今晚同朋友食上海嘢慶祝生日,服務態度唔錯,我哋叫咗醉雞、燻魚、酸菜魚、小籠包、香醋排骨、高力豆沙。醉雞肉質幾嫩滑同埋酒味剛剛好,唔會嗆喉!👍🏻我平時比較少食魚,燻魚係我朋友揀,魚肉炸得幾香口,味道剛剛好唔會過咸,點埋啲汁,甜甜哋幾開胃。香醋排骨酸酸甜甜幾開胃,雖然話就話排骨,但唔會無乜肉,送飯一流。酸菜魚都幾大碟,幾香,魚肉嫩滑,味道唔會好辣,一般人都食到,不過如果再酸dd更好,同埋個底有啲粉仔喺度,我朋友以為係芽菜!😂小籠包用錫紙兜,好似蛋撻仔咁,直接用手攞嚟食都得,唔駛驚揸筷子唔叻會夾穿個小籠包漏汁,皮薄多汁,肉汁幾鮮味!😌高力豆沙比其他地方大個,味道正常同有空氣感,豆沙唔會過甜,不過1人食兩個就好飽。🤣最後食唔晒,我朋友打包,成餐飯我最滿意係佢調味適中,唔似其他上海菜館好重口味同埋好油膩,連我個掩尖frd都滿意。仲有竟然喺餐廳撞到吳唱K,佢見我同frd慶祝生日,主動同我frd講生日快樂,好Nice!😆…Read More

好耐無同朋友堂食啦,酸菜魚應該有1年無食過,今次約埋朋友一齊食,間食店啲座位距離唔算好近,中式裝修,最正係我哋食果陣無其他人(感覺安心啲),最後點咗酸菜魚,雜錦香鍋,貢菜皮蛋,年藕餅。由於我哋驚太辣,所以全部都揀小辣。酸菜魚用鱸魚做,肉幾紮實,唔會一夾就散,而且由於小辣關係,所以只有好輕味嘅辣,唔食辣嘅人都應該食到,但嫌佢唔夠酸,反而個湯酸同辣啲,寬粉勁吸湯,好食雜錦香鍋都係小辣,辣度仲少過酸菜魚,但幾香口,個鍋有雞,午餐肉,魷魚,蝦,年藕,薯仔,椰菜花,總之乜都有啲,味道Ok。貢菜皮蛋,哩道菜幾的別,係用湖南雞蛋,而唔係用鴨蛋,食落有種咸香味,無黑色皮蛋果種咸水味,比較易入口,但會愈食愈咸,所以同貢菜一齊食會比較好,感覺清新啲。家鄉藕餅配甜酸醬,我本身勁鍾意食年藕,所以最鍾意哩道菜,藕餅比平時食果啲薄,而且味道剛剛好,唔會過咸,食落有年藕粒,不過如果煎得再脆啲就更好。整體食物質素唔錯,而且價錢唔貴,唔知係咪長沙灣區關係,價錢比我喺其他區食嘅便宜。…Read More

今日同個好朋友慶祝生日,所以食好啲,嚟哩度慶祝。入到去雖然地方唔大,但幾有氣氛。有樣嘢幾細心就係Menu分咗兩款,有星(有價錢)嘅係比男士睇,無星(無價錢)就俾女士睇,咁被請果個就唔會知道價錢。首先嚟咗碟芝士,無諗過芝士味道可以咁清新,一啲都唔膩!之後就有3款麵包可以揀,我要咗一款比較軟身嘅包同埋黑麵包,再配埋佢哋嘅蕃茄牛油,味道幾特別。跟住就食前菜,個樣睇落勁似蝦餃啲frd,入邊係蟹肉同打碎咗嘅帶子,配埋佢嘅提子啫喱同香橙汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。跟住就到白豆湯,平時我好少飲白湯,因為飲完覺得好滯,不過哩款白豆湯又幾好飲,好濃郁,質感係好似流沙包果啲流沙感覺,好多白豆蓉,再加埋金華火腿吊味,正!跟住就到意大利飯,有辣肉腸,青蘋果粒,配藏紅花泡沫,個飯有啲硬,如果腍啲會好食啲,有青蘋果粒,食落無咁膩。哩個飯仲配一杯Tarima紅酒。之前就到澳洲牛柳,個蛋係炸過而且流心蛋,牛柳牛味濃,而且煎得幾適中,唔韌易切,幾鍾意伴碟果舊蜂蜜桔子,食完可以辟咗啲油膩感,同埋配咗杯The Funk Wagon紅酒。最後就係食甜品,raspberry mousse同 chocolate,每一粒都唔同味。最後就揀咗壺茉莉花茶,消下滯。總括嚟講,第一次食法國菜,味道同印象都唔錯,Menu易明,睇個菜名就知道食緊啲乜,雖然每碟份量少少,但食完都幾包,如果係想同人慶祝,哩度係唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

