This is my first time visiting here . I visited in Nov when the time we could still having dinner outside.Overall the dishes here are very special and delicious. You couldn’t easily find some of their dishes in other restaurants. It could tell that the chef designed his own dishes with special favour and sauce.First of all , they would serve a bowl of fried fish skin for each table. 


Compare to Chinese one , it is a bit spicy and very crispy. Since I love spicy , this bowl of fried fish skin made me nonstop having it . Star Snapper, Macadamia, Passion Fruit & Brown Butter Vinaigrette 



The star snapper is raw like sashimi and comes with special sauce and nuts . Honestly I could not tell what ingredients the sauce is but it does match the star snapper very well . I could tell that this is the best mixture to taste with this kind of fish . Glory Bay Salmon Crudo, Pique de Piña, Thai Chilli 



It is like fresh Salmon with a bit fruity and a bit chilli sauce in thai style . Personally I don’t feel much spicy but more on fruity .The sauce definitely makes overall taste even fresher. Clams, ‘Nduja Garlic Sourdough, Onion Soubise, Calabrian Chili 



Initially I didn’t have much expectation. In contrast, this surprised me because the sauce is super delicious . This should give credit to the sauce, just a bit ‘chilli’, but stronger garlic and onion taste . Overall the mixture is just perfect with calms.Lobster Bao, Maine lobster, Soy Brown Butter, Preserved Lemon 



(no separate photo for this Bao, but shared one together with the calms as shown in the above pic)This is one of signature dishes. If you want to have something special and delicious , you must try this .I have ever tried sth like this before so it is very special to me. The bread is a little bit sweet, serving with well cooked lobster and scallops and some sauce. This is freshly made and served so the bao is hot ! Overall it is amazing and fresh ! I will definitely order again next time . Dry Aged Tuna Steak, Bok Choy, Blood Orange Ponzulaise 

The tuna is well cook in the skin , but it is still like raw in the middle . The tuna is very fresh . However , personally I prefer toro tuna more than tuna steak .Fingerling Potato, Brown Butter, Roasted Garlic 


I love this side . Compare to others I ate in other places , this one is having more stronger taste in seasonings . That’s why I will definitely order again next time .Very full this time . I will definitely be back next time and try out more dishes !
