今日同同事去左新開嘅紫荊閣飲茶過個happy Friday, 佢開喺間新酒店裡面,裝修簡單又幾舒服,可能新開啦,暫時唔算好多人知,所以未係好滿場。飲茶蝦餃燒賣叉燒包雞扎必食㗎啦!同事話燒賣好食噃,唔太肥,好有豬肉味。呢外三款就正常啦。全枱最吸晴嘅就係有粒星星好似龍珠咁嘅千層糕,記得以前細個喺敦煌酒樓食過,佢地執左之後就冇見過有得食了。個千層糕真係好厚身,食落去奶黃好香又唔會死甜,夾住漏油咸蛋黃同脆卜卜糖冬瓜,忍唔住要即刻叫多籠!另外重食左個柚子蜜蛋散,大大份都唔錯。重有,佢地d茶都幾好飲,比連鎖式嘅酒樓清香啲。我諗我會為左個千層糕再嚟食😎😎😎。…Read More

昨晚和親愛的K同事一起放工,因為天氣漸熱的關係,她提議到mamma mia吃雪糕來降降溫;身為雪糕迷的我當然舉腳贊成啦!來到雪糕櫃前,選擇是挺多的。一盤盤gelato上放了原材料作裝飾,令人一望而知是什麼口味。(可是,雪糕櫃也發出太大的噪音吧!是零件太舊嗎?)我選了山竹口味的。用山竹做成的雪糕倒是第一次見,我一向為山竹那種清甜脫俗的味道,做成gelato味道也不失真,不負果后之名。這很是令人一口接一口的,毫不覺膩。同事選了提子冧酒口味。口感滑溜,但略嫌酒味不夠濃,甜味大於一切。唔...還是另一大師的出品較得我們的心。而我們所選的窩夫筒也不錯,很香口的。吃雪糕還是用筒比用紙杯更開懷吧!…Read More

早前看到團購網推出了$108的海南雞五道菜晚餐(原價是$472),雖要正價加一,但仍貌似抵食,吃一餐無妨。使用團購券必須預先訂位,因此我們都不用等位,還安排了近窗的位置,能海景撈飯!一坐下待應便放下車厘茄小吃與茶,表明茶水每位$8。海南雞五道菜餐包括了, 湯兩客:肉骨茶或猴頭菇燉雞湯 我們兩款都要了。雞湯的味道很好,燉出來的湯有一股豐盈的味道,雞皮的膠質也出來了。而且喝得出沒加味精,真不錯!另外,肉骨茶有很濃的藥材味道(是當歸嗎?),不抗拒的人應該會喜歡。兩盅湯的份量亦算多,女孩們喝完可能半飽了! 主菜:海南雞半隻海南雞除雞翼部份都是去骨的,進食方便。海南雞雖說招牌,但真的沒驚喜。雞味和嫩滑都是一般,要依靠豉油膏增味。小食:醉轉彎或新加坡蘿惹或黑菜頭粿我們選了醉轉彎(即雞翼)。醉轉彎上灑了桂花,吃下了有隱約的桂花香。可惜個人認為味道不夠,多點鹹味或許會令雞味更出,現在只是無味雞翼加淡味桂花酒的結合。 時菜:上湯浸時蔬時蔬是娃娃菜,鮮甜味美。 主食:雞飯雞飯份量不少,每粒飯粒都被雞油及蔥蒜香包裹著,不錯吃!甜品:椰汁紫米露或班蘭香茅奶凍或桂花酒釀配脆香蕉除紫米露外兩樣都要了。班蘭香茅奶凍挺好吃,滑口有餘香。另脆香蕉只可說和朱古力醬較配。…Read More

今個農曆新年買了幾個年糕應節。甜糕選擇了龍皇酒家的椰汁桂花糕,皆因本人既愛桂花的清香,也為椰汁的香溫。有兩者合一的選擇最合心意哦!加上,始終是有名酒家;提著去男友家中作年夜飯甜品亦不覺失禮。說一下吃後感。這個糕是桂花椰汁層層相間的,賣相不錯,可惜我們切糕時太粗魯了,破壞了它的美感。味道方面是不錯的!吃得出是用好料做的。但是,原來桂花和椰汁不算太夾!濃香的椰汁味掩蓋了桂花香....因此,我都是一層一層分開食好了......…Read More

前陣子天氣驟降,即使在中午也想吃熱騰騰的東西來把胃暖一下。趁著和同事一起放半日假的日子,便到Mou Mou Club吃火鍋,一解寒意。午市的Mou Mou Club比晚市抵吃,連加一只需七十大元,牛肉有一碟,配料、汽水和雪糕都是任吃的。更適合食量較少的同事或愛好吃菜多於吃肉的我。湯底我們選了泡菜湯,因為上次試過海帶湯感到沒甚特別,好像只有丁點咸味而已;但泡菜湯不但有陣陣辣香,與年糕和烏冬都是絕配!我們叫了一個牛肉餐和一個豚肉餐,都是普通級的。始終一碟只有十來塊,吃吃算了,質素也不會差太遠。吃配料才是我們的"主菜"!配料選擇挺多;生菜、菠菜、娃娃菜夠新鮮,粟米飽滿清甜。另外金菇、蘿蔔都是靚貨色,讓人一夾再夾。我最愛吃Nou Mou Club的油揚,是日式的豆卜,盡吸泡菜滑的精華,好味道!雪糕是維記的,今次有朱古力、芝麻、雲尼拿和豆腐口味。豆腐是我的最愛,吃了三、四球呢!若午後有空,幾十元來涮一涮是一個不錯的選擇。…Read More

