【#🦊🐰30秒食皮:呢個世界上有一種愛叫試晒Menu上面所有菜式🫶🏻 🦊🐰對佢嘅喜愛係成個Menu食過晒咁濟,係我哋心目中Top tier食意粉嘅好選擇!我哋由拍拖初期已經成日嚟食嘢😋今次私心同大家share我哋嘅老地方🥹見佢哋推出咗全新menu,係好似PICI咁可以自由揀ABC餐揀自己鍾意嘅嘢食,即刻帶大家去睇吓佢哋個新menu有咩菜式!】#foodtalkpia_樂富✨ 呢間餐廳真係deserve N個posts去逐個講佢有幾高CP值!!🥺環境好闊落仲有兩層高,坐得好舒服,重點係基本上所有嘢食都唔會出錯🫶🏻佢哋嘅手工意粉係更加保證煙韌好食😍由於我哋已經食過好多次所以今次試咗我哋未食過嘅菜式😆 🥗 頭盤粟米濃湯配麵包唔知道大家有冇試過PICI嘅麵包!PICI嘅係硬身啲脆啲,但GOCHI嘅係煙韌而且有咬口、鬆軟啲😋但係濕度又唔會好高,保留到麵粉嘅香味!😍個粟米湯又係好濃好甜,唔會好似落咗好多水開稀嗰種湯😂識食一定係將啲麵包點啲粟米湯食🤤🐰 Set B 和牛洋蔥芝士薄餅+$30、panna cotta、香蕉朱古力豆乳牛奶飲品+$30呢個Pizza一上枱隔籬枱見到已經大呼「哇好似好正!」😂😂😂一嚟因為佢夠晒大份,二嚟因為呢個組合好新鮮!Pizza上面灑咗啲黑胡椒,微微辛辣嘅感覺令到啲和牛冇咁肥膩同埋濟口,加埋洋蔥好香!🤤佢呢間嘅邊邊係好似麵包咁厚身有嚼勁,唔係又乾又空心嗰種邊,整體嚟講係薄嘅厚批pizza!不過講真1個人份量嘅話呢個pizza真係有啲多🤣 建議好似隔籬枱咁放lunch一大班人揾一個叫呢個pizza再share就會食得晒😋Panna cotta一上枱已經覺得好靚🥹上面鋪咗一層芒果醬同食用花(食得㗎!😆)🐰最怕酸但佢一啲都唔酸!係好食嘅牛奶布甸😋本來好期待佢嗰蝶豆花味🥹但係蝶豆花同抹茶都咁啱賣晒😭睇嚟好有人氣!不過個香蕉朱古力豆乳都好好飲,唔會太甜,下面仲有一層布甸好正🤤🦊 Set B 日本赤魚青醬手工意粉 +$15、Tiramisu、果茶呢個pasta嘅主角一定係非赤魚莫屬。赤魚柳係炸過嘅,切開後發現係一片片好似石斑魚咁嘅質地,雖然炸過但仍然非常嫩口,仲好彈牙添。鮮味魚香一流,配上pesto sauce食落好清新。我哋咁欣賞Gochi嘅手工意粉係因為佢食落口感煙韌,唔係一般西式餐廳的意粉咁一咬就碎得乾脆或者軟軟黏糊糊,之前都叫過佢哋好幾款手工意粉,碟碟都唔會令人失望,水準有保證。GOCHI暫時真係算係我食過覺得性價比最高、最欣賞嘅手工意粉餐廳。最後嘅甜品Tiramisu層次分明,入口軟熟即溶,蛋榚底浸滿咖啡,食完真係夠晒飽。💬 🦊🐰最欣賞佢嘅菜式都仲係千層麵🥹敬請期待下一集!!!…Read More

【#🦊🐰30秒食皮:呢度真係重口味之選、食肉獸天堂!香港美式肉品(grilled/roasted meat)餐廳嚟講呢間真係勁正🤤今次係我哋第二次嚟,試多咗幾款肉品🤤又比佢驚艷咗!特別係個beef short rib連啲朋友都話好好食😋開心!】#講朋友聚會去邊好🍻 #foodtalkpia_中環✨話說遇到呢間餐廳係一個🐰🦊美麗的誤會🤣本來我哋係想試吓Smoke&Barrels 呢一間餐廳嘅(都係食美式食物,有beef brisket 食)但係點知就誤打誤撞嚟到Smoke&Barrel 呢一間無個ssssss字嘅餐廳🥲但係點知一食!驚為天人!滿足到🦊的食肉獸胃袋又可以滿足到🐰對靚肉嘅要求!所以今次係我哋兩個第二次到訪,而且仲帶埋朋友一齊去😋咁就多啲人可以share多啲啦😈💬 小提示:因為全部都係肉類居多,放涼左就唔好食!