上次太多人等位食唔到,今日特意訂枱過黎食。餐廳輕奢侈風格裝修,新淨舒適。干鍋肥腸鍾意食豬大腸既一定要試!肥腸一啖一粒,咬落去外脆內軟,夠乾身,唔會油膩,雖然用乾辣椒炒,但完全唔辣,反而有辣椒同芝麻香味,讚!招牌酸菜魚(大)餐廳招牌係酸菜魚,當然要試下。酸菜魚除左魚肉外,配菜有蟹味菇、荳芽同埋薯粉。魚肉非常嫩滑,無骨,入口即溶,好似食有味既空氣咁。湯底味道唔錯,酸酸辣辣,有炸蒜香,整體做得出色,推薦!不過呢個價錢黎講,魚肉份量太少,相反薯粉較多,可以食得飽。老媽炒年糕份量唔算多,味道濃郁,但唔夠惹味,年糕太薄,無煙軔口感,普普通通,可唔試。老干媽燒茄子呢道餸等左好耐先上枱。茄子軟冧入味,老干媽香味撲鼻而黎,唔辣,不過茄子有點油膩。總體而言:味道:招牌菜式有驚喜性價比:午市黎講頗貴,假期只可單點,冇套餐服務:侍應較少,叫落單/加水要有耐性環境:裝修有風格,但冷氣極度唔夠,邊食邊出汗,坐係側門店員經常出出入入,容易碰撞…Read More

體驗感好差的一餐

首先必須要講餐廳菜餚味道可以,有鑊氣,但體驗感極差,人手嚴重不足,等左45分鐘先上到菜;衛生情況麻麻等。到達餐廳,見到人山人海,坐滿人,座位擺到出後巷。因為疫情關係,我地唔想坐後巷,唯有等下室內位,好好彩等左5分鐘就有位。入座後,見到每張枱上都有提供紙巾,好體貼。不過店員抹完枱面都仲係粘粘笠笠,座位亦唔係咁乾淨,衛生情況稍差。慶幸碗碟係幾乾淨的。樓面好忙,做到停唔到手咁,我地舉手示意落單,侍應們互相推搪,不斷叫等陣,最後幾經努力捉住附近傳菜既侍應,成功落單。等左25分鐘左右先有一碟豬紅上枱,食完後等左好耐都未見另外2碟餸,最終45分鐘先上齊。其實一早已經隱約見到蒸鱔係出餐位,但遲遲冇侍應傳菜,影響餸菜質素。其實我地情況已經算好,隔離枱早過我地小小落單,等左1個鐘果碟水煮魚都未黎,催單先至話冇曬,最後佢地2個人只係食左碟鹵水鵝就埋單,好慘。韮菜豬紅 ($68)豬紅熱辣辣,好大粒,食落都算滑,份量頗多,相反韮菜得幾條。跟餐既辣椒油冇味,唔香又唔辣。整體普普通通,豬紅醬汁同辣椒油都比較淡,過得去。豉汁蒸大鱔($168)大鱔賣相唔錯,豉汁味香,不過茨汁稍多,有唔均勻既粉粒,大鱔冧軟嫩滑,有油香味,豉汁香濃,好送飯。啫啫通菜煲 ($78)通菜煲香噴噴,食落非常惹味,類似馬拉盞炒,有魚乾仔同肉碎,咸香味濃。總體而言:味道:整體餸菜味道可以性價比:正常,大鱔稍貴服務:差,店員無暇兼顧客人,傳菜速度慢。環境:室內可接受…Read More

