師傅都好耐冇出手喇,平時通常都係出口(係咁食),但今次呢單真係不吐不快。話說情人節呢啲大日,師傅當然係約左小黃人撐枱腳,仲特登叫小黃人早啲收工。咁呢啲日子,師傅當然不敢怠慢,一定要訂位啦,所以一早就上網訂定位,晚上八時正。大節當日師傅和小黃人比預定時間早左十分鐘到達,結果眼見好多人仍在等位,到八點仍未能入座,細問下才知返唔切枱,期間接待員亦都叫有提議師傅可以過隔離間餐廳坐,話食嘅野都係一樣,因為嗰邊有位唔使等,但係細望完兩間餐廳之後,師傅當然拒絕啦,始終個環境氣氛都爭咗一大截,於是乎唯有不斷喺度等等等。。。等等等。。。等寂寞到夜深。。。終於到咗八點二十五分左右先能正式入座,咁就等左差不多半個鐘,不過值得一讚就係個接待員非常之有禮貌,仍不斷喺度話唔好意思,師傅亦都知唔太關佢事,雖然係灰機左,不過都算啦。坐低開完茶,等咗一陣餐牌都未有,著實令人有點兒失望 ,細問下才俾個餐牌師傅望下,原來是日淨係得套餐選擇,主餐牌內的食物係不會預備,幸好師傅都係打算食套餐,於是就柯打左兩個鮑魚套餐。另外想講下就係餐廳係冇confirm booking,如果有的話就可以講埋是日只提供套餐,唔會有種打死狗講價嘅感覺。落完單後,有趣的事又發生左,就係侍應同師傅講唔好意思,今日啲乳豬買曬改叉燒得唔得?師傅想問其實仲有乜嘢選擇呢?老老實實大時大節明知今日booking爆得咁緊要,竟然預嘅份量都可以唔夠,只不過係第二輪啱啱入座就已經冇晒,比師傅仲遲入嗰啲相信都冇乜嘢可以食,有可能樣樣都話賣曬,呢個感覺真係令人好差,好失望,咁出名的一間餐廳竟然有咁嘅質素,渣!等等下終於可以有嘢食,其實個套餐嗰啲食物有啲乜嘢好出色,師傅又講唔出,有啲乜嘢比較差,又唔多覺喎,總言之就係不痛不癢嗰隻。如果叫師傅話佢邊樣嘢好食,師傅覺得龍蝦肉係唔錯,同埋個鮑魚花菇都扣得幾好食,唯獨呢兩樣,要彈一定係個炒飯,飯底太濕口感其差,應該唔係隔離飯炒啦,其他嘅嘢比較中規中矩,冇特別!呢間餐廳唯一好處就係唔會將啲餸菜好快咁樣放曬出黎,真係比時間你慢慢食,享受埋個view。師傅都差唔多食咗三個鐘,十一點前走啦,走之前當然要埋單。師傅行出去同個經理話要埋單,個經理佢話好,但係長期都唔印張單俾師父,唔知咩原因喎,跟住師傅第二次再問佢,佢話等緊部卡機,師傅話俾現金得唔得,佢話得跟住先至慢吞吞咁去印張單出嚟,老老實實食完嘢想畀錢埋單都咁難,一係就唔好收啦,你又唔係,真係阻鬼住曬 ,令師傅一肚氣。總括嚟講食物質素都係普普通通,呢個價位唔算出色,坊間應該仲有好多更好嘅選擇 ,至於服務質素真係非常之差,感覺唔到佢地好想做,亦感覺唔到佢地想做好佢,今時今日香港好多間都冇乜服務態度,嚟得呢度食當然知道價錢唔會係平,但係呢個價位呢個服務質素同呢個食物水準,真係似乎有啲貨不對版,淨係靠佢個朵嚟賣,似乎有啲誇張咗。是次平均消費差不多八舊,但真係笑唔出,又等又冇服務,差!是日除左係情人節外,亦係和小黃人嘅1000日紀念日,師傅諗住食餐好,可以留個美好回憶,可惜的是這個回憶不是師傅想要的,唯有向小黃人晒個冧,希望遲下食過餐好啲啦!…Read More

早一陣子師妹同師傅講話佢最近去咗一間好好食嘅串燒燒烤店,係咁話好抵食好好食,師傅見師妹讚不絕口,唯有問下間店舖個名,諗住搵一日去會下佢啦。終於師傅揀到一個日子可以帶埋小黃人一齊去,師傅訂定枱,準時去到餐廳。去到後發覺店舖都幾細 ,全場應該坐唔到多過15人,入到去仲要一個客都冇,師傅心裡都寒一寒,唔係又比師妹fake呀,既然都黎左,幾帶就幾帶,燒賣就燒賣!店員好快安排師傅坐低,於是就同小黃人一齊研究下有咩好食。睇緊張餐單時,店員已經放低咗兩支免費啤酒,之後又好快放咗一碟燒鱈魚絲,都係一個免費嘅小食,基本上未落單已經有嘢食。