凍豆腐首推,其他不過不失而已

南風妹媽咪帶朋友落來香港玩,有form one的青春期小男孩,有幾十歲的老奶奶,吃飯真是有點“眾口難調”。是日中午,逛街到銅鑼灣,當然要滿足堅持要吃中餐(要有米飯,不吃義大利面!)的奶奶,回頭看見金佰利廣場五樓有易牙,想起之前也在openrice上search過,於是就近上去試下啦,6人同行,500多港幣找數,大家都吃得很滿足。第一道:蒜泥白肉白肉的美妙在於“白肉”一要肉本身是白煮,二是要多肥,鋪上厚厚的蒜泥醬,惹味不膩,十分開胃。可惜易牙的白肉,第一,太薄,第二,不夠嫩,看起來就好像打邊爐用的機切薄肉片焯熟,淋上酸泥,很一般。第二道:小吃拼盤豬耳絲還算脆口,可以贊,但涼拌黃瓜不夠精細,一勺辣椒醬算數,沒意思。滷水牛展不錯,夠香,肉很軟,有甜味。接住就記不清哪道先上了滷水豬手:不予置評,南風妹不吃豬手的,不過同桌人都說汁特別好滷肉A菜:所謂A菜就是油麥菜,沒什麽亮點滷肉茄子:南風妹沒有吃到滷水拼盤:南風妹吃滷水豆腐比較多,值得贊一贊,雖然是碟中間不顯眼的小東西,但豆腐熱辣辣,外微脆內軟滑,南風妹又特別喜歡吃豆腐,當然多夾兩筷子。涼拌凍豆腐:南風妹的至愛兼大推薦!凍成膏狀的豆腐,上面有半個皮蛋,鋪上肉鬆和柴魚干,一拌勻,一勺落在熱飯上,正!豆腐的質感加上肉鬆柴魚醬汁的咸鮮,凍豆腐配熱白飯,滋味無窮。咖喱麵包盅:南風妹吃咖喱永遠都是愛薯仔多過愛雞,不過趁麵包還硬的時候撕一塊“墻皮”,還是很有趣味,咖喱的味道就沒有什麽特別了香酥雞排:不夠咸咯牛肉角:沒吃到,已經實在太飽…Read More

星期六朋友聚餐——刺身沙律魚餅給力

自從翻工之後,南風妹就好少出街食飯,翻工第一個週末,好朋友兼師姐約南風妹出去“改善生活”。南風妹本來想食意大利菜架,不過師姐又想食韓國野,大家com左下,決定食日本野啦!social第一噶師姐梗系最知地方啦,於是南風妹就萬大事冇所謂,等師姐決定系邊度食,最後就系銅鑼灣JP戲院後面噶別府開餐。 大概六點多D到,唔使等位,兩個人噶臺都仲有好幾張,於是免於捱肚餓,好野! 點左四樣野,超長噶雙拼日式pizza,系新菜,刺身拼盤,泡菜炒豬頸肉,同埋海鮮芒果牛油果沙律(撈黑松露醋)。 pizza同刺身噶分量都正常,泡菜炒豬頸肉就真系系碟左D,雖然味道足夠,但豬頸肉稍嫌老,沙律值得一贊,味道好fresh,芒果冰凍,食落口感好特別,師姐話D醋味真系好開胃,中意酸野噶南風妹就梗系得閒食唔得閒講野啦。 pizza一共是六個小方塊,三件應該系三文魚芝士,三件系香腸番茄醬。師姐比較中意三文魚,南風妹就覺得香腸番茄醬味道比較豐富,香腸出面層脆脆地噶皮比三文魚有意思。所以最後師姐食兩件三文魚一件香腸,南風妹就相反。 全晚噶高潮梗系刺身拼盤啦,因為……夠鮮甜,質地夠好,而且……來得最遲。南風妹系三文魚無敵大fans,厚厚噶三文魚片簡直食到南風妹眼都瞇埋,師姐就最中意切成細條撈左蛋黃醬噶一種不知名刺身,南風妹都覺得好好味,但系真系食唔出系乜動物。其次,金槍魚刺身永遠冇錯。宗旨,110蚊一份,南風妹同師姐都覺得抵食! 大胃噶南風妹食完呢幾碟都仲差D,於是後補左一份芥末魚餅,都好味喔!一碟三件,魚餅肉白有咬頭,連一直叫飽噶師姐都食左半件,話“真系得喔”。 最後買單300幾,一人百五出頭,都算OK啦。…Read More

