You can call me HongKongFood(t). I don't pretend to be a connoisseur. My ratings are relative to my definition of the restaurant grade...e.g. a local tea house will be measured as it is meant to be. If it is rated with a 5 on hygiene, that's compared with its like kind and not against a restaurant in a 5-star hotel. Hope you read them in their perspective. I also find the recent bombardment of "food critics" on our favorite local TV channels absolutely depressing...I mean, since when does a wanna-be starlette become a food expert? Huh? My gawd! teach them how to hold a bloody fork, perhaps a year in ettiquette (table manners) first????....groan! Sorry but you won't find too many photos, if any, because I don't go eating with a digital camera. Taking photos with my PPC just won't do justice to the food. I try to be fair in my rating, as humanly as possible whether the food is my personal preference or not. There is always doubts in my mind whether I am actually tasting something authentic or a mere mockery of the original but haven't found a way to circumvent this yet. **Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt**