由於張枱著實太細,所以師傅同小王人商量咗一陣之後,決定先叫少少,寧願稍後再加單。於是第一輪就揀咗燒牛舌心,汁燒魷魚鬚同埋,燒日式玉子三樣嘢,全部小辣。落完單就飲下啤酒同埋試下嗰個燒鱈魚絲,啤酒係生力白啤支裝,本身師傅對生力呢個品牌都好普通,但既然免費就飲下。白啤入口比正常生力好飲好多,但味道有少少酸,始終唔太啱口味。至於燒鱈魚絲,師傅就覺得佢比較硬,反而燒唔得脆,呢下似乎就差少少。等咗一陣燒牛舌心就到,見佢牛舌心都燒得幾靚仔,於是即食,入口發覺都燒得幾香,牛舌爽口唔韌,又唔會燒得好油,第一個感覺都幾好,令往後嘅串燒有啲期待。說時遲那時快燒日式玉子亦都登場,師傅都係第一次見一串串嘅燒玉子,賣相都幾得意,入口覺得玉子都幾香口,熱辣辣又軟軟熟熟,唔錯。之後就係汁燒魷魚鬚,呢個亦係一絕,一咬落去魷魚鬚爽口彈牙,唔會燒到太乾身,加上個汁調得香香辣辣,非常惹味,師傅嘅必食推介。食咗三樣嘢之後,都覺得真係唔錯,亦都感恩師妹冇老點,於是再決定加單,一口氣揀咗燒雞心,燒雞腎,燒雞潤,維維招牌豬手同埋蒜蓉燒扇貝。 落完單繼續飲下酒談下心,慢慢食完全唔需要急,感覺都幾relax。不消一會燒雞心同燒雞腎陸續登場,兩樣其實都差唔多,燒得幾爽口唔會硬,正常冇大驚喜 。至於燒雞潤,師傅就幾鍾意,因為雞潤唔會燒到乾曬,入口軟熟,皮脆內香,口感一流,如果鍾意食雞潤,呢個絕對係另一個必食推介。維維招牌豬手亦都唔錯,一碟有三件,件件都燒得恰到好處,唔會過火,皮香肉腍,勁多骨膠原,果然係招牌菜,掂呀! 最後就講下 蒜蓉蒸扇貝,一份有兩隻,師傅同小黃人一人一隻,發覺佢燒得好香,蒜蓉非常之香,蒜蓉入口完全唔苦唔辣,熱辣辣非常惹味,而扇貝亦唔會燒到乾曬,值得一食。總括嚟講食物質素非常出色,價錢亦非常抵食,兩個人埋單唔使二百五十蚊,又送啤酒又送小食(記得經OR訂枱),真係唔講得笑,唯一就係環境比較細,座位唔算坐得舒服,不過香港地豆屎咁細個舖位,都應唔平租,所以師傅係諒解。由於是次晚餐時間比較早,所以師傅大部分嘅時間都係包場,至少包咗九個字以上,呢個包場感覺都幾好爽。唯一可惜就係餐單上嘅選擇相對係比較少,如果可以再多啲選擇就好,是次值得一個笑臉,有機會都會想黎次!…Read More

監房尋晚搞聯歡,散場後師傅見有啲肚餓,於是乎返去自己個環頭,睇吓有乜好食。當時已經10點過後,大部份食店都準備或已經打烊,本來想食碗米線,結果全部關晒門,忽然靈機一觸,醒起呢間食店,其實師傅都想光顧一段時間,見佢仲開緊門,就一於去會一會佢。入到去食店都冇乜人,其實都正常嘅,當時時間大約係晚上十時一刻。入到去坐低後,即刻睇吓有乜食,攞張餐紙出嚟睇下先,嘩好似好多嘢食咁,師傅又鬼咁死餓,於是諗都唔諗就柯打左幼麵、豬皮、豬紅、豬腸、蘿蔔、牛肚,諗多陣再加多個午餐肉,要辣湯底同牛腩汁,再走蔥。等咗一陣,六餸車仔麵就擺咗喺師傅眼前,鬼咁肚餓嘅師傅當然即刻食,先飲吓個湯底,發覺湯底係辣,咁當然係辣啦,師傅柯打辣湯嘛,但點解會係麻辣?其實張餐紙上係有得揀麻辣同辣湯,師傅明明係揀辣,到底係佢比錯定師傅味覺出錯呢?即然係咁,唯有照食,湯底辣係幾辣,但麻辣唔香,偏咸少少,加上比較油膩,師傅就唔太鍾意。再睇到碗車份麵,嗰份午餐肉竟然係得半件仔,但係就收$9一份,似乎呢個份量有啲貴。先唔講個餐肉住,講下個蘿蔔先,蘿蔔切得幾大嚿,一碗有三舊,入口夠腍,可惜有渣,清湯蘿蔔,講真有渣呢下真係扣唔少分。再試吓豬皮,豬皮嘥屎有大有細,口感亦都有爽口又有腍口,非常參差好唔專業,放咗喺個碗度感覺係猶如雞肋一樣,可惜。豬紅細細舊,份量都算多,都有六至七舊到,呢個師傅冇乜投訴,正正常常收貨。再試牛肚,牛肚完全未炆腍,入口又硬又韌,絕對係失敗中嘅失敗。至於豬腸就切得幾大嚿,水準亦都係幾參差,完全唔腍,仲有少少渣,味道一般,唔得。最後就係半塊午餐肉,午餐肉係有煎過,都煎得幾香,但午餐肉始終都係午餐肉,九蚊塊得咁少就唔抵食,冇下次。到於幼麵水準都算正常,冇大驚喜。總括嚟講食物水準唔掂,淨係講嗰三豬都已經唔合格,地方環境還算可以,但係咁樣食六個餸一個面底,埋單$74,唔算抵食。喺呢一區雖然冇乜車仔麵嘅選擇,但寧願唔食都冇可能食咁曳嘅水準,六款餸有四款佢自己比三個手指公,莫非越多手指公越伏?笑面比唔到,喊晒口啦,師傅肯定唔會再黎。…Read More

