功夫非常不錯, 油粉比例岩岩好,令金黃酥脆既天婦羅保持清爽唔油膩,上枱時由內到外都係熱辣辣架。幾款入面我最鍾意就係炸軟殼蟹,細細隻但識落絕對係酥脆多肉,重點係非常新鮮 -山藥泥冷蕎麥麵,係日本非常地道嘅菜式。帶有黏稠性的山藥泥增加左麵既滑順度,所以係令人沒有食欲的炎熱夏天別受歡迎。冷蕎麥麵經過凍水既既沖洗,唔會好似熱蕎麥麵也咁軟爛,反而形成爽滑彈牙既口感,山藥泥蕎麥麵滑順的口感容易入口,味道清爽得黎口感又豐富,並且營養滿分。-最後店員為我地奉上抹茶雪糕,為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。…Read More

記得當年仲讀緊書,冇錢去日本旅行,就嚟呢間餐廳食嘢,貪佢無論環境同氣氛都有浸濃烈嘅東瀛味道。依家出咗嚟做嘢,去咗幾次日本,依然好鍾意呢間餐廳!聽講餐廳既大廚係日籍,連食材都係由日本新鮮即日運送到香港,所以每次都食到我津津有味。-鹽檸檬highball($58)嚟到日本餐廳當然要飲日本嘅國民cocktail- highball! 口味灼辣既whiskey,加上soda water,酒感立即變薄,碳酸氣泡令人感覺清涼,配上鹽檸檬,口感清爽,味道refreshing。-梅酒加冰($48)另外又叫咗一杯梅酒,酸酸甜甜,果香濃郁,啱晒女仔飲。-刺身五盛($280)今日嘅五款刺身分別係帆立貝、油甘魚、赤身、三文魚同海膽,全部都係厚切,一啖放入口真係非常滿足!帆立貝鮮甜彈牙,油甘魚油潤豐膄,赤身肉質緊實,三文魚新鮮肥美,海膽甘香軟滑。-壽司盛盒($268)呢份壽司盛盒非常豐富,包括吞拿魚,帆立貝,蝦,鰻魚,三文魚子,海膽,甜蛋等。呢度既壽司飯比出面嘅香,聽店員講原來係因為用咗赤醋。-焱丸活貝大盛($368)終於黎到我最期待嘅燒海鮮,真心覺得貝殼類海鮮嘅最佳烹調方法絕對係浜燒 ,因為最能夠成功逼出佢地既鮮甜。好鍾意呢度嘅店員會親手為我地燒海鮮,始終佢哋比較專業,可以好好控制火喉同埋時間,唔怕浪費咁好既食材。上菜嘅時候鮑魚新鮮到仲好生猛咁郁,令我地更加期待。一放入口係滿滿既鮮味,口感彈牙帶焦香。帶子磯燒一樣係燒到香噴噴,非常鮮甜。呢度既燒蠔大份又肥美,蠔味濃郁,每一口大大啖咁放入口,超級滿足。蜆肉大大粒非常飽滿,跟住頭啱啱熟蜆殼打開既時候店員立即加入了清酒,令到蜆肉唔乾身之餓仲帶有香醇既酒香味,味道係眾多海鮮之中最令人有驚喜既。-日式甜醬牛肉鍋配烏冬($108)牛肉鍋湯底味道濃郁,裏面有大量既蔬菜同粗身粉絲,吸收左湯底精華,非常鮮甜。呢個set仲包括麻醬配凍豆腐,雜菜沙律,燒玉子同一隻可以打入牛肉鍋嘅生蛋,分量多到差d食唔晒。…Read More

