透過Openrice 外賣自取，系統一直顯示待接單，大約二十分鐘后到餐廳門口詢問，外藉女侍應回答剛接單，有表示歉意，又解釋pizza 需要等候較久，於是留下電話號碼，請有外賣再聯絡。離開餐廳十分鐘后再回到接待處，與等候入座排隊的客人分開位置等候。因為系統顯示準備中后，取餐時間沒有更改，以為時間不準確，便一直等電話。在門口又等了十五分鐘后，再次詢問外賣情況，才發現外賣早已完成，系統顯示完成十五分鐘以上，詢問外藉女侍應為甚麼沒有電話通知，她說忘記了。。其間餐廳由於滿座，外藉女待應只有幫客人拍照，沒有其他工作。由於外賣食品已凍，沒有評價的可信性，但外賣自取體驗非常差…Read More
