因小妹想食Pizza 加炸雞, 最初好習慣咁諗住叫 "Pizza 克", 但套餐無炸雞要散叫, 加加埋埋發現都唔平, 突然諗起呢間脆味批, 咁就一於試吓呢間啦。電話好快接通, 唔駛點等, 點餐時個姐姐又會提醒你要加錢既項目, 雖然唔係超有禮貌嗰種但語氣都好好。我接近12點打電話, 佢話要1點15分前送到, 其實我預咗要等一個鐘, 所以都ok, 結果佢係1點鐘送到。餐具得5隻义, 可以加多把刀畀我哋切pizza會好啲囉, 無提供膠手套。我要咗個大胃B餐 加 芝士蘑菇焗薯蓉。蘑菇忌廉湯 - 有啲似罐頭湯, 不過都幾香幾滑。Pizza - 我加$12要咗五十五十, 一邊世外桃源, 一邊千島海鮮。Pizza 涵料好豐富, 芝士份量亦好足夠, 勝過越唻越小涵料又無乜芝士既 "Pizza 克"。炸雞 - 炸雞好大件, 而且係我鍾意既脆皮炸雞, 外皮夠脆之餘, 雞肉仲好滑同有汁, 4個女士一致認為好食過 "上校伯伯" 啲炸雞, 但我個人認為有小小炸過火, 顏色黑咗啲, 而且調味方面做得未夠, 淡咗啲, 要點啲茄汁會好味啲。吉列海鮮籃 - 黃金炸蝦卷用既係細細條玻璃蝦, 完全無蝦味, bad。炸蟹鉗內只有魚肉, 一啲蟹肉都無, bad bad。我無食到炸蠔, 但眼見無乜蠔肉······。雖然我對呢個海鮮籃無咩期望, 但都依然失望, 絕無下次。芝士蘑菇焗薯蓉 - 已經太飽, 我無食到。…Read More

早幾日係openrice見到呢間新店,咁啱今日係附近要買lunch返屋企食,咁就諗住試新野兼支持小店。我買咗田園熱狗(小醬),加$10要咗薯格(本來係薯條,但無貨,用薯格代替) 和烤菠蘿。因為返到屋企已經係20分鐘後既事,所以啲食物已經放涼咗(預咗)。田園熱狗有3款蔬菜,份量都幾足,而且蔬菜好新鮮,好好味。但小妹幾怕生洋蔥既辣味,食到中段就開始揀走的洋蔥,下次要叫走洋蔥薯格預早炸好,到有柯打時再翻炸,所以我覺得有啲熱氣 (小妹一向食得清淡)。烤菠蘿只係烤咗一陣,可能佢怕我等得耐掛,但食嗰陣又凍返,所以食落和普通罐頭菠蘿無異。我之前試過係烤肉店食烤菠蘿,個㕑師會落小小醬去烤,又烤到啲菠蘿微焦,超好味,故今次既所謂烤菠蘿令我有點失望。不過食完薯格之後食啲菠蘿唻fresh吓口腔都OK既。整體而言,$35就有咁多野食係好抵食,而且用料新鮮之餘都有一定水準,店員又好主動招呼,會再幫襯。…Read More

因為有coupon又想食薯餅加順路, 今日去KFC買咗個芝士雞肉粒牛角包餐送薯餅。因為趕時間, 所以買外賣兼邊行邊食。首先襯熱食個薯餅先, 個薯餅好明顯炸過頭, 再炸就會燶咁款, 原本已經只有5mm厚, 白色薯肉部份只剩下2mm左右, 如果你係盲目地喜愛香脆口感, 咁就好啱你口味, 但我覺得脆與淋之間得唔到平衡, 而且好多油, 唔好食。跟住到個包, 第一啖可能食到比較多芝士, 芝士味幾出, 而之後都只係食到芝士同沙律醬, 雞肉只有三數粒, 就算食到雞粒都食唔到雞味, 好失敗!飲品要咗蜂蜜綠茶, 蜂蜜同綠茶既味幾平衡, 無話其中一方搶走對方既味, 算幾好飲。起碼係奶茶咖啡之中多一個選擇。其實$23買個咁細既包加飲品都有少少貴, 我見有coupon送薯餅先買, 但下次就算有coupon都要諗真啲值唔值得買。…Read More