師傅同小黃人諗住去九龍城食泰國菜,眾所周知九龍城有好多泰國菜揀,所以都未揀掂,師傅本來諗住返啅上一次嗰間,點知見時間早加上網頁睇到呢一間食店,都好似唔錯,所以就同小黃人黎呢度開餐。坐低望下個電視,原來尾場都未開跑,當時原來都係5點半。呢間食店最得意嘅嘢就係自己寫紙仔落柯打,寫紙仔嘅意思係你睇到餐牌上有乜冧巴,就寫個冧巴喺張紙仔上,彷彿好似手機落單咁。師傅同小黃人商議完之後,最後決定要泰式生蝦,炸蝦餅,兩隻燒雞全翼,菠蘿炒飯同埋胡椒粉絲大蜆,再加一支大啤。食店地方唔算好大,但人手又好似幾充足,不過啲招呼都係一般。小插曲係坐低後同小黃人商議下食乜,跟住個夥記呢就問嗰兜熱水用完未?其實熱水係畀你浸下啲碗碗碟碟,坐低一陣都未得閒洗就問人用完未,於是師傅話畀佢知未,轉頭就已經開始洗,好似見你洗完咁,佢又好快過嚟問你洗完未用完未,當然今次用完喇,師父當然有得佢收啦,只不過唔明點解咁趕,莫非冇兜用?師傅喺等嘢食嘅過程當中,當然係飲下啤酒啦,啤酒都冇乜好講,最緊要夠凍,而呢支啤酒都算幾凍,收貨。等咗一陣最快登場嘅就係生蝦,生蝦一碟有六隻,都算幾鮮甜都爽口,而師傅最欣賞個生蝦汁,因為夠辣夠香,香香辣辣非常惹味。第二樣上枱估都估佢唔到,竟然係個菠蘿炒飯,菠蘿炒飯賣相普通,相比師傅食過嘅菠蘿炒飯要細,而入口炒飯淡而無味,完全係冇味道,好淡口,唯一係有啲啲蛋香,呢個炒飯都算失敗,成個炒飯就好似雞肋一樣,食之無味棄之可惜。食緊炒飯時,雞全翼同埋炸蝦餅都到咗喇,師傅就第一時間試下熱辣辣嘅蝦餅先,蝦餅炸得幾脆,一碟有三隻蝦餅,切開咗有六件,都可以呀。至於雞全翼就比較失色,燒得唔算香唔算脆,最重要係冇味道, 師傅都要唔知自己食緊乜? 小黃人仲話唔明師傅點解會喺呢度柯打燒雞全翼,其實佢都講得啱,不過諗深一層,師傅點解會柯打,咪又係因為愛。最後就係胡椒粉絲大蜆,點知攞出嚟發覺竟然係青口,細問之下先發現原來係師傅寫錯老冧,所以就嚟咗青口。師傅年紀大機器壞,手又殘腦又殘,雖然係咁,並唔係大晒,但對住青口又確實冇乜計,唯有硬著頭皮反映下,睇睇有冇得轉返個大蜆,咁結果當然係冇啦。負責人話佢哋跟單做所以冇辦法,師傅都明白同諒解,正所謂轉畀你係人情,唔轉畀你係道理,鬼叫自己理虧冇得怨人,但係其實間食店都可以做好少少,就係落單嗰陣時覆一覆張單,睇下啲客有冇叫錯嘢 ,咁就可以避免呢啲咁無奈嘅事情發生。既然係師傅自己寫錯,就好好醜醜都試下佢係咩料,一試發覺粉絲味道勁咸,完全食唔出有胡椒味, 至於青口就冇試,純講味道肯定唔合格。總括嚟講食物質素唔得,價錢都唔算平,兩條友埋單連加埋一都要540蚊,呢個價錢同區真係有更多好的,服務普通,所以師傅肯定唔會再嚟,是次體驗絕對要比喊面,肯定唔會再黎。其實九龍城區大把好味泰菜,師傅唔明白點解會咁多人幫襯,或者師傅柯打嘅嘢食唔啱。其實師傅都食唔少泰菜,但真係好少會咁差,師傅除左覺得好對唔住小黃人外,更加感受到咩叫貼錢買難受。…Read More