今次嚟到位於觀塘嘅登堂 同朋友一齊慶祝生日,知道餐廳出名只有新鮮肉汁同菜湯等天然調味,啱晒我個對味精敏感既朋友,所以我哋特登選擇呢間餐廳!入到黎發現呢度真係比想像中大,環境幾cozy,仲有人即場現場,氣氛唔錯。-snowvocado($78)同朋友首先一人叫咗一杯野飲,我一係menu見到snowvocado($78)即刻心心眼,佢係由椰奶加上牛油果打成,椰香濃滑,飲落有d似pina colada嘅變奏版,伴礏既菠蘿乾又精緻又好味-fruitea punch($45)朋友既雜果冷泡茶非常足料,有好多唔同嘅生果係入面,果味豐富,茶底帶有橙味,好開胃-鵝肝多士($138)鵝肝煎到外脆內軟,一放入口係陣陣的脂肪香,烘得脆身既多士吸收晒香噴噴嘅鵝肝油,配上無花果,減低油膩感-Roasted Australian lamb rack pistachio provencal($308)呢份烤焗澳洲羊架開心果寶雲蘇係今晚最令人驚喜嘅一道菜,廚師將火候控制得啱啱好,外層既pistachio provencal 酥脆又惹,啖啖肉既澳洲羊架係五成熟,呈現好靚嘅粉紅色,肉質細緻嫩滑無渣,味道唔羶又唔膩。作為配菜嘅紅蘿蔔好鮮甜,配上青豆泥令到味道更有層次。-12小時低溫慢煮烤乳豬($238)慢煮完再焗既乳豬比一般嘅做法更加外脆內嫩,外皮香脆得黎帶有煙韌口感,入面既既肉質非常嫩滑,用到輕輕一切就骨肉分離,伴碟嘅蔬菜新鮮,薯角帶有微微煙燻嘅味道…Read More

天氣開始凍,又係時候打邊爐喇!今次黎到旺角瓊華中心既牛大人,主打台式火鍋,入嚟第一個感覺係格局舒服闊落,環境乾淨!好鍾意嘅係落單方法係scan QR code,咁就唔怕漏單同唔記得自己叫左咩啦-佢地做緊promo,like facebook 就送一杯黑糖珍珠奶茶,本來都冇咩期望,始終佢哋唔係專做珍珠奶茶,點知有驚喜!我叫咗少糖,感覺幾好唔會太甜得黎又有黑糖嘅香味,同街上面嘅有得揮👍🏻黎到戲玉啦,我哋叫咗鴛鴦鍋,分別係台灣鳳梨雞鍋同牛夫人秘方麻辣鍋,雞肉鮮嫩,湯底有鳳梨、老薑、苦瓜、乾香菇、土雞腿肉、小魚乾,飲落好香好清甜,一啲味精既感覺都無,又溫補祛火,天氣涼涼地飲最岩!個辣鍋都好食,係用牛骨先烤後煮,配上大紅袍花椒同辣乾等增加辣味,再混合三十幾種中藥熬製而成,味道豐富唔會得個辣字。點菜時店員好細心問我地食辣嘅接受程度,建議返我哋應該食大、中、小辣邊樣。鴛鴦鍋係要加$50嘅,個人覺得呢個質素絕對抵比!作為牛魔皇,當然要試吓佢個特級安格斯套餐,任食既肉類有多8款!特別要讚下個安格斯特選牛板腱,非常嫩滑,多汁鮮甜無腥味,一口咬落都係滿滿牛肉香,正!其餘既食材都係十分高質素,望住菜單上過百款火鍋料,真係花多眼亂,作為台式火鍋,不可或缺嘅當然係台灣直送嘅台式蛋餃、澎湖花枝漿,秘製滷大腸、士林豬血糕、台灣魚滑等,比較特別嘅係呢度仲有得食滷牛肉飯、牛媽秘制滷牛筋、士林鹹酥雞,,豐原排骨酥等小食,而丸類中必嗌既係M9和牛牛丸。飲品係任飲,仲要有台灣直送既支裝冷泡茶,食完仲有Movenpick雪糕,多到每樣試少少都飽到食唔晒!…Read More
