好有人情味嘅好味小店

經過小店好幾次, 今晚難得搵到機會試下, 小店主要做外賣, 但有吧檯位置供堂食, 入內坐低已經聽到老闆一家同一檯熟客傾得好開心, 後來問收鋪時間先知原本應該收左鋪, 但有熟客嚟到幫襯所以先未收, 我第一次幫襯唔係熟客, 都無話因為趕收工唔做我生意, 呢點值得一讚!今晚點了脆炸招牌雞排飯, 難得嘅係配上咗黑木耳同涼拌青瓜兩款配菜, 自家製好開胃, 炸雞扒香脆, 聽老闆娘建議沾蜜糖芥末醬食, 好好味, 唯一係個照燒汁個人認為甜咗少少...如果咸返少少就Perfect喇!老闆一家真係好熱情, 挽回返我對小店出品嘅信心, 臨走時仲見到佢有客嚟食意粉, 眼見賣相唔錯, 下次會再嚟試btw, 小店真係主力外賣, 堂食會貴2蚊, 不過可以感受到一間有熱誠經營食店嘅招待, 我覺得抵嘅!…Read More

女人無論心情好唔好都鐘意食甜品,把口講住要減肥,但經過甜品鋪都好難抵受得住誘惑。平時我好忍得...但今晚真係忍唔住喇!呢間雞蛋仔夾餅專門店Modos有賣現時流行嘅梳乎厘班戟,小店提供原味($28)、Valrhona朱古力($30)同宇治抹茶味($30),配蜜糖醬或朱古力醬,另外仲可以另外加錢選配流心餡料包括: 草莓朱古力($8)、金莎朱古力($8)、綿花糖($8)、朱古力綿花糖($10)、 草莓朱古力綿花糖($10)及辣味朱古力($10)。由於第一次幫襯想先試最正常唔會出事嘅組合(其實係我貪心),選擇了原味班戟配蜜糖醬加金莎朱古力流心餡($36),一次過品嚐原味、蜜糖及朱古力的味道。落單後店員說製作需時約15分鐘,的確準時15分鐘就有得食,由於小店只做外賣,眼見好多客人買完就直接企喺店外街上食,我想慢慢品嘗,唯有極速將班戟帶回家。打開膠袋已經傳嚟陣陣嘅蜜糖醬香味,先試淨原味班戟,口感鬆軟,出奇地唔係太甜...可以話基本係靠班戟面頭上嘅蜜糖醬同少量糖霜帶出甜味。再連埋金莎朱古力流心餡一齊試...金莎朱古力由細食到大,熱食係第一次,連埋金莎嘅甜味呢份班戟即時加分,同埋因為流心餡包括埋金莎嘅榛果碎,比單純熱朱古力醬多咗脆脆嘅味覺享受,呢個組合果然唔會出事,甜度對我嚟講係剛剛好,如果想再甜D,可能選擇Valrhona朱古力會更好。…Read More

噚晚嘅氣溫低過10度, 不過再凍, 工仍然要返, 生活仍然要過, 所以決定對自己好D, 今晚去漁民麵館食花膠大餐!漁民麵館喺元朗廣場巴士總站附近, 位置唔難揾, 小店內裡格局唔錯, 坐位多, 但檯唔會排得太密太迫, 坐得舒適, 樓面姐姐們有禮貌有笑容, 第一印象唔錯! 餐牌只有一張分底面兩頁, 一面是碗仔翅、粉麵及燉品類, 另一面是小食類及飲品類, 今次嚟嘅目的係花膠, 所以一次過叫咗花膠蠔汁撈麵($48)及花膠紅棗燉奶($55)。花膠蠔汁撈麵先上, 花膠份量認真唔算少, 連同伴碟嘅冬菇都炆得入味, 蠔汁唔會過咸, 撈麵可選擇幼麵或粗麵, 今次嘗試了粗麵, 粗麵掛滿蠔汁, 回味無窮! 呢個撈麵CP值真係極高!接住上花膠紅棗燉奶, 盅內嘅花膠份量同樣多, 加入少量紅棗及薑片, 燉奶味道清甜帶有輕微薑辣味, 喺咁凍嘅天氣下可以好好食個咁滋潤嘅燉品, 算係忙碌生活中一點小安慰。題外話, 樓面姐姐貼心安排, 喺我差唔多食完撈麵先上燉奶, 本身如果淨叫燉奶其實係唔駛等咁耐, 不過我想食完咸先再甜, 多謝樓面姐姐肯遷就我。下次再嚟時會試湯麵同其他燉品!…Read More