師傅諗咗好耐都唔知食乜嘢好,同小黃人商量完之後決定去深水埗逛一逛,加上師傅同小黃人都唔算好肚餓,於是諗住食得輕量啲,師傅靈機一觸,決定去搵下師兄。師傅其實前前後後同小黃人都嚟過兩三次,每次去搵師兄嘅時間,佢門外一定係大排長龍,通常見到咁嘅情況,師傅都會過門而不入。是次同小黃人再去會師兄,都係抱住搏一搏嘅心態。去到門口竟然見唔到條龍尾,原因係冇人排隊喎,師傅當然大喜,同小黃人即刻直入,入到去量完溫度,填完資料後,就有得坐低啦!坐低後侍應好快趣交代左是日有啲乜嘢係沽清,於是同小黃人商量咗一陣之後,師傅決定要碗豚豚圓圓米線,小黃人就要咗碗帶子牛郎米線,再加左兩份小食,一份係鮮炸腐皮墨魚蝦條,另一份係麻香瑞士汁牛柏葉,加多一杯有機豆漿。落完單好快趣就已經有得食,最先登場嘅就係杯有機豆漿,師傅即刻試一試,入口豆漿冰凍鮮甜,甜味唔會太濃,味道恰到好處,飲落真係覺得幾健康,飲完又舒服,正呀;之後再嚟就係麻香瑞士汁牛柏葉,到底乜嘢係麻香瑞士汁呢? 原來就係甜豉油汁,甜甜地再加少少麻辣嘅香味,入口甜中帶辣,但辣得唔會過分,就算唔太食辣嘅都應該食到,因為始終豉油香甜比麻辣味強,而牛柏葉做得非常爽口,配上個汁真的一絕,醒胃。說時遲那時快,鮮炸腐皮墨魚蝦條都登場,都未嚟得及試,就已經見到兩碗米線亦分別放咗喺師傅同小黃人面前,既然係咁當然係試咗碗米線先啦。師傅嗰碗豚豚圓圓米線,由於有啲食物沽清,所以淨係得返豬腩肉。先試下個湯底,茄湯香濃酸甜味適中,非常開胃,飲完一啖湯基本上都停唔到口,湯底非常之得,絕對係師傅暫時食過最出色嘅茄湯,讚呀。加上米線煮得恰到好處,唔會過腍亦都唔會太硬,入口煙煙韌韌,超級好味,真係欲罷不能。如果鍾意食辣嘅不妨試下佢放喺枱個支麻辣汁,麻辣配茄湯估唔到出奇地吸引,香香甜甜酸酸辣辣味,味道好豐富,衝擊著師傅嘅味蕾。師傅滴左兩滴之後,忍唔住要加多幾滴落去,超正。至於豬腩肉唔係一般得個肥嘅豬腩肉,切得厚薄適中,賣相吸引,入口發覺豬腩肉超爽口,雖然見到有肥膏,但擺入口絕對唔油膩,口感一流。至於小黃人食嘅帶子牛郎米線,師傅亦都有幸試到隻帶子同埋牛脷,先講牛脷,牛脷屬於厚切,入口鬆軟加上非常之香,真係超級好食,至於帶子亦都幾大隻,帶子煮得唔太老,入口爽口,超得。 最後就係個炸腐皮墨魚蝦條,呢個相對地冇咁大驚喜,但墨魚蝦條炸得唔太油,墨魚本身亦都夠香,配上泰式辣醬,酸酸甜甜,亦算不俗。總括嚟講食物質素非常之出色,價錢亦都相宜,兩個人食咗五樣嘢埋單唔使兩舊,絕對抵食。服務態度友善,加上係良心食店有,所以都冇乜辦法唔多人排隊,師傅初遇師兄雖然係遲咗少少,但亦未至於相逢恨晚,期待好快可以再嚟試師兄其他嘅食物,師兄要繼續保持食物嘅水準,勿忘初心。師兄同香港人都要加油,好人一生平安!最後師傅知道師兄都會玩下打油詩,所以師傅獻醜!蕃茄師兄頂瓜瓜茄湯小食冇樣差師傳食到笑哈哈兄弟姊妹齊撐他…Read More

師傅都有好一段時間,冇話食完後拿拿聲要出個食評,因為真係都幾忙,但是次呢單嘢,真係不吐不快呀。早幾日約咗詩人食飯,師傅知道詩人比較鍾意食串燒,於是就喺尖沙咀揀一間,眼見呢間評論都不太差 ,於是就去馬啦!話左比詩人黎呢間食店,詩人話知道上開飯網到訂枱可以有88折,於是就順手訂埋。兩個人準時去到呢間餐廳門口,發覺小貓三四隻,感覺有少少不對辦,但見係星期一加上疫症期間,所以都可能係合理,於是決定照食,量完體溫就被安排入座。坐低同詩人睇睇有咩好食,發覺串燒嘅款式都比較少,左睇右睇商量左一陣,於是一口氣就柯打咗幾樣嘢食,分別係串燒牛舌,雞心,清酒煮大蜆,燒飯團,燒帶子,免治雞肉,燒雞翼同燒牛肋肉,本來仲有燒蠔,問左侍應一客有幾多隻,佢話3隻,就柯打一客,點知轉頭就話一客一隻,於是就取消啦,最後加多一份壽喜燒。 嘢食落完單後,詩人話想飲啖酒,師傅當然奉陪到底,於是揀咗一支有氣柚子酒,落曬單後就等食。