因為好耐無飲茶, 所以特意約哥哥一家三口加媽媽唻飲茶。我是第一次唻翠園, 上網睇食評話ok, 單以食物味道計都ok, 但以環境, 食物及服務等綜合計, 我就無興趣再唻。環境 - 裝修係幾靚, 但啲枱放得真係好迫, 要同鄰枱既櫈櫈貼櫈, 半吋空間都無。服務 - 當我哋揾待應做野, 佢哋既態度同服務都無問題, 但佢哋唔會主動幫你加水同清走啲碟, 要我哋舉手揾人幫忙。食物 - 味道只可以講係不過不失, 無一款食物令我覺得出色。反而食物選擇方面我唔喜歡。呢度原來主打新式/創意點心, 但唔少係煎炸食物, 唔啱我, 而傳統點心只保留少量, 牛百葉, 咖哩魷魚, 金錢肚呢啲無供應不特止, 就連雞紮咁大路既都無, 搞到我同姪女兩個攞住張點心紙, 好似好多選擇但無野啱食, 食唔到想食既, 失望!鮑汁鳳爪 - 幾十蚊得五隻, 炆到只係剛剛變淋, 可以再炆淋啲。 鮑汁味道ok但唔夠入味。馬拉糕 - 鬆軟, 不過不失。炸雲吞 - 脆囉, 呢味好難會出事。叉燒腸 - 腸粉厚薄適中。煎馬蹄糕 - 煎得都幾香, 馬蹄糕唔會太甜。珍珠雞 - 一籠有三小件, 每件都係好完整既長方體, 唔駛夾開都清楚見到上下兩層糯米夾住中間一層餡, 好明顯係機製。雖然誠意欠奉, 但襯熱食, 糯米依然軟軟的便好好食。椒鹽九肚魚 - 呢味九肚魚係我食過最難食既九肚魚。首先九肚魚應該係圓嘟嘟, 個肚脹卜卜的, 但呢碟九肚魚係薄片狀, 我懷疑佢將條魚片開, 一開二。其次就係肉太少顯得個炸粉厚, 我只係食到炸粉, 食唔到魚肉。最後就係華鹽太鹹, 連食得鹹既哥哥都話鹹。重要十件都無就收四十幾蚊, 唔值。其他食物例如燒賣, 蓮藕餅, 棉花雞等等我無食, 我便不點評了。…Read More

呢晚和中學同學聚會,選址茶記,知道之後不禁滴汗,因為呢間餐廳係我公司附近,旱幾年係西餐廳,水準都ok,久不久都會去食lunch,後來改賣東南亞菜式,味道差咗但都算尚可,不過行遠少少就可以平啲食到同款食品,所以都好少去食。兩年前左右改做茶記,茶餐廳食品但西餐廳裝修,價錢比一般茶餐廳貴一至兩成,如果好味道的話都唔計較,但食過一兩次之後就無去,因為味道都係茶餐廳水準,咁做咩要畀貴啲呢?見朋友選咗呢間餐廳,曾經諗過提議改地點,但後來諗深一層,意見多多既話會好難為個搞手,小妹曾受此苦,所以唔想咁對人,決定畀多次機會茶記。我哋約7點,但我同另一個朋友好早去到,6點半已經攞位,坐咗半個鐘其他人先到齊,待應都無催我哋落單,呢點幾好。(不過呢日星期一無咩客,都無坐滿)小妹點咗個鴛鴦扒餐,即係雞扒加豬扒,跟個湯同飲品。我要咗中式湯,今晚係蕃茄薯仔湯,味道都算濃,合格。跟住個鐵板唻到,待應提議幫我哋倒咗汁先上枱,都好,唔使搞到成面油煙。但係我個雞扒好鹹,豬扒又太乾,雖然個鐵板餐只係賣$58,唔可以要求太高,但……係咪可以好食啲?我已經避開食成本價較高既牛扒架啦。講返轉頭,個餐跟飯、意粉或薯條,我諗住實食唔曬所以要咗薯菜,諗住畀同場既小妹妹,而我見朋友仔既意粉份量都唔算少,上面重有少少香草碎,這就是佢哋跟一般茶餐廳的分別嗎?!飲品方面,凍飲加$3,特飲加$5,我要咗最貴嗰款特飲-- 涼粉紅荳冰。涼粉同紅荳既味道都正常,份量亦合埋,有3茶匙紅荳左右,不過個奶就淡咗啲,基本上係無奶味。如果要再認真啲同佢計,紅荳應該要煲到起沙,冰要用碎冰而唔係冰粒,但……今時今日只有少量傳統冰室才會堅持這種做法吧!…Read More