老實講, 我好懶寫食評, 但真係有生以來第一次遭受到咁嘅對待, 我真係不吐不快。事緣下午12點半出外食lunch喺中環一帶搵食, 見到呢間"雅婷廚房" 望下個午餐menu都啱食, 價錢ok, 咁諗住試下啦!一坐底有位女員工已經催我落單, 咁午餐基本得幾款唔難諗嘅, 咪即刻落單囉!等咗5分鐘左右就有得食, 老實講, 論味道, 唔差, 當然未到好好味, 計埋地區價錢叫合格有餘啦!嗰時我心諗"幾好吖, 以後多個選擇食Lunch喇", 點知喺大約15分鐘, 我仲食緊未食完, 嗰位女員工就走嚟同我講"唔好意思, 我地好多人等緊位", 講完就行開咗, 咁即係點呀?可能因為我有部電話擺喺檯面睇緊片, 但8成香港人食飯都會邊食邊睇電話㗎啦?老實講, 如果我已經食完, 坐喺度淨係望住個電話, 我都還可以理解你同講出面好多人等位, 叫我唔好阻住你做生意, 但問題係, 我由坐底, 落單, 到開始食, 成個過程連25分鐘都未有, 你叫我走? 老實講係人都知中環食飯如打仗, 我都好少會阻人, 正常食完都會走, 我幫襯過中環不論大細不論平貴嘅餐廳都未試過咁樣俾人趕走, 臨埋單都有表達過我嘅不滿, 但女員工都只係一句好隨意嘅"唔好意思", 仲要唔係望住我講嘅!你忙, 我理解, lunch hour時間想做多幾單生意, 我明白。 但你嘅生意係嚟自客人, 我唔係要求$45一餐要有貴賓式招呼,只係要求要有基本嘅尊重, 你唔覺得自己有問題, 唔緊要, 我都唔會貼錢買難受! 呢間餐廳, 我會永久Black list!…Read More

腸粉多醬~唔該!

從小時侯幫襯木頭車小販,到現在幫襯小食店,腸粉一向都是我的心頭好小食之一。是日工作多得要命,放工後實在累得沒辦法支撐到回家煮飯,忽然想起很久沒吃過的腸粉。既然時間尚早,就早幾個地鐵站喺油麻地落車,到久違嘅通達食店解餓吧!小店位置位於地鐵站出口,實在非常方便,還未正式踏出地鐵站,離遠已傳來辣魚蛋的香味,門口擠滿了買小食外賣的客人,我就快快入內搵位坐,如果人數不足以坐滿一張檯,都要有心理準備鐵定要搭檯,不過好多時都唔需要等位。環境頗擠迫,但都尚算衛生。小店的食物選擇種類繁多,有車仔麵﹑油渣麵﹑普通麵餐如豬扒麵雲吞麵﹑粢飯糯米飯,早市還有粥餐提供,而想吃小食的亦有燒賣魚蛋﹑煎豆腐﹑碗仔翅等等。說回主角腸粉,腸粉本身的質素不過不失,但我很喜歡小店所提供的醬料,每次落單我也一定要求「多醬」,因為醬油不會過鹹,甜醬不會過杰亦不會過稀,味道也不像一些劣質的甜醬有酸味,加上麻醬及芝麻就是最好的醬料組合了!…Read More

