最近老公返了加拿大,我可以一個人周圍去試喜歡的美食。住咗上環咁耐,仍然有很多小店未幫襯過。Zecond係其中一間,今日下午茶時段經過見套餐竟然有八折。原價$158包starter,main dish和dessert, 重送一支水,就算咖啡都只需加$20, 折咗只係百二蚊左右,超抵!叫咗香烤煙燻鸭胸,是日濃湯係好好味嘅菇湯,鸭胸濃味大件皮香脆,甜品cheese cake size剛剛好不太甜畫下完美句号,之前在家喝了咖啡,就等下次來再試吧。全部店員都很友善,唔知係friday定换更時間,食緊野時有兩個店員都下班了,臨走時短髮的店員也有點頭微笑。剩下厨師一個招呼三枱客。…Read More

因為怕排隊,一直也沒有去幫襯一風堂。今天六時多剛好行經新港,不知是不是銅鑼灣開了分店,見門口不是有太多人在排隊,就走去拿了張票,十張枱後就到,就走開半個鐘行行街先,回來剛好有位。我和朋友各叫了白丸元味和赤丸新味;我的白丸元味拉麵先到,豬骨湯底內有兩塊鬆軟的叉燒,黑木耳絲芽菜蔥花加幼麵,湯有很濃的豬骨味,叉燒略瘦,雖然我較喜歡粗麵,但這幼麵可接受。加了枱上的白芝麻,幾喜歡個紅膠樽。朋友的赤丸新味我試了啖湯,對我來說太濃鹹了麵不多,很快就吃完,水準不差,吃完也不是太口渴,但要排隊的話就免了。…Read More

和朋友吃晚飯前先在initial cafe坐坐,這裹集時裝與cafe於一身,最啱我哋呢啲女人仔。朋友叫了南瓜胡蘿蔔湯配南瓜醬多士,我試了一啖,雖不是很濃,但也有不錯的南瓜味。朋友OK.我叫了waffle, waffle有兩塊,有香蕉片,一球朱古力雪糕與cream,雪糕過甜不好吃,waffle雖是新鮮造但沒有蛋香,雖有脆邊,但整体偏硬,有些失望。其實以前幫襯過這裹,對這裹的意粉與飲品也有不錯的印象,環境也有型,所以還是會給個OK的。…Read More

見這裹的食評不錯,就和幾個朋友嚐嚐這裹的沖繩料理。這裹的裝修充滿日本小物和清酒,很有日本居酒屋的氣氛,開首的印象很不錯,埋枱巳放下四碗枝豆。先點了一杯熱的沖繩茶,看其他食評說是苦瓜茶,但我卻覺得像中式淡苦茶,我就麻麻哋。食物點了:花生豆腐這個樣子有趣,吃落質感古怪煙韌略帶花生味,不能說好味道,但又幾得意囉。炆豬軟骨烏冬,這個烏冬是扁身的,但不彈牙,好像吃著上海麵,豬軟骨就好好味。但好細碗。燒牛脷,燒雞翼,燒豬軟骨燒牛脷燒得麻麻哋,牛脷不厚,不夠熱辣和微燶, 燒雞翼只有兩隻,燒得過乾,內裹肉質也乾,反而燒豬軟骨就對辦,熱辣辣微燶上桌,肥瘦間著,很好味。炸紫蕃薯這個最好味,炸得乾身,紫蕃薯夠粉,顏色漂亮,伴上粗鹽,正。沖繩豬餃子是我們今天運氣不太好嗎?見之前的食家的餃子都煎得香脆微燶,但請看相片,我們的餃子是煎成這樣子的,味道普通。海帶雜菇豬肉炒飯這個除了略油外,大家都讚好好味,有一種很香的菇油味,飯粒分明,伴海帶,雜菇,豬肉粒。鰻魚煮蛋這個我只試了少少鰻魚,沒吃蛋,鰻魚味濃,但見半碟剩下,朋友也沒擧筷,看來味道麻麻不太受歡迎。 竟然忘了叫最出名的苦瓜和海葡萄等,留待下次吧。…Read More

