以前朋友生日黎過一次,不過因為包左房,又食左好多海鮮拼盤,其實無咩印象。今次同另一半黎食,希望會有另一種感受。如果以晚餐4 course黎計,其實價錢唔算貴,當然仲要睇埋質素既。前菜1: 蜜瓜配西班牙風乾火腿個蜜瓜係好甜好甜好甜,而且並唔係用糖水浸出黎既味,日本蜜瓜都比唔上。西班牙風乾火腿好香,好濃郁,就咁食唔會話好鹹,味道會留係口腔好耐。配埋蜜瓜又岩岩好,如果火腿唔夠濃郁,可能食落會無晒味。前菜2:牛油焗田螺女朋友唔食貝殼類,我可以自己掃晒佢。螺肉肉質幾實,牛油唔會遮到螺肉既鮮味,唔會太油,如果可以再多幾粒就好喇。主菜兩個都好食,不過我極度極度介紹黑豚豬架。因為另一個食左牛,所以揀一個唔係牛既試下。不過呢個黑豚絕對唔會令人失望。個豬佢煮左7成,肉質岩岩好,有口感但唔韌,而且食落有少少爽口既感覺。而肉本身既味道有少少果味,after test都keep左好耐,有少少豬味既牛扒感覺。作為男人,我估唔到自己會咁鍾意個甜品,雞蛋布甸好清甜,蛋味都好香。最特別係個扁桃,清新、爽甜,飽住咁食都食得落!…Read More

LCX呢邊新開左好多新餐廳,仲要對住維港,咁靚既景無理由唔去一去打卡。見今日收工唔算晏,即刻約人去食,見到有得食烤鴨就更加諗都唔諗就衝入去!羲和雅宛~可能今日係weekday,人唔多,真係好好彩咁俾我坐到窗邊睇夜景!前菜篇食上海野,唔小心叫咗好多次前菜,第一味就係呢個「桂花蜜山藥」。第一啖食落去就覺得好幸福,佢桂花味好香但唔會落得好甜,好清香又唔膩,啲山藥都煮得啱啱好,好爽脆,又掛汁,真係好開胃喔!跟手第二樣就係「乾蝦冰草」,其實睇圖嗰陣唔知係咩黎嘅,純粹係諗住今日咁多肉,不如叫啲菜食下啦。不過睇嚟今日我真係非常幸運,個冰草係好得意㗎!佢上面有一粒粒嘅透明水珠,我一開始仲以為係真水,原來係冰草自己嘅表皮,口感爽爽地,但係好薄,冰草又有自己既少少甜味,食完其實我唔肯定佢煮過未跟住就到主菜- 烤鴨一見到個師傅喺後邊不停咁切切切,睇到都已經好興奮。佢上碟嘅時候先來配菜,比平時嘅配料多好多,仲有包爆炸糖,仲以為自己食錯野。鴨肉佢分左三碟咁上,第一碟比較脆,主要係鴨皮only。佢教呢個可以配爆炸糖同酸莓醬,配左之後佢即刻肥膩感大跌,好清新,爆炸糖無平時既咁爆,留返肉香,係幾頂癮既。(淨食唔掂醬絕不建議!)第二係鴨胸,肉質比較實同肉味濃。呢個就玩fusion野,配山渣條,紅洋蔥同芥茉醬,原本鴨胸有少少實,加左山楂條同芥茉醬之後,酸酸地好得意,平時唔食胸既友人都讚不絕口!第三係鴨脾,肉質最嫩滑同最香。佢教我地用正常中式配搭, 京蔥,青瓜同甜醬。由於原本鴨脾肉已經夠香,配返京蔥增加左佢嘅口感。但係我覺得就咁食最正,肥瘦度啱啱好,好滿足!!呢度樣樣野都好好食,最後再寫多樣菜俾大家睇吓啦!「金銀蛋浸萵筍」,個樣好似係好普通,但係佢既上湯好好味,無咩味精,你可以食到萵筍嘅清甜,又有少少皮蛋既上湯味,最緊要係食左都唔覺得肥膩,對於超多肉既一餐黎講,萵筍嘅存在簡直係完美!…Read More