寶貝話想重溫以前初初拍拖既餐廳,於是我地重回位於大坑既肉骨皇,打算尋回昔日既味道。多年冇去,餐廳內裡已經殘舊左不少,不過依然溫馨。枱面放左充足既防疫配套,可以睇得出店主好細心。以前每次黎都會叫肉骨茶,今次我地決定試下新野,改叫左海鮮喇沙,仲有豬手同印度薄餅。海鮮喇沙(配摻摻)湯底香濃帶點辛辣,越飲越想飲,不過可惜湯好少,麵好多。摻摻即係銀絲米粉同油麵雙拼,一次試曬2種口味,內裡7成係米粉,油麵比較少,米粉超索湯汁,容易入口;油麵有口感,各有千秋。海鮮種類豐富,有青口2隻,花甲2隻,已剥殼既蝦2隻,原隻蝦1隻,魷魚,魚片等,海鮮都幾多,而且爽口新鮮,不過唯一敗筆係海鮮可能係事先白烚好,淡而冇味。大馬過橋豬手剛上碟有點驚訝,冇諗過廚師改變左做法。以前係原隻焗豬手上枱,內裡依然保留水嫩。而家切成一舊舊直接炸,肉質食落乾柴,味道咸,好油膩,豬皮仲好多毛,最後實在食唔曬。印度薄餅(洋蔥味)薄餅好薄,香脆可口,不過食唔到洋蔥味,似原味,炸得有點燶,但可接受,不過就油左點。薄餅有跟咖喱汁,雖然少少地,但絕對夠沾。咖喱汁一般,唔知店舖咖喱類菜式係咪同一隻汁?總體而言:味道:聽老闆講廚師係印度人,但自細係馬來西亞長大,煮既係正宗馬來味道。性價比:偏貴服務:老闆熱情,店員有禮環境:冷氣唔夠,越食越熱…Read More

夏口炎炎冇咩胃口,最岩歎住冷氣食川菜,又酸又辣,刺激味蕾每一寸。之前經過十二味黃埔店見到好多人排隊已經好想試下,估唔到今次機緣巧合下朋友帶左我去旺角店品嘗。旺角店位於樓上鋪,店面好細,可以容納人數唔多,因為冇訂座,我地等左大約15分鐘先有位。入座時店員提醒餐廳用膳時間限1.5小時。值得一提,成為會員有9折優惠。涼拌土豆絲酸酸辣辣,越食越想食,土豆絲爽脆,係一道唔錯既開胃菜。酸菜魚(+寬粉)好大一盤酸菜魚!酸菜魚既湯底係整道菜既靈魂,第一時間試下個湯底先。湯頭酸辣惹味,越食越過癮,味道同內地酸菜魚專門店的有7,8成似,呢個辣味岩岩好,似乎更迎合香港人口味。魚肉彈牙嫩滑,唔會一夾就散,味道恰到好處,冇腥味,不過有幾片魚肉上有1-2粒魚骨。酸菜份量頗多,味道唔會過酸或過咸,我地全部食曬,一點都唔浪費。加$26有寬粉,口感煙軔,份量較少。乾煸肥腸唔好見到咁多辣椒以為會好辣,其實辣度比酸菜魚低。爆炒後既豬大腸好香,又唔油膩,不過稍為軔左點。一道唔錯既下酒菜。一邊飲酒,一邊係辣椒堆入面找尋每一舊肥腸。乾煸四季豆有辣或有唔辣,任君選擇,我地揀左唔辣。四季豆炒完仍保持爽口翠綠,味道咸香,好快清曬。但欖菜肉粒實在太咸,食唔曬,要叫白飯先食到。熱情果蘇打超大杯飲品勁吸精,一入餐廳已經見到,天氣咁熱一口氣飲半杯勁爽熱情果味香,不過有點太甜。紅糖糍粑糍粑擺盤好靚,感覺幾正宗。由糯米粉製成,岩岩炸起,熱辣辣,外皮脆內裡軟,灑上黃豆粉。本身糍粑同黃豆粉冇味,要靠蘸紅糖漿調味。紅糖漿粘粘稠稠,味道好香好甜總體而言:味道:色香味俱全川菜性價比:價錢唔算平,但份量都合理服務:職員服務周到,不過由於餐廳座位少,我地岩岩食完野,大概1個鐘左右,店員已經開口趕,有點掃興。環境:裝修好有中國風…Read More