早前團購了晚市燒烤任食,團購價$148,連加一$48及星期六附加費$20,總數要$216,雖然要限時2小時,但見食評唔錯就試試啦,但訂位時才知團購無任飲,要任飲需每位另加$20,咁睇真啲團購既菜單又無寫有飲品,既然買咗都無計啦,係自己睇得唔夠小心。我哋訂咗6:00至8:00時段,因為我哋早到咗15分鐘咁多,店方又畀我哋入座先,都算幾有人情味。我哋一開始已經點咗唔少食物,雖然當時計埋我哋只有2枱客,但啲食物都唔係一次過上曬,唔知係咪店方有意分開上,唔使搞到張枱放唔曬呢?首先上枱既係刺身、前菜同天婦羅,以任食唻講刺身既質素唔錯,size唔算大但都唔會細細件,正常size。前菜叫咗枝豆同辣味螺肉,ok好味。天婦羅就好多油,幸好只係叫咗兩款試吓啫。跟住係一口牛、牛舌、羊架等肉類燒烤食品,因為我食量少,只係食咗其中幾款:一口牛 - 係切到細細粒,但我又唔覺有咩問題喎,反而咁樣唔會燒到外面過熟而裏面未熟,而啲牛肉都有牛味,食落淋淋哋,唔錯。帆立貝 - 雪藏食品但又無咩調味,淡淡哋咁。三文魚骨 - 舊骨好肥,返而我哋將啲三文魚刺身燒熟唻食重好味。多春魚 - size有大有細,都ok啦。虎蝦 - 可能我哋燒耐咗,熟得濟,有啲"鞋"。澳洲大蝦 - 呢個燒既時間啱啱好,所以肉質keep住唔"鞋",而且我真係食到有蝦味,幾好食。雞翼 - 店方將雞翼剪開咗,方便食但唔係幾方便燒,因為有啲剪到好似三角形,骨頭又彎彎哋唔係好貼到燒烤板,所以有兩支表面燒到好熟,但原來裏面未熟。甜品方面我哋全部試曬,菜單上有款叫特式甜品,我諗係每日不同款式,這晚是芒果底西米露,但芒果底的味道麻麻哋,而且上枱時只有小小凍。意大利芝士蛋糕 - 唔係話佢難食,但芝士味比較淡。雪糕 - 抺茶味好深綠色,抺茶味亦算適中,但要食咗呢款先好食芝麻味,因為芝麻味的味道更濃,食咗芝麻味先食抺茶味會覺得抺茶味唔夠味,但論香滑,我覺得抺茶味香滑啲。雪米糍 - 荔枝味既雪米糍,外皮既顏色同味道真係好似荔枝,好味又得意。…Read More