一個愉快的點心之夜~

近年出現了很多林林總總的點心專門店,實在是方便了不少點心迷例如我,有時心血來潮一個人也可以來個「一盅兩件」,嘆一杯中國茶。而近半年最得我歡心的點心店,就是位於太子的點喜來。男友在太子附近返工,晚上待他放工後我們倆小口一起踏進點喜來的門口,店子分兩層,地下我相信主力是接外賣,堂食則要上一層,侍應安排我們坐一張四人檯,我最喜歡此店的檯櫈擺放不算擠迫,感覺坐得蠻舒適的,耳邊傳來雀鳥叫聲的音樂,抬頭一看窗邊掛著一盞盞鳥籠造形的吊燈,小店營造的氣氛是值得一讚的!雖知道很多點心店都是「食物出色,環境擠迫」,再好吃的食物也不能好好享受,實在是違反了一盅兩件「嘆」的原意呀!坐下沒多久就開始點菜,男友的胃不太舒服,不宜多吃,所以今晚只點了以下四款點心;首先上檯的是潮州粉果,粉果皮不會太厚,晶瑩剔透,包得滿滿的餡料很入味、爽口,連本身不太喜歡粉果的男友也讚了兩句。接著出場的是蜜汁叉燒腸粉,今次的腸粉皮拉得不太夠薄,所以口感差了一點點,幸好叉燒餡料份量十足,而且他們的甜豉油味道不錯,彌補了腸粉皮的遺憾,希望下次再點的時候會好一點。最後鮮竹牛肉和瑤柱蒸蘿蔔糕一起上檯,鮮竹牛肉的味道保持水準,咬下去不會太乾,有肉汁,腐竹沒有澀味,應該是新鮮貨,如果份量再多一點會更好,而瑤柱蒸蘿蔔糕則是第一次點,小碗的蒸蘿蔔糕放在竹籠上,隨碟奉上甜豉油,夾起一小塊,還看得粗粗的蘿蔔絲,入口也嘗到蘿蔔獨有的清甜,我吃了一半才開始點甜豉油,先清後濃,感覺不錯。所有點心上檯時都是熱辣辣,相信是即叫即蒸的,店員的服務也殷勤有禮。點心價格合理,四款點心合共64元。今晚跟男友在雀鳥歌聲下說說笑笑,加上美味的食物,我「嘆」了一個很快樂的晚上呢!此店雖然不是摘星食肆,也不是以創意點心作招來,但小店不論在服務、環境和食物也令客人感受到充足的誠意,我絕對會再光顧的!…Read More

沒想到是服務帶來了驚喜~

受老闆所託,復活節假期途中也要充當送貨員到佐敦取貨,難得自己一個人去到佐敦,就順道拜訪一下久違了的澳洲牛奶公司吧!黃昏六時多來到澳牛的門外,雖然是公眾假期,但可能還未到晚飯時間吧?不用等位,餐廳內也不是滿座,不過由於我只有一個人,所以仍然需要搭檯。快速地點了快餐~不用兩分鐘就全部送到檯面(這種速度真是叫人又愛又恨呢!)今天最令我感到驚喜的是,由於我是搭檯,旁邊都有其他客人坐,而我的手袋及幫公司取的貨品(一個大紙袋)實在不想放在地上,所以我就把手袋和紙袋放在膝蓋上抱在前面,吃東西時會有點被擋住不太方便,但也在可以接受的範圍內喇!(應該說,去澳牛前已經做好心理準備了)但有一名細心的伙計留意到,主動跟我說搬一張摺凳來給我放東西,雖然這只是一件小事,但沒想到在一間出名服務麻麻的餐廳得到細心的服務,真的讓人很驚喜呢~食物方面倒是沒什麼驚喜喇,因為澳牛仍然保持著一貫水準,快餐炒蛋非常滑,加上火腿,配上塗滿牛油的厚多士一起吃,除了「好味」以外,真的找不到別的形容詞了!最開心的是多士有兩塊,而蛋的份量足夠分開鋪滿兩塊多士,感覺上好似吃了兩份三文治似的~叉燒湯通粉,一向很喜歡他的金寶湯湯底,平常吃茶餐廳的麵餐是絕對不會喝湯底的,唯獨澳牛例外。通粉是沒有坑紋的那種,口感較軟滑,配上湯一起吃,一流!最後是奶茶~味道合格有餘,可能是食物較為出色,飲品比較之下就顯得平凡了。(但仍然是不錯以上的水平呢)有去過澳牛的朋友也會很明白,澳牛的伙計是非常講究效率,很多時也會帶給人一種沒禮貌的感覺。但這種服務態度是沒有針對性質,習慣了後我又不覺得有很大的問題,而且伙計們其實也有細心的一面,希望大家留意好吃的食物之餘,也能欣賞一下澳牛的高效率吧!…Read More
