A new Italian Resturant in CWBNestled in CWB, a so-called Michelin-starred restaurant was opened out of the blue this year. This is a satisfying though disappointing trip.Not only a zealot of the Italian cuisine, but also enthusiast of Michelin-Starred restaurant and I was really looking for it. However, after checking up, I just realised that it is not Michelin-Starred, they only hired a chef who worked at a Michelin-Starred restaurant and I was totally mislead unbelievable!!The lunch set serves 3 dishes priced at HK$700, including Appetizer, Main dish and Dessert. Everything was good just because it entirely duplicated from Bombana, given that their Executive Chef Keith Yam of Giacomo had solid work experience there. I think this “newly opened “restaurant at least need some innovations, otherwise I would just treat this restaurant as a branch of Bombana.Sea urchin trenette sea urchin is not bad, fresh and creamy. but the food is warm not hot, I think the pasta might not be freshly cooked and it’s overall taste is too flat.Extra charged Coffee TeaI was quite shocked when I was told that the coffee tea has to be charged additionally which should be normally included in the set.The ambience / dining environment was good but not good enough, the decorations is too old fashioned and doesn’t look like a high class restaurant. The tableware is pre-owned.Last but not least, a concept has to be said: There’s no such thing as a Michelin-starred chef. Having worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant doesn’t make one a Michelin-starred chef.The restaurant is not very bad but it is just overpriced, I am not considering to come again currently until it has made some improvements.…Read More

黎得尖沙咀食野都預左貴,仲要係海港城裹面,下下都高檔野,但都希望質素會比平時食嘅好今日行過呢間,之前聽人講唔錯就黎試下首先黎左個蟲草花炒菜苗味道可以,算炒得幾好,但部分菜苗有d老得濟,我認為選材方面可以再做得好少少,因為呢碟野都差唔多成舊水之後嗌左個粉絲蟹煲,嗌之前問呀姐佢話保證係新鮮蟹,所以就嗌左食落就還好,唔係死蟹但都唔係勁新鮮,應該唔係即叫即劏,而係一早劏左炸好,但都收左差唔多$400生煎包,爆多汁,但皮太厚太甜,不過不失整體而言,呢個價錢可以有更好選擇…Read More

住係荃灣當然成日周圍係荃灣搵食難得今日收工得閒就順便同朋友過黎呢間日日排曬長龍嘅餃子屋食野話說呢間野以前未紅之前其實唔多人,一比d傳媒報道就即刻爆紅,但其實都唔係紅得冇道理嘅呢到d餃子真係好抵食,六粒大大粒先3、40蚊而且係可以雙拼,唔一定要六粒都一樣咪架裹面d餡都勁多,爆滿另外佢個湯底係准山湯黎,好好飲,我都係為左個湯先黎我朋友就話煎餃比較好食,係煎得幾香,另外其實你嗌煎餃都係會另外比碗湯你,所以唔洗擔心冇湯飲真係粒粒都勁大粒加多8蚊仲可以有碗米線/ 上海麵D人多數叫上海麵,但因為冇曬就淨係叫左米線其實每人六隻餃都已經飽都嘔,除非你好大食/ 怕餓,唔係嘅話其實淨係叫餃都夠曬唯一缺點係呢到地方實在太細,坐得唔係好舒服…Read More

今日突然好有興致想食肉骨茶,係朋友介紹下就黎左深水埗呢間人氣小店岩岩一坐底叫好野食店員就會即刻每人倒一碗免費,無限添的肉骨茶嘅湯俾你飲由於佢係馬來西亞嘅肉骨茶,所以味道唔似新加玻個種咁種胡椒味,相對藥材味比較重但我自己比較喜歡新加坡個種多D,但呢款都幾好飲嘅另外亦都叫左兩款野飲,第一杯係恐龍下蛋幾好飲,上面放左D朱古力脆脆,下面係D類似奶茶+朱古力嘅飲品另一杯係桔仔話梅水酸酸甜甜,好開胃檳城亞參叻沙(米線)少少辣,好香,但米線有少少過淋百吉爹肉骨茶 (棒棒骨)個骨嘅味道其實就普著通通,本來想叫皇帝骨/一字骨,但全部都冇貨所以就試唔到了湯就同佢送個碗味道一樣,但仲有豆卜同金菇,呢兩樣都好入味招牌砂煲老鼠粉所謂的老鼠粉其實即係我地香港人叫嘅銀針粉我覺得呢款算係全晚食左咁多樣最好食嘅一款,真係必叫之選比起平時酒樓食到嘅銀針粉好食好多,而且用砂煲上,熱辣辣好有風味,加上肉碎、蛋、芫茜十分開胃整體而言,呢間餐廳價錢相宜,環境就普通,因只係小店,預左要其他人搭枱,但未至於轉身空間都冇味道普遍唔差,但冇話令人有想一試再試嘅感覺,但如果下次黎都深水埗又諗唔到食咩都可以食下嘅…Read More