大學期中放假之前,南風妹梗系要同朋友仔食翻餐飯仔啦~上次試過坤記煲仔菜,翻屋企噶路上留意到呢間潮州菜館,決定今次就試呢間啦! 七點幾到,有四五臺人,未坐滿,南風妹同朋友仔就揀左一張四人圓臺,店主好快就摞左筷子碗玻璃杯熱茶塑料盆,都幾有鄉下住家feel喔。大家自己動手洗完碗,點餸:滷水三拼(豬頭肉、墨魚片、紅腸)、魚香茄子煲、腐乳炒通菜、蠔仔烙、菜脯肉鬆煎蛋。 滷水三拼暖笠笠,底下墊芽菜,豬頭肉膠原蛋白煮到入曬味,一點都唔滯,連南風妹見肥肉必揀走噶人,都食左兩件。 蠔仔烙很結實噶蠔仔蛋餅,唔似出面D炸到松松pao pao,好似食薯片咁,呢個蠔仔烙就真系好扎實喔,而且點左峴蚧,好鮮味! 菜脯肉鬆煎蛋一向系南風妹噶心頭好,咸香干身,好送飯!南風妹可能食左有一件半啊。 茄子煲一上來,吱吱聲,連隔離臺阿姨叔叔都嘩曬,“好少有咁靚噶茄子煲,下次試下!”南風妹偷笑,急急夾來吃嚕~ 腐乳炒通菜分量好足,而且乾淨新鮮,翠綠翠綠咁噶色,有小小紅辣椒絲,睇到都開胃。 食曬D餸,大家竟然仲未夠喉,后叫一碗豬肚湯先算完滿。 找數都不過280,人均70,真系抵!…Read More

一般中午都唔食lunch噶南風妹今日同同學仔一起食晏傾計,頂住下晝兩點噶堂會大覺訓著噶風險,一行人出港大東閘落巴依食飯。 外國女同學要左手抓飯,兩個男仔都要拌麵,南風妹見成個menu得一個湯麵,又好模糊咁命名為“新疆湯麵”,就佢啦! 點知,店主落錯單LOL寫左“拌麵”,出左餸先摞翻入去換,就比其他三位慢左小小,不過個面一上來,真系好搶眼喔! 放得落南風妹塊面咁大個瓷碗,黃綠色花紋,紅彤彤的麵湯,泡住米白的圓粗麵條,上面紅紅綠綠是“臊子”——食落系薯仔、豆、羊肉粒。麵條入口柔滑,有嚼勁,麵湯不是很辣,但很開胃,臊子撈極都仲有,熱疼疼光燦燦,連隔離臺姐姐都禁不住望多兩眼,南風妹就梗系埋頭朵頤,連計都唔記得傾啦! 埋單36無加一,都OK抵喔!…Read More

