車仔麵不論湯底和配料,通常都應該比較濃味,但依間車仔麵真心好啖味…湯底睇落好深色,但入口卻無咩味道…豬紅、魚蛋和魷魚都一樣係無味道…😣搞到我好疑惑,食到皺眉頭。(好在都有揀啲本身有味道的餸,例如魚餅、蝦餅,唔係就肯定食唔落。)😅以前好多人話依間車仔麵好食,去到西貢必試,我真係唔理解。佢真係講唔上好食,因為實在淡而無味。所以求求其其食咗就算,連相片都懶得影。唯一值得讚,怕且就只係嗰杯凍檸茶,起碼有啲甜味。…Read More

我真係好耐無寫過食評,因為無咩餐廳令我有寫食評的衝動。但見今餐有驚喜,值得嚟寫一寫。問心嗰句,剩係睇餐廳名的話,唔係好知係賣咩嘅…後尾知道大概係川菜和米線,於是趁星期六得閒去試吓。叫咗碗「品悅牛丁豬膶米線+蕃茄湯底」、涼拌萵苣同埋一杯熱奶茶做午餐。竟然!一嚟就有驚喜!奶茶先到,飲一啖發覺佢居然比茶餐廳的水準更高無茶澀味之餘,仲夠香、夠滑、夠熱到米線上場,豬膶唔會死實實,牛丁(其實是滷牛肉)入味夠軟腍,好有水準。蕃茄湯底無味精,不過略為淡口啲。至於涼拌萵苣(我叫咗少辣)爽脆之餘帶少許辣,好好食,$18/碟真心覺得抵。值得一提的是,餐廳職員招呼週到。由入座到埋單,都熱情款待有機會一定會再幫襯。…Read More

從來都未試過,野都未食完就寫食評。上一次來飲早茶,覺得味道幾好價錢又經濟,所以今日再來。8:00到達,自行搵位搭檯,但就無職員理會我們。主動舉手找人,終於有人開壺茶。拿拿聲寫好點心紙交俾職員入單,不過見住佢放低我張點心紙在入單機旁邊,之後就無人理會。過多15分鐘亦是如此,於是我埋去取回自己的點心紙再交俾職員,先至有人好像如夢初醒一樣,拿埋其他客的點心紙趕去入單。這個時候已經是8:24⋯⋯職員對其他客人都係一副愛理不理的態度,所以唔會再繼續幫襯,講完。…Read More

天氣越來越熱,一熱就想搵凍野飲。路過寶勒巷新開的一間台式飲品店,索性去買杯凍飲消消暑。鋪頭的裝修很簡潔,無多餘裝飾。雖然唔係好大,但都有些少位置讓人現場坐低飲,休息一下。座位下面可以讓人幫手機充電,如果無帶充電線,店內都有充電線讓人使用。做法很貼心講返正題,店鋪標榜自己用的係鮮奶而唔係人工奶精,所以我揀了草莓牛奶(少甜、少冰)來試。味道果然夠天然,唔太甜,草莓是新鮮的,仲很有牛奶味。朋友1號都話要試下係咪真係用鮮奶,所以揀左芋頭鮮奶。佢話芋頭味的確很香濃,和鮮奶混合一齊很好味。不過因為芋蓉很濃,所以一開始較難跟鮮奶混合。朋友2號就話要試杯最穩陣的,所以揀了黑糖波霸鮮奶。珍珠很有咬口,充滿黑糖的香甜味。跟鮮奶混合之後,變成了黑糖鮮奶,甜度剛剛好。大家如果經過寶勒巷,都可以去試下…Read More

在雜誌睇過這間腸粉店的介紹,所以專登搵個閒日同老公一齊來試下。去到的時候人唔多,前面只有兩個人等緊。我們揀左叉燒腸和雞蛋瘦肉腸。落完單,職員俾了個號碼牌給我們等叫號碼。我們一邊等,一邊睇住個師傅蒸腸粉,都幾有趣。等了10分鐘左右,終於有得食。叉燒腸,純粹係想揀個無咁易中伏的口味來試下。腸粉的確幾有米香,中間夾雜少少叉燒粒和蔥粒,味道正正常常👌🏼反而雞蛋瘦肉腸比較有驚喜,原來在腸粉入面加雞蛋,味道係咁特別。有米香、有雞蛋香,食落的口感和味道都唔錯。順帶一提個腸粉汁,其實腸粉本身無咩味道,所以都很靠腸粉汁來提味。腸粉汁貌似豉油,但其實唔係好咸,所以就算落晒成包浸住腸粉都無問題,咁樣反而仲好味。但最希望店家可以唔好用發泡膠盒來裝食物。無論即場食定外賣,都係一份腸粉一個發泡膠盒...現在的垃圾桶堆都滿是發泡膠盒,睇見個心有點唔舒服。…Read More