說時遲那時快,侍應好快就攞咗支酒出嚟,好認真地喺面前開,呢個做法當然非常妥當,同時端上兩個杯,子杯裏放著冰塊,就倒落我哋嘅杯度,師傅同詩人哼咗杯之後,再飲下杯酒,不過味道普普通通,冇乜大驚喜,但之後嘅事就發生,原先個餐牌 明明寫住呢支750ml賣兩舊幾做緊特價,點知嚟到見到支酒原來得500ml,師傅即刻去反映係佢哋當中出現咗問題,成間舖兩個樓面一個男一個女,男嘅態度都十分友善,表現得有唔好意思嘅感覺,而女嘅就不斷話,係個餐牌寫錯。師傅心諗你冇嘢呀,你個餐牌寫錯唔係我嘅問題,係你地嘅問題。 最後佢哋都問師傅需唔需要退咗呢支酒,講真唔係飲唔起,係唔公度啫,但為免影響同詩人食飯嘅雅興,所以就算啦,個餐牌寫到咁離譜,真係感覺有少少鬼。反眏完之後就準備食嘢,先試個雞心,燒得幾香幾爽口,味道都唔錯。再睇下佢個清酒煮蜆,呢個蜆都值得一讚,因為清酒煮蜆湯底鮮甜,值得一讚係蜆肉嘅肉身比較大隻,加上冇乜沙,入口舒服,掂。牛脷都算幾大塊,肉身夠厚入口爽口。燒飯團就普普通通,不吃也罷。牛肋肉正常嘅牛肉,冇驚喜。至於免治雞肉又係普普通通,雞肉裏面有少少雞軟骨,唔夠腍,入口比較un牙,但配上個蛋豉油汁,又真係幾好味,勉強可以啦。燒帶子一串三粒,真係細細粒容易食,普通。最後燒雞翼不過不失,冇乜驚起唔會難食。最後個壽喜燒,可以算係敗筆中嘅敗筆,師傅食壽喜燒唔算得上專家,但詩人算是甚有研究,壽喜燒牛肉太韌,入口個湯底就好鬼甜,完全唔似壽喜燒,淨係得個甜字,最吸引師傅嘅就係個磚豆腐,豆腐夠香夠滑,不過整體都係不合格㗎。食完曬嘢再坐咗一陣,傾下偈之後就埋單,奇怪嘅事情即將發生。師傅賣單循例都望下張單,有時都唔記得啲價錢絕對唔出奇,比完曬錢之後詩人發現 個清酒煮蜆貴咗,明明係68蚊,佢就收咗88蚊,咁當然要即刻同伙計講返啦,點知嗰個女伙計個態度都非常不友善,感覺好似師父喺度搞事咁,老老實實餐牌你寫住68,而家收88仲好似師傅唔啱,你冇x嘢呀,跟住佢走埋你計,又話68蚊就冇八八折,68蚊就要加一成條數計到九唔搭八,一張新嘅單都唔出,轉個頭就話退返兩蚊畀師傅,問師傅o唔ok 講真啦,都唔係嗰幾蚊嘅問題,係你間鋪頭嘅信譽同誠信問題,一單又一單完全誤導觀眾,為咗一個幾毫喺度呃人,似乎講唔通囉,仲要發脾氣,掟晒筆咁。呢單嘢真係不吐不快呀,就算你啲嘢食幾好,有啲咁嘅伙計喺度幫你倒米,都係聽執笠啦。乜都唔使講㗎喇,笑面一定畀唔到,我喊梗服務態度差到一個點,嘢食唔係平架,埋單兩條友食咗接近九舊水,仲話折咗,你冇x嘢呀,每人450蚊仲要唔係好飽,又要受氣,所以肯定冇下次,順道祝呢間嘢早執早著。…Read More

難得小黃人放假話約師傅晚餐,師傅當然十分開心啦,因為又可以見到小黃人了。於是離開監房打算坐叮叮去筲箕灣搵食,點知師傅傻下傻下早左落車,於是又去左西灣河。一早已有鎖定左呢間食店,點知去到勁多人,飛都冇得攞,於是就四圍行下,可惜小黃人又冇乜心水,最後兜兜轉轉再行返去呢間食店,當時時間係晚上八點半,食客開始走,所以就有位。原來食店九點半打烊,所以叫做勉強食到!唔知係咪餓得太久,小黃人竟然話冇胃口,但師傅就勁肚餓,於是就揀左麻醬擔擔濃湯配台式拉麵配中辣,醍醐台式肉燥飯,鹽酥花枝丸,薑湯四色手工芋圓同埋百香果紅茶。等左一陣所有食物一齊登場,師傅先試下個麻醬擔擔濃湯配台式拉麵,呢個擔擔麵不得了,麻醬香濃,中辣惹味搶口,淨係個湯底都已不俗,再試埋個麵,入口彈牙,口感一流,非常掂,必食推介。鹽酥花枝丸炸得唔油,花枝丸夠香夠彈牙,真係欲罷不能,好正!相比之下醍醐台式肉燥飯就稍嫌失色,由於肉燥比較乾身,口感所以較鞋,師傅就不太喜歡。而薑湯四色手工芋圓師傅都冇試,但小黃人話個湯真係好夠薑下,嗜薑者必試,加上芋圓煙煙韌韌,應該不錯。最後百香果紅茶嘅茶都幾濃,相比平時飲綠茶又有另一番風味!總括而言食物質素有水準,地方比較逼,始終係小店,但勝在環境清潔乾淨,加上價錢相宜,埋單113,非常抵食。如果師傅仲有機會去港島東區,呢間食店絕對值得返啅,有機會必定再來。笑臉一定要比!…Read More

