Staving for food after work in The Pulse. Walked around and found this restaurant for lunch. Not first time to dine in Classified but I was a bit disappointed this time.I ordered baked mac and cheese. It as made with 4 cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, velveeta and Parmesan). The textures was good but the smell and taste were bland which disappointed me CONCLUSIONI personally think classified is a good restaurant because the vibes and environment are chill and relaxed. My birthday lunch was at this one Michelin star and Michelin green star restaurant. Place is cozy and spacious. We chose the 3-course lunch set, but I had my tummy full with satisfaction when I left this restaurant.This starter was nicely presented in a bite-sized. There were green peas and caviar on top. You would look forward what would be coming coming next after this yummy tartlet savoury This soda bread was yum with brown butter. The texture was like a salted muffinThis dish looked seemingly simple but impressed me a lot. I’m a meat lover but I love this veggie dish so much. Thank you chef Simon Rogan for making it so yummy. You could taste different layers of flavour. Highly recommended!This aged cobia wasn’t tender but had rich “fish” flavour. The different textures between pumpkin and quinoa (soft vs firm) were interesting. I saw many people choosing pork, but I can tell that you won’t be disappointed by picking fish Black tea custard tart was truly amazing. Rich black tea flavour makes a tea freak like me loves it so much. However, The condensed milk ice cream wasn’t as good as the custard tart. The flavour wasn’t strong enough which made me down a bit. But I was still happy with this dessert This little birthday cake was complimentary so I shouldn’t complain much, but just didn’t impress me to compare with the previous dessert.CONCLUSIONI would recommend this restaurant to friends because it offers delicate flavours and great value with affordable price. Third time at La Vache. Cannot make booking for dinner session if you are less than 5 people which I am a bit disappointed. In 2020, my friend could make