很久沒有寫食評,意外地動力竟然來自一家不推介的餐廳,真的有太多改善空間,希望餐廳多加關注🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻1)性價比低,食物質素和味道強差人意鐵板牛吞只有黑椒味,而且非常軔,價錢$158完全不值鹽燒大蝦$68一隻,又是沒有味道,是急凍貨還是什麼原因?2)個別服務員的服務態度真屬一般,大的問題倒沒有,但完全沒有被服務過的感覺。事實上同事有好主動為我們加茶,可是越加越淡,都沒有茶味,只是熱水罷。如果見客人是時候要換碟,不如直接更換,無須多此一問,這樣更顯細心周到。還有端茶過來時可以用托盤,服務員兩手端4杯茶,好彩叫做到,唔好彩倒翻就麻煩,畢竟是熱茶。漏單都沒注意到,這點請歺廳思考下應如何改善?!整體就是沒有服務可言,食物質量和其他正評不相符,不明究竟。歺廳定價在區內算過高,如果這些細微的服務都沒有顧及到,很難有回頭客人吧!?…Read More

偶爾來到石峽尾區覓食,原本一心想找家「茶記」歇息下,估不到老公帶我去了大排檔,無心插柳二選底下,在魚旦粉和煎旦公仔麵之間,選擇了魚旦檔。眼見地方很窄,幾乎都是自助形式,就是完全很「土炮」的感覺,心裡沒有寄望些什麼。老公點了招牌豉油撈麵,我點了雙併炸醬米和墨魚丸,我一吃進口便心知不妙…「超好味」,果真是臥虎藏龍之地。炸醬米沒有做得過酸或過甜,味道是我懷念的老味道。天呀!早一個星期在紅磡找到家不錯的做炸醬米,估不到今天已被長發超越了。墨丸是店家手打的,跟外邊吃到的不同,比較細粒,但就是夠爽夠真材實料,可以一試。滿心歡喜下偷吃了老公的豉油撈麵,不得了!!!!!!超好食,比炸醬米更勝好幾條街,我從來都不主動吃撈麵的,偏好河粉、米粉、米線之類的,估不到一試難以忘懷,麵質超爽口彈口,完全沒有鹼水味,調味得宜,好食好食!!結果,我們再加點了腩根撈麵,同樣好味。我從未因為食物好食而要馬上ENCORE,這算是第一次了,超讚和超飽的體驗。…Read More

最近看過YOUTUBE介紹「新大光燈」,有晚跟老公提起便決定要來一試,全因為招牌鯪魚球和炸醬麵,記起中學時代第一次吃港式炸醬麵,味道又酸又甜的肉絲撈麵,已經非常愛上。所以基本上餐牌有炸醬麵的話,便都二話不說「必食」。小店位於大酒店附近的街角上,作為餐廳地點算不上好,賣的都是粥粉類。我們坐下來點餐,餐牌上有很多推介食物都想試,可惜今天有點飽,我們就隨自己喜好點餐。老公點了豬手撈麵,他說豬手燘得夠嫩滑,雖然他偏好爽口一點的,但味道做得很不錯,有著我們至愛的70/80年代的味道,而且麵很爽口完全沒有鹼水味,超讚。我當然點了炸醬撈米,一看色水就跟平時外面吃的不同,偏向啡橙色,味道是偏酸味多一點的,不會死酸死甜的,吃得到古老一點的味道來,而且份量很多呢。另外,我們點了腩汁菜心、凍奶茶和豆漿,特別推介豆漿,不會做得超甜帶點點豆香,可以一試。總括: 果真YOUTUBE沒有介紹錯,如果喜歡小店懷舊味道的,這裡絕對是一個選擇。…Read More

放大假的日子又成了「孤獨的為食家」,一個人走著走著想到最好消磨時間的就是「元氣」,因為沒有人會催逼,下午茶時段食客不多,又因應疫情坐位相隔遠,自成一個小空間,還挺自在的。迥轉壽司店都用上APPS點餐,用高速火車送餐,現在大家都用習慣了。我喜歡分幾輪點餐,慢慢享受「慢活、慢食」的那刻。通常第一輪會點一些新品推介、季節限定和特價推介。第二輪就是每次必點的壽司、前菜或者湯類。第三輪通常已經飽了一大半,所以會點剌身和甜品。不過,有時沒有太多想法的,想食什麼就點什麼,這也是一種小確幸。其實一直以來元氣都沒有令我失望過,食材尚算新鮮平價,味道雖沒有說得上超好食,是滿足到偶爾想食壽司的心情。…Read More

添財記是我們一直想詣訪的,因它座落九龍城已有段身世、是周潤發先生經常幫襯的店子,但可惜一直沒有機會,不是店外排人龍就是被遊客佔據,這令我們一直卻步,怕又是一家「名過於實」的店子。由於疫情關係,門外已經沒有遊客又剛好過了早市時間,我們不用等位便馬上安排入座了。店子不算大,坐位都濟得迫緊,始終是人氣店,很快坐滿食客。店家有提供中式 – 粥、腸粉、炒粉麵和港式早餐,相當「港味」。我和老公二人點了一份牛肉腸、豉油王炒麵、牛肉粥和凍奶茶。我們大概能了解添財記為何仍能訖立九龍城之久,它味道璞實、吃到古老味道,尤其是豉油王炒麵,做法很老實,沒有「整色整水」,炒得剛好不太軟也不太硬,很久沒有吃到這種味道了。老公說吃到牛肉腸有股咖哩味,大概醃過頭了?! 相反,牛肉粥很好吃,粥底是70/80年代的味道,我也該不知道要怎樣形容,你們自己來吃下就會知道了。…Read More

和老公二人在樂富商場閑逛,剛又是下午茶時段,隨意找了間茶記「木兆小品」,看格局又是快餐式出品吧。我們點了公司三文治配鴛鴦紅豆冰和港式炸醬撈米粉配熱檸水,快餐式出品就是快、快、快,食物味道就是不能太難食。老公認為鴛鴦紅豆冰是新攪作來,看得出經營者推陳出新的想法,不過還是原來的椰汁紅豆冰來得簡單和對胃口。公司三文治大大份,先滿足視角的胃口,味道也是預期的。炸醬撈米粉,味道做得過酸,也蓋過了所有的味道,填飽肚子倒是可以的。「木兆小品」主要客源都是附近街坊,套餐都是以經濟、份量、配搭選擇為主導吧,如果能夠提昇食物味道和層次益下街坊就更好了。…Read More

中午和同事外出食飯,找來附近SAV酒店的西餐廳「Moreish Malt」,主打美式漢堡、扒類、薯條等等。我們3人同樣點了澳洲牛扒套餐,還可以選擇配沙津或是蕃茄湯,套餐還附餐飲。點餐時服務員表現很主動,也特別推介菜式給我們,對服務員也留下印象。另外,同事也加點了炸薯條,大家分著吃,特別好食。先說一下環境,餐廳不算很大但有落地大玻璃,陽光透進餐廳內,當日客人也不多,甚是寫意。蕃茄湯是用大公雞碗盛上來的,中西交錯,有點新奇。味道不算太濃郁,也不算是自己喜愛的口感和味道。牛扒是可以的,做得很腍身,也吃得出有牛味,只是比較薄身,如果能再厚一點就好了。炸薯條是即做的,上檯時仍然熱呼呼,而且連皮薯仔最好食,大家都滿意。總結: 畢竟算是酒店內的餐廳,$168一份套餐算是優惠,如果遇上客人不多的日子,望著窗外的街景,和朋友吹吹水,是不錯的選擇。…Read More
