以前好想揾間近似日本仙台牛舌味道嘅店用餐,食過一間喺深水埗但味道唔同,最近揾到兩間,一間係吳留手居酒屋,令人間係呢間。我係牛舌發燒友,上一個食評寫過吳留手,今日就等我講吓秋嵐呢一間嘅牛舌專門店。極味厚切牛舌定食:整個套餐有八件厚切牛舌附有檸檬、雞肉蒸蛋、麵鼓湯、咖哩牛舌、沙律、白飯、醬汁包括葱汁、燒汁及鹽調味料。八件厚切牛舌:牛舌色澤粉紅,外層略為掃咗少許帶微甜嘅燒汁,肉質厚身彈牙多汁,同吳留手嘅厚切牛舌比較,食到最後嗰嚿都依然爽彈而不韌實,但味道方面,吳留手較香口,但食到最後兩三嚿就比較韌實。兩種調味我最喜愛葱汁,反而佢唔揸燒汁喺面頭相信味道會較佳。麵鼓湯、雞肉蟹柳蒸蛋:味道正常而不過鹹。咖喱牛舌:肉質爽嫩地但唔好期待食到牛舌真味,真味早已比濃濃嘅咖喱汁蓋過。呢間厚切牛舌口感同牛舌質素勝過其味道,兩間嚟講個人偏向吳留手多啲。…Read More

透過Openrice訂枱,睇完餐牌之後,決定叫個中價餐特上A5薩摩牛壽喜燒 ($349)餐牌上有110g同220g比食客選擇,當然價錢有分別,前者係$249,後者係$349,而我選擇後者嘅原因係我想食多啲,又唔想揀個太平怕肉質鞋口。前菜(薯仔沙律、木魚豆腐、芥末八爪魚)我鐘意食八爪魚,貪佢夠彈牙,所以前菜認為最好食係呢個,薯仔沙律令人醒胃,木魚豆腐就正常味道。壽喜燒嗰個鍋盤體積算細,食材擺得太滿啲壽喜燒汁會彈出嚟,因為啲汁係熱辣,所以有時比啲汁彈到整痛自己。呢個餐個蔬菜、豆腐、蒟蒻同冬菇份量算足,不過今次主角嗰兩碟特上A5薩摩牛,雪花紋理分佈綿密,正當我打算動手嘅時候,職員已經幫我將啲壽喜燒汁倒落個細鍋盤裡面,侍應主動服務我地,呢點值得加分。和牛呈剛熟程度就即刻挾起,每片都脂香肉嫩,沾上上等蘭王蛋汁,即時提升和牛嘅味道。我食咗一碟開始感覺半飽,但我無後悔叫多一倍份量,叫多一倍只為滿足我食和牛嘅慾望。其他配菜亦好吃。總括嚟講,喺肉屋能夠食到咁多份量嘅A5薩摩牛,實在心滿意足,其待下一餐再度光臨。…Read More

今日去銅鑼灣辦啲事,經過禮頓道突然醒起喺youtube度有人介紹過呢間壽喜燒有提供北海道呢個產地嘅十勝和牛,自己又未試過,不過最吸睛係佢地個$178嘅A4十勝和牛套餐,仲要無加一其實性價比幾高,係香港,呢個價錢嘅套餐已經好少見。一坐低,侍應急速咁介紹醬汁,其實我聽唔切。納過餐牌,自己最想食係$298北海道十勝A5和牛西冷,向侍應點咗呢個餐。端上嚟嘅鍋放入兩嚿脂肪起鑊,再爆香日本京葱同洋葱,然後倒入壽喜燒汁等個汁滾咗,最後放入A5和牛就大功告成。北海道十勝A5和牛油花超靚。我曾經喺銅鑼灣食過一間望落超靚,食落口竟然無和牛味嘅和牛,但呢間係好對版。呢間嘅和牛有大理石花紋,紋理分佈細緻平均,牛味濃郁,油脂四溢,肉質亦很軟嫩,的確係一塊有質素嘅靚西冷。套餐除咗有八塊A5和牛之外,仲有烏冬同蔬菜冬菇,蔬菜新鮮,倒啲壽喜燒汁+昆布一番汁落去啲烏冬,再將烏冬同和牛沾上蛋漿同食,牛脂同啲蛋香交織著,真係人間美食。最後埋單$298,食得我地好滿足。…Read More