仲要係因為佢嘅烹調方式係燒烤,肉質同口感凍咗就會變差,尤其係brisket同埋pulled pork!我哋就係食得唔夠快掛住傾偈,凍哂之後擺入口變到勁榎(鞋),連燒烤嘅味道都會冇埋🥲另外,如果你係超級重口味人,嫌啲肉品唔夠Smoky唔夠香嘅話可以再點餐廳枱面上嘅醬料🤤(🐰唔食因為又酸又辣)(以下肉品排名係絕對分先後嘅😝)1️⃣Beef short rib $598(🐰🦊👍🏻一致給予超級好評嘅肉品!全晚嘅重頭戲!)🐰👍🏻都未食呀 一拮落去:HOLY MOLY 超柔軟!!脂肪同埋啲肉好分明,啲肉係一梳梳咁嘅,鋪滿滿滿嘅油光🤤就咁睇好似豬嘅五花肉!呢度見到嘅應該係靚嘅牛坑腩有時會痴埋嘅部份!一食落去,不意外地超淋🤤真係比個鬆軟嘅肉質口感overwhelmed咗!朋友都話好癲!至於味道方面就係帶少少grilled嘅味道😋超級好食!抵佢咁貴🥲🫶🏻🦊👍🏻呢個直頭係鎮店之寶!Short Rib (牛小排)係牛肋骨位置嘅肉,帶有少少筋,要食好食嘅牛小排係好需要了解烹飪嘅時間!因為牛小排油花比較多,所以唔可以煮太生,但係太熟嘅話就會令到佢肉質變榎(鞋),所以拿捏時間都係一個學問。但呢個 short rib 就係可以拿捏到,不但肉質鮮嫩,而且入口有即溶嘅感覺,美式牛小排要做到呢個層次係一件好難嘅事,而且肉汁豐富好Juicy,加上佢係有嗰種BBQ味道,唔使調味料,已經食到佢嗰種高質牛肉嘅鮮甜。2️⃣All American Brisket (400g) $418🐰🤔今次係我哋嘅二訪,所以係第二次食呢道菜!上次食就係覺得佢好好味,所以俾佢吸引咗返嚟做回頭客🫶🏻不過今次食就覺得有啲失色🥲可能上次俾佢拉高咗expectation,今次肉燒到有啲榎,比較乾咗少少。而且上面佢係鋪滿一層黑椒,令到件事就更加「𠝹」口🥲希望下次可以食到嫩啲、更加好食嘅🥲🦊👍🏻牛腹部下的側肉,食落口比較鬆軟,加上佢有煙燻嘅味道,啲肉都係一絲絲嘅。其實佢可以同short rib媲美,我個人認為差short rib少少,就係爭咗入口即溶嘅感覺。不過呢款牛味就重啲。3️⃣Cider glazed baby back ribs (½) $228🐰👍🏻豬肋骨上面鋪滿嘅甜甜地但係帶好少好少酸汁嘅cider醬汁,微辣,但係啲肉輕輕一推就甩晒出嚟!!係主導林到咁樣!又係一梳梳好鬆化😭👍🏻🦊👍🏻美式香烤燒肋骨,鍾意食豬嘅朋友一定要試!肉會釋出好香嘅燒烤味,配上佢哋特製嘅燒烤醬甜甜哋特別開胃,而且豬肉軟身,配啤酒嘅話非常出色。4️⃣Pulled pork (200g) $198 🐰🤣 一入口好大浸Smoky味!不過呢一款真係建議嗌咗要盡快食!因為呢隻肉一凍咗就會硬身好多,而且肉質會變榎🥲200g已經好夠太多了反而會覺得好飽🤣🦊🤔呢個嘅話我會推薦大家加醬汁。就咁食係有煙燻嘅味道,但係個人覺得比較單調,配搭醬汁更有層次感。5️⃣Fiery Hot Wings+blue cheese dressing $128🐰🦊🤔香辣雞翼,入口又唔算話好辣(不過🐰唔鍾意😝),雞翼體積都比較大。中規中矩,不過朋友話好食😋Sides: Thick Cut Fries $78薯條好厚切,(🦊:好似我面皮咁厚😎),上面鋪咗一啲甜甜地、有啲燒烤味嘅顆粒粉🤣食到🐰就嚟lur埋隻碟😋🫶🏻🐰表示好似返咗去英國啲pub咁!環境幾舒服,而且有露天茶座!餐廳侍應大部份都係外國人,星期六日或者假期仲會有live band,好有氣氛😝好啱三五知己聚埋一齊飲下啤酒傾吓計!🦊🐰表示好彩睇唔到個s字去錯咗呢一間😝😝📍Smoke & Barrel (中環)中環雲咸街30-32號雲咸大廈1-2樓…Read More
