Came here on a weekday to enjoy a cozy afternoon. Took a bit of time to get seated but staff was generally nice and helpful. Ordered a few dishes and all of them were good.The soup was hot when served. The puff on top was really good and crisp/puffy. The seafood soup is quite strong and not bland. The pasta dishes were both good especially the spicy tomato sauce Yuzu spaghetti with beef. The beef was surprisingly tender and juicy, the Yuzu adds a lot of freshness to the whole dish. 我好中意食放題。有日放工同老公去咗尖沙咀，發現呢間放題啲食評唔錯，於是就試下喇！上去之前以為都係啲大路勁多人勁迫嘅日本放題，點知同我預期完全相反。感覺好家庭式，而且好多位，好闊落。可能係平日，所以無乜人。整體侍應招呼好好，又唔會催你，又唔會懶趕咁行嚟行去。亦唔會叫極都唔嚟收紙入單，食物上菜時間都算快。不過唔知係咪日式放題嘅定律，總有少少漏單嘅情況，不過並唔嚴重。食物方面，整體都唔錯。壽司最驚喜係個海膽，食落好新鮮。牡丹蝦好大隻，我嗰隻ok，但老公嗰隻就有啲腥味。手卷好讚，因為佢塊紫菜好脆，而且個海膽好鮮甜，軟殻蟹又熱，所以好唔錯！呢度飲品係自助嘅，好free。唯一就係唔夠多選擇，同埋啤酒得ice唔太好飲。其實以咁細間放題嚟講 佢嘅食物都算多選擇喇！只係無甜品/雪糕，有埋仲正！呢個卷好好咪呀！呢個係佢地嘅人氣食品，香橙焗銀雪魚。我同老公都好中意！而熟食我覺得整體可以，同埋佢份量啱啱好，唔會太少，亦唔會一比比好多，啱晒我呢啲乜都想試啲嘅人！…Read More

聽聞銅鑼灣開咗間食lobster好正嘅美日fusion餐廳，由於自從喺Boston 返嚟之後都無食過認真好食嘅lobster roll，我聽到之後就第一時間嚟覓食了！一上到嚟覺得個餐廳感覺好清新光猛，有個semi open kitchen咁，好開揚。感覺幾舒服。唯獨是啲枱同枱之間嘅距離有啲太近，所以好難傾計，好似好容易聽到/被聽到咁。我同友人叫咗一個lobster roll，一個master share set 再加佢新出品龍蝦蟹肉ravioli - 份量十足，夠晒醫肚。本來想叫啲飲品，不過見到隔枱嘅飲品都好多顏色（食用色素）咁，我就唔係好想飲。個lobster roll係真係落足料！啖啖都係龍蝦肉。而且龍蝦肉身好嫩，食落好鮮甜，同佢地自家整嘅sauce同lemon butter好夾！大讚！但唯一少少嘅問題就係佢用排包。排包本身有牛油，同埋帶甜，食落就覺得有啲溜咗少少，不過佢地烘到好香脆呢！值得一讚嘅係佢嘅薯條，炸得超好味！係真係超好味！因為好新鮮，熱辣辣之餘完全無油「億」味。加上佢有普通薯仔同蕃薯兩款口味加埋，超級正！仲有伴碟嘅salad又係要讚！非常之有誠意，絕不求其。啲蔬菜好新鮮，而個dressing 味道又好好，唔會過甜/過咸/過酸，恰到好處！所以呢個lobster roll整體嚟講真係算係一個驚喜！另外個share set都好有份量。有日式餃子，雞翼，章魚小丸子，洋蔥圈，薯條，quesadilla - 一次過可以試到好多嘢！整體全部嘢都可以，除咗薯條之外其他無乜驚喜。同埋洋蔥圈同雞翼都好似炸耐咗，同埋多咗啲粉，所以有啲啲硬。雞翼可以有啲汁甚至blue cheese就好喇！而加咁食有少少dry同唔夠味。不過整體我覺得呢個share set都係物有所值嘅！最後就係個ravioli喇。個餡好多蟹肉，同埋其中一隻仲有成粒龍蝦肉添！所以個餡無得輸。個皮就有少少厚咗啲喇！切開嘅時候有啲啲難度。不過勝在係homemade嘅！總體嚟講，我會比6.5/10。不個lobster roll alone 有8/10咖！…Read More

Came here with my husband for what was supposed to be a quick office lunch on a weekday. There was a short line in front of us with 2 tables of 2 waiting for walk in. We were quite excited as we saw the good reviews and were looking forward to having sushi for lunch. I ordered one of the don lunch sets and my husband ordered a la carte for sushi. The waiter was going to repeat the order back to us, but seemed a little anxious and then said "never mind, no need to repeat. " okay then... About 15 minutes later. The set came out along. The don was okay. Fish was quite standard and the rice's flavor and texture was okay. Another 10 minutes later these few pieces that I ordered came out. The scallops were okay, sword fish was okay too, but the shrimp wasn't fresh and had a slightly mushy texture that comes with unfresh shrimp. Chased the 2 servers on my husband's order (another 8 pieces yet to come). Said that they're making it and it'll come out soon. The spicy salmon came (2 pieces) 10 minutes later. My husband ate one before I got to take the picture as he was hungry and already waited for about 30 