話說自從年頭第一次係黃埔食過一次德美之後,就愛上左呢間餐廳!價錢層面佢唔可以話平,不過計埋份量就抵到不行了,上次食到就黎嘔都食唔晒。今日咁岩經過發現原來tst都有一間,當然即刻衝上去喇!7點半左右上到去已經好多人,我地等左大約20分鐘左右先有位,個場坐30-40人,同黃埔差唔多。第一樣就先食個蟹子沙律,由於本人十分肚餓,唔小心夾左先影相,不過好肯定咁同你講,佢真係好多.圖入面上面個碗係大隻既戰鬥碗,我足足夾左4次先食晒呢碟沙律!入面既扎青瓜絲好新鮮,每一啖都嗦嗦聲.佢最好既係好少沙律醫,出面食蟹子沙律見到都飽,但係呢個比既份量係極少,撈一撈之後其實睇落唔覺加左沙律醫,男仔女仔都鍾意.再黎係德美玉子,比出面既玉子少一點甜度,多一點蛋味.不過佢一直都冷藏住佢,入面有些少雪味. 而且應該整左好耐,凍到有少少老,不過不失.上次我無寫食評,就係因為呢碟牛油果軟殼蟹卷無晒貨,一怒次下放棄左寫佢.佢雖然得4件,但真係稱得上大大件,女仔食晒4件應該投降左一半. 佢上面既牛油果唔會用好熟既,食落仲有少少口感,而且仲有成1cm咁厚.入面既軟殼蟹都不得了,好大隻,略嫌唔夠熱.還好粉不多,唔會油膩.跟手都要叫返個睇個名好伏既野食.鰻魚9成都無咩問題,但配班戟見到都覺得今次一定伏到自己.可惜,我失敗了.佢今次個班戟反而有少少暖意,即使有沙律醫都唔會入口即濟. 鰻魚既醫汁味道好香,入面原本蛋味唔夠都豐富返.重點係無咩飯,食多兩件都OK!最後送左個是日甜品,正常no comment.完。…Read More

星期日想搵個地方慢慢咁食個brunch,醒起呢間oolaa受歡迎指數極高,平時晚餐食得多,今日就黎試一試佢個brunch!大約2點半左右去到,估唔到呢個時間都有8/9成full,當然大部分都係外國人。去到時啱啱仲有2張枱,勁好彩唔駛等!(因為已經好肚餓)我向來都中意試新野,睇下伏味有幾濃,所以一般既all day breakfast今次無食,食左呢個breakfast pizza。首先,估唔到佢會咁大個,感覺就好似兩個人先食得晒。餅底幾彈牙同好香,唔粉。上面d主角,其實就係將all day breakfast 既所有野放晒係上面(除左薯餅),食落去又幾得意。講真呢個味道幾好,不過佢有好多蛋,但茄膏,肉醬同芝士唔夠,搞到比d蛋搶晒味,如果比例係蛋少d,腸同醬多d就prefect!跟住呢個叫做rosti,好明顯我又係唔知想樣係咩就嗌,order之前上一上網睇過係薯餅既fd,岩晒口味。先講呢個既唯一缺點:就係左下角果個醬,完全唔係本人既口味,好奇怪,好彩我點少少試左味先。呢個薯餅係咬落見到,佢入面既薯肉係一條一條好清楚,唔會溶溶爛爛,似無先用水煮熟d薯仔,真係生煎煎熟,入口有咬感之餘又唔粉,可能係我食過最好食既薯餅。三文魚正常,有鮮味,蛋是完美的流心蛋。由於薯餅太好食,我基本上唔記得左蛋同三文魚有無咩其他特別。最後仲叫左兩杯咖啡,唔記得影相就唔寫喇(我係有薯餅萬事足)!試新野又唔一定會中伏既,係咪?…Read More

是月生日,朋友係九龍城返工,話去試下呢間食豬既餐廳。入到去,得一張二人枱有人,成間餐廳都靜悄悄,walter仲多過客,心諗:今次可能中大伏了......黑松露意大利飯第一個就黎左個飯,佢d黑松露好香,個意大利飯軟硬度幾好,少少偏乾身,口感一流扁意粉配西班牙黑豚扒意粉意外的一般,沒太大感想,全靠豬肉救返豬皇飯件豬肉真係好食,成個飯既味道偏濃郁,食完有少少口乾,叫佢加左好幾次水意大利式茄子芝士肉醬焗釀彩椒全部都肉,特登叫左個菜,估唔到佢係放係黃椒入面焗,唔會話好濃味,相對清返少少,如果份量多少少就好。燒排骨如果呢間係以豬肉為主題,咁燒排骨真係可以唔使食,肉質一般,骨多過肉太多,比起其他失色不少甜品佢送咗個馬卡龍,本人其實非常討厭馬卡龍,因為太甜,不過呢個甜到適中,可能係呢度最出色嘅一味總括,味道不錯,但好濃味,要不停加水。價錢偏貴,完全明白點解無咩客,希望佢可以維持落去!…Read More