booking for 3 people. Anyway, this is a hot picked restaurant. Come earlier to get the first round table or otherwise you will need to wait🤐Ordinary bread with butter.This is a sweet but refreshing mocktail with pear, lemon juice, lemongrass and ginger ale. I like this combination so much. Lemongrass brings up its unique taste and scent, and can also be used like a strawI personally don’t like sour taste. The dressings of this walnut salad isn’t really strong which I can accept it. This dish can definitely stimulate your appetite! The fries is good as always. I have refilled the fries as it is the core the signature dish at La Vache. You just get indulged to keep putting fries into your mouth. Yes, you just can’t stop itRibeye isn’t impressive as usual. If you come here for steak, I can tell that you can always have better alternatives😂First time to try lemon tart here. Friend loves it so much and therefore recommend me to try. 再次光臨,所有食物依然好食🤤

5年前食過一次後念念不忘,見到個蟹膏飯依然想食。不過今次都係兩個人食,所以都係無食呢道signature菜式😂今次餐廳多咗啲貓貓掛牆畫,雖然冇以前咁淡雅,但令環境變得活潑。加上同Chef Sandy閒談一陣,知佢鍾意貓貓,如果環境令佢開心,可更用心為客人烹調美食,我係絕對支持嘅🙋🏻‍♂️Service team方面,我記得之前係有位年紀大啲嘅侍應,佢serve客時好淡定好優雅,我好欣賞;而家呢一team就後生啲,優雅感都爭啲啲,不過介紹菜式時都好用心,尤其係4眼女同事,我都欣賞佢對客人嘅貼心👍🏻呢個南瓜湯夠杰夠濃味,加咗啲咖啡粉同米通令湯嘅味道更有層次更特別呢隻蟶子真係不得了!煮熟程度真係啱啱好,咬一口你就會感覺到聖子外層有彈性而入面係細嫩,加上麵包糠碎又令佢口感更佳,加分龍蝦湯我比較鍾意杰身嘅口感,不過既然叫做macchiato,稀身嘅texture都預咗。但估唔到佢真係用coffee mug上菜😂味道絕對無愧對macchiato呢個名,濃濃嘅龍蝦味,齒頰留香,飲完會有種龍蝦湯嘅味道環繞口腔。龍蝦肉嫩口清甜,但點落呢杯macchiato就爭少少,因為啲湯唔夠杰,所以痴唔到上龍蝦肉度。無晒Gillardeau,今次就初嚐Ancelin,都唔錯。肉身同Gillardeau比冇咁creamy,帶子位都甜,裙邊冇乜特別,有海水味但唔會太鹹,味道唔複雜,開始接觸法國蠔都可由呢款蠔食起。海膽係呢道菜只係點綴,隻63°C蛋同lobster foam先係主角!因龍蝦泡沫味道已好濃郁,篤爆蛋黃後令口感更細膩滑溜,完全比lobster macchiato更出色,所以海膽只係令佢多一層口感,算係錦上添花(其實我覺得唔係用海膽加其他都得,如soldier或啱啱提及嘅龍蝦肉點上lobster foam應該唔錯)。你睇啲肉嘅顏色真係靚到呢~簡直係medium rare嘅極致!US prime有靚嘅脂肪分佈,牛味香濃,配上少許鹽同黑胡椒已經好好味,絕對比得上好多出名嘅扒房另外提一提個side叫夜香花,即係茉莉花,所以食落真係有茉莉花香,初次食幾特別不過未去到話好好味。最後甜品叫咗呢個迷你小泡芙塔,外層salted caramel加上入面凍嘅cream好好味,但甜而不膩,令我瘋狂食咗好多粒☺️小總結:今次同Chef Sandy有機會傾下偈,發現佢都幾有童心,會不斷發掘新嘢,勇於作出嘗試同改變。可能因為咁,佢有多菜式都會嘗試加多少少嘢,就係啲少少嘢,會令口感同味道加分。我會期待下次光臨嘗試蟹膏飯🤤…Read More

