📍餐廳資料• 地址:屯門青山公路 - 掃管笏段1號黃金海岸商場地下1A號鋪• 菜系:越南菜(走創意會安風,仲係Cafe Deco Group旗下㗎)• 人均:$250• 環境:東南亞熱帶feel,木枱木椅加啲綠植,坐得幾舒服,同朋友傾偈食飯或者簡單拍拖都啱。🍹 飲品試下• Mango-Orange Mojito無酒精㗎,芒果同橙嘅香味混埋薄荷葉,飲落都幾清新,但冇咩特別突出嘅地方,不過不失啦。• Sunset Beach杯款睇落幾靚,但味道就中規中矩。西柚味搭煙熏海鹽,話有層次又好似未到,都係普通飲品咁啦。🥘 餸菜逐樣講• 越式生蝦刺身生蝦好新鮮,咬落彈牙!柑桔魚露汁酸酸辣辣,加埋青檸同辣椒,好開胃㗎。鐘意食越南生醃嘅朋友可以試下,幾正。• 肉碎炒椰菜花椰菜花炒得啱啱好,唔會太淋,肉碎都有返咁上下分量,同椰菜花一齊炒之後好鹹香,肉味滲晒入椰菜花度,食落幾夠味。• 越式牛肉三文治法式法包外層脆卜卜,入面夾住牛肉碎、腌菜同香草。牛肉碎調得幾入味,腌菜又夠清爽,中和咗肉嘅油膩,都幾有地道越南feel,不過都算中規中矩啦。• 炭燒豬頸肉豬頸肉咬落紮實有嚼勁,雖然炭燒味冇想像中濃,但個特調醬汁真係好正!酸酸甜甜好惹味,再配埋青木瓜沙律解膩,食落好順口。• 軟殼蟹炒越南粉絲軟殼蟹本身都幾大隻,但有啲可惜——口感硬咗啲,又有啲乾,蟹味都唔夠出。反而粉絲有驚喜,吸晒香料同海鮮味,鑊氣好足,食落幾香。• AFFOGATO Lotus Biscoff Gelato, Vietnamese Expresso(愛馥卡朵 - 蓮花焦糖餅雪糕,越南濃咖啡)原本我對越南咖啡冇咩好感,但呢個甜品真係超出預期!蓮花焦糖餅雪糕個焦糖味好濃,口感滑滑地;越南濃咖啡又夠醇厚,唔會太苦。兩樣混埋一齊之後,苦甜平衡得好好,頂部仲有啲果干碎增加口感,食完成餐飯都好滿足。整體感覺作為Cafe Deco Group旗下嘅越菜館,間舖喺越南菜基礎上加咗啲創意,水準都算穩陣。雖然有幾樣餸中規中矩,但愛馥卡朵、肉碎炒椰菜花同豬頸肉個醬汁都幾有亮點。鐘意試下新派越南菜,又或者信賴呢個集團出品嘅朋友,可以過嚟試下㗎~#香港美食 #屯門美食 #黃金海岸美食 #越南菜 #BistroHoiAn #CafeDecoGroup #OpenRice食評 #創意越菜…Read More

趁住放假去咗荔枝角「小餅台吃」試食,因為係花斑茶社主理嘅,所以有少少期待~今次試咗四款菜式,有驚喜都有中規中矩嘅,同大家分享最真實嘅感受,人均51-100港幣,俾想試嘅朋友參考下~🍽️試食直擊:1.黑金滷肉煎蘭王蛋飯 :個蘭王蛋真係幾出色!煎得邊位微焦,蛋黃嫩滑,蛋香好濃~反而個「黑金」滷肉就無太突出嘅特色,鹹香算夠,但未到驚喜程度,拌飯食算飽肚,適合簡單lunch。2.麻辣鴨血拌麵 拼 鹽酥雞 :鹽酥雞係呢餐最正嘅!