小黃人話要同師傅慶功,原因師傅之前考試勉強合格,又搵個藉口食一餐,賀一賀佢,師傅當然要搵啲好野食下,咁啱想食漢堡包,就揀左呢間食店。離開監房,就坐車落去。真係估唔到個地點就正正喺天星碼頭的一間舖仔,講真經過九千幾次,次次都係撘船,今次特登黎食,感覺有點特別。舖仔細細,在外幾張櫈仔,一張單邊枱,之後就去落柯打。師傅同小黃人都算係嗜牛之人,所以柯打左兩個牛肉漢堡,再配左個餐,有炸薯條同汽水,另加多一份炸魚手指,兩個人肯定夠飽。落完單,當然要等,因為即叫即整,不過又比想像中快,所以感覺都幾好。牛肉漢堡熱辣辣,包身鬆軟,牛肉又香又鬆有牛味,有追住食嘅感覺,而包內配上鮮蕃茄,蕃茄都多汁,值得一讚個漢堡係冇用任何醬汁,一塊蕃茄已經取替左啲醬汁,感覺健康啲,加上個包身嘥屎唔會大得太誇,師傅都可以一口由頂咬到個包嘅底部,又唔會食到呢咁hea,感覺超正!薯條屬於粗身,口感正有薯味,份量都多,不錯。而炸魚柳手指得香脆,肉身鬆香,係油少少,不過都接受到。總括黎講食物質素出色,環境就正正常常,店員服務友善,價錢接受到,98蚊一個餐,收貨。同小黃人邊食邊傾計,感覺寫意,呢間食店絕對值得推介,有機會一定會再黎,笑臉必定要比!4…Read More

師傅約左小黃人食飯,為方便小黃人所以揀左喺呢個地區食,當時外面都幾大雨,但又冇話特別想食d乜,所以最後行左一陣就揀左呢間食店。入到去又冇乜人,但感覺好似就收工咁,其實當時只係晚上8點鬆少少,不過伙計照樣招呼入座,所以就入左去坐。坐底睇下有乜野食,見個晚餐都幾抵食,有前菜,有主菜,有飲品都係70蚊左右。於是師傅揀左辣肉腸墨西哥汁意粉同南瓜忌廉湯,而小黃人就揀左柚子汁雜菜沙律同慢煮紅酒牛尾意大利粉,再配上兩支果汁,另外再加左炸薯條配黑松露醬。落完單等一陣就有得食,前菜先上柚子汁雜菜沙律同南瓜忌廉湯,先講下個沙律,柚子汁幾清爽香甜,入口舒服,而南瓜忌廉湯就普普通通,未算吸引。再講炸薯條配黑松露醬,炸薯條堪稱失敗,薯條屬於粗身但完全冇味道,連基本嘅薯味都冇,就算點黑松露醬也不見突出,感覺比老麥的還要差,令人失望。再講下個辣肉腸墨西哥汁意粉,意粉爽口汁底唔算太辣,加啲辣椒仔就額外惹味,至於慢煮紅酒牛尾意大利粉師傅就試左個牛尾,都煮得幾腍幾入味,聽小黃人講都收貨,應該不俗。最後兩支果汁係樽裝,味道冇特別,但就感覺特別衞生。總括而言,食物質素屬中上,環境舒服,衞生乾淨價錢相宜,由於師傅並不喜咖啡,所以沒有試到,唔知咖啡水準得唔得呢? 呢間食店,有機會都會再黎嘅,始性價比都高。食完飯都係9點鬆少少,但店內已進行清潔,為免阻礙收工,師傅同小黃人都係撤退為妙。…Read More

師傅一支公做完所有嘢,透支到一個點,加上又係放飯時間,就諗下可以食啲乜嘢。一支公決定由油麻地行去深水埗,為的就是要光顧呢一間食店。呢條基隆街好多良心食店,但唔知點解一路行師傅都搵唔到呢間食店。沿著基隆街係咁行係咁行,最後要行到去 近西九龍中心個位先至見到呢一間食店,爭少少師傅以為要食水門雞飯呀。入到去食店,人都唔算多,可能都比較夜,接近九點左右,於是求其有個位師傅就坐低。攞起嗰張牌點餐紙,攞埋一支筆,就諗下食乜嘢好。一如以往師傅揀左豬紅,豬腸,豬皮,再揀咗牛筋,咖哩魷魚,墨魚卷同埋鹵水牛舌,而麵底就揀左油麵,加埋沙爹汁同腩汁,就將張單交咗畀侍應。點知侍應話畀師傅知今日豬皮沽清,當下都有少少失望,雖知喺師傅眼中車仔麵三寶同五大訴求一樣,係缺一不可架嘛。但冇豬皮點算好,唯有揀另一個餸,師傅就揀左咖哩魚蛋。其實呢間食店魚蛋都有兩款,有陳皮魚蛋同咖哩魚蛋,師傅就姑且先試下佢呢個咖哩魚蛋係咩料。老老實實落完單,等候嘅時間都唔算快,不過正所謂,好嘅嘢係要等耐少少,加上呢度文宣咁靚,圖畫咁正,周圍影下相留下念,都不失為一個消磨時間嘅方法。