朋友們知我鍾意食中菜,其中一個朋友提議去戲曲中心果度食,佢之前食過話唔錯。其實我係第一次聽到戲曲中心哩個名,我Google Map,佐敦站行去最近,行到隧道口我見到對面有一幢外形特別又新淨嘅建築物,唔駛問一定係戲曲中心,諗住落隧道過對面就到,點知我過完隧道出返嚟仍然喺原地...結果我行到去尖沙咀廣東道果邊由中港城行去...足足行咗15-20分鐘😑入到戲曲中心無乜人,之後就直接去滿樂中菜,入到去覺得環境幾闊落,枱與枱之間唔會太近,有返啲私隱,服務員安排我哋坐廂座,自成一角,傾計都唔駛就住就住。😆點菜我就無乜意見,交晒俾食過果個朋友點,首先就飲咗碗杏汁白肺湯,哩碗湯好有驚喜!我未見過咁濃嘅杏汁白肺湯!杏汁味濃,湯嘅質地比平時飲嘅湯杰身,仲有就係個豬肺洗得好乾淨,第一次食豬肺,質地有啲似花膠!🤣胡椒蝦好香,開頭見佢咁多胡椒仲擔心會好辣,但原來唔太辣,只係用嚟吊下味,所以幾香同惹味,蝦亦幾新鮮爽口!平時出邊食啲叉燒燒味多數都係一早整好咗,而且係凍,好少機會食到新鮮整同埋熱辣辣嘅叉燒,所以真係要加分,雖然舊叉燒肥瘦適中,食落唔油膩,其實幾好味,但我平時係食開瘦叉,所以如果再瘦dd會更好。招牌片皮鴨分咗兩個食法,就咁食鴨肉或者包住皮咁食,裝皮個籠會有蒸氣保暖,所以唔駛驚啲皮會凍咗同埋變硬,片皮鴨味道唔錯,不過如果麵粉皮再薄啲就Perfect!跟住仲叫咗一道四寶菜同金瓜炒米粉。最後食埋甜品桃膠桂花糕,幾清甜,白色果層食落有啲似杏仁味。食完見戲曲中心無乜人仲順便打埋卡㖭~🤣🤣🤣…Read More

同班frds去食生日飯,算你哋喇,2月最後1日都趕得切同我食生日飯,真係好豐富嘅一餐!三點前菜有淹蒜頭,淹魚仔同海蜇,比較特別係淹蒜頭,食落完全唔辣,而且唔會食完個口都唔會有陣蒜味。芒果蟹籽沙律青瓜絲幾爽口,芒果清甜,酸酸甜甜好開胃!明太子玉子燒我不嬲都好鍾意食玉子燒,哩度嘅玉子燒好滑帶點微甜味,同明太子一齊食,又多一個層次感。味醂魚乾幾好,好啱用嚟送酒五品刺身鋪上金箔,賣相好高貴,最啱相機先食!我本身比較少食魚刺生,通常都係食蝦同貝殼類刺身,但無諗過哩度啲魚刺身係完全唔腥,好新鮮!-帶子好鮮甜-拖羅入口即溶,好香魚油味-深海池魚,肉質好結實,爽口-金目鯛有火灸過,幾香口-三文魚腩好肥美極上和牛盛宴我第一次食和牛宴!見到碟和牛嘅賣相,真係眼前一亮!好仔細咁分咗9個唔同牛嘅部位,仲插住啲旗仔標明!喺我哋食之前,師父會介紹每個部位嘅特點,跟住佢安排嘅食用部份次序來食。-牛舌很爽,一啲都唔羶-牛頸脊肉質很嫩-牛腿上肉肉質比較軟-牛肩脂肪比例平均,肉同脂肪比較剛剛好。-牛小排應該係最多脂肪嘅一個部份,好濃郁嘅牛油味,建議包住生菜一齊食。-牛肉眼,牛臀肉味道亦唔錯。除咗好好味嘅和牛外,當然要食返啲蔬菜平衡下,茄子,翠肉瓜,蕃薯,燒嚟食又幾香口。炸蝦天婦羅有蝦,秋葵等等,炸得幾脆,但裡面唔會太乾身。免治雞肉棒都幾大條,就咁食已經好夠味,唔需要另外再點醬汁。牛油露荀炒野菌就同佢個名一樣,有牛油味嘅露荀同野菌。香芒椰汁糯米飯雖然已經食到好飽,但總有多一個胃係用嚟食甜口,芒果好清甜,甜度剛剛好,有時都幾怕啲太甜嘅芒果,糯米飯煮得幾黏,味道都唔錯。多謝啲朋友帶我嚟食咗一餐,今年覺得最好味嘅生日飯。…Read More

好耐無食陸陸雞煲,前排個frd約我食,去到以為自己去錯地方,因為同我之前食果間嘅裝修完全唔同,原來我之前食果間係旺角另一間分店,哩間裝修好好多,年青啲,又坐得舒服啲。諗住嗌雞煲,但適逢陸陸雞煲6週年,所以暫時只有6週年海鮮套餐選。個套餐包含好多款食物,有招牌雞煲,原隻龍蝦湯,海鮮拼盤,牛肩胛,手打丸,雲吞餃類,蔬菜籃,鮮炸響鈴等等,總之就好多嘢食。雞煲選了少辣,半隻雞保持水準,唔錯。之後就上龍蝦濃打邊爐,原隻龍蝦,湯底幾鮮甜,不過愈食愈咸,如果少咸更佳。海鮮拼盤都有幾多唔同款嘅海鮮,有鮑魚,蟶子,蠔,蚌,魚片等等,全部幾新鮮,最重要係無沙。牛肩胛牛味很濃,好味,但牛柳粒比較厚,所以要滾耐啲先熟。仲有蔬菜籃同響鈴,魚皮等等。仲飲咗杯青檸梳打,好大杯!由於個餐係$268一位,所以係按人頭收費,但我想講真係好抵食,雖然我哋兩個人食,但份量就多到似3至4人份量,枱枱都食唔晒要打包,所以一定要嗌嘢飲,唔係戰鬥力會唔夠KO d食物,自問係大胃王啲你一定要嚟,一定回足本,食完我第2朝起床都仲係好飽,好似未消化完。😂😂😂…Read More