新開學,一班同學老友約定食飯,有人提議去坤記試下D煲仔飯,聽講話出名到要排曬隊,於是乎,5點一落課就去等位,去到人家都未開門,就先留枱,6點搭正想入去噶時候,已經有十幾人涌緊入去,哇~好似真系好不得了喔。 入到去,老闆娘就系度安排座位,人少D都唔準坐大枱,一定要坐張細噶,而且講野態度真系唔多好咯,都冇回答噶餘地留俾D客,不過可能大家都慕名而來,又見人多,無謂出來食野都搞到唔開心,就聽聽話話——雖則系咁嗟,咁噶服務態度,真系有D得人驚喔。不過都系唔好咁快落結論,睇下點先。 等到人齊,就點餸,一人一個煲仔飯,再加兩個清淡D噶餸就可以啦。一共六個人點左臘味田雞飯、北菇滑雞飯、臘味滑雞飯、田雞白鱔飯、窩蛋牛肉飯、田雞滑雞飯加蛋、啫啫芥藍煲、紅燒豆腐煲。個窩蛋牛肉飯系后加噶,老闆娘行過來一邊寫單一邊竟然話:冇得再加噶啦。我地覺得好奇怪,問點解啦,老闆娘話:要一次過落曬單。我地都真系唔知嬲好定笑好,竟然唔中意客人加單噶? 老闆娘有言在先,煲仔飯要等成個鐘,好彩我地唔趕時間又多野講。所以先食芥藍煲同豆腐煲墊肚。芥藍煲D橄欖菜肉碎好惹味,芥藍又夠熟,唔怕硬,趁熱真系幾有風味。豆腐煲就比較一般,無功無過。 等到大家都終於有D冇野好講噶時候,煲仔飯終於出場啦! 先上來噶系田雞滑雞同滑雞白鱔,然後是臘味田雞同北菇滑雞,田雞滑雞話左要加蛋,竟然都唔記得左,要成只生雞蛋摞過來直接打落去。之後系窩蛋牛肉飯,我個臘味滑雞飯就包尾。 臘味滑雞D餸好足,臘腸潤腸臘肉,仲有雞同菜心。臘肉好想,五花腩肉醬香十足,連肥肉噶口感都半油半酒,出彩過D滑雞好多。飯有D干,一粒還一粒,飯焦嚼頭很足,滿足左我對煲仔飯最原始的焦香印象。總體來講,煲飯都抵個贊噶。 大家剛剛食完,8點左右,來食飯噶人開始排隊,老闆娘又過來話:你地D野上齊噶了喔,上齊就埋單啦!真系十足老闆架子啊~ 友情提醒,大家如果好肚餓,或者容忍度不足,就唔好貿然去食啦,記得做好身心準備啊。…Read More

週五晚上看電視到約莫11點,因為晚餐吃得早,我和男友都餓了,下樓去找好味道的湯水醫肚,遇上八記,沒有多想便進去了,也許正是電影散場的時候,人有點多,但還是有位子,後來的人就要等位了。 我要了芝麻糊豆腐花,男友要了燉蛋。甜品上得很快,芝麻糊很香,但單吃有點過甜(不過本人口味非常淡,特別怕甜),但是配上豆腐花就剛剛好。豆腐花不是軟乎乎散的,而是有點像啫喱,硬度比傳統的豆腐花要高一點,是冷吃的。燉蛋放在藍花陶瓷小盅里,其實是透明塑料小碗裝著的,沒有小盅那麼深,男友很快就吃完了。我嘗了一口,蛋味很足。 八記的甜品比較“輕食”,吃了回去睡覺,胃也不會很有負擔,值得一贊。…Read More

星期六去了南丫島行山,真是累到,本來打算好要吃羊腩煲的,可惜走到旺角,一時沒有找到有吃羊腩煲的餐廳,財記的阿姐一輪嘴:“依家羊腩都唔系咁好食啦!我地煲仔套餐先46,隔離佳記要70蚊噶!”於是兩個行山行到無想林野噶人,就咁入左去。 男友要了蘿蔔牛腩煲,我要西蘭花炒雞球,送白飯例湯。 上菜速度還可以,西蘭花炒雞球雞肉給得很足,西蘭花很新鮮,又夠熟,味道不錯。 蘿蔔牛腩煲,蘿蔔不是很入味,裏面還是蘿蔔味,沒有牛腩也沒有腩汁味,可是牛腩煮得很入,夠軟,而且分量OK。 唯一一點是,小菜油比較多,我吃了三分之一碗飯就飽了,剩下的都歸男友解決。總體來說,性價比還是很正的。…Read More