最近重新迷上上海豆漿大王。記得細細個屋企人會買餈飯返黎食,漸慚定義左我對「餈飯」既印象,對我黎講,上海豆漿大王係正宗餈飯既味道。不過唔知幾時開始,餈飯慢慢係我生活中消失,已經好長一段時間冇再幫襯。最近舊地重遊,重拾兒時回憶中既味道,意外發掘店內其他美食。首先一定要提既係餈飯,必點之選,好受街坊歡迎。煙煙軔軔既糯米飯包裹住肉鬆、炸菜、油炸鬼,餡料豐富。肉鬆香口,炸菜爽脆,如果好彩遇上即叫即包的話,油炸鬼仲會係酥脆,呢個組合一絕!店員會問需唔需要剪開一半,如果唔係同人分享的話,建議唔剪,熱力保持得較耐。一個人食一條餈飯已經好足夠,配埋豆漿食十分飽肚。咸豆漿出於好奇心之下我點左咸豆漿,一試竟然上癮,呢排成日心思思想食。材料組合同餈飯有點相似,都有炸菜、油炸鬼,除此之外仲有蝦皮、蔥同埋熱豆漿。一睇就感覺好有營養,鈣質滿滿。咸豆漿要趁熱飲,放涼左會好咸,但要小心燙口,呢間既豆漿會煮到好滾。除左餈飯同咸豆腐外,酸辣湯亦非常值得推薦,用料好足,炸雞翼係雞全翼,抵食,不過有點咸。有好野當然亦有伏野,試過一次炸獅子頭,好伏,應該係麵粉多肉少,食落好粉。總體而言:味道:兒時經典,味道十幾年不變性價比:街坊價錢,工廠區份量,非常抵食!服務:如其他食評所講,太子爺好串,其他員工一般。環境:陳舊裝修,充滿歷史痕跡不過枱椅衛生可以改善一下就好。…Read More

行街行到攰攰地走去食個放題叉下電。我地星期六食5:00-7:00時段,$198加一。去到餐廳仲有15分鐘先夠鐘入座,門口已經排左長長一條隊,但遲遲未見店員開始安排入座,難免有點心急。4:55開始安排入座,估唔到好有效率,5:00前已經成功入座。餐廳闊落,冇一排人連住一齊坐,人逼人既情況,自成一角,nice~餐廳用電話落單,上菜速度都頗快。出面仲有一個自助區,凍海鮮(蝦、螺、青口)、前菜、湯、熱盤、麵飯、甜品同飲品一應俱全。飲品選擇最多,由罐裝汽水、茶,到自己斟既橙汁、雜果賓治,仲有大喜屋常有既清酒都有供應。落完單,出去攞點冷盤食住先。海蝦正正常常,肉質爽口;螺肉一般,個人唔鍾意食;青口正常。無骨鳳爪辣汁一般般;泡菜蘿蔔好咸;醃青瓜爽脆,可惜唔夠入味;醃白蘿蔔最正,爽口得黎又酸酸地,越食越開胃,忍唔住攞多左轉。中湯味道唔錯,仲真係有隻雞係煲入面,食完生冷野飲碗熱湯暖下胃岩曬。第一輪上左幾片刺身,北寄貝新鮮;三文魚一般,切得太厚,仲有2舊係三角形影響口感;象拔蚌爽口唔腥。第二輪刺身,赤蝦甜蝦虎蝦新鮮,水準之上;帶子鮮甜,總體刺身都新鮮,唔錯。燒雞翼味道太淡,燒得唔夠香口,好普通,可以唔試。燒牛舌有點太軔,上面有黑椒粒,味道都唔錯既。天婦羅蝦粉漿有點厚,但蝦肉爽口彈牙,推薦!燒菠蘿必食!香甜多汁,唔會乾,酸酸甜甜,好快清曬。紫心香芋丸&脆炸貓山王 一定要食!外層粉漿鬆化又唔油膩,配埋流心餡料香芋丸內餡香甜煙軔;脆炸貓山王榴槤味濃,不過唔知咩原因,榴槤漿只有一丁點。吉列蠔粉漿厚,但都脆既,蠔味道一般。