平日媽媽去街唔煮飯,我同老嗲就會唻呢度食午餐,只因老嗲鍾意食魚,我哋可以叫個餐加一條秋刀魚,已經夠我哋兩個細食人士做午餐,所以我十次唻呢度,差不多有九次都會食秋刀魚。最初呢間餐廳都OK架,平平哋$30左右有個日式餐,味道都不過不失既,但近呢兩年開始唔掂,牛肉只有肥膏,菜又有怪味,食物選擇越來越小,但附近既餐廳食得多都會悶,所以偶然間都會幫襯下既。今日我又同老嗲唻食飯,叫咗以下食品。芝士白汁吞拿魚焗飯吉列生蠔鹽燒秋刀魚三文魚壽司蟹子沙律壽司首先上枱既係吉列生蠔,吉列皮好脆,但蠔仔細細,唔係好食到蠔肉,但所有平價日式餐廳都係呢種貨色,so都可以收貨既。之後係芝士白汁吞拿魚焗飯,白汁好多,但芝士同吞拿魚都少得可憐,我覺得自己食緊白汁撈飯。 三文魚壽司同蟹子沙律壽司都係即叫即製,我只係食咗蟹子沙律壽司,ok架!最後係今日既重點評論內容 -- 燒焦秋刀魚,無錯,唔係鹽燒秋刀魚,係燒焦秋刀魚。有幾黑?有相為證。我哋食咗咁多次都未試過咁黑,平時有小小黑黑哋我哋都接受,好明白燒物好難無小小燒黑既,但今次實在太過份,成條魚都係黑既,我就叫個待應幫我換啦!佢攞咗碟魚去厨房行咗個圈,就攞返唻話:「厨師話條條魚都係咁。」 跟住我就叫個經理唻,同佢講:「我係度食咗好多次秋刀魚,今次呢條真係太濃,我想換過碟無咁濃。」佢又攞咗碟魚去厨房行咗個圈,又攞返唻話:「厨師話咁樣係正常,再燒過都係咁。」  濃到黑曬都係正常?我同佢講:「我差不多次次唻都食秋刀魚,之前嗰啲都唔係咁黑,如果你話咁樣叫正常,即係叫我以後都唔好唻食秋刀魚。」個經理只係重覆多次話:「但厨師話咁樣係正常,無得換過畀你喎!」Fine,你話無得換,咁咪唔換攞,唔想為咗小小錢同你係度多說話,但連平時唔會出聲既老嗲都忍唔住加一句:「算,你唔換就放低,我哋以後都唔會再唻食架啦!」 啲魚肉已經燒到又乾又硬,勉為其難食啲食得落既,都只係食到四分三左右。其實我明白你收費唔貴係唔可以要求5星水準,我可以接受你用次等食材、只提供基本的服務,味道一般,但一定要有食得入口既食物,既然一時失準燒焦咗,換過碟我都唔計較,但客人對食物有不滿都唔正視問題同修正,咁你叫客人點再畀機會你?枉你收銀位上面掛住句:「得客人得天下」既橫聯。…Read More

一向都喜歡吃齋燒鵝,但一向食開的華園都比較硬,而且用了很多調味料,所以都不敢吃太多。今天經過么鳳,心思思便想買一包唻食,睇吓啱唔啱口味。其實齋燒鵝同齋雞粒都係用麵根整,咁兩者有咩分別呢,店員話齋燒鵝會濃味啲,齋雞味無咁濃味。咁我就試下齋雞粒啦,但原來齋雞粒都有分硬同軟,咁我當然試下軟架啦。我又幾喜歡吃燒魚柳,我見賣相都唔錯,好似好軟咁,所以又買一包試吓。齋雞粒($25/半磅)味道唔會太濃又真係軟軟地但又有咬勁,好食過華園既齋燒鵝,但真係要新鮮食,開咗一日之後已經黏咗啲。燒魚柳($36/半磅)同樣係好軟,但調味重咗啲,對我唻講食一兩條已經想收口。基本上么鳳既售價唔係貴,但只有包裝好既半磅裝,想買細包啲都唔得,但呢啲始終係啲唔健康小食,所以都係一年食一兩次好咧。…Read More

