彤記雲吞牛腩麵:來回地獄又折返人間昌運中心後方面向大埔中心市區的士站,OK便利店後因為早前看過地區網台介紹,看似有點吸引,加上抱著支持地區小店的想法,今日中午親身去體驗。分享個人食後感,希望幫襯時識得選擇食物款式,不喜勿插:1️⃣雲吞湯底奉送韮黃而不是蔥,正宗廣東雲吞格局。以$ 39價錢嚟講,湯底不可以要求太高,雖然淡但合格2️⃣雲吞大小合適,唔會大過乒乓波(一般街坊店尺寸)或者细細粒(麥丕、正斗高檔路線)。 雲吞餡有蝦、豬肉、肥肉、大地魚粉),好食3️⃣麵條爽彈、冇梘水味,好食4️⃣南乳豬手,附有花生,味道似阿媽煮咁,入味唔會死鹹,而且豬手炆得剛剛好,不會太硬也不會一夾就爛,我會覺得好食過雲吞5️⃣五香牛腩麵,絕對中伏。🔹一上枱個樣以為係肉骨茶(馬來西亞嗰種),飲湯分唔出咩味道。 🔹好出奇會有蘿蔔,不過因為湯底太深色,起初以為係牛薑,因為成個外貌黑晒。🔹牛腩更不濟,比車仔麵的碎腩也不如,有啲肥到似五花腩、另一啲全部係牛肉邊,同一樣唔夠火候炆,全部放棄 🔹(個人相信因為為成本理由,食材揀選最似牛腩嘅嘢,再加蘿蔔以為可以砌得好睇啲)6️⃣個人認為廣式雲吞麵應該配辣椒醬而非潮州辣椒油7️⃣筷子筒內有活生生小強 😨🔹醬料盛皿及筷子筒都有心思用上較好的物料,可是當拿出筷子🥢時,筷子中間黏附着一隻綠豆般大小的小強🪳,仲係生㗎!🔹即時通知唯一的女性店員,她好有禮貌地取走筷子..不過沒有即時更換筷子筒。我亦抱著支持的心態,繼續在筷子筒上取筷子用(當然用紙巾猛摔)🔹奇怪地,當我食完俾錢,女店員仍沒有動靜去處理筷子筒。本著對接下來的顧客利益,我離開前開口叫佢要處理,至於事後有冇處理,就不得而知⋯⋯你問我會唔會再去,我會答有機會,不過會特別留意衞生同埋唔會叫肉骨茶牛腩囉…Read More

人情味🈵滿的街坊茶檔

間中見到網友分享,今日例休日決定慕名探店,由新界東出車到九龍西。小店原來係利奧坊附近。因巿區重建帶動的士紳化,在大角嘴也非常明顯,榮記小食正處於舊樓群中,夾雜在車房、鐵器工程之間,與對面的高聳的玻璃幕牆屋苑形成強烈對比。小店據說已經經歷幾十年,由上一代創業夫婦,轉交下一代兒子及媳婦經營。男方主力水吧麵檔、女方協助煮食、樓面、外賣。兩個人都以turbo模式,團團轉咁應付客人。呢度大概可以容納十二、三人,但係無論堂食定外賣,全部食客都跟店長夫婦有傾有講,而店長也似乎知道佢哋會食乜,揚溢著小有的人情味。熱奶茶是受推介的其中一個,端上枱溫度及濃度絕不比其他名店失色,縱使見到呢度係採用雙囍淡奶沖茶。我先要了牛腩冬菇雙拼麵。麵係平價即食麵,不過我見幾位熟客都會轉出前一丁,而且仲會指明黑蒜油或者豬骨湯款式。牛腩係用上碎腩,下欄嘢不過炆得入味同軟淋,而且仲夾雜着牛筋。冬菇炆得軟淋滑溜,而且保留咗冬菇的香味。碗麵食到一半,忽然傳來「抄牌」的聲音,星期六上午都絕不鬆懈,唯有貢獻庫房啦!!事到如今,不如坐耐啲,叫咗煎鯪魚餅、炸雞翼。鯪魚餅香口有咬口,雞翼脆卜卜(不過空口食有點鹹),而且由女方係後面廚房即製,熱㷫㷫上枱,非常好味。…Read More