最近經常在火炭附近上班,吃了各種頹飯近一個月後,今日決定走遠一點,試試一些特色食物幾經搜尋,皇天不負有心人,居然在刻板的工業區找到這一間充滿文青氣色的台式餐廳雖然餐廳的門口貼著只招待本工廈的員工,但是一般來說店員都不會理會,其他人都可以隨便內進,但我建議如果有時間就不要在中午的午餐高鋒期去,不然一來需要排隊,又會阻礙其他打工仔用膳餐廳的內部裝修以復古的工業風格為主,裡面的一桌一椅都各有風格,又擺放著一些古舊的打字機,另一邊的牆上又掛著一排排的書籍,令每一位食客都可以感受到濃厚的工業味道,同時又令人感到十分舒適捨意由於食客不多,店員安排了我和朋友坐在梳化位,我們只有3個人但坐位足以容納6個人,舒適度可以說是沒話說------------------------------台式魯肉飯套餐豬耳超爽口,雞翼亦都十分入味,加上蔥花和芫茜,令整個飯都非常香口,令人齒頰留香台式香酥雞排超級大塊的雞排,餐廳的碟都幾乎放不下,雞排炸得金黃而且香脆,上面灑上一些辣粉,令雞排更加香口此外,我們還和店員要了一些沙津醬,有興趣的朋友也可以叫來點一點,兩者也十分配的麻醬雞絲冷麵在悶熱夏天的不二之選!冷麵醬酸中帶辣,十分開胃,分量亦都很足!我本人強烈建議沒什麼胃口的朋友選這道菜呢------------------------------總括而言,在美食沙漠的工廈區中,這裹裡絕對是文青們的綠洲,而且價錢都只是6-50元,尚算合理,可以一試…Read More

今日係朋友生日,因為佢一直都鍾意食台灣野所以就係openrice搵到呢間位置唔明顯嘅小店cafe,我地黎都算早所以唔洗等位就可以直接坐低。裹面地方唔大,但係座位算闊落,唔洗同其他人迫住坐,即使傾計大聲少少都唔會怕比隔離D人聽到但係店員就好似比較生手,落單個陣都要搞好耐先落到單,雖然係咁,但係服務態度算唔錯,我地落完之後想轉其他野食都冇黑口黑面,而且仲好爽快咁話「ok!」 呢點值得一讚佢地呢到夜晚有set dinner,包一杯$30飲品同一個甜品,係旺區黎講價錢算係咁,但唔可以話好抵------------------------------黑松露野菌蚵仔燉飯套餐 ($123)一上枱就好大陣黑松露味,味道好濃郁好香噴噴,D飯燉得剛剛好,唔會爛到好似粥咁,依然保留住飯嘅口感,同時有啖啖芝芝士味,好正!另外個飯都好多蚵仔,唔會呃秤而且冇沙鳳梨糖醋魚柳套餐($113)個汁幾開胃,酸酸甜甜,個魚柳都冇煮到好爛,但唔係話好特別,不過不失培根起司雞柳奶油燉飯($123)好重芝士味,飯一樣好好味,軟硬剛剛好,但如果食得多會有D濟野莓沙冰又靚又好飲,而且唔會太甜,岩曬鍾意打卡嘅女士們提拉米蘇估唔到送嘅甜品都整得咁靚物超所值------------------------------因為我地冇訂位,所以坐低個陣店員都同我地講左要8點離開,但係夠鐘都冇黎吹我地埋單,當然我地見門口都幾多人等緊位,自己都識做冇話坐好耐就走左。…Read More