話說公司有同事榮升要職,開心事緊係要同大家分享,所以同事就請左我地食Carousel既餅。Carousel既餅出名靚靚,想試好耐架啦!可惜價錢唔平,小小打工仔真係唔係好捨得,難得有人請真係岩曬啦。我地一班同事大家齊齊share食件件都試下。首先就係藍梅芝士餅,芝士餅係實既,上面的藍梅醬酸酸地咁,有d解膩作用。但驚喜唔大,一般高級餅店級數。第二件係Opera,呢件好味道!朱古力味夠香濃,內裡有脆脆,唔會太單調。第三件係芒果慕絲,一般啦,芒果味唔算太出。反而做餅底塊曲奇餅硬硬地,充滿牛油味,又幾好食喎!另外,好似蜜瓜色既原來係綠茶慕絲。幾易入口,唔會苦澀,幾好味。其餘分別係士多啤莉,藍梅及類似玫瑰味慕絲;都唔錯呀!…Read More

喜歡星星克的咖啡,一來店子隨處可見,想喝就可以喝;二來常有新口味,適合喜歡嘗新的我。其中我比較常喝的是Lattle, Mocha 及 Green Tea Lattle。Lattle有奶中和咖啡的苦味,較易入口又不太甜。Mocha是當我是吃甜時的恩物,既有咖啡香,又有朱古力的甜美。喝凍時還可吃上層的cream呢!Green Tea Lattle 是當我感到熱氣時就會喝,始終沒有咖啡因。而為覺得熱的比凍的香濃有奶味。除了飲品外,我更愛星星克的麵包。始終上班買不切早餐,公司樓下的星星克就是我的早餐供應商。雞肉蘑菇批,料很足,大大個,很飽肚。拌上附送的茄醬,又不會大滯。批皮是酥皮,不是牛油皮,是我的最愛哦!芥末香腸卷,焗熱了,麵包軟熟,腸仔滲出肉香,加上點點芥末子,有點惹味,正!下次到星星克,不妨叫多個包包,一口咖啡,一口麵包,人生一樂事!…Read More

小妹係銅鑼灣工作都成年啦,平時食lunch都係自家叮叮飯盒,或者同同事出去食下平野咁,賺得唔多,點都要睇住荷包做人既。今日就唔同啦,老細話萬歲飲茶(可能因為接到大生意啦。),終於可以試下貴野龍皇啦。熾哥平時電視就見得多,食佢間酒樓都係第一次。我地一早book左位,十個人可以坐窗口位,本身海景應該好靚既,但又落雨....叫咩食就大粒野發板啦,我有得食就得架啦!哈哈!首先黎既係燒腩仔,一粒粒咁切到好似骰仔咁。好味呀,皮夠脆,肉夠嫩!唔錯!跟住有一般蝦餃燒賣咁,唔算太大驚喜啦,中上程度。另外有個石頭鍋上的生煎包,幾得意既,有埋d蔥係底,會香d。但係我係上海食過太好味的生煎包了,珠玉在前,龍皇既都唔算太吸引我。但平心而論,龍皇的生煎包比香港好多間酒樓好,其他既大部份都又硬又油又無汁。甜品就有驚喜啦!食菠蘿包食菠蘿,好得意呀,香甜好味。其他重有d炒粉麵飯,時茶咁,不太特別就唔講了。今餐都幾滿意,多謝老細!食定呢餐又要番公司做野啦...…Read More

之前同男朋友在上年聖誕節去過赤柱果間Wildfire食晚餐,印象很好,野食好味之餘,環境都好優美。而且我地都好鐘意食Pizza既,所以成日心思思想食多次。今個星期日我地去完銅鑼灣ikea,就去左世貿行下街。見到customer service果度有張wildfire既買一送一優惠券。正呀,就食呢間啦!但係又要八點後先用得,唯有再行多陣先。終於可以入座啦!環境都唔錯,唔算話好靜,但係都幾寬落既。我地叫左個水牛芝士pizza。(我係芝士狂熱黎架!!) 個批係薄既,又脆,所以兩個人share都唔會太滯。而且可以玩拉芝士絲!!哈哈!!另外就叫左個大蝦意粉,唔錯既,但個人比較鐘意pizza。食完主菜點都要食下甜品先完滿架嗎!我地叫多左個dessert set,都有幾多款可以選擇。我地就要了芝士蛋糕配車厘子、雲尼拿雪糕。芝士蛋糕係「實」果種,好香芝士味,加上車厘子正呀!(車厘子唔係藥水味果d黎架!)總括黎講呢餐真係幾抵!其實晚餐係銅鑼灣食一d都唔平,今餐我地兩個都係食左300幾蚊,又好味。…Read More