minutes. Asking the server about the other 6 pieces again, he said that this one came out and the others are coming. After waiting another 15 or so minutes, I have no more pictures to post. We asked the a different server where the rest of the food was and he said according to the computer, all our food arrived. After asking our own server what happened to the rest of the food, he said just said sorry a couple times, and we were just left confused. Why say that more is coming when nothing was coming or entered into the computer? Lunch hour was up and we had to go back to work and asked the server for the check. The manager said that we could tell them what we wanted and they could get the kitchen to make it right away, but we didn't have time and that we had to go back to work. She apologized and gave us 15% off which is a bit too little too late. She also said that there were 3 new staff that day. We chased for our food nicely several times but after about an hour my husband had 2 pieces of sushi for lunch and we left. Tldr: ordered lunch for 2, basically only one person ate. 今日放工後同老公嚟撐枱腳，一心諗住純粹食下甜嘢解下悶，結果係唔只食嘢咁簡單，係一個體驗。首先一入去嘅感覺有啲intimidating。因為裝修好chic，店入面嘅哥哥姐姐都好似少cool咁。我地被安排坐喺梳化等候入座，梳化其實仲舒服過bar枱😅坐咗上去吧枱之後，即刻就有用test tube裝住嘅welcome drinks。係石榴汁，好清甜好醒神。我地好快就點嘢食，叫咗個improvision。好快個哥哥就叫我地揀張mat ，我地揀咗黑色，諗住影相會靚仔啲。之後好快就有個可愛嘅姐姐嚟即席喺我地張mat上面揮刀喇！佢好即興咁用唔同嘅食材畫下畫下，又同我地傾下計，介紹下每樣食材係乜，10分鐘到，佢就用食物砌畫咗一幅好靚嘅畫喇。我以為佢地係學好晒個pattern，不過望下隔離枱個mat同我地嗰個真係唔同咖！一問之下，佢話佢真係improvise 咖。係一個好好嘅視覺體驗。個甜品放咗好多心機去設計，唔單只喺顏色方面有思考過，連唔同味道嘅配搭都真係有諗過。例如，佢會將白色吧椰子漿同紫色嘅香芋漿溝埋，靚之餘，椰子同香芋嘅味道好夾。然後佢又會有唔同texture嘅小點，等你可以食唔同口感-有honeycomb嘅香脆可口，又有panna cotta 嘅滑溜。味道方面，佢地亦都用咗一啲比較酸甜嘅味道（例如野莓同芒果）去中和返濃濃嘅甜味（朱古力、蜜糖）。最後上碟嘅liquid nitrogen ice cream即席喺你面前整，令你feel到好冰涼嘅感覺，同時可以睇住啲雪糕由液體變做固體，十分過癮！喺雪糕上面嘅candy floss 賣相好得意，好似假髮咁，食落有啲啲過甜，但係質地好似龍鬚糖咁好正！咁豐富嘅set for two，仲包咗兩杯飲品。我地叫咗山竹石榴同埋蘋果蘆薈。唔知係咪因為食完甜品之後太甜，飲落反而淡淡地，無乜味道咁。最後，其中一位靚女姐姐仲比咗兩杯水我地，等我地清清個口解下渴添。服務好貼心。整體我地兩個都好享受呢個過程。與其話齋食好味嘅甜品，不如話係一個好藝術嘅體驗。你睇，就連食晒所有甜品之後，張mat睇落都好似幅藝術作品咁咖。好鬼得意呢！我地一致認為呢度係值得推介嘅。好食嘅甜品可能可以好易搵到，但係有人喺你面前慢慢用心做件edible art piece 出嚟真係唔容易，有9/10分呀！…Read More

We were craving some dessert after lunch and wanted to swing by another place, but it was closed. Then, we ended up searching for nearby shops that had dessert and luckily found this shop!For first impressions, the shop is a cute little shop that has lots of colorful patterns on the wall, with lots of handicrafts with buttons on it, matching the name of the shop. It looks quite cozy and homey.Then, we looked at the menu and there are a lot of options that seemed very delicate & complex, and we asked the owner if he recommended the set, which he said was great if we want to try a bit of everything. He wasn't pushy at all and we're so happy we tried it.Upon presenting this wonderland of desserts, it was REALLY impressive when he brought it out. First of all, we felt like this was hotel quality, and we asked the owner if he was also the head chef, to