每次黎到尖沙咀想食泰國菜,呀媽都會提議去呢間泰國餐館,只因3個理由:老闆親切、食物穩定、地方闊落 所以今日我地都特意黎探一探老細,再試下佢手勢有冇退步因為今日係平日,所以店內人流不多,店員安排座位都分隔得好開,夠曬私人空間  雖然好多香港人都覺得多人先好食, 但我反而鍾意1D隱世小店, 可以慢慢食慢慢傾計, 因為唔忙所以店員自然比較好, 就算不斷問佢地「呢道菜會唔會好辣呀? 會唔會好大份食唔曬?」之類無聊問題都好細心, 好詳細咁答我地, 呢點就係小店嘅好處! ------------------------------泰式炒通菜 炒得勁惹味, 火侯掌握得好好, 通菜冇因為炒太耐而變灰  少少微辣, 岩岩好唔會搶走本來嘅味道 咖哩炒大蜆 咖喱汁超好味, 咸中有少少甜同辣, 再用蛋漿埋獻, 蛋香同咖哩嘅味道係口腔發揮神奇嘅化學作用 , 即時胃口大增, 用黎餸飯或者蒜蓉包簡直係一流冇得頂呀!!! 不過可惜係蜆有沙, 而且有D熟濟, 建議叫其他食物例如大蝦/肉蟹, 更加好食 泰式鹽燒盲鰽 必叫食物!!!盲鰽燒得岩岩好, 魚肉嫩滑, 味道鮮甜, 水份完全扣在魚肉裹面! 而且大大條, 抵食  食個陣可以選擇點佢提供嘅甜酸汁或者點佢外層D鹽, 我就比較建議點後者黎食, 原汁原味, 夠曬原始風味。飯後點品- 千層糕&椰汁糕 千層糕真係超級好味, 而且仲係熱架!食完一餐最好就係叫黎試下 ------------------------------食完滿足嘅一餐, 完成一日嘅行程, 又踏上回家之路雖然鍾意冇人嘅小店, 但係又怕因為冇生意要執, 做人真係矛盾 希望大家經過唔知食咩個陣都黎試下呢間經濟又好食嘅泰國菜, 呢到冇華麗嘅裝修、精美嘅餐具, 但係就多左一份難能可貴嘅----人情味 …Read More

今日臨時即興同朋友出左黎又一城食飯,見到呢間鄰近溜冰場而且又裝修時尚嘅餐廳就決定入黎試下餐廳嘅裝修加入了工業原素,令人感覺非常前衛,加上裡面座位非常闊落,唔會有擠迫嘅感覺。隔離就係溜冰場,食飯時可以順便欣賞一下其他溜冰人士嘅姿態當睇表演 服務員亦都好有禮貌,上菜快速,但係並無留意了上菜的次序,我地叫左沙津做前菜,但結果係最後先上,呢點係餐廳需要注意嘅地方 ------------------------------椰菜絲沙津 菜絲幾新鮮爽口,而且沙津醬十分醒口開胃,而且分量十足,4個人都好夠食,係女士們嘅健康之選。巴馬火腿菠蘿薄餅($92) 店員預先已經幫我地界好塊PIZZA, 好貼心, 唔怕因為自己界而界到爛曬,火腿好香口,同菠蘿好MATCH另外如果想要tabasco可以問店員拎,佢地都好樂意幫客人。大蝦柚子芒果喬麥麵($90)超級適合宜家熱辣辣嘅天氣,冷麵汁帶點微酸,十分開胃,配上柚子芒果酸酸甜甜,整道菜都好清爽,而且都好健康又好食,可以話係呢到必點之選燒帶子墨魚忌廉汁意粉($98)喜歡熱食而想食意粉嘅朋友不妨試下呢款,帶子燒燒岩岩好,唔會太生或者太熟,意粉幼身彈牙,配上墨魚忌廉汁令人齒頰留黑又留香------------------------------總括黎講,餐廳令人坐得好舒服,即使食曬D野店員都冇趕我地走,食物亦都煮得好出色。雖然間唔中好多人排隊,但係都好快有位,而且等位個陣一邊傾計,一邊睇下人溜冰,時間好快就過!建議下次黎到又一城又諗唔到食咩,絕對可以試下呢間餐廳。…Read More