同事見到Openrice有coupon,又話食過呢度既自助午餐都幾好食,所以就約埋呢日收工後一齊食自助下午茶。雖然收工前食咗小小生果打底,不過我兩點幾已經開始肚餓,所以一去到就好心急攞野食。但Round 1 都係沙律、冷盤同壽司為主。壽司唔算好鮮味,但都算新鮮,合格。青蘋果沙律有小小酸,但都食得落,當係開胃菜啦!壽司唔會雪都好凍好實,ok!第二Round去熟食區行咗個圈,但唔係好多野啱我食。小妹喜歡食雞軟骨,所以覺得好食。豬肋骨既汁ok好味,但唔入味,所以食一件夠咧!坐咗一陣,侍應送上每人一碗既燕窩楊枝甘露。都幾大碗,我明知自己會食唔曬,所以無倒啲燕窩落去,留返係湯匙,加楊枝甘露唻食。呢個時候有小小飽飽哋,去咗倒杯熱檸茶飲吓。路經甜品區,順手攞咗杯燕窩雙皮奶。雖然燕窩係淡而無味,但個雙皮奶好好味呀!小休一會再戰Round 3。食埋之後真係好飽,要收手啦,去食甜品啦!我哋一直都見唔到網頁上面既燕窩雞粥,回程時經過熟食區見到有人攞住碗粥,先發現原來有個粥檔係串燒檔旁邊。但我哋已經飽咗七成,所以只係攞一碗大家分唻食,基於啲燕窩已經溶入咗啲粥度,所以都唔係好覺得食到啲燕窩,而啲雞肉又唔係咁好味,所以呢碗粥唔食都無損失。攞粥既時候見到啲雞翼剛剛燒好,所以攞咗串唻試吓。同豬肋骨一樣,調味料既味道ok,但因為無腌過,所以唔入味。甜品方面我試咗小小,但個tiramisu有酒浸過啲手指餅,我只係食咗小小就有啲上腦,暈暈哋,要坐一陣先舒服返啲,但已經差不多夠鐘,我又見自己唔係咁舒服,唔敢食雪糕。雖然係食到好飽好飽,但走既時候若有所失。食物味道大約在普通至中上,但以下午茶唻講呢度真係好多款食品,而且會不停補給,打咗八折後二百蚊有找真係幾抵食。…Read More

5月初新開張的時候見到門口人山人海已經想試,但又唔想花時間等,到今晚揾食見到不用等位,所以今日會一會呢個生煎包,睇吓係咪如食評中咁好食。我去到時已有半盤煎好既放咗係度,所以一坐低就有得食。雖然無即叫即煎既咁熱,但還是依然熱的。我之前食過既生煎包,係一個包既size,但呢度只係比雲吞大小小,屬於精緻版。個底煎得香脆係生煎包既特色,呢度做得到。咬開之後,個皮係好薄,但底部太厚。包入面有好多湯汁,我特登倒出唻睇吓有幾多,都有一個半湯匙咁多架。餡料方面,只有豬肉,似乎單一咗啲,而且啲肉唔係打成肉醬,而係打成肉蓉,毫無咬勁。開頭都覺得個包幾香脆都ok,但食咗二個之後開始頂唔順,因為個餡真係唔係好得,我只係食到白芝麻既香同湯汁既咸味,完全食唔到肉味。我再點小小醋唻食,先至覺得有返啲味道。唔知係咪因為有期望,所以對佢要求高啦,我覺得普普通通啦。…Read More

chris3217 首先咩叫正宗上海生煎包?其實係冇一定既整法 只要係一個上海人 佢家鄉係咁樣整 咁果個就係正宗 但上海咁大 有咁多人 整法自然都有好多種 所以雖說正宗 但其實製法都有好多種 另外個廚房師父係上海人