星期六起身去南丫島玩,於是十點吃個brunch再出發,就近去了佳記(男友說,看它裝修比較好,乾乾淨淨,就吃這間吧)。 11點前的佳記只有早餐供應,我要了沙爹牛肉公仔面配火腿煎蛋牛油餐包熱咖啡,男友要了叉燒湯意粉配火腿煎蛋牛油餐包熱奶茶,外加單點一份餐蛋治。 餐上得算快,火腿煎蛋“油令令”——真是有點多,煎蛋很嫩,但跟泡在油里一樣女孩子真是有點怕! 男友的叉燒湯意粉,只見意粉和湯,不見叉燒,一直吃到碗底才發現,他還說:哇!終於有叉燒!笑得我~ 早餐味道跟大市差不多,值得一贊的是餐蛋治里的雞蛋:是炒蛋,依舊很嫩,油已經被麵包吸得差不多,於是很爽身,熱乎乎地,沒有太多調味,很正!我用勺子挖了好多,男友最後只得說:你再挖我就不吃了 做完茶餐廳,佳記是“翠華”那種類型,走茶餐廳中的上層路線,價錢偏貴,也許是為裝修什麽的付帳吧,希望香港有更多平價又用心的茶餐廳。…Read More

星期日起身遲,起得身來就近食午飯,唔想再食茶餐廳,於是試下燒味,好味噶肉可以刺激胃口。 我要了一份巧手小菜中的“雙臘腸木耳冬菇蒸雞”,配白飯一碗和熱柚子蜜,男友要了一份叉燒油雞飯,配柑橘蜜。 雙拼飯上得很快,可是也小得好笑。男友不消十分鐘可以消滅那點白飯,上面的叉燒和油雞也不算豐厚,最後只得補點一碗白飯搭夠。 蒸餸上得較慢,男友第二碗飯快吃了大半,催了單才上來,可是賣相和分量都不錯,木耳很多,鋪滿底,兩片臘腸,兩片潤腸,還有冬菇,味道很香,配白飯一流。只是當天第一餐吃不下太多肉,雞肉主要都給男友吃了,他說比較軟,想來也是冰鮮雞,都這口感。嘗了兩塊他的叉燒,不像外面的燒味點那樣又紅又硬,肉質比較軟,油雞則不那麼有趣,雞肉質素很一般。…Read More

星期五下午和來香港看我的男友一起從銅鑼灣散步到灣仔吃這傳說中很正的咖喱,那時候約4點多,餐廳人不多,大概5、6張桌子,都是吃茶餐的。 餐廳佈置不錯,我們坐下之後看菜單,因為正menu菜品單價比較高(相對我們這樣的學生來說),所以就決定吃茶餐,兩人各要了一份冬陰功雞絲湯粉,我跟西瓜汁,男友要了可樂。一時又覺得一場來到,只吃個茶餐未免可惜,於是要了HKD65一道的咖喱茄子,一來可以嘗嘗咖喱,而來有點蔬菜,可惜,這咖喱茄子實在有失水準。 首先,茄子沒有完全煮軟,吃起來的口感跟節瓜差不多,這樣一來,咖喱的味道就住不進茄子里。茄子海綿質的瓜肉本來陪濃香湯汁是一絕,特別是餐廳招牌的咖喱配方,可惜,廚師似乎少了點耐心。男友說那茄子“簡直發青味”! 我們又另外嘗了嘗咖喱汁,新鮮香料的味道很突出,只是顆粒比較粗,沒有那種汁的細膩感覺,反而沙沙的沾在舌頭上。 冬陰功湯粉無功無過,雞絲很足,酸辣得宜,可推薦。…Read More