今天慶祝朋友的22歲生日由於沒有預早準備,所以就在韓國街隨便選了一間外形討好的餐廳吃韓燒豈知道會帶來一次如此惡劣的經歷 我們一共有5個人,但只獲安排一張小桌子單是放了前菜和我們的碗已經放不下任何食物但明明該時店內的人客根本不多,竟然只給我們如此小的枱當食物上到來時已經要把食物放在2張椅子,不敢想像我們放完食物後,待會又要給其他客人坐如此隨便,衛生情況實在令人擔憂 而我們吃光前菜後,侍應只是收走碗碟,並沒有打算幫我們添加,要主動問才一臉不願意的幫我們加而到了後期,當我們再次要求加泡菜時一個身形較胖的女侍應竟對我們說再加要收費我吃過多間的韓燒都從來沒聽過泡菜都要加錢才有,如此小氣的餐廳如何令客人吃的愉快!?加上全程都幾乎看不到侍應的笑臉,整間餐廳都死氣沈沈,看見了也不開胃!另外,店內的有些同事似乎都缺乏培訓,吃到中段時GAS用盡了找了一位女店員幫助,但他卻似乎不懂如何更換GAS罐,一直不知按到那裡令到罐內的氣體亂噴由於桌子很小的關係,罐內的氣體就一直噴在我們的食物和餐具上,而該店員卻連一句「唔好意思」都沒有 只是找了另一位男店員替她更換,就當問題解決了完全無視自己把天然氣對著我們食物亂噴的事情 接下來再說食物的質素------------------------------韓牛拼盤 油脂分佈不均,賣相一般,味道亦不覺比同類型餐廳突出水冷麵 麵條沒有痴埋一舊,質感算不錯味道還可以,但沒有給醋調味豬肉拼盤 跟牛肉一樣,只是普通貨色而且五花肉的部份過肥,很下去感覺很油只有豬頸肉比較好吃芝士排骨(中) 店家聲稱每日限賣30份有中/大可選但我們問店員中/大的分別幾乎沒有一個店員可以清楚解答但其中一位跟我們說中/大的排骨數量都一樣,只是芝士的數量有分別我倒是很奇怪只是多點芝士,就比中要貴多$70假如沒有問過,可能就會白白浪費了$70只為了多點芝士而味道方面,排骨由於太多醬料的關係根本沒法沾上芝士反而令筷子沾滿了芝士,令人吃得十分狼狽吃下去亦只是芝士還芝士,排骨還排骨根本沒有配合,芝士亦只是像吃Pizza的芝士,加熱結成一條條一點都不好吃完全只是用賣相騙人,吃過的根本不可能再叫------------------------------總結,服務非常惡劣的一間餐廳,不可能會再次光顧,十分糟糕的一次體會而且價錢不是便宜,還敢如此對待顧客在韓國街開那麼多分店,頂多只能騙遊客,遲早都會被同行擠走希望大家不要來這裡中伏寧願用多點時間去旁邊的喜來稀肉排隊食物和服務水準都高出很多倍…Read More

每逢母親生日我都會帶佢去食好野,今年就來到南海一號高級得來又是十分適合她的中菜南海一號位於isquare的高層,電梯一上便會到達雖然我們只有兩個人,但店員都安排了一張四人枱給我們,而且面對著維港的景色令我們坐得十分舒適愉快才剛剛座下侍應就會先問你想要飲什麼,非常貼心------------------------------金榜醬大蝦這間店的星級名菜幾乎是所有人都必點的食物之一餐廳用的大蝦非常新鮮大隻金榜醬的味道十分濃郁,而且香味十足,非常惹味跟大蝦簡直是完美配搭饅頭是即炸的,外脆內軟,沾上金榜醬後更加好吃海參炆豆腐同樣是非常惹味的菜式,海參和豆腐都非常入味用來送飯一流露筍炒雞腿菇特意為喜歡吃素菜的母親而叫的一道菜露筍十分爽口,不會過淋雞腿菇亦很夠味,咸度適中龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯太好吃所以忘記了拍照龍蝦湯超級鮮甜,而且有啖啖龍蝦肉在湯裹加上脆米,本身以為會變到很淋,以致口感變到一patpat但卻出乎意料之外,即使浸了湯但仍然十分脆口跟湯簡直是完美的mix and match而且分量很足,我們2個人都吃的很飽很滿足------------------------------吃完之後,店員不會催促你埋單這時你可以走到餐廳的露台位置,什至買一杯酒於高層位置欣賞璀璨的維港夜景拍一些照片留念,感受一下香港的繁華…Read More

每次跟家人外出都很難選地方吃飯皆因母親大人不喜歡吃肉/魚生之類的東西幸好他是上海人,喜歡吃上海菜上海婆婆的分店亦算多,故此每次想不到吃什麼就會來到這裡圖他的質素穩定,味道不差、價錢尚算合理而且座位算闊落,又沒有限時但今天是與朋友飯聚,與平日有點不同呢!------------------------------336上海小籠包($36/4隻)皮薄,內餡多汁上海菜相信都會想到這個菜好吃,但不會有太大驚喜花雕醉雞非常推介的一道菜,幾乎每次都會叫雞肉十分嫩滑,而且有一陣陣花雕酒的酒香雞本身亦挑得十分好,並沒有過多的脂肪,並保留了那層透明的啫喱真的很好吃,難得的是每間分店都能夠統一水準,讚黃金炒飯($70)炒飯的色澤鮮明,金黃色令人胃口大開飯粒粒分明,完全不會痴到一舊舊咸味適中,香味濃郁黑醋排骨($76)非常惹味,岩曬食肉之人咸中帶有少少的酸味,令人開胃「唔該! 幫我叫碗白飯!」腿茸津白($68)津白的精華所在就是旺菜流出來的汁味道濃郁,口感十分rich令人感覺很充實------------------------------由於趕住食完飯去睇戲所以下單前特別分付店員快一點上菜結果真的很快手,我們亦都趕得到在電影開場前到達而且過程都非常有禮貌,值得欣賞…Read More
