菜單上有好多吸引嘅選擇。首先試咗淮山杞子三寶燉螺頭湯,碗湯分咗四碗,湯料成座山咁多,裡面有淮山、枸杞、螺頭同各種肉類。接住係招牌嘅叉燒,脂肪同瘦肉嘅比例剛剛好,入口即化。雞油花雕蒸中蝦配稻庭烏冬,蝦算大隻、Juicy,切開咗好易食,蝦肉吸收咗美味嘅雞油醬同花雕,味道非常令人難忘。最後係上湯蒜子浸豆苗胚,雖然簡單,但味道新鮮。做甜品時,杏仁茶加蛋白真係一個好愉快嘅結尾。整體嚟講,材料新鮮,雖然有啲菜式價錢偏高,但考慮到技藝,絕對值得。服務效率高,但喺高峰時段,空間感覺有啲擠迫。…Read More

值得一試墨西哥料理

星期日瞓到日上三竿,起身出門搵嘢食,行幾行見到有間幾特別嘅門面,即時上Openrice查。 原來係食墨西哥菜,而且評價都唔錯,又見裡面唔多人,所以就一致決定呢間。 以前曾經喺一啲Food Court 食過墨西哥Taco,覺得幾好味,今次可以再回味。 打開餐牌,全英文,雖然知係乜,但結合埋一齊就唔知點煮法,為免叫咗啲唔啱食嘅嘢,就招來職員問個明白。 由於我哋只熟悉Taco,對其他菜式毫無概念,所以不厭其煩問職員呢樣點煮嗰樣有咩配料,儘管我哋問題多多,職員依然耐心地一一解答,非常專業有禮。 飲品先到,Pica Pina Mocktail,一片燒過嘅波羅放在冰上,杯口邊沿沾上海鹽,飲下時有一股香料夾雜草青味,幾特別,不過唔係人人都接受到呢種味。 跟住就嚟Taco喇,一份係Fish & A1 Pastor (魚肉和豬肉),魚肉以辣椒蒜泥蛋黃醬作為醬汁,勁嫩滑好味;另一份係Steak & Lengua (牛肉和牛脷),牛脷好稔,淋上洋葱加芫茜製成嘅醬汁,令整份Taco味道更濃郁。 再嚟 Elotes Preparadas ,係白粟米加上芝士及蛋黃醬一齊燒,比普通燒粟米更多層次,好甜好味! 當 Nachos Beef 上桌時,真係嚇一跳,粟米片牛肉粒辣椒粒蕃茄粒鋪滿成碟,再加上牛油果醬喺面,仿如一座小山丘。 雖然係細份,雖然好好味,但真係好大堆頭,兩個人未必食得晒。 Daily Desert 係 Pan De Elote,質地鬆軟易入口嘅粟米蛋糕,好香粟米味,伴以士多啤梨及忌廉,口感香甜軟滑,早知就留肚食多件啦。…Read More