仲叫左幾件蟹油蒜香帆立貝、海鹽燒左口魚邊、炙燒三文魚壽司,炙燒三文魚壽司,味道唔錯,可以一試,其他的冇令我留低深刻印象。每位可以揀一個貴價雪糕(movenpick 或haagen-dazs)。除左指定既雪糕外,自助區仲有好多款雪條任攞基本既甜品款式都有。最後整理左值得叫既食物醃白蘿蔔、北寄貝、赤蝦甜蝦虎蝦、燒菠蘿、帶子、紫心香芋丸、炙燒三文魚壽司、蒲燒鰻魚、蕃薯仔。總體而言:味道:中上水平,冇特別伏既食物性價比:食足2個鐘,冇呃鐘,價錢實惠,性價比高!服務:店員上菜,收碟速度快環境:寬敞舒適,裝修有點舊…Read More

朋友生日話想打邊爐,於是訂左快樂小羊烚下烚下慶祝。提早訂位仲有75折優惠同湯底免費。荃灣店新開張,裝修新淨,環境闊落,(廁所乾淨,任食店冇得比),美中不足既係卡位座位同枱之間太窄,入座有點逼。每枱會有一壺花茶。湯底揀左成雙鍋(蕃茄拼麻辣湯底),蕃茄湯味似羅宋湯,麻辣湯只有小辣冇麻,味道似某牌公仔麵味。包克圖牛羊涮一上枱就好震撼,非常大既一盤肉,佔左枱面三分一位置,霸氣十足!牛羊涮顧名思義係牛肉同羊肉雙拼,牛肉雖然油脂唔多,但唔會軔,而且因為厚切關係,仲幾爽口羊肉就較薄,肉質冇快樂卷咁彈牙,但肉味濃,有羊膻味。擺盤好有心思,將牛羊肉拼切成心形,仲有幾朵玫瑰花,打咭一流。塔拉上的快樂卷每片肉都薄如蟬翼,一滾即熟,肉質軟冧帶點彈牙,不過略嫌肉切得太薄,烚下烚下好容易唔見左,一啖要食2-3片先滿足。里脊肉係羊肉,質感類似滑牛,非常嫩滑,冇筋,但肉味相對淡,用冰球裝住,好精緻。蒙式羊小排與圖片唔同,雖然全部都係肋排,但並唔係一支支骨咁上碟,而係一件件好似雞排咁樣,有孜然粉同辣粉調味,羊肉好軔,咬唔開,𡁻到牙鉸軟,好伏!手工滑三拼集蝦滑、墨魚滑和羊肉滑於一碟,可以一次過試曬所有口味。羊肉滑味道最突出,其他兩款味道偏淡,彈牙度一般,建議唔好分得太細粒,影響口感。脆爽鮮毛肚與街市買既牛柏葉一樣,有陣異味,用麻辣湯烚都僻唔到,滾完最厚果個位會軔,性價比低,唔推薦。鴨血好嫩滑,一夾即散,入口即融,冇腥味,好似食緊豆腐花咁。炸豆卷(響鈴)同圖片唔一樣,呢個好似自家製咁,卷既圈數較少,層次冇咁豐富,吸湯汁能力低,但味道都唔錯。杏鮑菇(半份)第一次見杏鮑菇切到咁薄片,但口感出奇地好,非常爽脆,又唔會有草青味,推薦自製土豆粉(半份)土豆粉煮熟呈透明狀,食落滑捋捋,煙煙軔軔,口感一流,吸收埋湯汁既味道,必食!半份只有廖廖幾條,忍唔住叫多左幾份。皇帝菜(半份)洗得幾乾淨,份量合理。總體而言:味道:有驚又有喜性價比:價錢同份量成比例,合理服務:一般,其中一名侍應黑面又十問九唔應,此服務態度同餐廳的定位唔相符。環境:裝修新淨舒適…Read More

