煲仔飯,煲仔菜聽得多同食得多。今日同朋友去深水埗黃金廣場買電腦配件後,就打算係附近食晚飯,由於下午食得比較豐富,所以想簡單食粉麵就算。行到這間舖外,見到這裡介紹他獨特嘅所謂嘅村村住家窩麵煲,所以就去光顧一下。叫了一個叫做村村住家窩麵,裏面有洋蔥,青椒,海帶,這是窩麵嘅基本配料,另外自選就有好多選擇,我就叫咗個牛腩蘿蔔。那個盛器好似一個沙窩,非常特別,真係好似係屋企食飯咁隨便。個湯底濃而不咸,一啲都唔覺有味精,牛腩好淋滑,再加杯豆漿都係幾拾蚊咋,抵食!另外朋友叫咗個麻辣雞絲手拉撈麵,我取了一些來試味,發覺手拉麵好有𡁻口,雞絲嫩滑,青瓜絲嘅清新中和麵中嘅麻辣味!朋友另外加多一碟香酥雞翼,味道不錯,不過有啲炸過火,乾咗啲。兩個人食得飽飽都係一百蚊,好抵食。最後值得一贊係果度啲伙記,非常好禮貎。…Read More

好多年無去南丫島了,見近日秋高氣爽,結伴去南丫島行山,因為這段山路不難行而且風景優美,這裏不但吸引香港人假日去消閑,也吸引好多外國人定居於這小島。由於沒有食晏,到達後第一件事梗係醫肚啦,於是就去最近碼頭呢間民豐海鮮酒家,其實呢度主打海鮮餐,但得兩個人,所以就沒有點海鮮。點咗乾炒牛河、燒乳鴿同椒絲腐乳唐生菜。一眼望落去,就覺得乾牛河唔夠色,又唔夠乾,油份好重,味道更加麻麻。這隻乳鴿,好似乳鴿乾咁,原全冇汁,得個咸字。三樣嘢,呢碟腐乳唐生菜係最似樣嘅,腐乳味濃,菜新鮮,係最好食嘅一道菜。呢度嘅價錢一啲都唔扺食,這樣簡單嘅菜,都要成300蚊!…Read More

好朋友為我慶祝生日,他選了這間泰國菜菜館,據他說也是同事推薦他選這一間。大家都係第一次來,所以都要揾咗一陣先揾到,這店是位於大廈嘅4樓,所以不容易從街上可以看到。菜式全都是朋友所選,第一道是蒜香炒蜆,平常好少食蜆,怕會有沙,不過這裡嘅蜆就非常乾淨,而且蒜香味適中,唔會蓋過蜆嘅鲜味,蒜汁原全滲透每一隻蜆內。食蜆之餘,我哋仲用蒜汁嚟送泰式薄餅,一啲都冇浪費整碟餸!再嚟一碟串燒雞肉,雖然已經凍咗,但係一啲都唔乾硬,雞肉依然有汁,不錯。這個青咖哩牛腩,係我第一次食,我之前食都會選雞肉,不過這個牛腩都唔錯,咖哩香,牛腩滑。另外一碟係炸蝦餅,呢道係我至愛嘅泰菜,不過呢度做嘅蝦餅就麻麻地啦,裏面好乾,好似翻炸,所以沒有清碟,係全晚唯一冇清碟嘅菜。最後係冬蔭公湯,好奈冇飲過咁正嘅冬蔭公,酸辣適中,其他配料好新鮮,我連飲兩碗。綜合嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅環境唔錯;地方大,分室內及室外兩部份,客人可選擇係室外或室內用餐,坐得又舒服,香港好難有這樣嘅餐廳。…Read More

荃灣這個舊區,有好多食肆,酒樓又特別多,自己住同工作都係荃灣,所以經常出外食飯。最近突然鍾意飲茶,飲到上咗引。上個月轉咗去中染大廈健身,發覺健身室下面就係酒樓,上個禮拜就去試吓這間酒樓,去到發覺好多人等位,原來可以選搭抬同唔搭抬,由於肚餓,希望快啲有位,所以選咗搭抬;當初以為搭枱只係兩組人共用一張抬,點知原來係4組人一張,超誇張!這個大蝦燒賣,賣相麻麻,好似溶緊嘅雪糕,不過味不錯。另外叫咗個套餐,楊州炒飯加豉汁油墨菜,非常大碟,楊州炒飯同我以前食過不一樣,冇义燒粒,但有粟米粒同杞子,配搭都幾特別,米粒不硬不軟,又不油膩,味道不錯。至於油墨菜,非常大碟,豉味濃郁,不消一會,我整碟食曬,非常滿足!最後甜品係黑色流沙包,非常特別嘅賣相,我相信個包係加咗墨魚汁,所以非常黑。個包好鬆軟,奶黃甘香並流動,好滋味!最令我迷罔係唔知包面那一道金光是何物。這間酒樓嘅出品不錯,可借係坐得比較迫。…Read More

現在百物騰貴,小市民都想慳得就慳。我平時食晏都會搵平價抵食嘅嘢醫肚。這間小店我經常幫襯,因為抵食而且好味道。舗頭叫煱貼大王,當然有煱貼啦!煱貼即煎即賣,所以外皮香脆,餡料多汁,佩上少許浙醋,很有風味這裏嘅豆漿,有熱有凍,任君選擇。好有豆香,我就喜歡飲熱嘅,因為唔傷胃。最後當然係主食啦,我就喜歡食雲吞麵啦,大大碗,滿滿的。湯底清而不濃,沒有味精,現在出面食肆好少唔用味精,所以我差不多一星期幫襯一次。還有最重要係這裹的套餐非常抵食,以上套餐只係35蚊咋,邊度搵吖?…Read More