在Openrice的最新餐廳找到這間鳥華,專程在下午茶時段去試試。下午大約四時,內裹只有兩枱人客。新開張,還有些裝修在進行中。我和朋友叫了雞湯雞肉义燒溏心蛋拉麵,雞湯雞肉义燒拉麵,雞肉餃子和芝麻雞翼。先上的是兩杯凍麥茶,潤潤喉嚨。兩碗麵就端來了。我和朋友那碗麵的差別只在於有無溏心蛋,湯看似油膩,飲落是極濃的雞湯,很鮮味。麵是粗身的,我覺得可以煮得再硬身啲,雞肉义燒幾好味,但只得小小的兩片,試了朋友的溏心蛋煮得很嫩滑。葱絲青瓜絲也爽口,看似不大碗,但飲埋這麼濃厚的雞湯,就有些頂胃了。雞肉餃子扁扁的煎得微燶香脆,皮薄,幾好味。芝麻雞翼皮炸得極香脆,味道也是很濃的,內裹的雞肉幾滑,好香口。走的時候見飲食男女雜誌來做訪問,未來應該會比較多些客人吧。…Read More

今天因為太多事要做,結果差不多四點才到上環市政大廈的瑞記吃公仔麵,進食期間,見到隔離的棟記巳開始準備晚市,有員工在開枱,也見到有員工在認真地切著大盤的菜,橫掂這裹離我家不遠,就決定晚上再來棟記吃晚飯。星期日的八時多,巳有不少食客在進餐。棟記佔了成半個場。這裹冷氣充足,地方算整潔光猛。今天和男友叫了啫啫雞煲,XO醬西蘭花炒猪頸肉。啫啫雞煲先來,雖然有煙,但就不是煲到微燶,有些失望,不過味道是ok的,雞件也很多,猪膶有很重酒味,有幾件冬菇,最香口是燶了的蒜頭與洋葱。XO醬西蘭花炒猪頸肉,西蘭花爽脆,猪頸肉炸過,這碟餸極惹味,好味。其間叫了大枝裝可樂,夠晒冰凍,只需八元。白飯六元大大碗。這裹經濟實惠,餸菜都大大碟,絕對有回頭。…Read More

星期六的下午三時多,還未進食過任何東西,但很想喝咖啡,就走進這間UCC.香港區的UCC我以前很喜歡到禮頓道那間的,後來很可惜結業了,就會到sogo裹的那間。這間上環的分店就只幫襯過兩三次。不過為了那那杯蒸餾咖啡,我應該都會去多些。我點了最喜歡的蕃茄海鮮湯意粉,朋友點了秋季special:焦餹咖啡夾餅,兩人都要了咖啡。我喜歡這裹的蕃茄湯有濃濃的香草味,微酸,海鮮有三隻中蝦,一隻青口,帶子與魷魚也不少,雖然都知是雪藏貨,蝦也ok彈牙,意粉硬度也ok。平時通常都會叫生果夾餅,這次朋友試了這秋天限定焦餹咖啡夾餅,夾餅是新鮮熱辣剛造起的,中間有些焦餹咖啡餡,一點也不甜,夾餅熱辣鬆脆,再點上凍凍的vanilla雪糕和cream,雪糕和cream上有焦餹醬和杏仁片,好好味。這裹的夾餅絕對好食過街市上那間所謂夾餅專門店很多。最後上的就是蒸餾咖啡,今天的咖啡很勁濃,要加上很多奶才能平衝,我不懂什麼掛杯或什麼,飲咖啡就只有啱唔啱我口味,這裹的咖啡絕對是繼Coffee Assembly後最得我歡心的味道。不過埋單時我以為我的咖啡是意粉餐加錢就有,但下午茶時間竟然沒有套餐加錢有飲品這回事,真奇怪,比午餐晚餐還要貴。…Read More

過了觀塘買點東西,順便到APM逛逛,晚上就到美食廣場食少少東西,這間豚板屋是第一次食,店員推介芝心吉列豬扒飯,咁我就揀呢個啦。飯有白飯、茄汁炒飯或蛋炒飯揀,我揀了蕃茄炒飯,汁就有蘑菇燒汁、豚板辣椒汁和蒜香醬油汁;我揀了蘑菇燒汁飲品就揀了可樂 鐵板真係熱辣辣噴著煙的,內有幾片炸得燙熱的薯仔,兩棵西蘭花, 兩粒蕃茄仔,有大量夾著洋䓤絲的椰菜,煮得好靚仔的太陽蛋,芝心豬扒與茄汁炒飯蘑菇燒汁另外上,這個很貼心。主角芝心吉列豬扒硬實實,皮不脆,連芝士都無味,差。茄汁炒飯很淡茄味,飯粒尚算煮得一粒粒有咬口。炸得燙熱的薯仔是最可口,其實全部都味淡,一定要點蘑菇燒汁,蘑菇燒汁有不少蘑菇在內的。椰菜新鮮都ok.這個鐵板餐最差的竟然是主角,或者如果有下次就會試雞扒吧。…Read More