外皮脆身唔油,肉質嫩,有返台灣夜市「豪大大」嘅feel,值得一試~至於鴨血,味道比較淡,建議一定要將鴨血嘅汁同拌麵勻勻拌開,先會夠味唔乾身,麻辣度幾温和,唔怕辣嘅朋友都接受到。3.台農地瓜條 :地瓜本身嘅香甜味好濃,但外皮有少少厚,咬落偏硬,鐘意扎實口感嘅可能會鍾意,不過如果可以炸得再軟腍少少就好啲。4.期間限定開心果飲品 :開心果味比較淡,走清爽路線,唔會太甜,但如果期待濃郁開心果味嘅可能會有少少失望,鐘意淡口飲品嘅朋友就無問題。間店環境乾淨,出餐速度幾快,不過整體價錢唔算平,質素就中規中矩~如果專登為咗鹽酥雞同蘭王蛋過去都可以,但其他菜式就屬於「試過無遺憾」嘅類型。鍾意台灣小食、又喺附近嘅朋友可以順便試吓~#荔枝角美食 #台灣小食 #小餅台吃 #花斑茶社 #香港台灣菜 #荔枝角探店 #食評實測…Read More

尖沙咀呢間NOC真係我嘅返場最愛!作為連鎖店但完全唔似流水線,環境係招牌簡約風,淨係睇環境都覺得似咖啡藝術館,今次試咗三款招牌,一樣無失手~📍 NOC Coffee Co. | 尖沙咀廣東道28號新太陽廣場DFS旗下T廣場高層地下02號舖🍓 鮮莓果乳酪碗($88)夏日救星非佢莫屬!藍莓、樹莓、黑莓堆到成座小山,新鮮到睇得出~希臘乳酪底稠度岩岩好,酸味唔重,撒埋麥片脆同香蕉片真係好聰明——未浸軟之前「咔嚓咔嚓」脆到好解压,口感即時升級!🥩 牛柳沙律碗($163)食肉獸同輕食黨都會鍾意!牛柳煎到五成熟,火候控制得好準,肉汁鎖晒入面,仲冇血水(香港好少見咁穩陣嘅!)。最驚喜係配料:烤南瓜甜糯到似栗子,無花果嘅甜味中和咗芝麻菜嘅微苦,水波蛋一叉落去就爆流心,勻勻裹住牛柳~仲有香料碎提香但唔搶味,食完好清爽,好似幫腸胃做SPA!☕ 低因黑咖啡(哥倫比亞·甘蔗水洗,$36)怕失眠星人必點!深烘但完全冇焦苦味,入口有甘蔗嘅甜味,從鼻到舌尖都聞到,尾調仲帶少少堅果香。要讚下溫度控制:大約65℃上枱,第一啖唔燙嘴,放涼咗都唔會酸,咖啡新手都會鍾意~📝 真心體驗總結✨ 性價比講句公道說話香港呢啲寸金尺土嘅地方,牛柳沙律碗$163看似有啲貴,但比起其他連鎖店,用料真係好足——五成熟牛柳份量唔細,無花果、牛油果呢啲貴價食材都唔吝嗇!莓果碗$88更加抵,堆滿三種進口莓果+希臘乳酪,內地同樣配置起碼都要$70+,食完滿足感十足~⏱️ 出餐速度假日下晝15分鐘就上齊晒三樣,沙律碗仲有溫度,唔似好多輕食店凍冰冰上枱,呢點真係加分!🏙️ 適合場景一個人食飯做嘢,同閨蜜傾偈都得,燈光仲自帶濾鏡,影相好靚~📌 冷知識:NOC其實係「Not Only Coffee」嘅縮寫!難怪連輕食都同咖啡一樣講究,連鎖店做到咁有心,真係食貨嘅福氣~#尖沙咀美食 #NOCCoffeeCo #香港Brunch #香港咖啡 #輕食推薦 #尖沙咀探店 #香港不踩雷…Read More