今晚唔覺意路過赫德道,發現到這間叫「本佐」的日式燒烤店。反正到了晚餐時間,又開始覺得肚餓,決定就在這裡醫飽個肚先。原先以為餐廳係做散叫或者放題,但原來兩樣都唔係,係做半自助形式。餐廳會向每個客人提供指定份量的肉類、海鮮和刺身。初時我諗指定份量...會不會不夠飽?但實在是多慮了,因為份量其實頗多,差點食不完。(下圖是四人份量)刺身很新鮮而且款式多,每款都因應人數提供,所以是人人有份唔駛爭。這些海鮮和肉類,全部都是指定份量的一分子見佢地上晒檯之後,我開始擔心食唔晒海鮮都幾新鮮,而肉類的質素都唔錯,再加上份量那麼多,基本上我無咩點選任食的蔬菜和小食。其實食物質素、餐廳環境和侍應的服務都很好,不過抽氣系統就有需要改善。餐廳人多的時候,明顯變得有點煙霧瀰漫。總括而言,是一次唔錯的飲食體驗,值得回頭再食一次。…Read More

無心插柳的情況下,在朗豪坊發現了「丸十壽司」這個驚喜!單單是裝修,已經覺得這間餐廳有點與別不同。簡潔、光亮、超高的樓底令空間感十足,再加上日式風格,環境非常舒適。食物的種類不少,小食、串燒、刺身、壽司,甚至有米飯漢堡包,都相當多樣化。這個是海鮮刺身沙律,我個人認為係最抵食的一款食品。佢的分量足夠3-4人食,蔬菜新鮮就不在話下,而且有帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚等刺身在當中,$98絕對是物超所值。這款雜錦雞串燒叫「雞之盛宴」,有齊五種不同的雞串燒-雞皮、雞翼、雞肉大蔥、雞軟骨和免治雞。雞皮串燒平時很少見,所以我點都要試下。其實食落唔覺得油膩,我相信係因為在燒的過程中已經燒走了大部分油,所以口感只剩下香和脆。不過最鍾意的始終是雞軟骨佢唔係平時食到那種一粒粒的雞軟骨,而係雞胸胸尖位置的一段白色軟骨。連帶少少雞肉一齊燒,食的時候就同時食到雞肉的香和軟骨的脆了,相當美味。萬眾期待的二人前壽司拼盤出場了!見到壽司上面的刺身全部閃閃發亮,就知道材料是十足的新鮮。最先試海膽軍艦,嘩!真係不得了!非常鮮甜和香濃的海膽味,很耐未試過食到咁鮮甜的海膽。其餘幾款壽司同樣是非常新鮮美味,但我在此不多作解說,因為想講講壽司飯。壽司飯其實是一個大亮點!飯是師傅手握的就不用說了,份量剛剛好容易放入口,而且飯的味道和質感都令人讚歎。飯粒漲卜卜很軟熟,有濃郁的米香。喜歡食米飯的人不可錯過。正因為壽司好味,所以決定多叫一款日本米做的菜式-鐵板牛肉壽司漢堡。米飯代替麵包的位置,中間有鐵板牛肉、芝士和蔬菜等配料,很是豐富。米飯的表面煎到脆卜卜,牛肉切成薄片燒香,軟滑得來又有牛肉味,味道與米飯相當配合。不過始終是漢堡包,要用手拿住食,所以我係食得有點「論盡」總括而言,「丸十壽司」是一間相當高質素的日本餐廳,值得大家去試一試。…Read More