N年前曾幫襯過一次,因為食一碗拉麵都要$4X~$5X,而小妹當時人工底,一般都係食$30有找既午餐,所以覺得太貴而無再幫襯,今時今日雖不至於人工三級跳,但偶然食餐豪既都可以,加上依家坐得舒服啲既都收你$4X,反正有人畀咗張Coupon畀我,咁就今日約埋同事去試食。我預算佢依家一碗拉麵都要$70左右,去到睇下個餐牌,真係無估錯,但意料之外既係佢有午餐,$48起,比預期中便宜了一點。但所謂午餐,只是午市做特價,比散叫便宜$30左右,拉麵款都只是一碗拉麵,要飲品需加$1跟細支裝汽水或加$12跟果汁或波子汽水。我們叫了以下食品:我的是豚肉生薑燒定食,味道ok但稍為酸了一點。我問過同事啲拉麵如何,佢話啲拉麵質素唔錯,湯底濃但唔會過咸。相比我哋經常幫襯既日式餐廳 ,呢間係好味一啲 (因為嗰間啲野食越唻越唔掂),但計埋加一後,呢間又真係貴少少 (貴$5~$10),所以我諗我會再唻但唔會太經常唻。…Read More

收工後係呢邊揾食,跟住去做facial。路經呢間餐廳,係門外見到個粉麵套餐幾抵食,$2x有個兩餸麵跟飲品,睇清楚無註明時限,我先至入去,點知落單時又話晚市無呢個餐,咁就惟有叫飯餐啦,枉我重本來唔想食得太飽添。攞住張餐牌左睇右睇,諗咗好耐都未落單,但店員都無黑面重話唔緊要,慢慢諗,搞到我都有啲唔好意思。最後叫咗個咕嚕肉飯。例湯先上,因為一般例湯都係微熱,所以無吹凍就咁飲,結果就出事咧。原來呢度啲例湯好似剛剛煲好咁熱,搞到辣襯個咀添。話說回來,個例湯雖然係普通飯碗大小,但好足料,正!坐多陣個咕嚕肉都上枱,即叫即煮所以好香脆,酸甜度適中,炸皮又唔會太厚,配料又夠分量,惟一美中不足是用咗螢光色素調色。因為還有很多時間才到做facial時間,我食完個飯之後再玩咗陣電話先飲埋個湯,佢哋都無收曬我啲野唻吹我走。其間有幾個女人唻食飯,坐底遲遲諗唔到叫咩食,不時問個好似老細既人物呢款菜有咩餸,點樣煮架咁好多問題,個老細都好有耐性笑住解答。我諗因為身為老細既都咁好品,下面既即使無熱情招呼都唔會黑面,幾好!…Read More

星期六約咗朋友係旺角食飯,我1:45pm去到,只有三四枱客,我坐底無耐,朋友仔就到咗。朋友一號要了豬骨湯海鮮烏東朋友二號要了木魚湯薄切豚肉烏東小妹要了木魚湯厚切豚肉烏東豬骨湯海鮮烏東與豚肉鳥東的價錢只相差幾蚊,但餸菜卻多很多,算是值回票價,但所謂豬骨湯底卻很淡,莫說與正宗的日本豬骨湯底比較是無得比,就連一般香港日式拉麵店的豬骨湯底都能勝它一籌。是為了迎合一眾想食又怕肥的香港女士?點餐前在好奇何謂薄切豚肉,何謂厚切豚肉呢?我們估計薄切是好像肥牛般切到超薄,而厚切就是一般日式义燒吧!薄切果然是切到超薄的豚肉片,但所謂厚切,竟是一粒粒五花腩……。雖無被騙的感覺,但三人同時無奈苦笑。雖然和想像有出入,但從好嗰方面諗,一粒粒上容易啲咬走啲肥膏 。因為調味後才煮,所以啲五花腩清淡得唻都有啲味,但份量就唔係咁多,得四、五粒左右。食後感:用石鍋裝住啲野食,啲食物真係夠曬熱。烏東夠彈牙但要$50碗出面有好多選擇。食物味道偏向清淡,唔算難食但亦只屬一般。可以再去但唔會特登再去。…Read More
