今次主要來吃他們的伊勢龍蝦套餐($588),之前看過食評裏的圖片是超吸引的。伊勢龍蝦套餐龍蝦二食,首先廚師會把龍蝦燒至半熟,切開四件,然後再在上面放上燒過的海膽,我首先把一件龍蝦肉加上少許海膽一起夾進口裏吃,那種感覺非常幸福,整個口腔充滿燒龍蝦的香味和海膽的甘香味,伊勢龍蝦果然名不虛傳。我們慢慢地品嚐完之後,他們會把龍蝦剩餘的部份拿去煮龍蝦粥,由於龍蝦頭裏面仍有很豐富的龍蝦糕,那個粥變得超鮮甜,超香的龍蝦味,吃到這裏其實也半飽了,但我們同時也點了串燒拼盤($238)和花魚燒一放干($138)。這兩個也很好吃但相比龍蝦已經變得不重要了。…Read More

這家陳黃記在粉嶺聯和墟已經開了大約四丶五年,我每個月都會至少幫襯一次,初時他們是以家鄉雞湯而馳名的,因為他們有獨特的雞湯地方,使雞湯味道很鮮甜,而且家鄉雞的雞件大大件,肉質很滑,不會很乾很柴的,後來慢慢地他們多了其他菜式,例如人蔘雞、上湯豬手、酸菜牛肉湯、和魚湯等等。但我最喜歡的由始至終都是他的家鄉雞湯,但今天突然間想吃醉雞湯米線($47),另加$6的豆漿。米線的湯底也是家鄉雞湯,相信是以鮮雞丶冬瓜、杞子等等煲成的,另外加入很多雲耳,使湯底沒那麼寡,很好味,吃完米線之後還會多喝幾啖湯。另外醉雞有淡淡的酒香,雞肉很滑,不會很乾,今天比較好運,他給了兩件雞腿肉,另外也有雞翼,以$47這個價錢來說很抵食,我久不久也會吃醉雞湯米線。另外最後說一下$6的豆漿也很香有豆味。值得推介。…Read More