今天到了openrice領奬券,順道到最近的吉祥吃個午餐。接待我們的不知是否老板娘,笑容滿面,且極好禮貌。另外的一個似係老板就和大部份的熟客都談笑風新,地方細細冷氣好足夠,人情味極濃。周圍都貼滿各種食物名稱,一時間眼花潦亂,這裹似乎比一般老式茶餐廳有更多食品種類。我最後揀了特餐C - 炭燒雞串拼火腿鮮茄會意粉,熱檸茶炭燒雞串就好像港式的炭燒雞,燒得燶燶的,味道ok. 茄汁真的有蕃茄在內,有三塊火腿,雖然意粉是分開的,不是和茄汁煮在一起有些失望,但味道是ok的。熱檸茶正常。朋友叫了下午茶餐-五香肉丁魚蛋撈出前一丁,熱奶茶我試了少少,一丁麵煮得過淋,五香肉丁味極濃,ok!最後還加了蛋牛治碎牛不太多,麵包不是最新鮮,這個蛋牛治勉強過關。這間茶餐廳的食品其實不算特出也不差,但服務態度就加分,各位經過可一試。…Read More

之前一直都幫襯過這間北海道牧場很多次了,我通常在晚上去,總會有位坐,可以很悠閒地慢慢享受,食品又很不錯,又可以上wifi.我和朋友一貫點了北海道套餐:兩個人都要义燒日本湯通粉,我之前很喜歡佢哋的雞湯夠濃,今次淡咗又唔熱,义燒仍然ok, 最敗筆係佢哋啲通粉,唔知係咪換咗另一隻通粉定係浸到淋晒,隻通粉又淋又粉,真係可以用難食來形容。朋友要了窩夫,火腿抄蛋,窩夫麻麻,似整定擺翻入微波爐叮熱貨式,火腿普通,抄蛋滑滑算不錯。我要了鮮油多(加錢),火腿反蛋,鮮油多攞到出來巳不熱,鮮牛油兩大件厚厚的,還可以。反蛋有蛋味煮得剛好。凍華田仍然落得夠多粉,幾好。 下次再來就不轉通粉了。…Read More

今天走到亞皆老街找原材料店,行錯路,因為還未吃東西,就走到勝利道看有什麼好吃,整條路行了一轉,除了極多的寵物店外,沒有太多吸引的食店,結果還是幫襯這間奇香冰室。之前沒到openrice看這間店的食評,現在看才知道有這麼多人討論過這間店。入到去係好舊式的擺設,細細的店舖,落單的呀姐充滿朝氣,令人好有好感。星期六的四時半只有三枱客,見兩枱客都叫了燴意粉,就叫了一個茄汁三絲燴意粉。茄汁三絲燴意粉有幾件蕃茄,青豆,蛋絲,火腿絲,雞絲等。每條意粉也摻滿茄汁,少少淋但好入味,係典型的港式燴意粉。朋友叫了餐肉通粉,餐肉煎得香香的,通粉是沒有紋的,不過淋,OK. 熱檸茶有四片檸檬,夠晒檸味。最後再加了脆脆猪包,呢個超好味,食得出麵包新鮮才能烘得出這麼鬆脆,加上奶油,好味過翠華的!!!!因為唔太多人,好有一種閒適的感覺,見有熟客伯伯幫襯,呀姐就即時叫得出食客要什麼,老店的人情味就是這樣,好鐘意。…Read More