再過多一陣,師傅碗車仔麵就擺咗喺面前。謝主隆恩後,即刻開餐。先試下佢個湯底,湯底都幾香幾濃,味道又唔算好誇張,加上冇乜味精,配上少少咖哩汁都幾惹味,師傅一口氣都飲咗五六啖。之後再試下個豬紅,豬紅一粒粒,細細磚,咁夾落去唔會鬆散,但係就蚊得唔係好入味,唔算好出色,普通。再試下牛筋,牛筋反而幾得,第一牛筋都幾大件,第二炆得好腍,第三口感一流,入口黏黏的,勁正,絕對係師傅嘅必食推介。再試下個咖哩魷,咖哩本身幾香,魷魚就都算爽口,咬口都算唔錯,接受到。至於魚蛋就普通少少,魚蛋嘅咖哩味都唔算好出好,但入口都爽口彈下,收貨嘅。豬腸亦都炆得非常之腍,但就係瘦身少少,咬口唔夠,整體嚟講都算接受到 。再黎就係墨魚卷,墨魚卷本身比較硬,而且唔夠香,冇墨魚味,整體黎講算曳,下次唔會柯打。但另一驚喜之作就係滷水牛舌,牛舌味道就唔算滷得好入味,但係牛舌個咬口就贏晒,牛舌厚厚的,夠香夠腍,口感就非常一流,加上份量都幾多,喺車仔麵嚟講有牛舌都係幾特別,係師傅另一必食推介。油麵就正正常常,冇特別。總括嚟講食物質素不俗,價錢都合理,食咗七個餸一個麵,飽到傻咁濟,埋單都好七十幾,抵食到飛起。老老實實呢條街真係好多良心食店,有機會師傅都會再黎,或者再試下其他良心食店都得。…Read More

師傅琴日心情麻麻地,成日都冇乜點食過嘢,直到離開學堂都未肚餓,但感覺上係要食啲嘢,於是乎就近近哋嚟呢一間食店啦。呢間食店亦都係一間良心食店,師傅一定會支持,其實之前已經嚟過一次,不過太忙冇有時間寫到食評,趁住今日仲有少少時間,就寫個新鮮熱辣記憶猶新嘅食評。由於去到時間都比較夜,所以唔使等位直接入去,師傅記得上一次黎嘅時候,都要喺出面排隊,都要等三四個先入到去。今次就比較快因為夜嘅關係,入到去一坐低侍應已經好快就遞咗一張餐紙上嚟。師傅見當中有好啲食物沽清,但都不影響師傅,於是乎睇睇張紙,望左一陣,即刻畫嘢食,一如以往師傅先揀咗豬紅,豬皮,豬腸,再揀咗紫菜,牛筋同埋咖哩牛柏葉,今次我要左米粉,而湯底加上腩汁同咖哩汁後,咁就交咗張紙畀侍應。說時遲那時快, 一碗熱辣辣嘅車仔麵就放咗喺師傅面前,師傅先試下佢個湯底,發覺湯低香香甜甜,味道又甜,師傅都一口氣飲咗四五啖,好正,見佢旁邊仲有咖哩醬,不過份量唔算多,但咖哩好鬼香,好惹味,再將咖哩醬撈勻喺個湯底,咖哩香味出曬嚟,真係不得了。之後師傅就試下佢個豬皮,豬皮都幾大塊,入口算幾爽口,雖然唔算話係好爽,但係都算爽口得嚟,而唔會覺得係腍嘅口感,加上佢幾大塊,有咬口,師傅必食推介。豬紅就一粒粒正正方方,唔大唔細,都算炆得入味,有啲味嘅但唔算話好入味,整體嚟講都算好,又唔會一夾就散,可以。至於個牛筋就不得了,牛筋非常非常之大件,入口夠黏夠咬口,炆得好腍,完全冇得頂,另一必食推介。再講紫菜,其實在真係冇乜好講,真係想食嘅啫,貪佢紫菜撈埋落啲湯度,有個香味浸出黎,所以係合格。另外就係要講下咖哩牛百葉,牛百葉灼得好爽,爽中帶香辣,另一個必食推介。最後就係豬腸,豬腸都算幾肥身,加上炆得幾腍,但係未算係師傅最鍾意嗰隻,可能佢唔夠香,所以合格啦。至於米粉就冇乜特別,但係勝在底好夠大,份量好多,師傅食六個餸一個粉麵,正常嚟講係啱啱好嘅,唔知係因為琴日冇乜胃口,定係真係分量好多,好勉強先可以食完一碗六餸,有料!總括黎講食物質素不錯,雖然佢張柯打紙有啲似新記嗰款,但係佢冇新記咁多,價錢同新記差唔多,但係師父覺得呢一間好食好多,環境都舒服乾淨,至少唔會見到有烏蠅飛下飛下,價錢合理十蚊一個餸,全部嘢都係十蚊,六餸一麵加埋70蚊接受到啦。今時今日除左要好食,仲要食埋良心架,所以呢一間食店真係不俗,以車仔麵黎講,呢間食店師傅肯定會再黎,笑臉比梗。…Read More