今日遲左收工,出到佐敦已經差不多3點。午餐未食餓到個肚打晒鼓,即刻上「開飯網」搵下附近有咩食先。之後發現附近有間「榮式燒雞扒」,以前已經略有聽聞但未曾食過,一於就過去試下。店鋪的面積唔大,座位亦編排得頗密集,不過只是諗住食個快午餐,所以無咩所謂。睇一睇餐牌,除了飯,其實仲有撈丁和烏冬之類可以選擇,都算多元化。最後我決定先試一試「雞扒肉燥飯」。肉燥的味道及不上台灣食肆那樣好,缺少了一些香味,所以撈飯食只是不過不失。但是雞扒就的確做得唔錯,唔咸、甚至可以話淡口,一入口就食到黑椒的香味和雞肉味。而且雞皮燒到脆脆地,口感很好👍🏼上菜的時間比預期長少少,相信係因為塊雞扒是即燒的關係,所以要俾些耐性至得。臨走前見到隔離檯的食客叫左雞扒烏冬,望落似乎唔錯,下次再來的時候就試食烏冬啦。…Read More

尖沙咀地膽朋友話,海港城新開了一間台式火鍋店,叫我一定要去試下,話包我有驚喜。一行四人去到餐廳門口,已經見佢裝修得很靚很有格調。入面更加唔駛講,部分位置仲可以望到海景。坐定之後,店員為我們介紹和推介一些受歡迎的火鍋湯底和配料。仲會很細心問我們食唔食得辣再建議我們試合適的湯底。之後我們揀左少辣的「元珠小染」和唔辣的「東方美人」湯底。見到兩款湯底的顏色鮮豔,相當吸引。先試飲一啖辣湯,真的只是微辣,初入門食麻辣火鍋的朋友都話食得到,仲很鍾意添。至於唔辣的湯底,味道十分鮮甜濃郁。說是豬骨湯底,但我竟然覺得有點似飲魚湯!食物上場了大家唔好誤會以前這盤係餐廳的插花擺設,其實佢係蔬菜拼盤「花團錦簇」。一上檯,大家都嘩一聲!太靚了,點捨得拆散拿去打邊爐?這個蔬菜拼盤的份量仲要係超十足,四個人點努力都食唔晒,最後食剩了一大半...店員都鼓勵我們打包帶走,免得丟掉浪費。我們當然無問題,不過真係無想過食火鍋食到要打包魚皮餃跟平時食的不相伯仲,在此我就不多作介紹了,只係賣相幾好,所以還是拍張照片給大家參考。又有花!無錯,不過今次係豚肉玫瑰花🌹賣相真係十個靚,難怪每一檯都點啦。旁邊洋蔥碗入面的係蛋白,店員話豚肉可以先浸一浸蛋白,之後再落鍋,食起來會更滑。不過,上檯之後要先等佢解一解凍。我們試過幾次,點都拆唔開...最後還是整朵花放入鍋,再慢慢分開一片片。味道真係唔錯,豚肉片有點厚度不過燙過後都還很軟滑。台灣鳳梨酥,人人都認識。不過我都唔知原來可以用來做火鍋配料其實佢唔係平時食的甜點鳳梨酥,而是餐廳特製,賣相超似鳳梨酥的食品,不過入面真係有鳳梨粒粒㗎!所以食入口,咸咸甜甜,令人有清新的感覺。牛軋糖?同鳳梨酥一樣,其實佢都係店家特製的另一款配料,賣相仿似牛軋糖,食起來有些結實似是扎肉的質感,以及少許果仁的脆感,很有趣!最後仲有冬甩!當然,佢都唔係真冬甩,而是花枝丸。不過見到冬甩表面鋪了些南瓜子之類做裝飾,又有杏仁片墊底,第一眼真係以為係甜品。佢的口感十分之爽口彈牙,比平時食的蝦滑、墨魚滑更加彈。今晚這一餐火鍋,果然係充滿驚喜每一碟火鍋配料的賣相都非常精緻,味道又好。店員服務亦很細心,除了定時定候為我們加湯之外,還會教我們如何煮各種配料。我真係很享受今晚這一餐火鍋晚餐。…Read More