今天約了朋友到這間餐廳食late lunch, 大約是二時三十分的happy friday, 看來還有不少位剩。不用等便可入座。真好。環境是有型又有趣的,特別喜歡白牆上的鐵線鈎成的公仔圖案。侍應生們都是有禮貌的,不過個menu做得有點煩複,not user friendly....我的設計師毛病又發作了。我們五個人首先叫了飲品先:Iced Lemon Tea GHC, Thai Iced Coffee, Thai Iced Tea and CappuccinoIced Lemon Tea雖然是他的所謂Signature, 用檸茶冰其實不是什麼新鮮事,內有一片青檸,但實在過甜,飲慣港式凍檸茶少甜的我真係不喜歡。問飲凍Cappuccino的朋友,他說味似飲'拖菲'味.....這裹沒有lunch set, 都是散叫的。我們叫了: Noodle Pork Stew 這個是我叫的,有很多猪肉乾粒,芽菜,蒜粒,金邊粉黏住一pat pat, 味淡,呢個真係麻麻哋。 Noodle Tom Yum 朋友的冬蔭公湯粉,看似對辦,不太辣,有蝦有海鮮,幾惹味。 Pounded Prawn Rice 這個大蝦抄飯,有個可愛的實實小咸蛋,炸蝦乾,炸猪油粒等伴碟,大蝦也有幾隻幾新鮮的,跟碟的有例湯,這個湯非常清甜,有一小碟勁辣的辣椒醬油,搾幾滴青檸汁,如果飯再抄得更熱辣辣就很正點了。 Spaghetti Anchovy 這個其實就好像意式蕃茄意粉加辣,味道也不錯,意粉都尚彈牙的。 Phad Thai Prawn 朋友叫的抄金邊粉我沒有嘗試,他說OK的,都是有些鮮蝦,炸蝦乾,猪肉乾粒,芽菜,花生粒,辣椒碎粒,青檸等。小食shared的叫了: Chicken Wings 是炸得乾身但不夠惹味,小小的一碟,還可以。 Calamari Fritti 這個炸魷魚圈也是很細碟的,粉不夠脆口,不算特出。其間在左邊看見有造餅師在即場造餅,其實好吸引,可惜太飽了吃不下甜品了。食物不算出色,但環境開揚,陽光從出面照入來很舒服,價錢不算便宜,再來的話可能想試這裹的甜品。…Read More

今天經過藍屋,就順便去這間傳說中態度超惡劣的餃子店。差不多下午四時,只有兩枱客,女侍應生們都正在吃飯。一入去我們自己找位坐下,看來我們運氣不錯,不是繁忙時間,也不見傳說中的男老板,而那個瘦瘦的男侍應也態度正常。我們叫了羊肉餃湯麵,白菜餃湯麵,拍青瓜和豆漿 羊肉餃餃皮煙韌,羊肉夠晒羶,餡味很濃,吃完羊肉餃再吃白菜餃就覺得白菜餡較清較爽,幾好味。湯是無味的,麵也白白淡淡淋淋的,伴碗的兩條菜也乾乾黃黃的, 下次只叫剩餃子吃就可以了。拍青瓜:青瓜夠爽脆,溝上麻醬辣椒碎,很對味。豆漿普通。吃的其間見不少人買生餃外賣,女侍應生和疑似女老板態度都好好,有個男人想買韮菜餃但剛好買晒,疑似女老板叫他十五分鐘後回來,立即新鮮的包給他。不同時段真是有不同的遭遇吧,今天係我的lucky day! …Read More

昨晚和四個朋友們相約在Holly Brown相會,在平日的晚上比較易找位。而且聽聞中環店開始有晚餐set供應,特地走來試試。星期三晚也有不少人嘆著咖啡,帶埋電腦和插蘇享受整個晚上。之前我巳嚐過這裹的咖啡,加上舒服的環境,是很不錯的地方。這個dinner set $98包一個主菜和一個甜品,如想飲咖啡,就要另加錢了。因為是晚上,今次不飲咖啡了,叫了奶油三文魚菠菜長通粉,甜品要New York Cheese cake等了一會,送上的是一碟很大很足料, 擺得也算精美的長通粉,奶油味略重,啖啖都有碎三文魚,菠菜和洋䓤,三文魚ok。菠菜好似無調味咁淡淡的,不過不失。味道較平淡。反而試了朋友點的蕃茄大蝦意粉味道較濃幾好味。New York Cheese Cake 我覺得太甜,麻麻哋,食剩好多。價錢不算貴,大家可以一試。…Read More