師傅難得可以早啲離開監房,於是乎約友人女神食個飯,之後順便去飲杯嘢。師傅睇下有乜好食,左諗右諗又要就返個地段,就返啲時間,於是決定嚟呢一間食店試一試喎。又係一間良心到不得了嘅良心食店,所以同女神夾好時間之後,師傅就直接黎呢度坐定定 ,等埋女神一齊嗌嘢食。等候期間,又連儂牆,又優惠,真心感動。終於見到女神,點知女神黎到就話唔係好肚餓,冇乜胃口,真心唔知係咪見到師傅個死人樣,所以冇乜胃口。不過師父都慣,被嫌棄已非首天,於是唔理咁多,不過嗰日師傅好好胃口,但兩個人又不能柯打太多食物,所以商量咗一陣,決定柯打一個花膠湯米,清酒煮蜆,同埋嗌咗佢一個老火例湯。雖然唔係柯打左好多嘢食,但招呼一樣好好,好快就有得食。先登場係個老火湯,當然要同女神分左佢黎慢慢飲,碗湯女神話唔夠熱,不過對師傅黎講就啱啱好,如果太熱嘅話師傅就飲唔到喇。碗湯係椰子煲雞,椰子非常香甜,冇味精,入口非常舒服,味道超正,唔知係咪師傅太耐冇飲呢啲所謂住家湯,所以覺得好好飲,飲得得非常吃皮。之後就試下佢個花膠湯米粉,花膠湯米一碗唔算大,如果師傅一個人嘅份量嚟講可能又太少,首先講佢嘅米粉,係屬於新竹米粉,又幼又腍,米粉啱曬師傅口味,加上湯底清甜,而且花膠係兩大塊,花膠扒咁上下,入口勁腍勁黏,呢個口感師傅覺得勁正,五十幾蚊碗,想點先?最後清酒煮蜆亦都唔錯,清酒非常香甜,而佢個蜆身亦都好大隻,加上飛晒沙,好甜又好食,得!總括黎講食物質素都非常有水準,環境就唔算好大,地方都算乾淨,服務就非常殷勤,加上係良心食店,所以師傅一定支持,埋單兩個人百六蚊左右,合理價錢,今時今日咁嘅服務,咁嘅水平仲要有良心,所以師傅肯定會再嚟。…Read More

師傅早期都仲係寫緊食車仔麵嘅食評,但由於最近比較忙,所以就停左未寫住,其實師傅手頭上仲有幾個車仔麵食評未寫,遲少少先再寫返。早幾日師傅忽然間想去附近搵啲良心食店,但由於時間都幾夜下,本來諗住去牛屋食,諗住去嗌下順便有個折,點知去到佢閂門唔招呼師傅,師傅唯有再去遠啲嘅地方,喺網絡上搵到呢一間食店,滿心歡喜去到,以為係食越南菜,誰知入到去係食韓國菜,既然都來到咁點都要試下佢。由於都比較夜,所以入到去冇乜客喺度,師傅坐低睇下有咩好食,發現餐牌上有好多個套餐,都係畀一個人食嘅。左睇右睇食咩好呢,最後師傅決定柯打個牛肉飯套餐,而佢個套餐係跟一個泡菜湯,由於師傅唔係好想飲泡菜湯,於是問下可唔可以轉換做辣海鮮湯,細問之下原來加十蚊就可以轉,咁師傅當然會轉,於是乎就柯打左一個牛肉套餐配辣海鮮湯。等咗都一段時間,可能比較夜同埋即叫即整,所以等得比較耐,但係一嚟到嘅時候,個賣相令師傅非常之興奮,因為一個套餐裏面有七款唔同嘅前菜 ,要知道食韓國菜好多時都係鍾意食佢哋個前菜,前菜有韓式泡菜,芽菜,莧菜,蓮藕木耳,南瓜同埋青豆。至於個主菜牛肉都幾多,白飯上有一隻煎蛋 ,非常吸引,旁邊就係一碗辣嘅海鮮湯,正所謂相機先食,機食完之後就到師傅食。先試下個湯,湯第一啖飲落口非常香,味道微辣,飲多幾啖發覺幾惹味,師傅鍾意,至於湯裡面嘅海鮮亦都多,有青口,有啲蜆,有啲蝦,有啲魷魚,當然仲有豆腐啦,整個湯嘅感覺好得,師傳好滿意。之後再試下佢啲前菜,基本上每個前菜師傅都好鍾意,泡菜唔算話超出色,但仍然係一個可以接受嘅泡菜,味道唔會太誇張,唔會太酸亦都唔會太辣。至於主菜牛肉就差少少,因為可能煮得比較耐,乾身同韌銀少少,但整體配上泡菜,前菜一齊撈飯,簡直一絕,師傅一條友食到舐舐咀。總括嚟講食物質素非常之好,環境大韓風嘅感覺,又播住韓式電視,又貼晒韓國poster,鍾意食韓式風味嘅真係唔好錯過,而價錢亦都唔算好貴,138蚊一個set加多個湯改咗個湯都係加多十蚊,埋單148再加一,收貨啦! 食到飽飽師傅爭啲都行唔郁,難得黎左間良心大韓風,師傅大力推介,今時今日師傅仲諗緊幾時去返啅。…Read More