慢煮初嚐

補祝生日,一於食好D。似乎很耐無食過牛扒,於是就網上搜尋睇下有咩好去處。之後找到這間「慢煮工業」有不少好評,一於就Book檯試一試。如果閣下有意星期五、六、日晚上去食,真心強烈建議大家要Book檯。我去食那晚是星期五,訂了晚上6:45。去到的時候未見多人,但接待的侍應已經講8點要交檯,證明晚上應該很多人去食。第一次去食,完全唔知佢的份量多定少。見到佢有個二人套餐,有豬有牛都幾豐富,所以就揀左套餐。另外,再加多半件芝士排包。沙律的蔬菜夠新鮮,仲加了合桃肉。份量對兩個人而言算是多,但是沙律汁味道比較淡,所以未必人人喜歡。這個芝士排包,網上見到人人都讚,所以我都唔執輸要試一試。這是半份的份量,但其實就算分俾四個人食都ok,畢竟芝士容易滯,怕之後食唔落主菜。我本身熱愛芝士,所以味道方面對我而言真係無得彈排包烘到熱辣辣、又香又脆,再加上半溶化的芝士,唔駛一分鐘我已經將佢消滅左。主菜上場,有西冷扒、豬仔脾、豬仔骨。慢煮的肉類,的確係保留到肉汁和令肉質保持嫩滑。西冷的肉味比較香濃,但唔同肉眼,食起上來都要花少少氣力去咀嚼。反觀豬仔脾和豬仔骨,就比西冷軟冧,入口嫩滑唔痴牙,做得比西冷扒出色。最後講一講我無影相的肉醬意粉。意粉上檯時賣相很好,不過味道就普通...我努力的將肉醬和意粉撈勻,但醬汁比較稀掛唔到在意粉上,所以入口變得很淡。總體而言,食物的質素都算高,值得大家去食。不過正如最初我所講,真係要訂檯,因為我離開時(7:45pm)已經有好多人等緊位。…Read More

一改我對車仔麵的印象

平時車仔麵俾人的感覺,都係唔多有益的食物。但估唔到,今日唔覺意俾我搵到間有益的車仔麵喎在街上隨意四圍行順便搵地方醫肚,剛好路過這間餐廳,覺得佢門面很靚。細看之下發現原來係賣車仔麵的,所以入去試下。店員可能見我生面口,一坐低就為我介紹佢地的車仔麵。原來係有三種湯底的-「豬骨湯」、「姬松茸蟲草花養生湯」和「白果胡椒豬肚湯」。食車仔麵,揀餸就唔出奇,但有得揀湯都係第一次,仲要係養生湯底。我揀左「白果胡椒豬肚湯」做湯底,仲有豬紅、墨魚丸和蘿蔔做餸,另外加多碟蠔油時菜。碗麵一上檯,我先試飲啖湯,的確是有胡椒的香和辣。不過只是微辣,就算是怕辣的人都適合。這種湯底暖胃,冬天飲真係一流。同埋這款湯底入面有豬肚㗎,所以變相多一款餸豬肚煲得頗淋,唔會𡁻到牙骹軟。豬紅很入味,略帶少少辣,做得很出色。墨魚丸亦很好食,鬆軟彈牙,絕不是一般街市貨色。蘿蔔似乎是清水煮的,只食到蘿蔔本身的甜,唔覺有加其他味道。最後,還是要再讚一讚湯底食完麵之後,我飲晒成碗湯,但些少口乾的感覺都無,證明佢堅係完全無味精。…Read More

並非一次好的放題經歷,所以簡單列點說明就算。優點:1. 刺身的選擇都算多而且很新鮮,我們前後叫左3次。特別值得一讚的係刺身牡丹蝦,夠大隻之餘仲很鮮甜。2. 壽司都好食,味道唔錯而且細細件,試多幾件個肚都仲有位食其他野。3. 手機落單,方便又環保,用法簡單。我和朋友齊齊用手機掃描QR code,就可以同一時間睇menu揀野食。缺點:1. 環境唔好,座位實在太迫太迫太迫!我們一行8人,但坐的係6人檯...我坐在梳化位,左手邊有木板頂住、右邊係膊貼膊坐的朋友,再加上個人相當貼近餐檯,等於被夾住一樣幾乎唔郁得莫講話影張食物相(所以無咩相片),連夾野食都要朋友幫我夾。2. 熱食唔熱對我而言絕對扣分其中我們點了芝麻雞翼,賣相唔差的,不過食落相當有趣...雞皮係暖的、肉係微溫、中間係凍的(熟的)即是本身煮熟的但攤凍左拿去翻熱,但又熱得唔夠徹底。3. 走單都幾嚴重。我們落左4次單,頭兩張單的食物順利出現。但我們食到中途已經發覺無野再上檯。到臨走的時候第三張單的食物才開始出現,不過已經夠鐘要埋單走人。-完-…Read More