媽媽一向鍾意素食,母親節一於帶佢去品嘗西餐素食慶祝下。上網睇左好多食評,最後揀左素年。甫到餐廳有好多食客,我地訂左位,但因為早到左,所以都係要等陣。等待期間聽到有人想walk in 至少要等一個鐘。冇諗過平日都咁滿坐,建議有興趣的話,要提早訂位。餐廳行文青風,感覺好休閒,我地有幸坐係大枱自成一角葡式紫薯芋頭片意粉 ($88)紫薯芋頭片切到好薄,以為會好酥脆,但非也,可能俾蒸氣蒸軟左,口感麻麻地,但味道仍然係唔錯既,係天然芋頭香。意粉以葡汁煮成,味道與「合味道」咖喱味杯麵好似,不過係唔辣版。廚師放左唔少蟹爪菇,增加左口感層次。媽媽最鍾意呢款,話個汁完全唔辣,但又有點咖喱香味。芫茜意大利飯 ($88)意大利飯鋪滿芫茜,聞落芫茜味好重,香氣撲鼻,但入口味道又唔係好濃,仲有點奶味,味道唔錯,芫茜控可試!冬蔭意大利飯 ($88)賣相平平無奇,但味道相當唔錯,同冬蔭公湯味道好相似,酸酸辣辣,好開胃。意大利飯粒粒分明,好有咬口,醬汁裹住每一粒飯,一啖接一啖好快清碟。推薦!麻辣青醬墨西哥薄餅 ($128)賣相感覺好健康,厚厚一層火箭菜,苦苦甘甘。餅底由2層墨西哥薄餅組成,每層薄薄一片,口感小小脆得黎偏硬,普通。麻辣青醬麻味頗重,個咀越食越痺,辣味相對冇咁突出,整體一般。薄餅上枱時已經好貼心咁分左4份,唔洗自己郁手香芋蕃薯波波 ($48)蕃薯波波外脆內軟,外層酥酥脆脆,內裡係糯米糍皮包住香芋同蕃薯蓉,軟軟糯糯,頗有台式風味,可以淺嘗。不過波波有點過甜,如果可以少點糖就完美了。黑松露純素芝士蕃薯條 ($68)係食評見到有網友上載呢款蕃薯條既相,非常吸引,暗自決定一定要點呢樣。實物果然同相一樣,誘人既金黃色,加上人手切既粗糙感,睇到口水都流埋出黎。🤤蕃薯條味道天然,入口香甜,可能因為炸既關係甜度比蒸煮的更高。不過質感冧軟唔脆,食多幾條會覺得漏。而且份量好大碟,食得多容易滯胃,建議4-5個人分享,食小小過下癮。黑松露芝士醬有點太杰,唔容易沾上,黑松露味好淡,唔鍾意食黑松露既家人都可以接受。花茶第一泡已經好淡,性價比低淡淡茶香凍飲好大杯總體而言:味道:屬中上水平,冇過多調味,好天然性價比:合理,小食較貴服務:職員有禮貌環境:休閒舒適…Read More

無意間經過道頓堀,朋友見到入面有鐵板,猜想應該係食燒烤類食物,於是盲中中就入左去試。店內位置唔多,但全部都係卡位,好寬敞。枱面有飲用水、調味料同餐具。打開餐牌先知,原來主要食御好燒同粉麵飯等主食,燒肉選擇好少。🤔我地叫左鐵板泡菜豚肉、上級牛肋肉、道頓掘特級御好燒。鐵板泡菜豚肉值得推薦!份量頗大,落油係鐵板,然後成碟倒入去炒拌,爆炒時已經聞到香噴噴,好有鑊氣,豚肉同椰菜入口充滿泡菜既酸辣味,非常惹味。*因為有泡菜汁關係,好容易燶,炒完建議先上碟再慢慢品嘗。上級牛肋肉賣相好吸引,肉質紅嫩,看似好好食,但事實上好咸,每食一片都要飲好多水解渴最後因為唔想浪費,勉強食曬。*牛肋肉因為有醬汁醃,容易沾鐵板,燒既時候要多多注意。