星期六勁大雨,仲要紅雨警告,就揀咗一間位置近地鐵站嘅大排檔試吓第一次食樓上舖嘅大排檔,環境舒服,人流亦多環境也算闊落,每枱座位也不算太逼夾座位也有櫈背,坐得都尚算舒適顧住同好耐冇眼嘅朋友聊天,很多相都忘記影低,只記得食物照一定要影🤣🤣5個人嚟食,我哋大概叫咗7樣菜式分別有脆皮炸大腸、椒鹽豆腐、金沙魚皮、鬼馬油炸鬼、沙爹粉絲牛肉煲、豉油皇銀芽炒麵,蠔仔煎餅金沙魚皮超級多咸蛋黃,魚皮又夠脆身,超吸引香濃可口,重口味之選好邪惡鬼馬油炸鬼佢唔係普通嘅油炸鬼,佢裏面釀了花枝丸的材料進去,外層炸得非常酥脆金黃,裏面是丸類的微彈口感,配上酸甜醬食,層次更豐富且冇咁油膩椒鹽豆腐呢個係自己最喜愛食嘅小菜之一,椒鹽嘅鹹香加上金磚豆腐炸得香脆嘅外層,豆腐非常滑嫩熱辣辣非常惹味蠔仔煎餅也叫蠔餅,炸得非常之乾身,份量亦十足咬落也酥脆不會太油,配上魚露一齊食更加提鮮豉油皇炒麵麵炒得乾身唔會油淋淋,調味亦不會過鹹有椰菜,芽菜增加爽脆口感屬於正常水準沙爹粉絲牛肉煲果然沙爹係同牛肉是最佳拍擋,肉的份量不少粉絲吸了沙爹汁的精華,沙爹味道如果再重些,相信會更美味另外也有青椒黃椒芽菜等配料,減少油膩感脆皮炸大腸外層的確夠脆口,大腸有些脂肪,經油炸後更香口,有油脂香味,但不會過肥,亦沒有異味沾上微酸甜醬汁食更惹味飲品方面,會飲酒嘅朋友就叫咗藍妹啤酒,配上戰鬥碗去飲,超有感覺…Read More

嚟到旺角豉油街,成日都會經過呢間水門雞飯餐廳,感覺幾吸引,今日終於嚟一試店內嘅環境充滿泰式佈置,使我感覺置身於泰國一樣,充滿泰國風情餐牌簡潔清晰,有埋圖片兩個人嚟食,分別叫咗兩份主食、兩份小食和兩杯飲品:水門雙拼炸雞飯、金牌胡椒豬什金邊粉雞雜,泰式腩仔龍眼水、話梅茶餐廳名叫水門雞飯,又點可以唔叫嚟食?🤩見佢仲有得雙拼(水門雞+炸雞)一次滿足兩個願望,於是揀咗呢款嚟到除咗主角,仲有一碗冬瓜湯和兩碟醬汁~冬瓜湯清甜,裏面加咗胡椒,微辣味道使湯更有層次紅色嘅醬用嚟配炸雞比較杰身,微辣黑醬油裏面有青辣椒+薑粒,但唔會太辣水門雞外皮比較淺色,而肉質係可見的嫩滑,食落口覺得濕潤易咬。炸雞嘅炸漿都炸得脆身,唔會太乾個人比較鍾意水門雞而油飯嘅調味唔會過濃剛剛好,飯也頗乾身唔會油淋淋金牌胡椒豬什金邊粉麵底仲可以選擇蛋麵、河粉、粉絲等配料非常豐富,有類似炸雲吞皮,炸豬皮豬油碎豬肉會有少少脂肪,口感不會粗糙豬什有豬粉腸、豬膶,份量都幾多金邊粉口感幼滑雞雜係我比較期待嘅小食有三款食物分別是鴨血,雞腸和雞腎鴨血平時食開麻辣嘅多,而佢呢款唔辣嘅都好味,有鹹香而且食到鴨血味但唔會腥雞腸都洗得乾淨冇異味,口感微脆雞腎不硬也易咬開但又不失彈牙泰式腩仔外觀炸得香脆亦唔會太乾,有油脂香醬汁微辣加咗芫荽提味,配腩仔食味道更豐富飲品兩杯剛好也是棕色話梅茶比較少見香港有,出於好奇心一試,的確係幾得意嘅味道,有話梅酸甜且鹹香嘅味道,係消滯解膩一流嘅泰式飲品而龍眼水十分足料,見到裏面有唔少龍眼肉,甜味都浸曬出嚟,但唔會死甜,係龍眼肉本身嘅香甜味,所以飲落非常清甜解渴…Read More