最近去左壽司郎光顧咗米芝蓮一星廚嘅自創壽司,今日又係時候光顧吓元氣壽司,有幾款壽司我嚟襯都必點嘅,包括北海道帶子、炙燒生蠔、拖羅、而最最最重要嘅中拖大拖同左口魚群邊係每次必點嘅。今次發現有一個問題,嚿壽司挾起諗住輕輕點少少豉油食啦!我都已經好小心咁挾,但嚿嚿壽司挾起點豉油嗰陣都散,結果要喺碟豉油到執起嚿飯食,次次係咁點掂呀!壽司郎唔係未試過有咁問题,但無咁誇張,希望好好訓練吓呢間店啲員工點樣整到嚿飯實啲唔易散,呢點對鐘意食壽司嘅食客好掃興。…Read More

今晚星期六,嚟咗呢間串力ツ 專門店叫咗幾條炸串燒、炸蛋、鰻魚蛋卷,但今主要係為佢地嘅牛腸鍋同煙燻生蠔而來。若有數隻帶有輕味燻味嘅煙燻生蠔,蠔身飽滿,蠔味鮮濃,呢個值值得叫。但今次主要嚟係集中去食佢地嘅招牌博多牛腸鍋。今次叫咗個味噌湯底,我唔好芽菜所以我一條芽菜都無食,為免芽菜重量令湯底漏瀉,我拿走所有芽菜,再續啲放入牛腸,滾二十幾秒再從湯底內挾起。今次主要嚟係集中食佢嘅牛腸,食到唔夠喉再額外加多碟。牛腸脂香軟滑,牛脂香氣浸淫喺口腔裏面久久不散,喺香港有供應博多牛腸鍋嘅居酒屋以經唔係好多,能夠嚟呢度讓味蕾沉醉喺牛脂嘅香氣,實在係人生一大享受。…Read More

今日夜晚嚟到位於尖沙咀海港城港威商場嘅挽肉と米,未試過IFC店或日本店,呢次係我第二次光臨尖沙咀分店,排隊等候接近一小時終於輪到我, 呢度係預先點餐結賬,結咗賬先準許入座,點完餐侍應隨即安排我坐唯14個環繞住烤爐嘅枱坐,呢度入到去係昏暗一篇,覺得個設計好型。水呀、蛋呀係要自己出去攞,我向侍應點咗個$148挽肉と米套餐,,套餐附有三舊烤過嘅日本國產漢堡,麵豉洋葱湯,一碗白飯同一隻蛋。自己另叫一杯日本清森縣100%蘋果汁。等咗一陣,第一嚿嘅炭燒挽肉漢堡瞬間就送到我前面塊烤網上面,個烤扒職員温馨提示第一嚿原汁原味要襯熱食,我見嚿漢堡牛肉仲滴緊油,諗漢堡入面都應該幾juicy,於是我無落任何醬汁下,就咁就續啖續啖送入口食裏,每一啖都充滿住炭烤嘅香味,嚿漢堡肉好夠肉汁,唔過鹹,味道恰到好。但我環顧四周,大部份人都係將嚿漢堡點醬汁一齊食。我本來想效法youtuber放隻蛋喺漢堡上面打卡,但結果失敗咗。麵豉湯方面味道除咗似平時飲開嘅麵豉湯之外,最特別係落咗唔少洋葱去煲,呢個湯有驚喜100%青森蘋果汁未道正常總括嚟講,呢個套餐價好合理,味道同服務亦感滿意,唯一我後悔係order時無追加多嚿漢堡,我覺得四嚿先夠喉,追加多嚿都只係$38其實價錢幾經濟。…Read More