which he replied yes, and also that he worked in high end hotels for 10+ years. He then offered to introduce each item and the order to eat it in. This one is the set of 5 desserts + 3 'mystery chef choices'. Each and every dessert was unique and had a different feel to it. The most unique one was the tomato with sweet potato on the very right. It was slightly sweet, with the aroma of tomato, but it's nothing like raw tomato/ketchup, hard to explain but quite a unique taste compared to the other sweets on the plate. The apple crumble one on the very left was also delicious. The apples were sweet and the crumbles had a nice light crunch to it. Since everything was great on the first round, we also decided to add another chef special of 5 desserts, where we got to try more of the chef's specialities. This was on our list of places to try (as their original Tokyo location is Michelin rated and they just opened up in HK). We came here on a cold, wet, winter day. The atmosphere is quite nice, but a slight walk up to LKF. Let's jump into the food. We ordered a 2 of the beef sukiyaki set as recommended by the host, and then 2 kaisen don sets as well as I was craving it. Our host said we were brave for eating a cold lunch on a cold day, haha. The don set was quite good. The fish was very fresh and the cuts were sliced well, not too large or small and there was good variety. The scallops were the best part. Also, the rice wasn't bad either. The wagyu beef sukiyaki was actually quite delightful. The soup was flavorful without being overwhelming or too salty/sweet, which is what I was hoping for. The beef was also so tender and had a good bite to it but was not chewy at all. Overall, both sets were definitely quite delicious, with the beef set a bit more pleasant. Came here after church again after deciding on what to eat. Probably one of the nicer treats to choose while in the area Ended up ordering a couple pork cutlets, wagyu beef, oysters, and soft shelled crab. Even though the pork cutlets are the star, I won't go too mich into detail as it's always consistently crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. Exactly what I want when coming. The beef on the other hand was only mediocre at best. Since it's mixed with bread crumbs, it gives it a bit of a mushy texture. Additionally, there wasn't much flavor to the actual beef itself. Definitely a disappointment considering how good the pork is. Next up, oysters. Texture on the outside is crispy as I hoped and also the oysters tasted quite fresh. Solid dish, didn't disappoint but also didn't blow my mind. Last up, soft shelled crab. Just a small appetizer to get us going. Very "eh". Again, wasn't much to this. The worst is when you order soft shelled crab and it is overly soft, and this wasn't like that, but it also wasn't that flavorful and just tasted like it had some batter on it and was fried like everything else.