道頓掘特級御好燒睇餐牌覺得御好燒同文字燒都係差唔多,分別不大,於是揀左款有魷魚又多個烏冬既特級御好燒。餐廳有御好燒製作教學,煮之前可以先參考一下。攪拌後既御好燒御好燒製作完成!枱面有海苔碎同木魚碎任用,鍾意食幾多就落幾多,非常個人化如果木魚係一片片就更好了御好燒係將所有食材與面粉攪拌煎製而成,啖啖都食到章魚或蝦,味道與章魚小丸子一樣,主要味道來自醬汁,食得多會好漏,容易滯,自問對大阪燒麻麻地,唔太喜好。最後,我地用御好燒套餐內既2隻蛋+烏冬整左個蛋包麵食到好飽。總體而言:味道:一般性價比:可以接受,有得食又有得玩,可以試一次服務:店員好細心提醒捲起衫袖避免油煙味太重,不過如果多返些笑容更好環境:坐位寬敞舒適,但地下有醬汁痴鞋…Read More

每次約長輩食飯都離不開上海菜或飲茶,屯門市中心既中菜廳已經食過無限次,酒樓執下一間又一間,所剩無幾。苦惱之際,無意間發現新開左間餐廳「點.煲」,顧名思義係專門食點心同煲仔飯,於是入去試下。入坐後店員立即擺好餐具,可能餐廳新開,店員未上手,難免有點笨手笨腳。擺好餐具,店員隨即問想飲咩茶,有:鐵觀音、香片、普洱、菊花杞子,我揀左菊花杞子。不過睇餐牌先發現茶係屬於飲品類,價錢亦不一,雖然酒樓都要收茗茶費,但如果有其他飲品選擇,我認為店鋪問客人飲咩茶前應該遞上餐牌明言收費,俾客人知道有其他選擇會更好。麻辣金錢肚呢款係涼拌菜,麻辣汁好香好惹味,有川菜風味,金錢肚有嚼口,而且份量比酒樓多,必試!懷舊潮州粉粿好食既點心必要條件係即蒸即食,夠熱。點.煲既點心上枱全部都熱氣騰騰,抵讚粉粿岩岩蒸熱,外皮雖然較厚但軟冧,餡料足料,應有則有,可以試下。香菇燒賣好耐未見過燒賣頂層有咁多粒粒蟹籽,咬落去卜卜聲,好驚喜平日食開既酒樓燒賣上面只有幾粒甩左色既「蟹籽」,估唔到呢度如此豪氣,令賣相都好睇多了。燒賣用偏瘦豬肉,唔會食到粒粒肥膏,配搭冬菇香味。讚!東北蒸餃餃子外皮厚薄適中,不過肉餡味道唔岩我地胃口,失望正宗雞包仔麵包濕潤唔乾,肉餡好食,家人讚不絕口。豉汁白鱔煲仔飯 (另加一條臘腸)等左大約25分鐘,期待已久既煲仔飯終上枱啦!打開煲蓋香味撲鼻而黎,白鱔相當肥美,食落啖啖肉,肉質爽脆帶點油脂,令人難忘!臘腸爽口,瘦中有肥,唔錯。白飯軟硬適中,燒到岩岩好,唔知係咪用備長炭燒既關係,飯焦唔會過厚難嚼,甘香得黎又脆脆地。鍾意食飯焦的話可以等多幾分鐘,飯焦更多更香。枱面有醬油同豬油俾客人自己落,白鱔帶有豉汁,唔落已經好夠味,但再加點豬油,每粒飯都"立立令",非常有食慾。不過煲仔飯價錢唔平,係一人份量,餸菜亦唔算多,性價比差點。總體而言:味道:大滿足,長輩們好滿意,表示下次要再黎性價比:可以接受服務:男收銀員態度有待改善,埋單時不屑地表示唔收信用卡,轉用八達通俾錢後,冇任何說話示意已收款,連多謝都欠奉,感覺不被尊重。環境:舊香港風格裝修,有特色,店舖好多卡位,地方新淨…Read More
