Finally I have been able to find a decent neapolitan pizza restaurant in Hong Kong, this is probably as close as you're going o get in Asia! The base was chewy and and thick in the right places and also thin where it should be... usually the most difficult part. The tomato sauce was well balanced... sweet, fresh and flavoursome without being too thick or acidic. Wines / dessert were ok. Without a breeze terrace can get a bit stuffy but I think this can easily be fixed with the installation of some fans. This restaurant is one of many western hipster-style cafes that offers a range of healthy breakfast options e.g. avocado toast, etc... It prices itself accordingly (albeit at the lower end of the scale) but fails to deliver on quality, ambience and service. For example, my iced latte took as long to prepare as the food and the omelette I ordered was over cooked and rubbery, something I would expect from airplane dining. Additionally, the pumpkin salad ordered by my girlfriend contained salmon that was edible but didn't smell, look or taste particularly fresh. Don't waste your time or money. Even by Hong Kong standards for European food, the food here is of poor quality and unauthentic. The service and ambience are nice though, I can give them credit for that. I'm not sure what to recommend to the restaurant, I think they need to start over.…Read More