其實上年8月嚟食過一次,果次係朋友請我食生日lunch(當時未開放晚市),食過覺得唔錯,於是今次娘親生日都揀呢間,但就出事啦🤦🏻‍♂️今日5大人2小朋友分兩枱坐,落order時個女同事唔知係咪新嚟,好多嘢都唔知。問佢個menu入面其中一個四重奏嘅portion可以share比幾多人,佢唔知要問同事,之後先話無宮崎牛,所以無。今次慶生飯叫咗以下食物:- Prime Angus Sirloin- Prime Angus Tenderloin x 2- Dry aged Sirloin- Spring Chicken- Tiger Prawn Angel Hair- Mango Paradise x 2上菜時新果位女同事唔知邊啲食物係邊張枱,要搞靠年長果位同事幫佢執手尾,唔夠well prepared... but anyway,如果真係新人,我會包容的。最出事嘅係食物,menu有咁多扒嘅選擇,應該有返一定水平,所以今餐都多人叫扒食。唔計麵包,先上嘅係Tiger Prawn Angel Hair,叫賣相都okay,所以有影吓相for大家reference。但因為呢碟唔係我嘅,所以無食到,無得比comment🤐同大侄仔叫咗同一杯mocktail - mango paradise,由鮮芒果、芒果汁、檸檬汁、橙汁同菠蘿汁合製而成。呢啲顏色嘅飲品一向安全,果然不出所望,正正常常,細侄仔見到好想飲哥哥果杯,哥哥都肯share比佢飲,兩個都飲得好開心😂出事嘅食物嚟啦😣 我個dry aged sirloin同娘親個安格斯牛柳同時上菜,我同佢都分別叫medium rare,上菜擺碟都叫正正常常。我影完呢張相就切開三份一share比娘親,一切開中間見到唔對路,啲肉係熟晒咁嘅,未well done都medium well or above㗎啦!而娘親一切,同樣情況... 真心如果係要食well done,我去花園餐廳都得啦😂我對呢啲情況就比較寬容,但娘親始終都係上一代嘅人,會口黑面黑咁去反映返,加上份牛柳似6oz多過8oz... 又講多幾句,加上佢身邊另一半都有啲麻煩,所以搞到揀呢度食慶生飯嘅我都幾唔好意思... 之後我都係心機影食物相,而呀哥大嫂果邊嘅燒春雞、安格斯西冷同牛柳我都無心情理啦反映完意見後年長果位侍應都有收返叫廚師再煮過,第二轉係好好多嘅,娘親都反映話呢個份量先似8oz同埋夠嫩又有肉味,我見佢切一刀後都真係medium rare嚟嘅,生日果位okay我都okay👌🏻而我果份就medium,爭啲我都接受到嘅,不過心情變得麻麻地所以當係肉食纖維食完就算啦。原本想叫甜品係碟寫上happy birthday 再影幅家人相,但問娘親要唔要甜品,佢都唔要了...係OpenRice訂位有85折。不過如果因為有折扣而令service and food quality都打折,咁我都係用返正價比好啲嘅service同食物我啦…Read More

我之前經過呢間餐廳俾佢門面吸引到,再望入去,發現係舊式咖啡廳,店內懷舊感係真正經歷過好多年而散發出嚟,令到我好想試!今次因為去大角咀打波,打波前朋友問我食乜好,見近近地,就帶朋友一齊食呢間啦話說朋友知道我有寫食評,佢係Openrice見呢間餐廳食評唔多,佢由入到嚟體驗到老闆娘(應該係)嘅好客、睇到餐牌見到咁抵嘅價錢、飲完食完又覺得好味,就叫我要為呢間餐廳寫一篇食評😂我自己叫咗瑞士汁雞翼飯($44)加煎蛋(+$6),飲凍檸茶(+$3),朋友就分別叫咗蔥油雞扒煎蛋飯、黑椒牛柳粒飯同粟米龍脷柳飯。一杯凍檸茶佢落咗咁4片檸檬,而且唔係薄片,一啲都唔慳料!佢嘅茶膽濃咗少少同糖漿好似加多咗啲,味道有啲over咗。如果再落多啲凍令成杯凍檸茶嘅味道淡返少少同凍多啲,對我嚟講就perfect啦而我朋友點嘅紅豆冰,3份2杯都係紅豆,真係相當足料,跟餐都只係加$5,真係超抵!呢杯我無試飲,但我知道我一定會encore呢間餐廳,下次就會點呢杯紅豆冰🤤呢碟飯嘅份量都多,佢哋嘅瑞士汁味道偏濃,用嚟撈飯一齊食,唔覺唔覺就會食晒成碟飯小總結:呢類型嘅舊港式咖啡廳買少見少,縱使而家都有一啲新開嘅懷舊主題餐廳,但骨子裏散發出嚟嘅感覺完全唔一樣,當中嘅用具、一枱一櫈、裝飾都有一種歷史感,仲有舊式街坊街里嘅人情味真係要上一代人先會表現得出嚟。唯一做得麻麻嘅地方就係店員見你食得差唔多就想收咗你啲嘢,比較心急😂…Read More

之前試過一次喺朋友屋企叫Deliveroo 食過廚十三嘅酸菜魚,覺得啲魚幾滑幾好食,但礙於外賣嘅關係,所以味道硬係爭緊啲🤥 今次口痕又想食酸菜魚,好彩尖沙咀有廚十三,就比多次機會再食!因為今次係兩個人食,就點咗一份細酸菜魚加豆卜,每人再要一碗白飯。大大個碗presentation幾好,香氣十足!我明白煮酸菜魚上菜前一定會淋啲熱油,令香味同味道進一步提升,不過就咁睇好似加得太多油,搞到我飲湯時好似打邊爐咁要隔走啲油先飲😂講返個湯先,酸菜、辣椒、花椒嘅味加埋一齊唔會太辣十分惹味,會越飲越開胃。豆卜基本上擺落去味濃嘅湯一齊煮,入晒味都好正!魚方面廚十三係用鱸魚,魚質有彈性唔易鬆散而且口感滑溜,潷啲湯、魚同酸菜落碗飯度真係一流,會不自覺咁越食越快,越食越多。可能呢啲就係重慶菜吸引之處!小總結:睇Menu見到細份酸菜魚嘅價錢要成三百幾蚊,都覺得有啲貴,但想食就真係無辦法。如果再食就一定會揀午市,$168就有雙人套餐,抵食好多…Read More