觀塘又有新開的食肆了,今次係一間主打賣閩式雲吞的鋪頭。趁今日得閒,就去一探究竟。時間已經係下午2:30,可能因為過了午膳時間,所以唔算多人,去到已經有位坐了。話晒係新裝修,環境很光猛亦都乾淨。這間餐廳都係以寫紙仔形式來落單的。睇一睇餐牌,佢除了雲吞仲有餃子提供,可以剩食又或者加個麵。既然佢主打雲吞,我就先試「各式小雲吞麵」。麵來到,賣相不過不失,跟一般雲吞麵店的差不多。但很可惜一試個湯...發覺佢出奇地淡,完全無味道難道閩式的就是如此?再試一啖麵,口感都ok,似是上海麵的纖幼版。不過都係果句,因為湯無味,所以個麵都係無味...輪到主角小雲吞,一口一粒,幾適合女士。因為是「各式」所以有幾款唔同的餡料。我食得出有鮮肉、粟米鮮肉,另外兩款應該係香菇鮮肉和薺菜鮮肉。全碗麵有8粒小雲吞,4款口味,味道算唔錯。期望佢可以改善一下湯底淡而無味的問題,我相信會更加好食。…Read More

早兩日某報紙介紹這間在西貢新開的炸髀店,朋友見到報導都問我試過未。剛好今日早收工,就決定在回家前買一隻來做下午茶。店鋪很細小,不設堂食,只有外賣。考慮了一陣,都係決定試食佢的招牌菜-「黃金魔髀」。落單時職員提示要等10-15分鐘,反正我已經收左工,無咩所謂可以慢慢等。不過,我見佢有寫可以whatsapp落單然後自取,咁我下次都可以用這個服務,方便省時。炸髀的包裝都唔錯,用紙盒而唔係膠袋,唔怕焗住水氣令到雞髀淋晒。我拿住盒雞髀去搭小巴,花15分鐘才回到家,但隻雞髀望落去都無走樣,仲幾新鮮。雞髀的尺寸真係好大隻,很厚肉,表面撒了一些咸蛋黃醬,食的時候雞皮脆脆地又有咸蛋黃香味,係一個唔錯的配搭。雖然肉很厚,但雞髀炸得夠熟之餘又唔會乾柴柴,咬落啖啖都有肉汁,做得很好。「黃金魔髀」屬於係XL的炸髀,份量十足,很飽肚細食的女士,建議食「黃金髀」,都一樣係咸蛋黃醬炸髀,不過會細隻少許。…Read More

Goobne Chicken (天晉匯2)

唔係朋友介紹,我都唔知原來除了韓式炸雞之外,係有韓式烤雞、烤雞、烤雞(重要的事要講三次)。我見未食過,就約埋幾個鍾意試新野的朋友,一齊來這間Goobne Chicken度試下。事前已經做左少少功課,上網睇過佢的Menu,發覺佢真係有很多款不同口味的烤雞。除此之外,亦有其他特色的韓國食品和飲品。我地揀左這款「甜辣烤雞+黑椒烤雞」,無錯兩款都係辣的,不過只是微辣。我那位怕辣的朋友都食得落,仲話少少辣很開胃添。甜辣顧名思義就係又甜又辣,味道屬意料之中。至於黑椒烤雞,我個人就比較喜歡亦建議大家試一試。黑椒的辣和香,比甜辣更加惹味。這個係「韓式炒粉絲雞蛋卷」。第一次食這種雞蛋卷,以為很普通誰不知有意外驚喜。賣相非常吸引,雞蛋皮的蛋味濃郁,粉絲味道雖然清淡但口感很特別。一句講晒,好食「芝士炒年糕」唔駛多講,有食過韓國菜的人一定認識。不過我覺得佢味道做得唔錯,所以都在這裡提一提。其實佢係年糕、韓國拉麵的混合體,再加上甜辣醬和芝士作為調味料、雞蛋和魚糕做配料,口感煙韌過癮,而且味道很夾。最後就要講下這杯特飲,佢叫「鯊魚之淚」,有分酒精版和無酒精版。我叫的是無酒精版,其實是一個帶點桃味和檸檬味的沙冰。酸酸甜甜,都幾好飲㗎,不過價錢稍為高了一些,$88一杯。總體而言,這間餐廳的各樣菜式都唔錯。烤雞的口味相當多,一次無可能試晒全部。所以,我會再約朋友來試下其他口味的。…Read More
