西環一向都係一啲文青慢活小區,最近見到好多人推介Yeon Nam Dong,一於去試吓,餐廳空間闊落,裝修新式帶有半露天區域,非常chill今次同老婆就叫咗生牛肉他他,芝士泡菜煎餅及豬腩肉BBQ,生牛肉他他比起坊間份量都多,差唔多可以等於出邊嘅兩倍份量好像韓式醬汁造成清新而帶有牛肉香味,上面仲配上生鵪鶉蛋拌上嗎牛肉濃香帶有蛋香。芝士泡菜煎餅,煎得非常香脆,芝士原來床喺泡菜煎餅入邊,海量芝士做出拉絲,可以減低泡菜嘅辣味,亦增添層次。燒豬腩肉上堂嘅時候已經切好配上蔬菜及其他醬汁,清新而減低油膩感,韓國人食法,亦會將泡菜煎燶嘅牌生菜包入邊食。最後我哋仲叫咗個Tiramisu,,好彩我哋只叫做一個,一個人根本食唔晒。非常推薦大家去開西環嘅時候試吓。…Read More

想食鐵板燒,於是問吓朋友有咩推薦,介紹咗銅鑼灣既瀧宴鐵板燒,於是去試吓餐廳位置Sugar 26樓,可以一覽無遺海景。一嚟先上前菜係南非鮑魚配大根,用上自家製醬汁,鮑魚非常鮮嫩亦非常入味。之後就到刺身包括咗八爪魚,真鯛,深海池魚,八爪魚爽脆,真鯛及深海池魚亦非常鮮甜。之後就上咗拖羅最中餅及蟹肉茶碗蒸,酒精非常滑溜,配上蟹肉鮮甜無比。最期待既鐵板燒終於上場澳洲野生龍蝦,龍蝦啱啱喺魚缸撈上嚟就放上啲鐵板燒非常新鮮,龍蝦用上龍蝦膏做成醬汁分外惹味。鐵板宮崎和牛油香十足,入口即溶,配上蒜片一下已經食晒。最後就係鐵板炒飯,用上煙肉蔥花炒,非常乾淨鐵板炒飯比起用鑊炒嘅飯更加有鑊氣。炒菜亦不能錯過自家製醬汁,更加將蔬菜嘅甜味發揮出嚟。餐廳亦非常好,可以自帶酒水雖然要開瓶費,但可以飲到自己喜歡嘅清酒搭配上鐵板燒第一個滿足嘅晚餐。…Read More