鰂魚涌地鐵站一出嚟就見到呢間冰室,位置十分方便就腳,門口仲有佢哋招牌食物嘅壁畫,一於試吓佢嘅嘢食設計懷舊,完全擊中我的喜好椅子是醒目的紅色,座位寬敞坐得舒服餐牌設計十分吸睛,好多食物都附有圖片,呢點抵讚。款款食物都覺得吸引我哋叫了招牌嘅菜式,分別有:蕃加濃湯配煎蛋+吉列豬扒麻辣蕃茄濃湯配煎蛋+瑞士雞翼2隻炸薯角、兩杯飲品:紅綠椰冰&菠蘿冰見佢話蕃茄濃湯係每日用200斤蕃茄、豚骨,雞骨,以10小時熬製而成,不含味精。而且仲有加咗麻辣嘅蕃茄,唔可以唔試😋😋蕃茄湯見到果然好足料,有超級多嘅蕃茄肉,湯嘅顏色好深同杰身。飲落非常之香濃嘅蕃茄味,酸酸甜甜非常開胃。而麻辣蕃茄湯則多了花椒八角香味,唔會太辣,幾有麻香,令蕃茄湯更有層次特地揀咗通粉,就可以給吸曬蕃茄湯嘅精華😆佢嘅瑞士雞翼亦非常之出色,佢選用左頭抽瑞士汁豉油,再加上八角桂皮等香料製成。見到上枱咁深嘅啡色,就知道一定醃咗好耐,非常之入味一咬雞肉果然非常腍身,肉質嫩滑,充滿瑞士汁嘅香甜,調味唔會過咸剛剛好吉列豬扒嚟到時,真係嚇一跳,冇諗過會咁大塊,大過隻手掌✋🏻而且超級厚身,但唔係佢炸漿厚,而係塊豬扒肉本身好厚,炸漿算係薄身,而且新鮮熱辣,非常之香脆可口,有驚喜炸薯角就正正常常,但都要讚下佢嘅調味唔會太重,唔怕越食越鹹。而且切得夠大件厚身,一口一件非常滿足紅綠椰冰,即係有紅豆🫘同綠豆,感覺坊間比較少見到,所以就試吓。椰汁味濃清甜,紅綠豆口感軟糯,一邊飲椰汁又吸到紅綠豆食,層次豐富。菠蘿冰🍍也是足料多果肉,有差唔多半杯,味道清新,菠蘿酸酸甜甜十分開胃整體呢餐都食得非常飽肚又滿足,用嘅材料雖然普遍,但用心製作且份量十足,性價比頗高令人大快朵頤…Read More

行過銅鑼灣糖街買嘢,經過見到呢間餐廳門口售買好多印尼食品,就被佢吸引咗眼球,見佢入面都有堂食位置,就入去食個午飯牛肉卷有4件,size 比想像中大,入面有滿滿餡料,調味唔會太重,有紅蘿蔔粒增添爽脆口感牛肉餡料嘅形態似茶樓食到嘅咸水角餡料。佢外層炸到金黃香脆,就算放咗一陣再食都仍然脆口印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮非常清甜嘅花膠湯,飲落好舒服,有大大嚿花膠,食得好滿足,湯料仲有蟲草花,紅棗同杞子。雞件數量都份量充足,雞肉很嫩滑,仲食到平時海南雞有嘅骨膠原啫喱,配埋綠色帶微辣嘅班蘭醬,令雞肉味道更錦上添花羊肉沙嗲如果怕羊羶味嘅人應該都可以接受到,因為唔會太重羊羶味,而且一定要配埋佢嘅秘制沙嗲醬汁,十分之惹味,有花生香,亦唔會太咸咸魚炒怡保芽菜熱辣辣上菜,有咸魚咸香但唔會過濃味,爽脆嘅芽菜,仲有豆卜吸佢帶咸香嘅菜汁好惹味雜菜豆腐黃豆餅小食黃豆餅食到淡淡黃豆香味,豆腐大大塊有豆香食得滿足伴碟仲小魚乾,炸花生香口惹味🥜咖啡涼粉冰$38好大一杯,奶嘅份量偏多,咖啡味會淡啲,涼粉吸收咗咖啡味道,切成一條條幼絲,飲嘅時候就可以食埋涼粉增加口感,同時減低佢甜膩感牛油果沙冰$48亦系好大杯,好似座小山一樣。加咗朱古力醬系上面,估唔到原來朱古力同牛油果味道又幾夾。初時都會擔心牛油果味道本身淡味變成沙冰會唔會冇味,但結果唔會,係飲到佢好清新嘅牛油果香甜味無諗到叫嘅菜份量都比較多,味道又好,價錢相宜,所以覺得呢間性價比真係好高,食到個肚超級飽~…Read More