童年回憶中嘅酒樓

久違了的真正越南味

記得拾多年前去越南旅遊,到達的第一餐,導遊帶咗我哋去食當地的特色越南生熟牛肉湯河,點知一食,永誌不忘。之後嘅行程都四處尋找這種美味,可式都找不到。係香港,這拾多年,我試好多所謂越南菜館,沒有一個令我滿意的。其實要知道那些所謂越南餐館是否正宗,一定要越佢哋嘅生牛肉河粉,特別係佢哋嘅湯底!最近遇然機會係荃灣一個不起眼嘅地方,海霸街發現一間越南小館,那時已過午飯繁忙時間,但依然有很多人在外等位,好奇心驅使下,便跟其他人一樣去等位,目的係嚐一嚐那碗牛肉湯河啦。有位後,點個椰青、一碗火車頭牛肉湯河,並以優惠價加多一小碟去骨鳳爪,因為只需$15。不需等太久,所以食物到齊,第一口當然試牛肉河嘅湯底啦,一入口,其味道勾起我拾多年前係越南食過那同一種味道;太驚喜,我終於找到了失去的回憶!另外椰青非常清甜,鳯爪也很有水準,不消10分鐘,已吃清所有東西。很快我又會再次幫襯這小店,因我已鍾佢嘅出品。…Read More

第一次食烤魚係深圳,那間烤魚令我一試難忘。食之前以為係好似泰國咁用炭嚟燒烤,所以沒有期望,因為我一向不喜歡這樣去煮魚,但原來係四川烤魚,以麻辣方式去烹調;魚預先炸熟然後以金屬盤盛上,以半湯形式並一路加熱去食嘅。那次食後雖然很回味,但等位就等咗個多小時。心想如果香港有得食就好了,朋友係食家,所以就請教他;他終於介紹咗呢間烤魚工房畀我。這間小店裝潢頗新穎,不像一般的小店,牆壁上張貼很多色彩繽紛的海報,令人眼前一亮。店內主打一定係烤魚,點菜是以自我落單方式,好方便。有三種時令魚可選擇,我們選了海鱸魚,另外輔菜也可選擇,視乎各人喜好,辣度也可以選擇!另外我們還點了兩款小食,串燒牛脷同口水雞。都是四川特有小食。當烤魚端上,發覺同深圳那間差不多,麻辣香味四溢,令人垂涎!魚底還有很多配菜,有金菰、蓮藕同海帶,那些配菜吸收咗魚肉嘅精華,超入味。食完濃味嘅烤魚,最後嚟一杯凍青檸梳打,好滿足。…Read More

平常出街食飯,唔係酒樓就係茶餐廳,有點膩。所以成日都渴望食私房菜。幾日前朋友相約去食飯,佢話食私房菜,又知道佢係識食嘅人,所以充滿期待啦。該餐廳係旺角砵蘭街215號6樓。室內裝修一般,似一般茶餐廳。朋友以事先訂位,所以不用等位就可入坐。清蒸瀨尿蝦,相當肥美,肉質爽口彈牙並充滿蝦膏,所以不需太多調味,已齒頰留香。蒜蓉蒸聖子,非一般只用蒜蓉,並加切碎嘅土魷。令聖子嘅鮮味顯得更鮮。焯大虎蝦,超大嘅虎蝦用嚟白焯,肉質超爽彈牙,第一次食咁大隻白焯虎蝦,以往都係用嚟做茄汁大蝦或者豉油王大蝦。另味花調醉蟹係今晚嘅主角,超入味,以往食過唔係太濃酒味就係無酒味,今次這道花調醉蟹酒味就恰到好處,蟹肉味同酒味平分春色,最重要係隻蟹好肥美。咕嚕肉,好平常的一道菜,不過呢度嘅就好新鮮,何解咁講,因為那炸肉係新鮮即炸非一般炸定再翻炸,所以好脆口。甜酸汁亦好適中,好食。蜜汁雞中翼。超大嘅雞中翼,外脆肉嫩,咁大嘅雞中翼,真係好少見。蜆肉泡飯。好另類嘅泡飯,鮮味嘅蜆肉湯,加上白飯及米通,口感好多重,正!最後來個魚湯浸時蔬,可以清清口腔,又可以增加食物纖維,好健康喎!。…Read More

不一般的飲茶

以前飲茶,都會即時諗起朝早去茶樓食一盅兩件。不過上星期五晚上,朋友約了我去飲茶,我以為佢講笑,夜晚邊度會有茶飮㗎。原來旺角朗豪坊有間餐廳叫做「飲茶」,顧名思義,這間餐廳真係有茶飲喎,不過唔係傳統嘅點心,係點心加fusion 菜。 菜名叫炸BB鴿,即是紅燒乳鴿;皮脆肉嫩,保留好多肉汁,兩個人分享,剛剛好。此菜叫龍鬚芥蘭,只選用芥蘭莖部,開邊,然後以刀切齒狀花,頗像龍鬚。味道清爽可口。櫻花蝦炒飯。當這炒飯送上枱時,濃厚嘅櫻花蝦乾已撲鼻而至,令人垂涎。飯粒粒粒可見,粒粒彈牙,飯中所用嘅鮮蝦,還保留鮮蝦香味同口感,唔似一般酒樓酒食肆以食粉醃制過嘅蝦仁,只有彈牙,但係冇蝦味,最驚喜嘅係一啲都唔油膩。好可愛哦!其實係鳳梨酥,不過名字叫「鴿吞鳳梨」,外皮做成鴿子樣,外酥內香甜,食後齒頰流看。這個是呷醋木耳,木耳以中日配料調味,鎮江醋加日本芥辣(wasabi) 調配,很特別,微酸微辣,加上爽脆嘅木耳,令人食過不停。…Read More
