開年了！公司選了家新餐廳吃開年飯，在銅鑼灣的印度菜-Leela。以前可能沒有太多人能接受印度菜的重口味，但近年香港多了很多新式印度菜餐廳，都值得一試。本人覺得這家比Rosewood的Chaat更勝一籌。第一道菜，脆皮的雞串，外脆內軟。第二道菜，羊架焗得很香，脆邊，肥膏與肉的比例剛好。第三張圖的牛骨髓飯很值得試，把牛骨髓伴進飯裏，牛油香味很重。第四張圖的南瓜伴菜帶甜，加上乾炸蒜、椰絲及其他配料，精緻好吃。第五張圖的椰絲甜烤餅挺特別的，配上牛油雞的咖喱汁，相當美味！第六張圖的Butter chicken 是唯一一道我覺得Chaat做得較為出色的菜式，但也絕對不遜色。雞肉質感滑而嫩，咖哩香濃。第七張圖的炒飯還好，味道較淡，個人不太喜歡。一定會再來嘗試其他菜式。#印度菜 #香港美食…查看更多

Menu design is simple, no surprises. Honestly, it’s quite disappointing as this became my worst dining experience in Hong Kong. We are really glad that we came for lunch tasting but not dinner, pretty sure it is not worthy at all for dinner. The worst part came to staff completely forgotten our last dish - dessert & tea. Settled with compensation but we were treated with poor attitude and really low quality hospitality service. Not recommend at all. | Unique Indian dining experience |Prefer a local Indian meal than a fine dining style but can give it a try! Chose the dessert as cover cause it’s the most colourful but it’s my least favourite from the menu (being honest haha).
