早排有個朋友勁推介我去試呢間餐廳,話系佢近期食過最好食嘅。啱啱週末得閒,就約咗個friend一齊去試下,整體感覺幾高質,環境舒適,暗暗地好有氣氛。前菜🥗我哋叫咗個「和風蜜糖柚子醋大蝦西柚海帶芽沙律」,個朵都幾長,笑左,諗住試吓呢個特別啲嘅沙律。本來以為前菜又係沙律應該只係用黎攝牙罅,一上到嚟就見到勁大份!大蝦爽口彈牙,同埋啲菜咗啲汁同個西柚肉都幾夾,酸甜比例啱啱好,清新開胃,柚子香氣幾突出。另一個「鵝肝伴青蘋果」我好鍾意,除咗擺得好精緻,可以打卡之外,蘋果爽甜中和咗鵝肝嘅油膩感,再加塊脆脆地嘅包,味道同口感都10分豐富。主菜🥩「香烤慢煮伊比利豬鞍」真係出色,肉質嫩滑,脂香厚但唔膩,好香Rosemary嘅味,仲有炭烤嘅感覺,擺喺蠟燭上邊保溫,好有feel。意粉🍝就試咗「蒜香蟹肉意粉」,揀咗唔辣,味道幾香,蒜味濃郁但唔掩蟹肉鮮味,而且蟹肉勁多,份量都幾大,超級抵食。不過本來expect佢係creamy嗰種,原來唔係。甜品🍰萬聖節特點「黑芝麻梳乎厘班戟」超有驚喜!黑芝麻醬淋滿個梳乎里pancake再加一隻「鬼」喺隔離👻 pancake鬆軟,黑芝麻味濃郁,隻「鬼」出邊系麻糬皮,入邊係朱古力雪糕同香蕉蛋糕,真係好邪惡~仲可以叫服務員加楓糖漿,甜度即刻再提升一級!一個甜品滿足5種味道!飲品🥤我試咗「Mango Matcha Latte」,因為佢睇落幾特別,香甜芒果蓉配抹茶加奶,意外地幾好飲,好特別;朋友試咗「焦糖忌廉碎冰」,話正,仲有好多忌廉,好啱打卡。整體評價💬價錢唔算太平,但以食物質素、擺盤同環境嚟講非常之對得住個價,尤其係啲嘢食真係好大份(見到隔離枱嘅薯條都勁大碗)係一間會再返去試其他菜式嘅餐廳!…Read More
